Abstract

Transformational leadership in Islamic value-based educational institutions, such as Rumah Tahfidz Qur'an (RTQ), faces challenges in integrating traditional practices with modern innovations to improve academic quality. This study explores the effectiveness of transformational leadership in RTQ Surau Lakuak, focusing on the strategic use of social media. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, the research involves in-depth interviews and document analysis, guided by Kouzes and Posner's (2017) Leadership Challenge framework, which includes five core dimensions: Model the Way, Inspire a Shared Vision, Challenge the Process, Enable Others to Act, and Encourage the Heart. The findings indicate that leaders at RTQ Surau Lakuak effectively utilize social media to articulate their vision, enhance transparency, and foster community engagement. Key initiatives, such as digital donation campaigns, symbolic recognition, and community empowerment programs, have strengthened collaboration and ensured the sustainability of Qur'anic education programs. These practices are grounded in Islamic principles like ta'awun (cooperation) and deliberation, providing an adaptable leadership model for contemporary Islamic education. The study highlights the potential of applying the Leadership Challenge framework to address digital-era challenges, offering a replicable and innovative strategy for Islamic educational institutions in diverse contexts.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kurangnya pemanfaatan teknologi dalam penyajian materi Haji dan Umrah, khususnya dalam aspek ketentuan dan simulasi. Pembelajaran Haji dan Umrah tidak cukup hanya dengan metode ceramah, tetapi memerlukan pendekatan yang lebih interaktif agar peserta didik memiliki pemahaman yang lebih baik. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui validitas dan praktikalitas pengembangan multimedia interaktif berbasis Lectora Inspire 18 pada materi Haji dan Umrah. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan model 4D yang dikembangkan oleh Thiagarajan, yang meliputi tahapan define, design, develop, dan disseminate. Namun, penelitian ini hanya sampai pada tahap develop. Instrumen penelitian meliputi observasi, wawancara, uji validitas menggunakan indeks Aiken’s V, serta uji praktikalitas oleh guru dan peserta didik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa multimedia interaktif yang dikembangkan memiliki tingkat validitas sebesar 0,90 (sangat valid). Uji praktikalitas oleh guru memperoleh nilai 0,94 (sangat praktis), sedangkan uji praktikalitas oleh peserta didik kelas IX.1 mendapatkan nilai 0,97 (sangat praktis). Dengan demikian, multimedia interaktif berbasis Lectora Inspire 18 sangat layak digunakan dalam pembelajaran Haji dan Umrah guna meningkatkan pemahaman peserta didik.

Abstract

Mobile learning design is a learning system that utilizes information technology integrated with academic administration, allowing students to access learning materials flexibly. This research aims to develop a Mobile Learning Management System (MLMS) system to help students of the Informatics Management Study Program, especially in the Algorithms and Data Structures course in managing administration, materials, and teaching activities online. This research uses the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method which consists of 4 stages, namely the requirements planning phase, user design phase, construction phase and cutover phase. This research produced a mobile learning application product validated using the Computer System Usability Questionnaire (CSUQ) instrument with an average score of 81.12% which is included in the very feasible category. This application provides administrative solutions so that learning media can be implemented in an integrated manner and can be used anytime and anywhere online.

Abstract

.Solok City Population Administration Information System (SIAK) is an information system used by Disdukcapil officers as there is no validity and social control so it is prone to data misuse. In the midst of a lot of research on GIS the focus is showing a map of the real location of the highlights on the boundaries of the area will be able to monitor the number of population spread per selected region. In the development of the Population Ministry GIS Application, the Rapid Application Development (RAD) model is used. The results achieved make the application of this Web-Based Geographical Population Mapping Information System is that the population address data becomes more valid because the map of the real location of the resident's home address and social control can also be applied because with monitoring of the real location of the resident's home address and the results of the test data graphical form shows the assessment of the system with the percentage of satisfaction of this application using the Computer System Usability Questionnaire (CSUQ) obtained an average value of 89.88% which is included in the very feasible category.
