Abstract

This research aims to identify whether entrepreneurship education and technopreneurship literacy among students contribute to interest in entrepreneurship through self-efficacy among Generation Z in Makassar City. This research is included in the quantitative research category with a population of 500 Generation Z from Vocational High Schools in Makassar City and a sample of 100 people. Data was collected using questionnaire and documentation techniques. The analysis technique used is path analysis using SPSS software. The research results show that entrepreneurship education and technopreneurship literacy, both directly and indirectly, contribute positively and significantly to interest in entrepreneurship through self-efficacy among Generation Z in Makassar City. Based on the results of this research, entrepreneurship education and technopreneurship literacy are very important to be taught and given to Generation Z, especially in the school environment. This education should not only be taught in one particular department but should be taught in all departments. This is because entrepreneurship education and technopreneurship literacy can increase students' self-efficacy, which in turn can contribute to increasing interest in entrepreneurship among students.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of entrepreneurial literacy and entrepreneurial character on the success of small-scale business studies on culinary entrepreneurs in Enrekang district. This research is categorized as a quantitative descriptive study with a correlation approach. The population in this study were 100 entrepreneurs, and obtained a sample of 80 entrepreneurs who were culinary entrepreneurs in Enrekang district. Data collection was carried out by means of observation, documentation and questionnaire techniques. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that entrepreneurial literacy (X1) and entrepreneurial character (X2) have a positive and significant effect on the success of small business (Y) culinary entrepreneurs in Enrekang district both partially and simultaneously. In this study, the most dominant variable influencing is the entrepreneurial character variable because it has a higher regression coefficient value than the entrepreneurial literacy regression coefficient value.

Abstract

In the last few decades, entrepreneurship has become one of the main pillars of economic development, especially in developing countries like Indonesia. Makassar City, as one of the economic centers in Eastern Indonesia, has an important role in encouraging the growth of the small and medium enterprise (SME) sector. One of the efforts made by the government and various institutions is to develop a Business Incubator Program, which aims to accelerate the growth of entrepreneurs through educational support, training and guidance. In Makassar District, Bara-Baraya Timur Village, the development of local entrepreneurs is increasingly being paid attention to. Business incubators in this area offer programs to help local entrepreneurs develop business skills, increase access to capital, and open wider networks. Although business incubators have proven successful in various countries, their application in each region can certainly produce different results, depending on the characteristics of the economic and social environment. In Bara-Baraya Timur Subdistrict, there are several challenges faced by one of the local entrepreneurs who were interviewed by researchers, such as a lack of management skills, as well as increasingly fierce competition. Therefore, the researcher decided to research more deeply into "The influence of business incubators on the entrepreneurial economy in Makassar City, Bara-Baraya Timur Subdistrict".

Abstract

Pengolahan produk pertanian dapat mendorong pengelolaan dan peningkatan kapasitas BUMDes sebagai produk yang dijadikan salah satu alternatif pemanfaatan potensi lokal dalam peningkatan BUMDes. Hal ini juga dapat meningkatkan penanganan Kesehatan dan ketahanan ekonomi dan pangan keluarga. Pelatihan diharapkan adanya peningkatan kapasitas BUMDes serta meningkatnya tarafhidup masyarakat. Penguatan ekonomi masyarakat melalui penggalian potensi Desa. Target yang dihasilkan produk pertanian warga Desa Sokkolia. Tujuan dari PKM menghasilkan peningkatan kapasitas BUMDes, peningkatan pengetahuan pembuatan produk pertanian dan berbagai luaran laiannya dan peningkatan kerjasama UKAW dan mitra. Metode yang digunakan: penyuluhan dan penyadaran dan manajemen Bumdes, pengelolaan produk, rancangan produk (pengemasan), pemasaran dan pendampingan berkelanjutan. Hasilnya dari kegiatan ini adalah adanya kesadaran dari para aparat Desa dalam hal ini pengurus BumDes untuk memajukan pengurusan dan pengelolaan BumDes yang sudah terbentuk namun tidak berjalan dengan baik. Adanya juga peningkatan pemahaman dan pengetahuan serta keterampilan dalam pengelolaan abon pepaya dan kripik bagi ibu-ibu di Desa Sokkolia maupun pengurus BumDes untuk meningkatkan pengelolaan BumDes.

Abstract

Kabupaten Pinrang sebagai salah satu daerah yang terdiri dari berbagai Desa dengan potensi daya tarik wisata seperti alam, budaya, kuliner dan ekonomi kreatif, namun sebagian besar Desa belum memanfaatkannya sebagai destinasi wisata. Oleh sebab itu masyarakat memegang peran penting dalam memanfaatkan dan mengelola daya tarik wisata, salah satu kelembagaan ditingkat Desa yang bergerak dalam wisata adalah kelompok Sadar Wisata (Pokdarwis), yang berperan sebagai motivator, penggerak serta komunikator dalam upaya meningkatkan kesiapan dan kepedulian masyarakat disekitar daya tarik wisata. Kegiatan pelatihan yang ditujukkan untuk Pokdarwis se- Kabupaten Pinrang dalam rangka penguatan pengetahuan mengenai Tata Kelola Destinasi Parwisata. Metode pelatihan menggunakan ceramah, Curah Pendapat dan evalasi. Hasil dari pelatihan ini diharapkan pokdarwis memiliki pengetahuan dan mampu mengimplementasikannya di Desa masing-masing.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian mengatahui pengaruh aplikasi rencana kerja anggaran sekolah terhadap akuntabilitas dan transparansi dana BOS. Jenis penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif. Populasi penelitian seluruh kepala sekolah, guru, dan oprator berjumlah 264 orang. Pengambilan sampel mengunakan (Purpisive Sampling) hingga sampel sebanyak 15 orang. Pengumpulan data melalui angket, dokumentasi. Analisis data mengunakan deskriptif, inferensial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh aplikasi rencana kerja anggaran sekolah terhadap akuntabilitas dan transparansi dana BOS. Dimana semakin baik penggunaan aplikasi ARKAS, maka dana BOS semakin akuntabelitas dan transparansi.

Abstract

This study aims to: (1) analyze the influence of product knowledge on the decision to use Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) products; (2) examine the influence of brand image on the decision to use the products; and (3) assess the role of trust as a mediating variable in the relationship between product knowledge and brand image and the decision to use the products. A quantitative approach was used in this study, using Partial Least Square–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) analysis using the SmartPLS application. This study involved 100 IAIN Bone students selected through purposive sampling based on their experience using BSI services. The results showed that product knowledge had a positive but insignificant effect on the decision to use BSI products. Conversely, brand image had a positive and significant effect, indicating that perceptions of BSI's reputation and credibility were dominant factors in driving the decision to use. Furthermore, trust was shown to have a significant positive effect as a mediating variable that strengthened the relationship between product knowledge and brand image on the decision to use the products.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh literasi ekonomi hijau terhadap perilaku ekonomi berorientasi masyarakat pada mahasiswa Pendidikan Ekonomi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain survei eksploratif. Populasi terdiri dari mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Ekonomi di salah satu universitas di Indonesia, dengan sampel sebanyak 120 responden yang dipilih melalui teknik pengambilan sampel acak proporsional. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner skala Likert yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan statistik deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, dan regresi linier sederhana dengan bantuan SPSS versi 27. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa literasi ekonomi hijau memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku ekonomi berorientasi masyarakat mahasiswa, ditunjukkan dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05 dan koefisien regresi 0,643. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa pemahaman mahasiswa yang lebih tinggi tentang prinsip keberlanjutan, efisiensi sumber daya, dan kesadaran lingkungan cenderung meningkatkan dukungan terhadap produk lokal, memperkuat solidaritas ekonomi, dan mendorong partisipasi dalam kegiatan ekonomi berbasis masyarakat. Studi ini menekankan pentingnya mengintegrasikan pendidikan keberlanjutan ke dalam kurikulum Pendidikan Ekonomi untuk mengembangkan generasi yang memiliki kesadaran sosial, ekologis, dan ekonomi berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Entrepreneurship Study Programme students at Universitas Negeri Makassar's Faculty of Economics and Business had their digital literacy and relationship-building skills examined to see how they affected their entrepreneurial decision-making. Additionally, it determines if entrepreneurial drive is a factor in the relationship between these variables. Data for the study is collected quantitatively via questionnaires. The 427 students who completed the programme between 2019 and 2024 are the ones included in the study. With a 5% margin of error, 207 students were selected by proportional random sampling using the Slovin algorithm. A Google Form questionnaire was used to gather the data. After that, SmartPLS version 4 was used to analyse the data using the PLS-SEM approach. According to the findings, digital literacy significantly impacts entrepreneurial decision-making for the better. Entrepreneurial decision-making is positively and significantly impacted by the capacity to develop connections. There was a positive and statistically significant association between digital literacy and the capacity to form relationships, which in turn influenced entrepreneurial drive. There was a positive and statistically significant relationship between entrepreneurial motivation and entrepreneurial decision-making. Students' entrepreneurial decision-making is influenced by their entrepreneurial drive, which in turn is influenced by their digital literacy and relationship-building abilities.
