Abstract

Abstract: The problems that will be examined in this study are: 1) Is there a significant influence on the level of parents' income on the motivation to continue tertiary education for class XII students, 2) Is there a significant effect on the level of parental education on the motivation to continue education to higher education in grade students XII, 3) Is there a significant influence on the socio-economic conditions of parents on the motivation to continue their education to tertiary education for class XII students. The population in this study were all class XII SMA 10 Pekanbaru starting from social studies class 1- 4 and MIPA 1- 4. The sample of this study was students of SMA Negeri 10 Pekanbaru which consisted of 281 students reduced to 97 students using the Isaac and Michael samples with their level of error. 5% sampling technique using random sampling. Primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires in the form of Google Forms to each class. In this study the data were collected and then analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the regression analysis obtained the equation Y = 18.923 + 0.301 + 0.751. Test the meaning of the regression equation with the F test, obtained Fcount = 9,884 with a probability of 0.00 and less than 0.05. This means that there is a significant influence on the socio-economic conditions of parents on the motivation to continue their education to tertiary institutions for class XII students of SMA Negeri 10 Pekanbaru.Key Words : Socioeconomic conditions, motivation

Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to know the influence of the quality of service and managerial capabilities of members of the Executive Board against our satisfaction cooperative work of Karya Bunda of payakumbuh. The population in this research is the entire members of the Cooperative work of Karya Bunda in the town of Payakumbuh totalling 153 people and sample numbering 111 people with random technique. The data used are the primary data through dissemination of the question form and documentation. Research using quantitative methods and anilisis multiple linear regression test data. Based on the research results influence quality of managerial capabilities and caretaker of the Ministry against our satisfaction cooperative members Karya Bunda in payakumbuh contributed to the influence of 38.6%, while the rest of 61.4% are affected by other variables that were not examined in this study. In this study recommend to the Executive Board of the cooperative work of Karya Bunda in the town of Payakumbuh in order to maintain the quality of service provided to members of the Cooperative work of Karya Bunda in the town of Payakumbuh so satisfaction permanent members as well as the administrators of the cooperative work of Karya Bunda in the town of Payakumbuh enhanced capabilities in order to be manajerialnya so that the resolution of the problems relating to members can be resolved properly.Key Words: Cooperative, Members, Services, Managerial, Satisfaction.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of students' perceptions of teachers' explaining skills and learning discipline on student achievement on economic subjects. The population is 195 students and sample is 66 students, taken by random sampling technique (Slovin's formula). Data is collected through technique of questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis used multiple regression analysis. The result showed that students' perceptions of teachers' explaining skills has a positive and significant effect on learning achievement. The same effect also happened positive and significant at learning discipline on learning achievement. Simultanly, the two variable’s have a contribution of 67.2% on students' achievement. It can be conclude tha students't learning achievement in the Economic subjects students will increase along with the better the students' perceptions of teachers' explaining skills and also the discipline of students at the learning time.Key words : Students' Perceptions of Teachers' Explaining Skills, Learning Discipline, Student Achievement

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of price on the purchase decision of furniture products in CV Kunteng Garuda Sakti subdistrict Tampan Pekanbaru. The population in this researc are all consumers who made purchasing decisions during the last 3 years ie 2015, 2016, 2017 with the number of consumers 532 people, and the sample of 84 people with sampling technique using the method of Proportional Random Sampling is a sampling technique performed by taking representative of each unit excist in the population. The data is measured by using The data analysis used is simple linear regression. The result of the descriptive research shows the price variable on the average of dominant consumers stated the price determined by CV Kunteng in accordance with product quality on the strength or durable of each of its products. While the variable purchase decisions on average consumers declare purchasing decisions made on CV Kunteng in because of a sense of need in furniture products in CV Kunteng. Based on these results, the hypothesis that has been done about the influence of price on the purchase decision of furniture products in CV Kunteng Garuda Sakti Tampan Pekanbaru District, it can be concluded that there is a significant influence on the purchase price of furniture products in CV Kunteng Pekanbaru by 49.1%, while the remaining 50.9% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. Based on this result is expected CV Kunteng to always always pay attention to the price factor through affordability of the price among the community on every product that consumers want in an effort to improve consumer purchasing decisions.Keywords: Price, Decision, Purchase, Product, Furniture

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to improve improve social studies learning outcomes of students in class VII.3 in Pekanbaru State Middle School 32 by using the scramble learning model. The method used in this study is the Class Action Research Method (CAR). The results of the study obtained from teacher activities in the first cycle were 21 (75%) categorized as good and increased in the second cycle to 27 (96.42%) categorized as very good. The category of student activity in the first cycle was 23 (82.14%) categorized as very good then increased in the second cycle to 29 (96.85%) categorized as very good. The increase in learning outcomes from the basic score to the first cycle is 3.7% and the increase in learning outcomes from the base cycle of the second cycle is 8.275%. Classical learning outcomes on basic scores that reach KKm only 72.5% experienced an increase in the first cycle to 80% and in the second cycle increased again to 85%. The conclusion that the use of the scramble learning model can improve social studies learning outcomes of students in class VII.3 Pekanbaru 32 Middle School.Key Words: Scramble Learning Model, Scramble Learning Model

Abstract

Abstract: This study was aimed at finding out the effect of teacher personality on the students’ result of learning at SMA YLPI Pekanbaru. Population in this study are all the second grade students of SMA YLPI pekanbaru which are 75 students and this study used census sample technique. The data was collected by using quistionnaire about teacher personality that was distributed to respondent. To obtain the value of teacher personality, data analysis that is used is simple liniear regression analysis. Based on the results of the study, it can be known that there is an effect of the teacher personality on the result of learning of the second grade students of SMA YLPI Pekanbaru in Economic subject that is equal to 0.167% or 16.7%, while the rest of 83.3% is influenced by other factors that are not examined in this study, such as intellegence, peers, learning motivation, and learning discipline factor. It is expected that teachers will increase their personal comptence and students also study harder without seeing who their teacher is.Key Words: Teachers' Personality Competence, Students' Ability, Economic Learning

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the perceptions of teachers tutors to competence of PLP students of economic education FKIP Riau University at Pekanbaru City High School in 2019. Competencies reviewed include pedagogical competence, professional competence, personality competence, and social competence. This type of research is a quantitative descriptive study. The data collection technique used was a Likert scale questionnaire and documentation. The data analysis technique used was descriptive statistics. Based on the teacher's perceptions of 25 PLP students, the results of the study showed that, the PLP students' pedagogical competence was in the Good category with a percentage of 83.02%, professional competence was in the Very Good category with a percentage of 84.5%, personal competence was in the Very Good category with a percentage 88.2%, and social competence is in the Very Good category with a percentage of 87.87%. Based on these results, the competence of PLP students in economic education is in the Very Good category with an average percentage of 85.90%. Furthermore, students are expected to maintain and improve several aspects of perceived competence such as the ability to understand the characteristics of students, develop and apply learning materials creatively and innovatively.Key Words: Perception, Teacher Competence, Introduction To The School Field.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of product quality, product price and brand image on consumer Oriflame satisfaction among student FKIP University of Riau. This study was conducted in May 2016. The subject of this research is the students of FKIP at the University of Riau, the total is 50 students. Samples were taken using (Sampling of accidental). The data used are primary data with data collection using the questionnaire. Data analysis technique was used analysis Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) were processed by SPSS 15.0 For Windows and Microsoft Excel program. The results of this study indicate the product quality and significant positive effect on customer satisfaction. The higher the quality of the product, it means that the higher consumer satisfaction. Prices gives positive influence and significant on customer satisfaction. The better the price of the product, it means that the more satisfied consumers who use the products. Brand image also gives influence on customer satisfaction, but it does not give significant effect on customer satisfaction.Keywords: Quality, Price, Brand Image, Customer Satisfaction, Oriflame.

Abstract: This study aims to improve economic learning motivation of class XI students of Pekanbaru MA Hasanah. This research was conducted at Pekanbaru Hasanah MA on economic subjects. This research was conducted in May-October 2018. This study uses a quantitative approach. The population of this study was 16 students, the population type was sampled. The data collection techniques used were questionnaires, motivation before and after learning. The data analysis technique used was the t test. The results showed that the application of the SDL (Self D irected Leraning) model had differences between motivation before and after using SDL, ie motivation after higher than before using the SDL model. Thus the SDL model can be used as an alternative for economic learning because this model can increase motivation before and after learning. Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to know the influence of learning environment and variety of teaching teachers against interest studied economics students in SMA Negeri 1 Koto Gasib. The population in this research is the whole grade XI IPS in SMA Negeri 1 Koto Gasib as many as 57 students and on research using a sample census technique where all the population be used as samples. Data were collected using a questionnaire about the learning environment, the teacher and the teaching variations of interest study distributed to respondents. Data on analisisis using multiple linear regression test. In descriptive, at umunya students have a learning environment on the category either (75.4%), teachers teach variations on categories varies (71.9%), and interest in learning on the category are (77.2%). Through multiple linear regression shows analisisis learning environment and variety of teaching teachers has a positive influence and interest significantly to student learning with a donation of 14.6% and the regression equation Y = 32,146 + 0, 204X1 + 219X2. Based on the results of the research, then the author will provide suggestions that are expected to benefit, that is, parents can help provide and create a conducive learning environment for his son to learn well, the teacher should carry out varied learning in order to enhance students ' interest in learning, students to continue to improve the learning interest and make use of existing learning environments at home and focus on learning in schools, and for the researchers next study is expected to be a reference and develop research by adding variable other than the learning environment and variety of teaching teachers as social economic status of parents, the results of the study, and other variables affect learning interest of students.Key Words: Learning Motivation, Education Cost, Learning Outcomes.
