Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the significant influence of learning discipline on student learning achievement in the Economics Subject of SMA Negeri 1 Teluk Kuantan. This research uses descriptive quantitative method and the population in this study is the 11th grade social studies students totaling 110 people and the sample is obtained by using proportional random sampling technique as many as 52 respondents. Data analysis techniques used were descriptive analysis, Simple Linear Regression, hypothesis testing, and determination coefficient (R2) with the help of SPSS version 16.0. and seen the F test is known to count F (40,100)> F table (4,034) with Sig (0,000) <0,05. Thus the hypothesis is answered that the discipline learning variable (X) simultaneously has a significant effect on student learning achievement (Y). The simple linear regression equation obtained in this study is Y = 34.993 + 0.348 X. This means that if the discipline learning variable is assumed to be zero (0), then the learning achievement is 34.993. The value of regression coefficient variable learning discipline of 0.348. The meaning is that every increase in learning discipline by 1 unit will increase learning achievement by 0.348 and vice versa. The results of the research on the determination coefficient (R2) showed that the percentage of contribution to the contribution of learning discipline variables to learning achievement was 44.5%. and the rest as much as the remaining 55.5% is influenced by other variables not explained in this study. For this reason, it is necessary to improve by approaching both the teacher and the school teacher so that a good learning discipline can be realized in the teaching and learning process in order to improve satisfactory learning achievement.Key Words: Discipline Learning, Learning Achievement

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to analyze the effect of motivation and learning achievement on the interest in continuing education to higher education in class XII students of SMA Negeri 1 Rangsang. The subjects of this study were 93 students of class XII students of High School country 1 Rangsang, the sample was taken using the random sampling method. The data used are primary data and secondary data with data collection techniques using a questionnaire and documentation. The data analysis technique used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The results showed that motivation and learning achievement simultaneously had a significant effect on the interest in continuing education to higher education in class XII students of High School country 1 Rangsang. This means that motivation and high learning achievement will trigger the high interest of students to continue to higher education. Conversely, if the motivation and learning achievement are low, it will lead to low student interest in continuing to college.Key Words: Learning Motivation, Learning Behavior, Interest in Continuing Education in Higher Education

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of learning facilities at home and interest on student learning motivation in Economics in class XI Ips SMA Negeri 4 Kundur. The background of this research is the student's learning motivation which is still low in the Economics subject. This research was conducted on class XI Ips SMA Negeri 4 Kundur with a total student population of 89 students. In this study, using a saturated sampling technique (census), in which the entire population was sampled because the population was less than 100. Primary data were collected using a questionnaire containing questions to measure learning motivation, learning facilities at home and interest in learning which were distributed to class XI Ips SMA Negeri 4 Kundur as respondents. Meanwhile, secondary data is in the form of data on school profiles which was carried out in April 2019/2020 odd semester at SMA Negeri 4 Kundur. The data collected was then tabulated and analyzed using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS version 22. The results showed that learning facilities and interest in learning had an effect on student learning motivation in class XI Ips SMA Negeri 4 Kundur with the regression equation Y = 15,924 + 0,535 x1 + 0.864x2 and contributes to student learning motivation by 36%.Key Words: Factors, Learning Interests, Learning Facilities At Home, Learning Motivation

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of peer environment (X1), learning discipline (X2) and parental attention (X3) on learning achievement (Y) in class VII in the IPS lessons at SMP Tri Bhakti Pekanbaru Academic Year 2018/2019. This study took the entire population as a sample, namely students of class VII with a total of 97 respondents. This research is a quantitative descriptive with a kolerasional approach and uses the analysis method of multiple linear regression equations. Based on the results of the study, it can be known that the environment of peers is in good category, for the discipline of learning students in general are in good category and for the attention of parents also in good category. Furthermore, from the data analysis, it was found that the peer environment has a significant effect on student achievement, for learning discipline has a significant effect on learning achievement and for parental attention also significantly affects learning achievement with a contribution of 67.2% while the remaining 32,8% is determined by other factors such as study habits, learning attitudes, learning motivation and so on. This means that students who have a good peer environment allow the student to have good achievement, students who have good learning discipline will also have better learning achievement and students who have good parental attention allowing the student to have good learning achievement. .Keywords: Peer Friend Environment, Learning Discipline, Parental Attention, LearningAchievement.

Abstract

Abstract: The study aims to compare the quality of Indomaret, Alfamart and Self-service services to customer satisfaction in the Sub-distric Tampan Pekanbaru. This research was conducted on Indomaret, Alfamart and Self-service on the road Suka Karya Sub-distric Tampan with 90 research samples obtained using accidental sampling. The data used are primary data and secondary data with methods of collecting data using questionnaires and observations. The technical analysis of the data used is the analysis of the validity test, reliability test, normality test and partial difference test (independent sample t test). The results of this study indicate that from the results of different tests for level of Indomaret, Alfamart and Self-service in the Sub-distric Tampan Pekanbaru there are significant differences in the quality of service to Indomaret, Alfamart and Self-Sevice in Sub-distric Tampan Pekanbaru. Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of the learning environment and the discipline of learning on student learning outcomes in Economics subjects at Pekanbaru 10 Public High School. This research uses descriptive quantitative method. Population in this study is IIS class X students totaling 131 people and the sample is obtained by using proportional random sampling technique resulted 99 respondents. Data is collected using a question. Data analysis techniques used are Descriptive Analysis and Multiple Linear Regression Analysis using of SPSS version 16.0. The results showed that the learning environment has a significant effect on student learning outcomes which obtained tcount 3,150> t table 1,660 and significant value 0,000 <0,05. Learning discipline has a significant effect on student learning outcomes which obtained tcount 2,297> t table 1,660 and significant value 0,000 <0,05. Simultaneously there is a significant influence between the learning environment and learning discipline of students with learning outcomes which obtained fcount 16.735> ftabel 3.09 and a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. The multiple linear regression equation obtained in this study is Y = 49,795 + 0,142X1 + 0,183X2. It is concluded that of this study indicate the learning environment and learning discipline affect the learning outcomes of economics subjects in the X IIS class of SMA Negeri 4 Pekanbaru. This means that the higher the learning environment and student learning discipline will improve student learning outcomes. Thus to improve student learning outcomes in need of support from teachers and students themselves in the form of learning environment and learning discipline. AbstrakWorld trade is known as the world's public sector informal. For traders who have economic difficulties are very brave to do loans, one of which is a loan shark loan in Agussalim Market Pekanbaru. Research purpose to role of moneylenders in an effort to resolve the economic problems Agussalim Pekanbaru family of market traders, as well as the level of satisfaction of respondents to the moneylender loans. This sample in data were analyzed using descriptive methods, whereas respondents used to analyze the Likert scale. Respondents said moneylender loans act to help the economy, while the respondents through the ease of loans, as well as the system of installment each working day respondents. This is stated in the results of the analysis of respondents in the high category. With satisfaction of respondents to a loan shark loan in the satisfied category. At policy the moneylenders, punctuality, service, contributions and loan shark moneylenders. Thus, the role of credit loan by moneylenders in the market Agussalim can help solve economic problems family traders through good attitude given moneylenders for loans with fixed lending consequences of early repayment of the loan agreement up. Abstract

Abstract: This study has the objectives, among others 1) To produce media based on Google Classroom in economic subjects 2) To determine the feasibility of media based on the assessment of media experts and material experts on Google Classroom media design in economic subjects. Then the research method used ie R & D by using part of the model ADDIE (Analysis, Design, and Development). To determine the feasibility of this research, validation was carried out by media experts and material experts with the end result of the media being categorized as very good and worthy of being tested in the field. This media development is only intended for high school economics subjects. This research is still not perfect, so it is hoped that further research can be perfected up to the implementation and evaluation stages.Key Words: Media, Developing, Google Classroom

Abstract

Abstract: This research goal is to know the influence of facilities and learning motivation toward students learning achievement in social science lesson. The population is at grade 8 students of SMPN 3 XIII Koto Kampar totally 59 students. All students are taken to be research sample. Data is collected trough documentation and questionnaire technigues. Data then is analysed used multiple regression analysis. The results of the study note that the learning facilities that are owned by students are mostly still inadequate. As for the motivation to learn it turns out most of the students have motivation with the category of being. Furthemore, from the results of data analysis, the results obtained that learning facilities have a positif and significant impact on learning achievement, the same thing there is also a positive and significant influence of learning motivation on learning achievement, and together it turns out learning facilities and learning motivation also has a positive and significant influence on learning achievement with a contribution of 31,7%. Thus, it can be said that to improve learning achievement in need of the availability of learning facilities are very adequate and supported by high learning motivation.Keywords: Learning Facilities, Learning Motivation, Learning Achievement.
