Abstract

This study aims to investigate the influence of variables (1) of emotionalintelligence on the performance of teachers, (2) the leadership of principals on teacherperformance, (3) emotional intelligence and leadership principals together on teacherperformance. Respondents were teachers Junior High School in the District of Peace MarpoyanPekanbaru totaling 114 individuals obtained by stratified random sampling technique. Datacollected through questionnaire as a research instrument. Analysis of the data used is theanalysis of the profile of respondents, descriptive analysis, inferential statistical analysis andhypothesis testing. Instrument reliability coefficient is calculated using Cronbach alpha. In thepartial results show the positive influence of emotional intelligence on the performance of teachers0.603, and there are positive influence between the leadership of the principal on teacherperformance of 0.635. While simultaneously the influence of emotional intelligence and leadershipprincipals on teacher performance of 0.698.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of entrepreneurial motivation and entrepreneurial knowledge on interest in entrepreneurship. The population is all students who have taken the subjects of Creative Products and entrepreneurship, class XI and XII as many as 170 students. Samples were taken by proportional stratified random sampling as many as 63 students. Data collection techniques using documentation and questionnaires. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the entrepreneurial motivation of students was in the moderate category of 71,4%, entrepreneurial knowledge was in the sufficient category of 73,0%, and interest in entrepreneurship was in the moderate category of 69,8%. Partially, entrepreneurial motivation has a positive and significant effect on interest in entrepreneurship. Entrepreneurial knowledge partially also has a positive and significant effect on interest in entrepreneurship. Entrepreneurial motivation and entrepreneurial knowledge together have a positive and significant effect on interest in entrepreneurship.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of the quality of economics teacher learning on student achievement in terms of learning planning, implementation of learning and assessing learning outcomes on student achievement. The research method used in this research is descriptive quantitative. The population in this study were all class XI at SMA Negeri 15 Pekanbaru. The selected sample was 78 students with proportional random sampling technique. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire technique for teacher teaching quality data and documentation techniques for student achievement. The results of the study are as follows: (1) there is a positive influence between the variable quality of teacher learning on student achievement of 0.381. That is, every increase in the quality of teacher learning by one unit will reduce learning achievement by 0.381 units. (2) there is a significant effect between the variables of student achievement. With a probability of 0.000<0.05. (3) the value of the coefficient of determination (R2) obtained is R square of 0.439 or 43.9%.Key Words : Kualitas pembelajaran, prestasi belajar

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the level ofstudent satisfaction and motivation in learning groups (cooperative learning) andlearning outcomes in relation to the accounting subjects. The method in thisresearch is quantitative.The population of this research is the students of class XIand XII Accounting Department of SMK Labor Binaan FKIP Riau University. Dataobtained by observing the teacher in class and distributing questionnaires to therespondents. Data were analyzed by using multiple correlation while the instrumentwas tested by using validity. Results from these studies showed that: (1) There aredifferences in the level of satisfaction of students in study groups on special classesand regular classes at SMK Labor Binaan FKIPRiau University. (2) There aredifferences in student motivation in learning groups at special classes and regularclasses at SMK Labor Binaan FKIP Riau University.(3) There is a significantrelationship between the level of student satisfaction with the learning outcomes ofthe accounting subjects in SMK Labor Binaan FKIP Riau University. (4) There is asignificant relationship between motivation and learning outcomes of the accountingsubjects in SMK Labor Binaan FKIP Riau University. (5) There are differences in thelevel of student satisfaction and motivation in relation to group learning and learningoutcomes of the accounting subjects in SMK Labor Binaan FKIP Riau University.From the above results, it can be concluded that there is a significant relationshipbetween the level of student satisfaction and motivation in learning groups(cooperative learning) in accounting subjects in SMK Labor Binaan FKIP RiauUniversity.

Abstract

The quality of education is very dependent on teachers who play a role and are the biggest contributors in the world of education. Several competencies that must be possessed by teachers are increasing motivation and learning achievement of students, including pedagogical competence and professional competence. This study aims to identify and analyze the direct and indirect relationship between pedagogic and professional competence of social studies subject teachers in relation to the motivation and learning achievement of students. The total population in this study were 107 teachers of social studies subjects. The sampling technique used Isaac Michael's table with an error rate of 5%, the number of samples in this study were 80 social studies subject teachers. The process of sampling data used random sampling techniques with questionnaires and documentation. The collected data were then analyzed using descriptive analysis and path analysis. The findings in this study are that there is a positive direct and indirect relationship to the pedagogical and professional competence of social studies subject teachers in relation to the motivation and learning achievement of students. The level of motivation and learning achievement of students is related to pedagogical competence and professional competence. So that it is hoped that the teacher will improve on their pedagogic and professional competence and finally they can increase the motivation and learning achievement of students.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of online learning and learning motivation on student learning outcomes in economics class XII at SMA N 2 Mandau. The sample in this study were students of class XII social studies at SMAN 2 Mandau for the academic year 2021/2022 which consisted of 5 classes with a total of 117 students using the slovin technique. Data were collected using questionnaires and documentation which were then analyzed using multiple linear regression. Based on the research, it was found that online learning and learning motivation had a positive and significant effect on student learning outcomes in Economics class XII Social Studies at SMA N 2 Mandau. So online learning and learning motivation together will improve student learning outcomesKeywords: Online Learning, Learning Motivation, Learning Outcomes.
