Abstract

Abstrak Pada era globalisasi seperti saat ini perkembangan teknologi terus berkembang dengan pesat, salah satunya yaitu perkembangan otomasi. Automated Storage And Retrieval System (AS/RS) merupakan salah satu pengaplikasian sistem otomatisasi pada pergudangan. Keprofesian otomasi yang berada di bawah naungan Fakultas Rekayasa Industri memiliki fungsi untuk meningkatkan keahlian mahasiswa dalam bidang otomasi industri khususnya yang berkaitan dengan perancangan otomatisasi sistem manufaktur yang berdiri sendiri maupun terintegrasi. berdasarkan fungsi tersebut maka dapat dikatakan model pembelajaran mengenai AS/RS sesuai diaplikasikan dalam salah satu kajian yang terdapat dalam keprofesian ini. Untuk menunjang hal tersebut diperlukan suatu simulasi yang dapat digunakan sebagai simulator AS/RS pada keprofesian ini. Perancangan simulasi AS/RS ini dimulai dengan proses identifikasi barang berdasarkan metode pengolahan citra untuk mendeteksi barang berdasarkan warna. Penelitian ini dimulai dengan tahap identifikasi, tahap inisialisasi, tahap kreatif, tahap implementasi dan pengujian dan tahap kesimpulan dan saran. Perancangan sistem dimulai dengan perancangan skenario proses, dan perancangan sistem yang terdiri dari perancangan simulasi workstation penyortiran berdasarkan warna, perancangan program pengolahan citra dengan menggunakan MATLAB®, perancangan program PLC dengan TIA(Totally Integrated Automation) Portal V12, dan perancangan human machine interface (HMI) dengan Wonderware Intouch dan perancangan komunikasi antara program image processing dengan HMI dengan menggunakan comma separated value (CSV) database. Sistem yang dirancang selanjutnya akan diuji coba menggunakan simulator berdasarkan skenario pengujian yang telah dirancang agar sistem yang dibuat dapat berjalan sesuai dengan tujuan penelitian, dari hasil uji coba yang dilakukan sistem yang dirancang berhasil melakukan penyortiran barang berdasarkan warna. Abstract

ABSTRAK Pengetahuan AS/RS dan S/R machine merupakan hal yang penting bagi mahasiswa Teknik Industri agar pada saat terjun di dunia pergudangan dan dapat mengaplikasikannya untuk melakukan improvement di aktivitas pergudangan perusahaan. Sebelumnya, pada keprofesian otomasi Universitas Telkom belum pernah ada penelitian mengenai perancangan simulasi AS/RS dan Robotino®. Dari penelitian ini, diharapkan tercipta simulasi AS/RS yang dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan mahasiswa keprofesian otomasi di bidang otomatisasi sistem penyimpanan dan pengambilan item di pergudangan. Dari simulasi proses penyimpanan, terdapat sembilan proses utama yang dirancang. Terdapat tiga kebutuhan dasar dalam merancang Robotino® sebagai S/R machine yaitu sistem rancangan, software dan hardware. Untuk kebutuhan software adalah sistem operasi Windows 8 dan Robotino®View. Untuk kebutuhan hardware terdiri dari enam komponen yaitu komputer, Robotino®, webcam, sensor induktif, baterai, dan gripper system. Sedangkan untuk pendukung skenarionya dibutuhkan empat komponen yaitu struktur akrilik, sensor trigger, solasi alumunium, dan item. Waktu untuk menyelesaikan sembilan proses utama adalah 647,1 detik. Proses yang paling lama adalah proses utama 6 selama 83,3 detik. NPV biaya kumulatif yang lebih kecil adalah alternatif kedua yaitu sebesar Rp16.657.138. Terdapat tujuh faktor yang teridentifikasi menghambat Robotino® dalam bertindak sebagai S/R Machines yaitu pencahayaan, koneksi, baterai, jalur lintasan, gripper system, bahan pembuat slider, workstation, dan rak, serta umur mesin. Abstract

Abstract This paper study about the simulation of how AGV work using Robotino®. The simulation is needed as a material for studying about AGV. The use of Robotino® as an AGV because the characteristics is similar with AGV. It will pick up material and transport it from one workstation to another workstation using inductive line as a guidance. After that it arrive in another workstation, it will put down the material on the workstation. To be able to move safely on the inductive line, it can use speed of 200 mm/s. Abstract

Abstract These days, Green Manufacturing has established become a new thing for professional engineers and manufacturing workers to be an important part in the business world. Green manufacturing is a method for manufacturing that minimizes waste and pollution. These goals are often achieved through product and process design (Thomas, 2001). Green Manufacturing was created to reflect the new manufacturing paradigm techniques to make something become more eco-efficient by reducing the energy consumption. Jacquard punching machine is a machine that designed to cut a hole in material such as card stock named jacquard card. This card controlled the weaving process in textile industry to enabling produce the patterns of facbic. This machine is still working manually with the flexibility less than 90 percent that led to the longest production time in meeting the request, thus causing the electrical energy released for this machine is also very high. On the basis of these problems required a system to improve the flexibility of the machine in order to be able to reduce energy consumption and make the company become more green environmentally friendly. From this research generated an automation system which will be applied on a jacquard punchine machine that can increase flexibility machine to be more than 90 percent. Abstract

Abstract In the 21st century, the use of machine energy in the industrial world has increased significantly every year. In 2000 the use of electric energy in the world around 13,000 Kwh and in 2015 has reached 22,000 Kwh. In Indonesia energy use by the industrial sector is also quite large, one of them is the textile industry sector. PT. Buana Intan Gemilang is a textile company that produces prayer mats and curtains with a wide sales area. PT. Buana Intan Gemilang has problem in making pattern card by using punching machine, energy use in punching machine is quite big because production process on punching machine using manual process. So it requires an improvement on the use of energy and production time of making pattern card. Green manufacturing is a method that can be used to solve problems associated with waste in the punching machine. The application of green manufacturing method is done in three stages; Identify your color, prepare your brush, paint it green, keep it green. After applying the green manufacturing method on PT. Buana Intan Gemilang energy usage of punching machine was reduced from 33116 Kwh to 8366 Kwh in producing one type of pattern card. Abstract

PT Buana Intan Gemilang is a company engaged in textile industry. The punching machine is a machine that produces pattern cards that control the patterns of the fabric process. The engine still works manually so it takes a long production time and increases waste in the cost of electrical energy. PT Buana Intan Gemilang, can implement a green manufacturing method on punching machine, thus the company can reduce energy consumption. The first process to do is to identify the color by classifying the company into the black, brown, gray or green color categories using questionnaire. The next process is prepare your brush or the improvement area to be optimized and analyzed. Improvement plan at this stage that is focusing on energy area and technology. In the next stage of paint it green, this process applies green by modifying the technology through implementing automation system on the punching machine so that there is an increase of green level on the process machine. After applying the green manufacturing method and implementation automation system on the punching machine can optimize the use of energy consumption, cost to use of electrical energy consumption to produce jacquard card on an automated punching machine can save cost Rp 1.068.159/day. Abstract

This research is a study of Ethnomathematics. In this case, we view Ethnomathematics as an intersection between mathematics, mathematical modelling, and cultural anthropology. The purpose of this study is to determine the average height of Bali Mula ancestors communities in the area of Ancient Caldera Batur. We use exploration, observation, experimentation, documentation, and interviews method. In the initial stage of the study, we determine the relationship between the finger length index and the height body of Bali Mula male. The linear regression equation expresses the relationship, which is a length of the index finger as a predictor variable. Moreover, measure the pillars width of some houses Saka Roras and substituting it, we have the regression equation. Consequently, we estimate the average height of the Bali Mula ancestors in Kintamani area are 165 cm. Since it contains linier regression concepts, prediction the average height of Bali Mula ancestors from their traditional homes may be used as the context in mathematical (statistical) learning at school or university.

Abstract

The rice production improvement program is carried out to meet the needs and food security of a country, the results of cultivation and post-harvest innovations are delivered in agricultural counseling to be implemented by farmers in an effort to increase their agricultural yields . One of the results of innovation is how to grow rice with the legowo row 2:1 planting system can be socialized to farmer groups through Field Schools so that farmers can more easily understand and participate in practical demonstrations in the field as part of their experience. The research uses aquantitative approach, and a type of explanatory research type survey research that highlights the causal relationship between research variables and tests the hypotheses formulated. The subject of the study was the Sindang Kerta farmer group, West Java, with a total rice field area planted with rice as much as 2,396 ha by 90 farmers. This study used 2 types of variables, namely free variables and bound variables, each of the variables studied was a free variable 1 (X1) is the institutional or dynamic of farmer groups, the free variable 2 (X2) is a row legowo 2:1rice planting system, and the bound variable is an increase in rice production produced (Y). The data obtained were analyzed using SEM PLS. The results of the description of the farmer group institution show that the average value is >4.01, which means that the farmer group institution is very good, Based on the values of path coefficients or path coefficients, the resulting structural equation is as follows: Y = 0.631 X1 – 0.152 X2 which means that group institutions have a positive effect while the legowo row 2:1 planting system has less influence on the production of rice produced. Abstract

Bonus demografi penduduk Indonesia akan terjadi pada tahun 2030- 2045. Hal ini merupakan keuntungan jika berhasil mendidik generasi mudanya. Siswa SMK yang saat ini berumur sekitar 14 – 17 tahun, merupakan usia produktif pemula, namun tingkat pengangguran lulusan SMK di Indonesia masih tinggi dimana pada Agustus 2022 sebesar 9,42 %. Sedangkan tingkat pengangguran lulusan SMA sebesar 8,57 %, dan lulusan SMP 5,95 %. Masalah lain tingkat kesehatan masyarakat Indonesia tergolong rendah. Tahun 2023 Global Health Security Index (GHSI) melaporkan skor rata-rata adalah 38,9 poin. Indeks ketahanan kesehatan global Indonesia pada tahun 2021 sebesar 50,4 dari skor 100 poin dan menempati peringkat ke-13 dalam negara G20. Pengabdian masyarakat ini berupa pelatihan pembuatan alat elektrolisis berupa water ionizer, yang menghasilkan air alkali dan air asam untuk kesehatan. Air alkali memiliki kandungan ion kalsium, magnesium, natrium, dan kalium lebih banyak dari air biasa sehingga dapat menguatkan tulang, sendi, otot, dan melancarkan peredaran darah. Air asam yang dihasilkan dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai antiseptik dan desinfektan. Pada program pengabdian masyarakat yang dilaksanakan pada bulan Juni 2023, dihasilkan satu unit water ionizer dengan kapasitas 1000 liter. Setelah dilakukan beberapa kali pengujian alat dapat berfungsi dengan baik. Air keran yang ada di SMK Merdeka dengan pH 7,1 dan diubah menjadi air alkali dengan pH 8,5.

Abstract

This research uses the verification method to examine the impact of fertilizer subsidy policy changes on wetland rice farmers in Gekbrong Sub-district, Cianjur District. This method was chosen to evaluate how far the objectives of the new fertilizer subsidy policy (October 2022) achieved the expected results. Data analysis was conducted using paired t-test and Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test, depending on the data distribution. The research sample consisted of 42 farmers who had been farming before and after the implementation of the new policy. The results showed that there was no significant difference in the application of fertilizer technology between before and after the policy change, although the new policy aimed to encourage the use of organic fertilizer. However, the change in fertilizer subsidy policy had a significant impact on farmers' income due to an increase in farming costs, particularly fertilizer procurement costs. This finding suggests that the subsidy distribution mechanism still suffers from “irregularities” and requires improvement to ensure farmer income sustainability.
