Abstract

In the current era, companies need to improve employee performance qualifications in order to compete in increasingly fierce business competition. Employee performance is influenced by several factors that can influence it, including leadership, work ethic, and work discipline. This study aims to analyze the influence jointly or partially between leadership, work ethic and work discipline on employee performance at Kopkar PT Gudang Garam Tbk, "MEKAR" Kediri. This research uses quantitative methods with classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, t test, f test, coefficient of determination, sampling technique is simple random sampling using SPSS version 23 application. This study uses Kopkar Mekar employees as a population of 144 people, and obtained a sample of 59 people with the slovin formula. The conclusions obtained are (1) leadership does not have a strong negative effect on employee performance. (2) there is a strong influence between work ethic on employee performance. (3) there is a strong influence between work discipline on employee performance. (4) leadership, work ethic and work discipline have a simultaneous effect on the performance of Kopkar MEKAR Kediri employees.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the significant effect of work environment, job satisfaction and workload partially or simultaneously on the performance of employees of PT Telkom Indonesia Kediri Branch. The approach used in this study is a quantitative approach and the type of causal relationship research, with the sampling technique using the Slovinn formula, the sample size in this study as many as 52 employees and the data analysis technique using descriptive statistics, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing with SPSS Version 23 software. The results of this study are that there is a significant effect between work environment and workload on employee performance, there is no significant effect between job satisfaction on employee performance, there is a simultaneous significant effect between work environment, job satisfaction, and workload on the performance of employees of PT Telkom Indonesia Kediri Branch.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze soft skills, hard skills, and self-efficacy simultaneously based on student interest. This research uses descriptive research methods, which are methods used to answer questions based on research questions. The results showed that soft skills had no significant effect on student performance, while hard skills and self-efficacy had a significant effect on student performance. The adjusted R² value of 0.625 shows that hard skills and self-efficacy have a significant effect on student entrepreneurship interest. Soft skills also have a positive impact on student entrepreneurship interest. It is important to develop education and training programs that focus on improving soft skills, hard skills, and self-efficacy in the process of increasing students' entrepreneurship interests.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between social media marketing, event marketing, and celebrity endorsement partially and simultaneously towards customer loyalty of Nongkaski Coffee & Eatery Wates. This type of research is quantitative causality. The population in this study were all visitors to Nongkasi Coffee & restaurant. Determination of the sample using a simple random sampling technique with a total sample of 150 people by multiplying 15 indicators by 10 times. Data collection using a questionnaire. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study are that social media marketing partially has no effect on customer loyalty, while event marketing and celebrity endorsements partially and significantly affect customer loyalty. Simultaneously social media marketing, event marketing, and celebrity endorsements have a significant and significant effect on customer loyalty by 29.5%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of Online Customer Review (OCR), Price Discount (PD), and Time Pressure (TP) on impulse buying during Shopee live streaming. A quantitative approach was employed using multiple linear regression analysis. The population in this study consisted of 337 active students from the 2021 cohort of the Management Study Program at Universitas Nusantara PGRI Kediri. A total of 183 respondents were selected using the Slovin formula with a 5% margin of error and a nonprobability sampling technique through simple random sampling, based on the criteria of being active Shopee users. The results show that OCR, PD, and TP have a positive and significant effect on impulse buying, both partially and simultaneously. These findings indicate that the three factors are key drivers of impulsive purchasing behavior during live streaming sessions. The novelty of this study lies in its focus on the impulse buying behavior of university students on the Shopee Live platform, which remains underexplored in the context of e-commerce in Indonesia.

Abstract

Research at UD Sumber Muji Mulya has problems, namely the low spirit of cooperation between employees which has an impact on decreasing job satisfaction, non-transparent compensation, and lack of occupational health and safety protection, which risks lowering morale and increasing accidents and occupational diseases. This research uses a quantitative approach with a sample of all UD Sumber Muji Mulya employees. The test results show that OCB has no significant effect partially on employee satisfaction tcount 0.947 < ttable 2.028, and a significance value of 0.350 > 0.05. In contrast, compensation has a significant effect with tcount 2.218 > ttable 2.028, and a significance value of 0.033 < 0.05, as well as the work environment has a significant effect with tcount 2.877 > ttable 2.028, and a significance value of 0.007 < 0.05. Simultaneously, OCB, compensation, and work environment have a significant effect on employee satisfaction at UD Sumber Muji Mulya.

Abstract

Masa pandemi mengakibatkan pemerintah mengambil beberapa kebijakan untuk menekan angka perkembangan covid-19. Salah satu kebijakan pemerintah yang membuat masyarakat menghabiskan segala aktivitas di rumah dan bahkan tren merawat kesehatan dan kecantikan juga dilakukan dari rumah. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis dan mengetahui pengaruh kualitas produk, celebrity endorser dan harga terhadap kepuasan konsumen MS Glow outlet Kertosono. Kuantitatif adalah pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan, dan kausalitas merupakan tekniknya. Purposive sampling adalah teknik pengambilan sampelnya dan berjumlah 40 responden dengan kriteria usia > 18 tahun. Regresi linier berganda adalah teknik analisis datanya. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah kualitas produk, celebrity endorser, dan harga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen MS Glow outlet Kertosono.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis dan mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan, reward dan punishment terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Indomarco Adi Prima Kediri. Pendekatan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik penelitian bersifat kausal. Pengumpulan datanya dengan menyebar kuesioner. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT Indomarco Adi Prima Kediri sebanyak 45 karyawan. 45 responden menjadi sampelnya. Total sampling menjadi teknik pengambilan sampelnya. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan software SPSS for windows versi 23. Hasil penelitian ini adalah kepemimpinan, reward dan punishment berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Indomarco Adi Prima Kediri.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh E-Service Quality, E-Trust dan harga terhadap keputusan pembelian. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan pendekatan kuantitatif kausalitas. Populasi pada penelitian ini yaitu konsumen di Artee Collection Nganjuk sedangkan Sampel dalam penelitian ini merupakan konsumen yang melakukan pembelian di Artee Collection Nganjuk dengan jumlah 40 responden, sumber data pada penelitian ini diperoleh melalui kuesioner dengan menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asusmsi klasik, uji regresi linier berganda, dan uji hipotesis yang dianalisis menggunakan software SPSS for windows versi 23. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh E-Service Quality, E-Trust dan Harga terhadap Keputusan Pembelian di Artee Collection Nganjuk.

Abstract

Konsumen harus dapat merasakan pelayanan yang sesuai dengan keinginan mereka, untuk menunjukkan harapanya yang telah terpenuhi. Sehingga suatu pelayanan yang baik akan menghasilkan tingkat kepuasan konsumen yang baik pula. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui hubungan beberapa variabel yang digunakan terhadap kualitas pelayanan Toko Pusat Oleh-Oleh yang sedang berkembang baik di Kediri, yaitu Toko Mak Plengeh. Adapun variabel yang digunakan untuk mengetahui kualitas pelayanan toko tersebut antara lain Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), kompetensi kerja, dan lingkungan kerjanya. Beberapa variabel tersebut akan diuji melalui SPSS Versi 23, melalui uji normalitas, uji regresi linear berganda, uji determinasi, dan uji hipotesis untuk mengetahui pengaruh nya terhadap kualitas pelayanan. Penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa variabel OCB dan kompetensi kerja memiliki pengaruh terhadap kualitas pelayanan. Sedangkan varibel lingkungan kerja memiliki hasil yang berkebalikan, yaitu berpengaruh lemah terhadap kualitas pelayanan.
