Abstract

Research aim : This study aims to understand how digital technology support, digital skills, and electronic work procedures affect employee performance at PosIND Kediri. Design/Methode/approach : This research uses a quantitative approach by collecting data through interviews and questionnaires. Data analysis includes validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression, classical assumption test, and t test and F test using SPSS version 25.0. Research Finding : The results showed that the regression model obtained was Y = 1.242 + 0.064X1 + 0.285X2 + 0.598X3, with a constant value of 1.242. This means that without changes in the independent variables, employee performance remains at 1.242. The regression coefficient shows that e-technology support, e-digital competence, and e-work procedures contribute positively to improving employee performance by 0.064, 0.285, and 0.598, respectively. With a coefficient of determination of 0.752, it can be concluded that the three variables affect employee performance by 75.2%, while the remaining 24.8% is influenced by other factors not included in this study. Theoretical contribution/originality : This study reinforces the theory that proper technological support, competence, and work procedures significantly influence performance improvement. Practitione/policy implication : This research provides guidance for posIND to focus on technological and procedural development to optimize employee performance. Research limitation : This study is limited to a specific sector, making the results not broadly generalizable. Future studies are recommended to expand the sector coverage and include other relevant variables.

Abstract

Research aim : This current study aimed to analyze the impact of work environment, organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), and work disciplined on employees' performances at Lestari Kertosono Sugar Factory. Design/Methode/Approach : This study uses a descriptive research approach with quantitative analysis techniques. The sampling technique uses total sampling, namely all employees totaling 45 people. Data collection techniques were made through observation, interviews and a questionnaire. The technique used for analyzing these data is a multiple linier regresi analyzer. Research Finding : Working Environmental, Organizational Citizenship Behavior and Work Discipline partially and simultaneously affect Employees Performances. To increase employees' performances, the management of Lestari Kertosono Sugar Factory is advised to create a better work environment by paying attention to aspects of comfort and facilities, encouraging OCB behavior through reward and recognition programs, and improving work discipline by setting clear standards and providing the necessary training. By implementing this strategy, employee performance is expected to improve, which in turn will support the growth of the corporate success and the enterprise's competitiveness in the market. Theoretical contribution/Originality : This theoretical contribution is to provide new insights into the influence of working environments, OCB, and employee disciplinary to employee performance, as well as add to the existing literature on this topic. Practitionel/Policy implication : This experiment is supposed to be able to provide strategic recommendations for company management in designing strategies that can improve employee performance through improving influencing factors, such as work environment, organizational behavior, and work discipline. Research limitation : This study has several limitations. First, the sample size includes only 45 employees, making it less representative for the sugar industry population. Second, the cross-sectional nature of this study only provides an overview at one time without capturing long-term dynamics. Third, external factors such as economic conditions or company policies that may affect performance were not measured. Finally, the research focus was limited to work environment, OCB, and work discipline, without considering other variables such as motivation or job satisfaction.

Abstract

Research aim : : This study was conducted to determine the influence of content marketing, online customer reviews, and product quality on purchase decisions either or simultaneously Design/Methode/Approach: This study uses a quantitative approach with a causal method. Using nonprobability sampling samples with a purposive sampling approach. The data collection technique used in this study uses a questionnaire that is distributed to the respondents. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis models using statistical analysis include validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression tests, determination coefficient tests and hypothesis tests. Research Finding : The results of this study show that content marketing and online customer reviews and product quality have a significant effect. Theoretical contribution/Originality: this study can be a reference for future researchers regarding the influence of marketing content, online customer reviews, product quality on the purchase decision of Mossdoom bags. Practitionel/Policy implication: This research is expected to help mossdoom in developing the right marketing strategy by optimizing the use of Content Marketing, Online Customer Review, and product quality to improve purchase decisions Research limitation : : this study focuses on determining the influence of content marketing, online customer reviews, and product quality on the purchase decision of mossdoom bags among students of the Faculty of Economics and Business UNP Kediri.

Abstract

Research aim : This study aims to explore the role of market segmentation and distribution channel preferences in increasing the sales volume of Purung Tofu Factory in Trenggalek Regency. Design/Methods/Approach :. This study used an exploratory qualitative approach with in-depth interview and observation methods. Data were collected from factory owners and consumers through the 5R informant selection technique. Research Finding : The results show that market segmentation based on geographic characteristics, demographics, psychographics, and consumption behavior can help tofu factories identify the main target market. Distribution channel preferences such as traditional markets, modern stores, and direct purchase to factories have an important role in product distribution efficiency and increasing sales volume. The integration of these two aspects has a positive impact on the competitiveness and business sustainability of small-scale tofu factories. Theoretical contribution/Originality : This study offers a theoretical contribution by integrating market segmentation and distribution channel preferences as an integrated approach in the marketing strategy of traditional tofu factories. This study also fills the literature gap regarding the effect of the combination of these two aspects on increasing sales volume in the local business context. Practitioner/Policy implication : The findings of this study can serve as a guide for the managers of Purung Tofu Factory to design a more effective and efficient marketing strategy. In addition, local governments and industry players can use the results of this study to encourage the development of traditional food businesses through policies that support optimal management of market segmentation and distribution. Research limitation : This research is limited to the context of Purung Tofu Factory in Trenggalek Regency, so the results cannot be generalized to tofu factories in other regions. Further studies are needed to test the model developed in tofu factories with different consumer characteristics.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan konsumen Hotel Lotus Garden dan Resort, ditinjau dari prediktor harga, fasilitas dan pelayanan. Tingkat kepuasan diukur dengan membandingkan nilai harapan dan nilai kepuasan yang diterima konsumen, selanjutnya dianalisis kedudukannya pada diagram scatter. Pendekatan riset menggunakan deskriptif kuantitatif, dan tata cara mengumpulkan data memakai angket, sedangkan teknik analisis data dengan Important Performace Analysis. Besaran sampel dalam penelitian sebesar 80 responden, dengan metode pengambilan sampel dengan memakai metode probability sampling. Temuan penelitian menyatakan bahwa harga masih perlu ditingkatkan oleh manajemen hotel terutama untuk keterjangkauan harga dan daya saing harga, dan mempertahankan posisi kesesuaian harga dengan jasa hotel. Fasilitas hotel perlu ditingkatkan, untuk tata cahaya dan warna, sedangkan perlengkapan dapat dipertahankan. Pelayanan hotel perlu dipertahankan untuk keandalan dan daya tanggap karyawan

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to study and measure the Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) in improving the performance of the secretariat staff of the City of Kediri Education Office. There are five main aspects of OCB, namely: Altruism, Constiousness, Sportmanship, Civic Virtue, Courtesy. This study used descriptive qualitative method. Data collection conducted by researchers to the City of Kediri Education Office. The results of this study about the employees of the Secretariat of the Department of Education of the City of Kediri have done OCB well so as to improve performance.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini terkait dengan bagaimana pengaruh marketing mix yang terdiri dari produk, harga, lokasi, promosi, dan pelayanan untuk meningkatkan buying decision konsumen di Golden Swalayan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengaruh produk, harga, lokasi, promosi, dan pelayanan terhadap keputusan pembelian secara parsial dan simultan. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah 30 konsumen yang menjadi pelanggan Golden Swalayan. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah dengan menggunakan kuesioner dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan asumsi klasik, uji hipotesis, uji regresi linier berganda dan koefisien deteminasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa produk, harga, lokasi, promosi dan pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian yang akan dilakukan oleh konsumen. Hasil uji t menunnukan produk secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian sebesar 0,005, Harga secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian sebesar 0,000, Lokasi secara parsial tidak berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian sebesar 0,597, Promosi secara parsial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian sebesar 0,422, Pelayanan secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian sebesar 0,026. Hasil uji F menunnjukan diketahui bahwa nilai Ftabel 2,023 atau nilai signifikan sebesar 0,000 yang berarti lebih kecil dari nilai probabilitas sebesar 0,05 (0,000<0,05) Ho ditolak, ini berarti variabel dependen yaitu produk, harga, lokasi, promosi dan pelayanan mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan secara bersama-sama terhadap keputusan pembelian. Abstract

Significant technological developments in recent years have had an impact on people's behavioral styles in shopping in this modern era, it is easier for people to get what they need, many marketplaces have emerged in Indonesia, one of which is Shopee which is well-known among people. According to data collected by katadata.com Shopee was ranked first in the largest site visitors in the third quarter of 2020, reaching 96.5 million in 2018. This is due to the many reviews and ratings on shopee products that attract people to make purchases through the shopee marketplace. Many research prove that online customer reviews and online customer ratings have a relationship with customer purchase interest and become one of the important features, but not a factor that causes increased customer trust. Therefore, online marketplace companies must make reviews and ratings as one of the main marketing tools that can increase company revenue. Currently, Indonesian consumers are more interested in the use of media. This study is an active student of the 2017 UNP Kediri Management Study Program. The number of samples used in this study was 30 respondents. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression by considering the classical assumption test requirements which include normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test and autocracy test. Hypothesis testing used t-statistical test to test the effect partially and F-statistics to test the effect simultaneously. The results of this study indicate that partially and also simultaneously the online customer review and online customer rating variables have a significant effect on purchasing decisions.   Keywords: Online customer review, online customer rating, and purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The development of the business world today is never separated from competition, entrepreneurs are required to always be creative and innovate to be able to maintain the business that has been built. The purpose of this study was to analyze and determine consumer buying interest at Srikandi Gold Jewelery Shop from the Attention and Interest Indicators. The approach in this study uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques with interviews. The data analysis technique uses data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The data sources used are primary data sources and secondary data sources. The conclusions of this study are (1) The decline in sales in the first semester and an increase in sales in the final semester. (2) The difference in sales in the first semester is 2,495,560 gr, while sales in the last semester are 3,454,150 gr. Recommendations for Srikandi Gold Jewelry Stores are to continue to comply with government recommendations, continue to provide prices below other stores, give bonuses to jewelry purchases, and provide the latest jewelry models to increase sales volume. Abstract

ABSTRAK Audi Yosrul Mustofa: Analisis Volume Penjualan Beras Lokal Ditinjau dari Harga, Kualitas Produk dan Pelayanan di Toserba Bahagia Nganjuk, Skripsi, Manajemen, FEB UNP Kediri, 2021. Kata Kunci: Harga, Kualitas Produk, Pelayanan, Volume Penjualan Usaha perdagangan di Indonesia saat pandemi Covid-19 semakin pulih dan berkembang. Hal tersebut terbukti dengan bermunculannya usaha dagang yang ada mulai dari yang berskala kecil, menengah hingga yang besar, retail konvensional seperti toko kelontong, peracangan maupun retail modern seperti toserba, swalayan, supermarket hingga berlevel perusahaan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis volume penjualan beras lokal ditinjau dari segi harga, kualitas produk dan pelayanan di Toserba Bahagia Nganjuk. Pendekatan penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan teknik asosiatif kausal. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh konsumen Toserba Bahagia yang membeli beras lokal dengan teknik sampling menggunakan simple random sampling dan ditentukan 70 sampel. Instrumen menggunakan angket yang skornya diuji validitas dan reliabilitas. Teknik analisis menggunakan uji asumsi klasik, regresi linier berganda dan uji hipotesis. Hasilnya, variabel harga, kualitas produk dan pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara simultan terhadap volume penjualan beras lokal di Toserba Bahagia Nganjuk. Secara parsial, harga berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap volume penjualan beras lokal yang juga merupakan variabel paling dominan. Hanya kualitas produk dan pelayanan yang berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap volume penjualan beras lokal. Peneliti selanjutnya sebaiknya memperluas variabel penelitian, hal ini diusulkan karena telah terbukti bahwa variabel harga, kualitas produk dan pelayanan memiliki dampak yang hanya sebesar 42,2% terhadap volume penjualan, sehingga faktor yang lain seperti testimoni, harapan, kepercayaan dan keterlibatan konsumen perlu dikaji.
