Abstract

Mojo BSMI Clinic is a healthcare service based on community, prime service, affordable price and quality. The problem is when patient’s health card is lost, the clinic staff will search the patient’s medical record before creating a new health card. The clinic staff is in difficult if medical record is lost or the document of medical record is not thoroughly searched, patient is considered has no medical record even though they have been treated in clinic before. But the patient still will get their new medical record by staff, it makes accumulation on medical record document, and staff does not know whether they are new patient or not.As the problem described, the solution is to create an application for medical record that has several function such data searching, medical record, and create a monthly report. On medical record, diagnose classification for disease using ICD 9 and 10.The test result and evaluation has shown that Design of Medical Record Application at BSMI Clinic Surabaya able to generate medical record information, the patient visits, income report and top ten disease report. And also the application can accelerate data searching process and medical report that helps the doctor at BSMI Clinic.

Abstract

So far there is no kusioner to know customer satisfaction, so that every complaint is delivered orally. Those complaints are Accepted by management Lazizaa Chicken And Pizza for example less complete Facilities, cleanliness, waiting time in serving some menu such as long time pizza, facilities to wait for inadequate order, and others. The problem is when the complaint is delivered verbally to the employee Lazizaa Chicken And Pizza, often the employee who received the complaint forgot to convey to the management because the complaint is not written and undocumented. Therefore in this study, made a Design Build Customer Satisfaction Application At Lazizaa Chicken and Pizza Branch Kusuma Nation Surabaya, so it can help to know the level of customer satisfaction. This application is web based because it can simplify its implementation and also can be accessed on all platforms that can use web browser. Based on the experiments on the application, it can be accessed easily by IT staff to manage the questionnaire data, displaying the results of customer analysis in the form of reports in the form of graphs and tables so that owners Lazizaa Chicken And Pizza can view reports of analysis results through web-based applications. For development advice is expected to be integrated with all the other branches Lazizaa.

Abstract

LIK is a web-based academic information system application at Dr. Soetomo with the aim to provide students with academic information. Based on a review of the LIK application similarweb website, there are few visitors due to the user interface / user experience that is less attractive and less responsive to the mobile web display, whereas the number of users accessing the mobile web reaches 93%. In addition, from the results of the questionnaire to 30 users, it is known that the current ease of application when accessed via a smartphone is only 30% who agree. The solution is to design a user interface / user experience specifically for mobile devices using the Lean UX method, consisting of 4 stages: Declare Asumptions, Create an MVP, Run an Experiment, Feedback and Research. The test was conducted to 30 students at Dr. Soetomo with 2 iterations. From the first iteration, the prototype success rate reached 83%, while the second iteration reached 87% which indicated an increase in UI / UX than before. This shows that the resulting prototype is quite good in terms of user interface / user experience so that the prototype can be easily used for the first time on a mobile display.

Abstract

Based on data obtained from the Development and Application of Information Technology (PPTI) Institute Business and Information of Stikom Surabaya (Stikom Surabaya), 20% -30% of the students S1 Information Systems has a value under B for the course Programming Logic and Design. This proves that is an obstacle course students. Therefore, they invented Learning Application Programming Logic and Design to help the lecture on this subject. However, during implementation of the evaluation has not been done so that the acceptance of this application, developers and teachers do not know the effect of this application on the user's behavior.Measurement of user behavior of applications and Design Learning Logic Programming using 3 TAM (Technology Acceptance Model 3). This method is carried out to determine the factors that influence user behavior.               Based on the distribution of questionnaires to 126 students S1 Information System that follows the lecture Logic and Design Programming, which is then analyzed by SEM showed that the Interests Behavior (behavioral intention) direct and significant impact on User Behavior (use behavior) while the benefits utilities (perceived usefulness) and Ease of Use (perceived ease of use), and significant indirect effect on User Behavior (use behavior).

Abstract

PT. BIG Surabaya is a multi-company that has the department include Banquet and Restaurant, T-Bar, Office Park, and Regency. PT. BIG Surabaya in the development of his company faced several problems in the payroll system. Analysis and design of payroll information system at PT. BIG Surabaya can give a result of employee payroll information system design and to help devise a system for the accurate calculation of employee payroll. With the use of computerized systems is expected to address the problem in the PT. BIG Surabaya, which can help speed up the calculation of payroll and tax calculations in PT. BIG Surabaya. Abstract

Badan Urusan Logistik (BULOG) is a state-owned company engaged in the food logistics. According SOP Admission Selection of Bulog Partners, selection begins in November or December in the previous year and be completed by the end of the year. Selection acceptance rice procurement partners at this time began from December until February. The procurement of rice at the beginning of the year will be delayed due to the selection and classification process has not been completed, so there is no partner that receives cooperation contract procurement. As a result, the procurement rice in the early year almost non-existent. Another problem is the lack of information to potential partners selected. From those problems, it created Application selection acceptance working partners that will handle the admissions process to prospective partners and send report either. This application is built based on the web and also using the Short Message Service (SMS) as media solution delivering an information selection and classification result to the prospective partners.The results from testing application selection working partner procurement has been implemented in BULOG Subdivre North Surabaya can be concluded that the application that created can run 100 percent success and can help the verification process the requirements, selection, classification and making report, so that the problem of delay the selection process and deliver information to prospective partners can be resolved. Keywords: Acceptance, Partners, Verification, Classification

Abstract

PT Shafira Tour & Travel is a company that focused on Umrah and Hajj since 2001. The planning process equipment in umrah and hajj currently experiencing difficulties due to the demand planning process equipment is not adapted to demand the departure of Umrah and Hajj member in the coming period. The impact of this problem is delay in withdrawal equipment process. As for equipment that can’t kept for too long in the warehouses that mukena and ihrom fabric which can be dirty, and the impact that occurs when booking to cart more on a purchase order can result loaded in the warehouse. The solution provided is making and designing wake planning application supplies inventory Umrah and Hajj in PT Shafira Tour & travel using calculation process using Triple Exponential Smoothing Winters for forecasting method, the process of calculating for optimal ordering with minimum cost using Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) and ordering the re-order point (ROP). The result of this study is a planning application for Umrah and Hajj supplies inventory at PT Shafira Tour & Travel. This application can help equipment division to forecast the demand supply equipment for two subsequent periods based on data requests in prior periods as well as the equipment can help to define the re-order point with an optimal cost

Abstract

Analysis of the influence of the quality of the service of library visitors Satisfaction is much needed in the analysis of improvements to existing questionnaires in Badan Perpustakan dan Kearsipan Provinsi Jawa Timur.Problems in Badan Perpustakan dan Kearsipan Provinsi Jawa Timur is a questionnaire distributed by the Badan Perpustakan dan Kearsipan Provinsi Jawa Timur is still less effective because of the questions that are listed in the questionnaire is still not able to reflect the quality of service in compliance with UU No. 40 Year 2007 regarding the library, so it is still said to be yet can yield measurements better service quality. In addition, the library felt difficulty in knowing what factors can affect the quality of service. Doing so will result in the parties having difficulty in performing the management improvement of the service quality of the library.The solution of the above problems is to improve the content of the questionnaire based on standards used by the library.The analysis provides information in the form of the result of the processing of the questionnaires in the form of information service quality dimensions/factors that impact customer satisfaction. Analysis of results of processing of the questionnaires is the target that will serve the purpose of achieving the level of quality of the existing information systems. Abstract

CV. LanggengJaya is a commercial enterprise engaged in the sale of bottled cooking oil with the brand "Iga Mas". The process of recording the price and the item code is manual. Such actions require recording process repeated thus inhibiting in the sales process receivable collection procedures. CV. CV Langgeng Jaya also has disadvantages in terms of doing the collection of accounts receivable is due. Based on these problems, it is built Design Edible Oil Sales Application at CV. Langgeng Jaya. This application consists of sales, accounts receivable reporting, sales reporting, calculating the cost of goods sold. The results showed that the Design Build Oil Sales Application at CV. Langgeng Jaya can be used to record, merekap sales data and generates nine major reports and the manager can use three invoices printed by part of the sales staff. There is a collection of accounts receivable reminder function that can be used by part of the sales staff to help deal with collection of accounts receivable. Lasting Jaya also has disadvantages in terms of doing the collection of accounts receivable is due. Abstract: Jawa Pos is one of the print media in the form of a newspaper that has long published in Surabaya. Revenue earned from the Jawa Pos newspaper sourced on the sale of newspapers and from the number of ads that are loaded, including the job advertisements. As a print media company that is growing rapidly, Jawa Pos extremely utilize information technology and communications, both hardware and software.In general, an online job fair there must be new jobs, new jobs lists provided by the labor provider. Log in, used to log into the application, whether job seekers or job providers. Administrators, contains the information required by the manager of the online job exchange website.By looking at the opportunities that exist, then the Jawa Pos requires a system that is able to provide information that could increase its advertising revenue and business opportunities in the online world. Until now there have been several sites the labor market, among others, is jobsdb.com, duniakarir.com, and jobloker.co.id. Where the online job market is still using a search based on criteria not support the request and Job Applicants selection process. So Jawa Pos wants to create a job market that is superior compared to other job market, Job Fair advantages owned by Jawa Pos is going to be supported by the selection Job Applicants.Keyword: Labor, Applicants, Opportunities, Application
