Stikom Surabaya adalah perguruan tinggi yang bergerak di bidang teknologi komputer. Dalam kegiatan operasional pengajaran, pihak Stikom Surabaya masih menemukan keluhan mahasiswa tentang dosen datang terlambat, dosen sering tidak hadir dan mengganti kuliah, dosen kurang jelas dalam mengajar, dosen terlambat mengumpulkan nilai dan soal ujian, dan lain-lain. Oleh karena itu, pihak manajemen harus mempertimbangkan faktor kinerja dosen dalam pembagian tugas mengajar. Selama ini pihak manajemen belum memiliki aplikasi yang dapat melihat kinerja dosen di bidang pengajaran. Jadi solusi yang ditawarkan adalah pembuatan Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) yang mampu menentukan dosen-dosen yang terbaik dalam kinerja mengajar. Untuk memberikan rekomendasi dosen terbaik, penelitian ini menerapkan metode Graphic Rating Scales dari skala 1 sampai 4. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan SPK yang telah dibuat mampu memberikan peringkat dosen terbaik dalam bidang pengajaran sehingga dapat dijadikan sebagai bahan pertimbangan pihak manajemen dalam memilih dosen untuk mengajar mata kuliah.

Dampak positif dari Pandemi Covid-19 adalah berkembangnya pembelajaran online di hampir semua jenjang pendidikan. Dalam pelaksanaannya, sebuah pembelajaran online memerlukan sebuah aplikasi pembelajaran. Agar aplikasi pembelajaran dapat mewadahi kebutuhan pendidik, maka tentunya harus dibangun berdasar kebutuhan pendidik, yang dijajagi dengan menggunakan Pendekatan Participatory Action Research (PAR), di mana pengusul menempatkan diri sebagai insider dan bukan sebagai outsider. Pada penyusunan desain ini, pendidik yang terlibat adalah perwakilan guru Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA). Hasil yang didapat adalah desain aplikasi pembelajaran jenjang SMA, dengan model pembelajaran yang bersesuaian dengan kebutuhan pendidik dan peserta didik, mudah dan dapat digunakan di manapun, menjamin standar mutu tanpa mengurangi kebebasan pendidik untuk mengembangkan materi. Setelah desain aplikasi pembelajaran didapatkan, maka pendidik diminta untuk mengisi kuesioner agar diketahui kesesuaian desain aplikasi yang dibuat dengan kebutuhan pendidik. Hasil yang didapat desain aplikasi pembelajaran telah dianggap sesuai dengan kebutuhan pendidik, sehingga dapat dilanjutkan dengan rancang bangun aplikasi pembelajaran sesuai desain yang telah disepakati.

Library services of STIKOM Surabaya in returncollection is not optimal since the return time is limited to the business hours. The returning process also takes long time for barcode reading speed is longer than RFID and fines payment must be made directly at officer, causing queues for other members. This study aims to create prototype and collection return application that makes return process easier, faster, and more flexible in time and place. RFID tag was attached to acollection. The RFID reader located on the prototype was used to detect the collection return data. The data was checked at Library Information System to obtain borrowing status. If borrowing status is valid, then green light is on and if not valid, then red light is on. After the light turned green, the collectionreturn data was stored in the protype memory as backup.Besides, the return data was sent to the collection return application to be processed of return actual date, fines calculation, and time determination of rejected borrow. Experimental results show that the prototype of RFID reader equipped with a mechanism light has been successfully integrated with the collection return application module. The application can also perform the return process in changes ofreturn collection realization date, fines calculation, and time determination of rejected borrow.

Student affair often has difficulty in determining students that are sent to event because many outstanding students at institution. So far, the sending of students is still intuitive and subjective. Therefore, this research aims to design and build a decision support system that can provide advice to determine the best student that will be sent to the event. In this research, the method of decision support system that is used is combination of AHP and Promethee. In implementation, AHP is executed to get criteria weight. After that, Promethee is executed to determine the order of candidates priority. The purpose of combination is to increase the quality of advice about the selection of students. The result of research shows that with decision support system that is built, student affair can choose the students that are sent to event more quickly, accurately, and objectively.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa SMA berbasis Higher Order Thinking Skill (HOTS) melalui pembudayaan belajar dengan pendekatan blended learning dengan menerapkan model Blended Web Mobile Learning (BWML) dan aplikasi MoLearn. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan yang mengacu pada Generic Design Research Model (GDRM) dari Plomp dan Nieveen. Untuk pengembangan aplikasi MoLearn metode System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) model waterfall digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Penelitian ini meibatkan 205 siswa sebagai subjek penelitiaan. Data penelitian dikumpulkan menggunakan instrument lembar validasi model, angket resposn siswa, dan tes HOTs siswa. Penelitian dianalisis secara deskriptif menggunakan persamaan reliabilitas dan n-gain. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) model BWML dengan aplikasi MoLearn dinyatakan valid dan reliable berdasarkan tinjauan content dan isi, selain itu, berdasarkan hasil respon 205 siswa terhadap pembelajaran model BWML dengan aplikasi MoLearn, 83% siswa dinyatakan antusias mengikuti pembelajaran; dan (2) peningkatan HOTs siswa dinyatakan meningkat (rerata n-gain= 0,46) dengan kategori sedang. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa model Blended Web Mobile Learning (BWML) dengan aplikasi MoLearn valid, praktis, dan efektif untuk meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir tingkat tinggi siswa SMA. The Development of the Blended Web Mobile Learning Model with the MoLearn Application to Improve High School Students’ Higher Order Thinking Skills Abstract This study aims to improve the learning outcomes of high school students based on Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) through the culture of learning with a blended learning approach by applying the Blended Web Mobile Learning (BWML) model and the MoLearn application. This research is a development research that refers to the Generic Design Research Model (GDRM) from Plomp and Nieveen. For the development of the MoLearn application, the Waterfall Model System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method was used in this study. This study involved 205 students as research subjects. The research data were collected using a model validation sheet instrument, student response questionnaires, and student HOTs tests. The research was analyzed descriptively using the reliability equation and n-gain. The results showed that (1) the BWML model with the MoLearn application was declared valid and reliable based on the content and content review, in addition, based on the results of the responses of 205 students to the BWML model learning with the MoLearn application, 83% of the students were stated to be enthusiastic about participating in the learning; and (2) the increase in students' HOTs was stated to be increasing (mean n-gain = 0.46) in the medium category. The results of this study conclude that the Blended Web Mobile Learning (BWML) model with the MoLearn application is valid, practical, and effective for improving high school students’ higher order thinking skills.

Ababil has various problems, namely wrong orders because there is no system that records, types of product information, catalogs, menu consultations, and no promos. Problems are analyzed with customer journal mapping and produce features that customers need. Testing with the blackbox method on functionality is declared effective. Based on the SUS trial, the sales application interface design falls into the grade B scale category and the average result is 80.1. This means that the interface design is acceptable. The results of the in-depth interview menu made on the Ababil clothing sales website according to the CX indicator, including: the main page increases the taste indicator because it relates to the senses in placing an order, product details are in accordance with actions related to the customer's physical, order history is an indicator that refers to customer's feeling of wearing. The discussion menu, FaQ, chat increase the relate indicator because it is connected between other people and the company or other. Menu vouchers improve thinking indicators by surprise, menu reviews include act indicators because they prevent ignoring criticism and suggestions. The comparison between pre-survey that 72.2% of 36 respondents were dissatisfied, with post-survey the level of dissatisfaction decreased by 63.9%.

Currently MomenKita is still in the development stage. MomenKita is an application or service that connects between tourists (clients) who need photographer services with photographers who are ready to capture the best moments of the client. The problem that occurs at this time is the client cannot take the photo by themselves maximally due to the absence of a professional photographer at an affordable price. And for the freelance or professional photographers, they cannot maximize their income due to marketing problem. Currently there are similar applications, but the client cannot choose a photographer who is in accordance with the client budget because the price has been determined by the application provider. The solution to solves these problems is the photography service ordering application that can assist clients in searching for information and ordering services for online photographer. By using the concept of crowdsourcing, giving photographers the freedom to manage the services they offer and clients can choose a photographer that fits their budget. As well as the development using the Scrum framework. The results showed that the application can help clients order photographer services by considering the budget, rating & review, and portfolio. STIKES Foundation Hospital Dr. Soetomo is a private university under the auspices of the Foundation Hospital Dr. Soetomo. To alleviate the cost of education, then STIKES Foundation Hospital Dr. Soetomo providing scholarships to students. In these scholarships there are problems ranging from a period very close to accreditation, there has been manipulation of data of the applicants and the unintegrated data in STIKES Foundation Hospital Dr. Soetomo.Based on the problems above, in this study the determination of an application made on STIKES Yasayan grantee Dr. Soetomo web based. With the application of the grantee problems that occur can be resolved. In the completion of this application using the Workflow as a reference in a flow system. This method is considered to provide information to each of the parties directly related to scholarships, other than that with this way each part can check the work of each section.Based on the results of testing and evaluation, the application can be designed and built in a timely complete the selection, appraisal and filling CPI data has can be automatically done because it is connected with the data of students who have been there before. The names of applicants who are selected for inspection by each relevant section of this scholarship reception so that each part can keep an eye on each other as part of the evaluation so that the data can be maintained registries.

Asthma and respiratory disorders one type of disease affecting humans. Based on interviews with the doctors at the lungs poly Dr. Soetomo public hospital, a variety of asthma and respiratory disorders have many symptoms that are similar and some have only differentiated by only one symptom. Required accuracy and sharp analysis for a doctor to reveal a type of asthma in order to give appropriate treatment to the patient. One way to overcome the problems above is by designing a rule-based system for the problems of asthma and respiratory disorders. By using the facts provided by the user the system can produce a conclusion which is representation of forward chaining method to begin tracking the data or facts that exist towards a conclusion. Based on the findings of the obtained results, the expert system for diagnosis of asthma and respiratory disorders may help doctors in lungs poly Dr. Soetomo public hospital. Monitoring the performance of Salesman at the distributor company is one of the important factors to note the company, from the good performance of the salesman, the company can increase the target of selling. Not only the performance of salesmen, but the data storage customers also become important for companies distributor. Storage of data managed and controlled performance of salesmen and direct the sale corresponding region can increase the company's sales target But the process of monitoring the performance of salesmen, good data storage and directed sales to the salesman has not been applied to CV. Multi Usaha Mandiri resulting CV. Multi Usaha Mandiri can not meet sales targets.To fix these problem then make monitoring application performance salesman. This application can store customer data, direct the sale area in accordance with the sales of each customer and can monitor the performance of salesmen. With this application can help CV. Multi Usaha Mandiri in managing customer data, monitoring the performance of salesmen and direct the sale area according to sales reports.
