Abstract

PT Tresnamuda Sejati or TMS is a company in the field of shipping. Currently, there is damage or loss of documents SI (Shipping Instruction) by 5% due to the shipper submit documents in paper form to be entered again by parts of the document. The impact of this, the shipper was disappointed with the service companies of having to send documents SI twice. In addition shipper can not monitor the status of cargo shipments and should call a customer service many times. In terms of managerial, at the end of the reporting process export activities already underway. Section only archives document and map the document manifest within a period of one month. The impact of this, the head of the company late in evaluating business processesTo solve these problems, the needed export document processing applications. This application will be made consisting of web-based shipping instruction data input features, status monitoring feature cargo shipments, and the end of the reporting features in graphical form.With this application, the shipper can make shipping instruction data input directly into the website, in addition to the shipper can also monitor the position / status of the current cargo being shipped to the port of destination. Abstract

CV. Agung Jaya Branch Customs is a distributor of office stationery and various plastics. In the determination of inventory, the company is not using the method. The number of competition raises the sales volume is not stable, especially a variety of plastic products. Result in the accumulation of stock in warehouse and other stocks due to insufficient, thus making customers switch to other distributors.Winters exponential smoothing method is used as a forecasting method, is based on the analysis of the data pattern of plastic products that contain the data pattern trend and seasonal elements. MAPE is used to measure the degree of forecasting error. The author uses the method of PRS (Periodic Review System) to determine the order quantity 1 month to come based on forecasting data, review stock last and maximum inventory.Applications are designed and built to help the general manager CV. Agung Jaya Customs branch in decision support for inventory after knowing the sales forecast in the future. Demand can always be met and the application is designed and constructed to reduce the accumulation of stock in warehouse. Seen on Plastic Glasses 12 with MAPE 0,025. Plastic cups 14 to 0,020 MAPE. Abstract

CV Remaja Dua is a company in the field of convection. The problem that exists today is that this company only accepts orders as much as 3000 clothes per month, the rest of the company does not accept the work of clothes again. While the capacity of machines and employees can work up to 3536 clothes per month. This is because the company has not optimized the performance of production employees. Another problem is the lack of good production scheduling so companies often experience delays to complete the order. Based on data obtained from 40 orders per month there are 15 orders that are late or about 37% of orders are late in the process. With the existence of the problem, then owner of CV. Remaja Dua wants a production scheduling app that can be used to minimize the delay of the finished time of the order and optimize the performance of production employees. The results of the trial and evaluation conducted, showed that the Design of Production Scheduling Applications at CV Ramaja Dua produces production schedules and distribution of workmanship in accordance with the capacity of each employee. In addition, applications can also increase the maximum number of orders up to 35% of the total maximum orders received each month.

Abstract

Primasatya Husada Citra (PHC) Surabaya Hospital is a hospital owned by PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia III. Existing problem in PHC Surabaya happen when training history data storage process not recorded well, that cause data redundancies until 5%. So Diklat didn’t know the employees that already have enough training, less training, or even never trained at all. Than not often if Diklat do uneven training until 2%-3% of their employees. Other impacs is when Diklat doing determination of employees training bond, Diklat can not filtering the prospective employee who already meet the administration’s criteria  in order to attend a employees training. The offered solution from all the problem is make a determination of employees training aplication with graphic rating scales method, which can sortering criterias data that needed by PHC Hospital. So the aplication can obtain list of candidate from the recomended employees that suitable by training need of PHC Hospital. The result from the research showed the aplication that already made for PHC Surabaya Hospital can help the selection process of training employees and produce training report for each employee along with report of whole training.Keywords: application, training determination, graphic rating scales.

Abstract

ALT.Mine.ID is a startup engaged in the field of cryptocurrency, especially in the mining sector. Currency conversion fees that are too large and mining contracts that can be decided at any time by the company when purchasing hashrates using cloud mining abroad are one of the obstacles faced by local miners. In addition, independent miners also complain about the amount of capital that must be spent to start their business. Coupled with maintenance errors and overclocking of hardware that can occur causing damage to mining hardware.The solution based on the above problems is to create a website-based startup application that will be named ALT.Mine.ID to manage the cryptocurrency mining process. Through the ALT.Mine.ID startup application investors and miners can monitor hardware and balance income from mining anytime and anywhere.The results show that this application can cut the conversion costs that must be paid because the payment system uses local bank transfers. Besides that the mining contract will not stop in the middle of the road because maintenance costs are charged at the beginning of the hashrate purchase. Overclocking errors and hadware maintenance will fully be the responsibility of the startup provider so that miners don't need to think about how to do hardware maintenance.

Abstract

CV. Sigma Sukses Kreasi is a consulting business services that will conduct socio-economic studies to determine the feasibility of Indomaret establishment. But, in practice there are many problems. In the data processing is still very slow, moreover the analysis process of determining a recommendation of feasibility is still speculative, accordingly the result of recommendations are not comprehensive and consistent.So that, it requires an application with the calculation method that can improve the analysis process of determining the feasibility of Indomaret establishment. Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) methods is used to define weights of feasibility criteria. And then, the weights of feasibility criteria will be used in the questionnaire data assessment that used the Graphic Rating Scale (GRS) for resulting the value of the feasibility of Indomaret establishment.According to the trial results, this application can determine the feasibility of Indomaret establishment, particularly in the case study at Indomaret Dharmawangsa. In addition, based on the trial results, this application can help the data processing to be faster, and the analysis process of determining the recommendations of feasibility of Indomaret establishment become more comprehensive and consistent.

Abstract: Primasatya Husada Citra (PHC) Hospital Surabaya is a sub company of PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia III. Problem in PHC Hospital Surabaya is when selection 1 phase (administration) on process. Viewed nurse data search process is still manual, there is 25% more or less nurses in special unit that not yet work for 3 years. The effect is the nurses performance do not give a maximum result because there is not enough work experience. Beside of that, less precise selection of experienced nurses who are promoted because only look from 2 criteria. The other problems there are3 more or less record of nurses peer review scoring is gone. The solution that offered to helping all of the problem is an determination promotion of experienced nurses application with graphic rating scales method which can process the data from the criteria that needed so that obtain list of the candidate and candidate information’s that suitable by hospital need. The result of the research showed the application that have already made are can helping in the process of calculating the promotion and generate nurse’s report and nurse overall report.Keywords: application, promotion determination, graphic rating scales.

Abstract

SIAM is a web-based academic information system application at WR Supratman University in Surabaya with the aim to provide information about students' academics. From the results of a review of the SIAM similarweb application, there were fewer visitors due to the unattractive and less responsive user interface / user experience on the smartphone display, whereas the number of users through smartphones reached 78% more than users accessing via a PC. Besides that, from the results of the questionnaire to 30 users, it is known that the appearance of SIAM when accessed via smartphone 84% of students stated that the application still looks less attractive and still does not look neat. The solution of this problem is to design a user interface / user experience that is specific to smartphone devices using the Lean UX method, consisting of 4 stages namely Declare Assumptions, Creat an MVP, Run an Experiment, Feedback and Research. The test was conducted on 30 students of WR Supratman University. From the First iteration it is known that the success rate of the prototype reaches 85%, while the second iteration reaches 92% which indicates an increase in the user interface / user experience from before. This shows that the prototype produced is good enough in terms of user interface / user experience so that the prototype can be easily used on a smartphone display

Abstract

Abstract: One indicator of the success of the process of selection of new admissions is information about the results of a complete and accurate selection . During the selection process of new students are still using manual processes and not computerized . In addition , there are still obstacles with the students entrusted and the presence of various factors such as fatigue due to the amount of work piling up , so that errors can arise in the process of selection of new admissions. Application selection of new admissions is a development that is used to handle all obstacles and problems in the selection process for new students is on STIKES Hospital Foundation . Dr. Soetomo . Type selection is handled by the application 's selection of new admissions there are two types of values and questions . Application selection of new admissions system is created dynamically , so that in the future if there are additional categories of test users can add it easily. Once tested and implemented to users in STIKES Hospital Foundation . Dr Soetomo , selection of new admissions applications this may help the assessment team work .
