Abstract

Abstract: 178 pharmacies founded by Mrs. Lusi August 2013. The pharmacy is located at No. 178 Jalan Surabaya East Ploso. At this time, 178 pharmacies to check the card stock, if the stock exists then checks completed but if the stock is empty then the pharmacy will make a reservation by making a memorandum of reservations that will be given to the supplier. Supplier will make the process of creating a memorandum of expenditure which will be given to the pharmacy as proof of purchase along with the drugs ordered by the pharmacy. Based on data from 178 pharmacy expenditure in the period June, July and August 2014, there are number of drugs with an empty stock reached 45%. From these percentages outlined that for high spending levels (≥ 70%) with 34% the amount of medication with an empty stock, while the expenditure level moderate (<70%) are 11% the amount of medication with an empty stock.According to this problem, then the solution is to make the design of the application of medicines in pharmacies 178 using ABC analysis, ROP (Reorder Point) combined with less safety stock and lead time. Doing so can help the pharmacy to pharmacy owners can assist in controlling the drug supply in the display or in storage. As well as 178 pharmacies can help owners in decision making for the future development of the pharmacy business processes.From the test results and evaluation system that has been created it can be concluded from the Application Inventory Control at Pharmacy 178 is the application can generate output reports ABC classification and reporting of inventory control to help the pharmacy in addressing the problem of shortage of stocks which contributed to the decline. The report formed also can help the pharmacy to do scheduling. This application also generates reports to provide information to managers such as reception reports per period, per period expense reports, inventory reports per period, and report expired.

Abstract

Library of the Institute of Business and Information Stikom Surabaya already use digital library system to improve the standard repository system to create an application that is named sir.stikom.edu. Ranked by webometric the repository fields, SIR is ranked 32 in Indonesia. The libraries want that SIR Stikom Surabaya entered the top 10 in webometric so as to improve the image of Stikom Surabaya. But now the library does not have a benchmark to evaluate the level of reception SIR to improve the ranking webometric. Based on these issues, libraries need a benchmark to determine the extent to which the level of acceptance of the implementation of applications that have been done. This research can determine what factors that influence the acceptance of information technology among students Stikom Surabaya using UTAUT models. Based on the survey results revealed several factors for the receipt of applications SIR based models UTAUT ie, Behavioral Intention has a strong influence on the Use Behavior. Moderating variable has not been proven to have a strong influence on the relationship between the dependent variable and independent variables.

Abstract

STIKES hospital Dr .Soetomo are higher education institutes private health belonging to foundation Dr .Soetomo. Stikes was an improvement status academy recorder medical and informatics health ( APIKES ) a pen husada who get permission the implementation of education since 2003 / 2004. Based on the structure of the organization stikes the foundation of hospital Dr. Soetomo surabaya there are administrasi common and finance ( BAUK ) that have children division that is affairs offices public administration. Based on the job, there are management process of a letter that had difficulty in manage.This is because the absence of a system ( application ) that can help stikes dr .Soetomo in the management of a letter. Architecture of mail management application on Stikes Dr. Soetomo is an application that there is a need for the office of general administrative work in conducting the management of a letter. Abstract

PT Sarimelati Kencana is a company that working in the area of food and beverages. Problem in PT Sarimelati Kencana is often error occurred in the calculation of the assessment. In addition, human resources experienced difficulty in recapping all assessment. It was because PT Sarimelati Kencana still uses sheets of form in assessing. In process of determining employees’ training needs, still found inappropriate training with what employees’ needed.The solution offered is making application to assess performance and determine training needs that can produce computerized data and to ease the implementation of assessment and the determination of training needs, the assessment results recommendation and recapitulation which is suitable with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) stage involves planning system, systems analysis, designing system, and the implementation of the system.            The result of research showed that application can help the process of performance assessment, training needs determination, and assessment result recapitulation. Keywords : application, performance assessment, training needs

Abstract

Intimate Production (IP) is one of the startup that works on online wedding Organizer in Surabaya. Now, IP is working on service that helps bride and groom and their familiy to plan and manage wedding of their dream. From targeted customers that has been chosen, customers encountered some difficulty when it comes to choose what vendor that they really want, because so many option and the price and quality also have many variety. Moreover, IP offered some chances for the vendor, like: 1) Give a convenience  to choose vendor for customers, 2) Give a cost estimation for the event, 3) As a media for the vendor to grow their potential. IP as a bridge for vendor and customer, as they are joining IP, vendor will get many benefits like receiving many orders from customers that have used IP service. The solution that will be created is a web-based application to play a role as media for vendors to give their offers for customers. Meanwhile, the customers can pick a wedding vendor with choosing what package that was provided by the system from criteria and budget by customer’s input, so customer no need to be confused for choosing what vendor is the best for their wedding.

CV.Permata is a child store with the name of Nikita Baby Shop. CV. Permata located in Gotong Royong street No. 25E, Babat Lamongan. In 2015, sales of CV. Permata instability.CV. Permata must be expanding their sales to get more profit. Based on interviews, CV. Permata do not want to using social media such as facebook and instagram to selling their products. The shortage of facebook and instagram, customers got difficult to booking the products. Of the CV. Permata problem, CV. Abstract

CV. Mitra Techno Sains merupakan perusahaan yang menjual detergent, softener, shampo mobil dan silicone oil yang berada di Pondok Wiguna Regency V no. 25 Gunung Anyar Surabaya. Perencanaan CV. Mitra Techno Sains untuk membuka kantor baru tentunya membutuhkan tambahan biaya tenaga kerja, biaya untuk membuat kantor dan juga biaya operasional perawatan gedung. Kesulitan pelanggan untuk memperoleh informasi mengenai data harga dan produk yang paling baru merupakan salah satu kendala yang dihadapi selama penggunaan sistem konvensional. Untuk dapat mengetahui informasi mengenai data harga dan produk terbaru yang dibutuhkan, pelanggan harus datang ke kantor, menelpon atau mengirim email. Jika pelanggan harus datang ke kantor, menyebabkan banyak waktu terbuang yang dibutuhkan pelanggan untuk memperoleh informasi maupun untuk membeli produk.            Dari permasalahan tersebut maka diperlukan sebuah aplikasi penjualan online yang dapat menjadi solusi bagi perusahaan. Pembuatan aplikasi menggunakan metode SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) adalah siklus pengembangan sistem yang digunakan dalam manajemen proyek yang menggambarkan tahap-tahap yang terlibat dalam suatu proyek pengembangan system informasi dari studi kelayakan awal melalui pemeliharaan aplikasi.            Berdasarkan hasil implementasi dan evaluasi sistem, Aplikasi Penjualan Online pada CV. Mitra Techno Sains mampu menjadi solusi bagi perusahaan dalam menjangkau konsumen-konsumen yang berada di luar daerah maupun di luar pulau dan dapat meminimalisir biaya operasional perawatan gedung danmembayar gaji karyawan karena tidak perlu membangun sebuah kantor baru serta dapat membantu admin untuk menghasilkan berbagai macam laporan seperti laporan penjualan, laporan barang dan laporan customer. Konsumen juga dapat mengetahui informasi mengenai data harga dan produk terbaru tanpa harus datang ke kantor.  Kata kunci: Aplikasi Penjualan Online, CV. CV. LanggengJaya is a commercial enterprise engaged in the sale of bottled cooking oil with the brand "Iga Mas". The process of recording the price and the item code is manual. Such actions require recording process repeated thus inhibiting in the sales process receivable collection procedures. CV. Often there is a delay in collecting receivables to customers who have matured because of the difficulty in finding the data customer receivables. Based on these problems, it is built Design Edible Oil Sales Application at CV. Langgeng Jaya. This application consists of sales, accounts receivable reporting, sales reporting, calculating the cost of goods sold. The results showed that the Design Build Oil Sales Application at CV. Langgeng Jaya can be used to record, merekap sales data and generates nine major reports and the manager can use three invoices printed by part of the sales staff. Abstract

Institut Bisnis dan Informatika Stikom Surabaya (Stikom Surabaya) is one of the private universities in Surabaya within the scope of Kopertis VII. The problems focus in Stikom Surabaya is on Technical Implementing Units (UPT) that responsible in serving the practical work. Currently, the existing system has not run well, so that information is not conveyed to Head of Study Program, Apprenticeship Supervisors, and Lecturer can’t monitor the progress of student who do practical work. Students of practical work who is too long in the implementation so that when they parents ask about the workmanship to Head of Study Program, Apprenticeship Supervisors, and Lecturer, they can’t said about the truth with the existing practical work . Mentoring schedule of apprenticesjip supervisor is not easy to be known by students so they have to meet apprenticeship supervisor for asking about the schedule. The students do not always write down the due date and the description of mentoring process directly on mentoring form. The problem above has been solved by creating analysis and design of monitoring application of work guidance at Institut Bisnis dan Informatika Stikom Surabaya. This application has the required data function, generating information and reports related to practical work. The application provides notifications by e-mail to students, academic advisor, apprenticeship supervisor, and PPKP staff. Based on testing results, analysis and deseign of the application, the resulting report is the progress development practical work, progress of the extention students, and practical work guidance card. Application also produce information related to practical work.

Abstract

Library of the Institute of Business and Information Stikom Surabaya (Surabaya Stikom) has website. Stikom Library website is a digital library of Stikom Surabaya with system online that was released in 2008. Stikom Library website Surabaya ranks to 2,839 in Indonesia, according to Alexa Uniform Resource Locator (URL) www.alexa.com. After Stikom Library website has never been implemented evaluation of system quality, information quality and service quality of Stikom Library website by the end user perception as feedback to the organizer website.By success analysis of the Stikom Library website as an evaluation and input or consideration for the libraries Stikom Surabaya in knowing the system quality, information quality and service quality. Analysis of the success of this method of information system success DeLone and McLean by analyzing the variables of System Quality, Information Quality, Service Quality, Use, User Satisfaction, and net benefit of Stikom Library website. Results of research by distributing questionnaires on a sample of 198 college students, showed that the System Quality variable positive and significant impact to User Satisfaction. Variable Service Quality has a positive and significant impact on use. Variable User Satisfaction Using positive and significant impact on Net Benefit. And the variable Service Quality had a significant influence on Net Benefit variables through mediating variables User Satisfaction. Stikom Library Surabaya should further improve the information related to library services and systems Stikom Library website.
