Abstract

Enterprise Resources Planning has become one of the business and management applications that are believed to be able to improve the performance of companies and or organizations to be more efficient and effective. However, based on much research, the success rate of ERP implementation is questionable. Although the success of ERP implementation is often published in research, the failure rate of ERP system implementation is relatively high. Therefore, this study is to find out the problems and challenges faced by organizations in implementing ERP, by reviewing the existing literature on research on factors that influence the success of ERP implementation. The approach taken is to review several related research articles published in the 2015-2020 period from several publishers, namely Emerald Online, Science Direct, IEEE, and SAGE. The sample size for the last 5 years is expected to show the up-datedness of the data taken from the research article. New ideas that will emerge from this discussion are the main factors causing the success of ERP implementation for organization, so that they can be used to reduce the failure rate of ERP implementation in the future by proposing an ERP implementation model.

Abstract

Activity based costing process is a process to accurately manage the cost allocation process for a product. With the development of technology, the activity-based costing process has been integrated with the ERP system so that it can relate to all business processes as a whole and can reduce expenses to manage the flow of information systems within the company. It is necessary to determine a fast business process for the allocation of these costs so that a product can be produced. A standard hierarchy is needed which serves as the center of the business process for determining the activity-based costing process. This process is still done manually so that it slows down the business determination process in the activity-based costing process. This research will implement the search function in the ABC system by creating a reporting system that can search business processes in the standard hierarchy in SAP S/4HANA. This research will use SEEM embed with SDLC method where this method pays attention from the perspective of the user and the company to produce an efficient ABC process with the company's objectives.

Abstract

Penilaian kinerja karyawan pada suatu organisasi harus dapat dilakukan secara periodik dan terukur, hal ini akan berpengaruh kepada efisiensi perencanaan Sumber Daya Manusia bagi sebuah organisasi yang akan berdampak kepada sukses atau tidaknya organisasi tersebut kedepan. Hal ini dapat digunakan untuk mengukur target yang sudah dicapai dan sebagai evaluasi atas pekerjaan yang sudah dilakukan, dimana kedepannya pasti akan berpengaruh kepada benefit yang akan diperoleh karyawan. Saat ini, Sistem penilaian kinerja existing yang digunakan pada PT. XXX masih dilakukan secara manual dimana setiap data yang masuk dan diolah masih berbasiskan kertas, hal ini akan berakibat kepada banyaknya penggunaan kertas, dan terjadi ketidak efisiensian dalam hal pengarsipan. Disisi lain pada saat pengumpulan hasil performa karyawan membutuhkan waktu yang lama untuk kolektivitasnya, sehingga untuk efisiensi divisi HRD dalam memberikan laporan yang tepat waktu menjadi terganggu dikarenakan menunggu data yang masih paper based dari unit lain. Hal ini dikarenakan kepala unit/departemen lain harus terlaebih dahulu melakukan approval dokumen yang dilakukan secara manual. Model Layanan Sistem Pengukuran kinerja merupakan model sistem yang dapat digunakan untuk melakukan proses mencatat dan mengevaluasi pencapaian pelaksanaan kinerja seorang karyawan pada organisasi atau perusahaan yang dilakukan secara digitalisasi, dengan menggunakan parameter-parameter pencapaian yang dapat diatur oleh organisasi tersebut. Sistem yang dirancang menggunakan metode Service Oriented Architecture, dimana metode ini merupakan penggabungan antara metode top down strategy dan bottom up strategy. Rancangan untuk arsitektur desain aplikasi akan dibangun dengan berbasiskan Web Services yang mempunyai dua akses pada masing-masing unit yang terkait (HRD, Kepala Bagian, dan Karyawan).

Abstract

Poor taste or time efficiency in boiling water or regulations in making drill water make people prefer to choose refill drinking water for their daily drinking needs. So that the proliferation of refill drinking water businesses gave rise to the author's idea to make a research about which businesses have the best quality water. The goal is that people get water that is healthy and good for the body. Getting the best and healthiest water is a right for the community. This study uses a decision support system with the simple additive weighting (SAW) method to manage the criteria in order to get the best decision. The research area is the refill drinking water business in Medan Marelan Pasar V. The criteria used in the assessment of water are odor, taste, color, pH and hardness.And the researchers selected 3 refill drinking water businesses from the number of drinking water refill businesses in the Marelan field area. Because these 3 businesses are well known in the Medan area, Marelan also has branches in other areas and has a Yamaha brand filter engine. So that it is trusted by the surrounding community. The results of the study concluded that of the 3 businesses there was one refill drinking water business in the Medan Marelan area which had the highest value of 0.8733. So it is worth recommending to the surrounding community to do refill drinking water in only that business.

Abstract

For each agency, the quality of human resources is one of the main needs that determines the progress and success of the agency. To determine the quality of its human resources, the agency conducts a performance appraisal process. Problems that occur in the process of evaluating the performance of lecturers at the university are still carried out conventionally, the number of evaluation criteria and the need for a long time to complete the performance evaluation of the lecturer. Based on the above problems, the writer tries to provide a solution by designing a decision support system in evaluating lecturer performance using the profile matching method. In this SPK, lecturer performance evaluation is based on five criteria as a reference in decision making. The final result of this study is the value of evaluating the performance of lecturers in carrying out their duties based on assessment for 2 years.

Abstract

PT XYZ is a State-Owned Enterprise (BUMN) that is focused on the telecommunications sector. To manage the ongoing business, the company uses SAP S/4HANA. In implementing SAP S/4HANA, several problems were found in the controlling module, particularly in the cost allocation process that occurred in Activity-Based Costing (ABC). The main problem is that it is difficult to track business processes in cost allocation activities so that the source and destination of the business processes are not known. Based on this problem, it will be the main reason for making the Interactive ALV Report for tracing business processes. This Interactive ALV report for tracing business processes will use ABAP Programming Module as the reference and Iterative and Incremental as the methodology. This business process tracing report will have a feature where users can track business processes from the source of the business process to the last business process. The result of this design is a tracing business process report that can display only the data needed by the finance division for the business process tracing process. This Interactive ALV report will help the finance division distribute costs in the cost allocation process. The results of this study are expected to provide benefits for PT XYZ and other companies that have the same problem or can add insight into ABAP programming, especially on the controlling module.

Abstract

Abstrak: Aplikasi office sudah sangat sering digunakan sesuai dengan kebutuhan sehari-hari dalam mendokumentasikan secara digital, baik berupa teks, angka dan presentasi. Berkembangnya aplikasi microsoft office setiap tahunnya membuat para guru kesulitan dalam mengikuti perkembangannya sehingga banyak guru yang belum mengenal dan paham akan penggunaan aplikasi tersebut. Maka itu kegiatan pengenalan microsoft office ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan wawasan serta keterampilan kepada guru tentang penggunaan microsoft office yaitu microsoft word dan microsoft excel untuk proses adminitrasi ataupun pembelajaraan. Melalui pengabdian masyarakat ini guru juga dapat meningkatkan kompetensi profesional terutama dalam pemanfaatan teknologi pada proses pembelajaran. Abstract

Abstrak Halal ERP merupakan sebuah sistem yang mengacu kepada hukum syariah islam yaitu Al-Qur’an dan Hadist untuk menentukan standarisasi proses dan data yang diperlukan. Modul manufacturing menjadi salah satu modul yang memiliki batas kritis untuk menyatakan apakah produk yang dihasilkan halal atau tidak. Indonesia yang terdiri dari 80% penduduknya beragama islam, sudah menjadi tuntutan bagi perusahaan untuk bisa menyediakan produk khususnya pada bidang makanan dan minuman yang sudah terjamin kehalalannya. Halal manufacturing ini merupakan sistem yang memberikan data kepada perusahaan apakah bahan produk yang diolah sudah memenuhi standar kehalalan sesuai dengan standar kehalalan LPPOM MUI atau yang biasa disebut dengan Sistem Jaminan Halal (SJH). Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk merancang sistem Halal manufacturing menggunakan metode Accelerated SAP (ASAP) dengan studi kasus: Vannisa Brownies. Penelitian ini meliputi beberapa tahapan diantaranya : wawancara, observasi, menganalisis dan merancang gambaran sistem dengan melakukan kustomisasi terhadap modul manufacturing. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah berupa sistem OpenERP (Odoo) yang sudah dikustomisasi sesuai dengan proses bisnis pada perusahaan dan Sistem Jaminan Halal (SJH) diharapkan dapat menjadi sebuah sistem yang dapat memantau kehalalan produk yang diolah pada proses produksi dan memudahkan perusahaan untuk membuat laporan terkait dengan sertifikasi halal yang harus dikirim ke LPPOM MUI setiap 6 bulan sekali. Kata Kunci: ERP Odoo, Halal manufacturing, Accelerated SAP (ASAP) Abstract Halal ERP is a system that refers to Islamic sharia law namely Al-Qur'an and Hadist to determine the standardization of processes and data needed. The manufacturing module is one of the modules that has a critical limit to state whether the product produced is halal or not. Indonesia, which consists of 80% of its population is Muslim, has become a demand for companies to be able to provide products, especially in the field of food and beverages that have been guaranteed halal. Halal manufacturing is a system that provides data to the company whether the processed product material meets the halal standards in accordance with LPPOM MUI halal standards or commonly referred to as the Halal Assurance System (SJH). This research was conducted to design a Halal manufacturing system using the Accelerated SAP (ASAP) method with a case study: Vannisa Brownies. This research includes several stages including: interviewing, observing, analyzing and designing a system description by customizing the manufacturing module. The results of this study are in the form of an OpenERP (Odoo) system that has been customized according to business processes in the company and the Halal Assurance System (SJH) is expected to be a system that can monitor the halal products processed in the production process and make it easier for companies to report halal certification that must be sent to LPPOM MUI every 6 months. Abstract

CV. Inti Karet merupakan perusahaan skala menengah yang bergerak di industri pengolahan karet yang memproduksi berbagai produk olahan karet untuk kebutuhan industri. Perusahaan sudah berdiri sejak tahun 1979 yang berlokasi didaerah Kota Bandung. Dikarenakan perusahaan belum memiliki sistem yang saling terintegrasi, CV. Inti Karet kerap mengalami kendala dalam menjalankan setiap proses bisnis salah satunya yaitu di bagian akuntansi. Proses bisnis akuntansi yang ada di CV. Inti Karet meliputi aktvitas, seperti pencatatan setiap transaksi dari pengadaan sampai penjualan, membuat laporan keuangan, laporan laba rugi, dan membuat buku besar semua masih dilakukan secara konvensional dengan menggunakan aplikasi Microsoft Excel 2016 sehingga laporan keuangan belum dapat dianalisis maupun dicetak secara otomatis dan real time. Berdasarkan pemaparan masalah diatas, maka dilakukan perencanaan dan pengembangan sistem ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) di CV. Inti Karet. Pengembangan sistem ERP tersebut hanya berfokus pada modul accounting yang mana akan berdasarkan aspek green accounting. Green accounting merupakan suatu aspek akuntansi yang menghubungkan nilai ekonomi perusahaan dengan kelestarian lingkungan disekitarnya. Berdasarkan hasil observasi dan analisa penulis terhadap proses bisnis yang ada di CV. Inti Karet, pengembangan sistem ERP yang paling sesuai dengan kebutuhan perusahaan yaitu berbasis aplikasi Odoo 11.0 dengan menggunakan metode ASAP (Accelerated SAP) Methodology. Hasil dari perencanaan dan pembangunan sistem ini adalah bertujuan untuk mengatasi masalah yang ada dibagian akuntasi agar dapat saling terintegrasi dengan setiap proses bisnis yang ada di perusahaan. Pembangunan modul accounting berdasarkan aspek green accounting pada CV. Inti Karet akan membantu perusahaan untuk selalu menjaga kelestarian lingkungan disekitarnya. Inti Karet is a medium-scale company engaged in the rubber processing industry that produces various rubberprocessed products for industrial needs. The company has been established since 1979 which is located in the city of Bandung. Because companies do not have a mutually integrated system, CV. Inti Karet often has problems in running every business process, one of which is in the accounting department. The accounting business process in CV. Inti Karet includes activities, such as recording every transaction from procurement to sales, making financial reports, income statements, and making ledgers all still done conventionally by using Microsoft Excel 2016 applications so that financial statements cannot be analyzed or printed automatically in real time. Based on the explanation of the above problems, it will be carried out planning and development of an ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system at CV. Inti Karet. The ERP system development only focuses on the accounting module which will be based on the green accounting aspect. Green accounting is an accounting aspect that connects the economic value of the company with the preservation of the surrounding environment. Based on the results of observations and analysis of the author on the business processes in the CV. Inti Karet, the development of an ERP system that best suits the needs of the company is based on the Odoo 11.0 application using the ASAP (Accelerated SAP) Methodology. The results of the planning and construction of this system are aimed at overcoming problems that exist in the accounting department so that they can be integrated with each business process in the company. Develop of accounting modules based on green accounting aspects on CV. Inti Karet will help companies to always preserve the environment around them. Abstract

Abstrak Indonesia merupakan negara dengan penduduk muslim terbesar di dunia. Pada saat ini, pertumbuhan di sektor makanan dan produk halal sangat tinggi. Hal ini dapat menjadi potensi bagi Indonesia untuk menjadi pusat industri halal global. Salah satu cara untuk mendukungnya yaitu dengan melakukan proses sertifikasi secara cepat dan transparan. Vannisa Brownies merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang produksi makanan berupa kue. Vannisa Brownies menggunakan standar halal dan sertifikasi yang ditetapkan oleh Komisi Fatwa MUI dan LPPOM MUI serta menyusun Sistem Jaminan Halal (SJH) secara manual dan didokumentasikan sesuai dengan kondisi perusahaan. Penelitian ini berfokus pada sistem halal SCM untuk proses bisnis pengadaan berbasis ERP yang dikembangkan menggunakan Odoo modul purchase dan menggunakan metode ASAP. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah adanya sistem manajemen rantai pasok halal berbasis ERP untuk industri makanan yang saling terintegrasi pada modul purchase, manufacturing dan sales & marketing. Sistem ini sebagai salah satu cara untuk menjamin integritas halal di seluruh proses rantai pasok makanan (pengadaan, produksi dan penjualan) secara cepat dan transparan sehingga dapat mendukung Indonesia untuk menjadi pusat industri halal global. Kata kunci: Halal SCM, ERP, Integritas halal, Odoo, Purchase, Metode ASAP Abstract Indonesia is the country with the largest Muslim population in the world. At present, growth in halal product and food sectors is very high. This can be a potential for Indonesia to become the center of global halal industry. One way to support it is by conducting a certification process quickly and transparently. Vannisa Brownies is a company engaged in the food production, that is cakes. Vannisa Brownies uses halal standard and certifications that set by the MUI Fatwa Commission and LPPOM MUI and also compose the Halal Assurance System (HAS) manually and is documented according to company’s real conditions. This research focuses on the ERP-based halal SCM system for procurement business process which developed by using Odoo‘s Purchase Module with ASAP method. The result of this research is the design of ERP-based halal supply chain management system for food industry which are integrated for purchase, manufacturing and sales & distribution modules. This system is one way to ensure halal integrity in food supply chain processes (procurement, production and sales) quickly and transparently so that it can support Indonesia to become the center of global halal industry.
