Abstract

Financial treasure at each agency is required to prepare financial statements which will be reconciled with the KPPN (Office of the State Treasury). The Treasurer shall make an accurate and in accordance with the provisions, it is necessary to review and analysis prior to the report. The reconciliation process must be manually where satker come back and forth to merekon KPPN same data that is not very efficient for satker less far away. So KPPN has done groundbreaking steps to overcome that is through the internet and applications prarekonsiliasi help the SAKPA. SAKPA application is an application used to process data in the User Authorization Budget Accounting System (SAKPA). SAKPA application developed by the Directorate of Treasury Systems as one of the Directorate under the auspices of the Directorate General of Treasury application was developed with the aim Provides ease of the Government Accounting Standard Reporting on Budget User Authorization unit.

Abstract

this research aims to develop the science and technology of medical image processing CT Scan, which yield an identification system software. Histogram equalization method is the first step in image pre-processing that is applied to the digital images of CT Scan. The next step is statistical texture analysis method of first order to extract the parameters such as mean, variance, standard deviation.the result showed that the histogram equalization method and the statistical texture analysis can be used to distinguish normal CT Scan and abnormal that detected stroke.

Abstract

Visually to distinguish ordinary chicken eggs and chicken eggs with omega-3 is very difficult because the physical shape and color of the eggs look the same.  From the price, chicken eggs with omega-3 is more expensive than the ordinary eggs. This aim of the research is to create an analyst system which is able to recognize type of eggs based on the texture with several steps in image processing techniques. Several image processing techniques used namely conversion of the RGB image to gray scale, remove noise with a gaussian filter, segmentation using thresholding method, and analysis with first-order statistical method that are extracted from each image of eggs. Results of the research showed that the ordinary chicken eggs and chicken eggs with omega - 3 have different statistical values

Abstract

Citra digital yang diperoleh dari sistem akusisi yang berupa telepon pintar (smartphone) memiliki kualitas yang rendah. Selain kualitas, ukuran penyimpanan yang besar, citra yang diperoleh memiliki banyak noise. Begitu pula citra digital telur ayam yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Sehingga pra-pengolahan merupakan pilihan yang tepat untuk mengatasi kekurangan tersebut sebelum citra digital diolah lebih lanjut. Oleh karena itu perlu dikembangkan penelitian awal untuk meningkatkan kualitas citra telur ayam secara otomatis. Metode pra-pengolahan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini diantaranya pengubahan jenis citra, ukuran citra, pengaturan kontras otomatis, cerah, filter median 3D, filter sharpen, serta ekualisasi histogram. Dari berbagai metode pra-pengolahan yang digunakan, ekualisasi histogram merupakan metode yang paling tepat untuk meningkatkan kualitas citra secara otomatis. Kata-kata kunci: citra telur ayam, pengaturan cerah, kontras, filter median, filter gaussian, ekualisasi histogram

Abstract

Chicken eggs are divided into several types including omega-3 chicken eggs, native chicken eggs, Arab chicken eggs, and domestic chicken eggs. Visually to distinguish the type of domestic and omega-3 chicken eggs have difficulty because physically the shape of the eggshell and the color of the chicken eggs look the same. Visual inspection of the two types of chicken eggs has a weakness because it only relies on the sense of sight that has limitations, and the results are less accurate because it is very dependent on the interpretation of each consumer. This research aims to distinguish the two types of domestic and omega-3 chicken eggs which pre-processing techniques of contrast stretching, brightness, histogram equalization, changing color images to gray images, then the k-mean image segmentation process is carried out. clustering, morphological operations, dilation, and erosion. Next, the first-order statistical feature extraction is done by calculating values namely mean, variance, entropy, skewness, and kurtosis results from the histogram. The final step is to look for eigenvalues, the eigen vector PCA method used to distinguish omega-3 egg types. The results in the form of plot graphs of mean and entropy features after the second rotation show that the first-order statistical feature extraction method and PCA method can be used to significantly distinguish the types of lehorn chicken and omega-3 chicken eggs.

Abstract

The importance of the beef quality detection plays an essential role in coping with one of problems related to the distribution of poor beef quality. The beef quality is highly determined by a number of parameters such as size, texture, colour features and odor. Today, to determine the beef quality is conducted by observing the colour or form. As a consequence, this method still has many weaknesses such as in the human assessment that might be still subjective and inconsistent. This research aims making an application to detect the beef quality by using a number of phases of image processing in detail and by comparing the accuracy of two segmentation methods being used. The application was made using the operational system of Android integrated with SDK Android, library OpenCV and Eclipse. Image processing phase consisted of the pre-image processing of greyish level, histogram equalization, segmentation of Region of Interest, segmentation of k-mean clustering, and analysis on the texture by extracting the features of each digital beef images. The final phase of this research was to measure the higher level of accuracy from two segmentation methods. The proposed method could provide the accuracy of k-mean segmentation around 80%; while, the segmentation of ROI provided the accuracy at 90%.

Abstract

AbstractThe primary purpose of infrared thermography is the locating of thermal differences and anomalies.  Infrared thermography can  detect  numerous  conditions  in  which  an  anomaly is characterized by an increase or decrease in surface temperature. In this research, we specifically applied calculation of fractal dimension method to a total of20 thermograms of normal breasts as well as of those in advanced breast cancer. In addition standard  image  pre-processing  were  also  used  to  enhance  the  detection capabilitity.  Severalmethods in image processing which are pre-processing with canny edge detection, thresholding, calculation of fractal dimension use box-counting and Hausdorff dimension.The results of this research are shown that Hausdorff dimension in the normal thermogramshave range value 0,4 – 0,95 smaller than the advanced thermograms which have value more than  1,26.Finally  this  results  show  that  the  difference  of  fractal dimension  can  be  used  todistinguish between normal and advanced thermograms.Keywords: canny edge detection, thresholding, fractal dimension, box-counting, Hausdorff

Abstract

Sistem informasi kinerja anggaran digunakan untuk memantau kinerja anggaran di fakultas Universitas Sriwijaya berdasarkan Indikator Kinerja Pelaksanaan Anggaran. Analisis pengaruh sistem menggunakan model Human, Organization, and Technology-Fit (HOT-Fit) dilakukan untuk menganalisis keberhasilan penerapan sistem, ketiga komponen penilaian tersebut mendapatkan net benefit berupa dampak sistem. Model HOT-Fit dalam penelitian ini memiliki delapan variabel, yaitu System Development (SD), System Use (SU), User Satisfaction (US), Structure (STR), Environment (LO), System Quality (SQ), Information Quality (IQ), dan Service Quality (SEQ). Jumlah sampel responden adalah 59, teknik analisis menggunakan PLS-SEM yang terdapat dua tahapan analisis. Pertama, measurement model digunakan untuk menguji reliabilitas dan validitas. Reliabilitas diambil dari nilai loading factor dan composite reliability yang memiliki nilai di atas 0,7, sedangkan validitas memiliki nilai di atas 0,5 dari AVE dan cross-loading indikator dimana nilai konstruk semua variabel lebih tinggi dari korelasi konstruk blok lain. Kedua, structural model diambil dari hasil uji path coefficient, coefficient of determination, dan t-test. Path coefficient terdapat empat jalur yang tidak signifikan (LO→SD, LO→SU, SD→SU, dan SQ→US) memiliki nilai dibawah 0,1. Coefficient of determination terdapat enam variabel dengan tingkat kuat dengan nilai sekitar 0,670 (LO, SD, SU, US, IQ, dan SQ) dan satu tingkat moderat dengan nilai sekitar 0,333 (STR). T-test terdapat dua belas hipotesis yang diterima dari sembilan belas hipotesis yang memiliki nilai lebih besar dari 1,96. Faktor-faktor yang paling kuat memengaruhi keberhasilan sistem adalah SU, US, STR, LO, dan SEQ. AbstractBudgeting performance information system is used to monitor budget performance at the faculty of Sriwijaya University based on Budget Implementation Performance Indicator. An analysis using Human, Organization, and Technology-Fit (HOT-Fit) model is conducted to analize the system implementation, those components get a net benefit as impact. The studied model has eight variables, System Development (SD), System Use (SU), User Satisfaction (US), Structure (STR), Environment (LO), System Quality (SQ), Information Quality (IQ), and Service Quality (SEQ). With 59 respondents, two stage of PLS-SEM technique is used for analysis. Firstly, measurement models for reliability and validity. Reliability is set from loading factor and composite reliability which values above 0.7, while the validity from AVE which values above 0.5 and cross-loading indicators where the block constructs from all variables higher than the correlation with others. Secondly, structural model, taken from the path coefficient, coefficient of determination, and t-test results, which have four insignificant pathways (LO→SD, LO→SU, SD→SU, SQ→US) which values below 0,1. The Coefficient of determination test has six variables with strong levels which values about 0,670 (LO, SD, SU, US, IQ, and SQ) and one moderate levels which values about 0,333 (STR). The T-test contained twelve accepted hypotheses from the nineteen hypotheses which values bigger than 1,96. The factors that strongly affect the success of the system are SU, US, STR, LO, and SEQ.

Abstract

Pada Balai IPTEKnet Badan Pengkajian dan Penerapan Teknologi (BPPT) terdapat sebuah prosedur untuk memanajemen keluhan mitra kerjasama. Sistem ini bertujuan untuk memudahkan mitra kerjasama agar dapat menyampaikan keluhannya serta memudahkan staf Balai IPTEKnet dalam mengelola keluhan yang disampaikan oleh mitra kerjasama. Manajemen ini merupakan salah satu strategi CRM atau manajemen hubungan pelanggan yang ada di Balai IPTEKnet BPPT. Teknologi informasi memainkan peranan penting dan makin luas dalam bisnis. Mengingat berkembangnya dunia teknologi informasi dewasa ini, maka upaya yang akan dilakukan peneliti agar memudahkan pelanggan untuk berinteraksi dengan pegawai Balai IPTEKnet dalam menyampaikan keluhan dan mengefisienkan staf Balai IPTEKnet dalam memanajemen keluhan yaitu dengan membuat sebuah sistem manajemen keluhan mitra kerjasama berbasis web.Perancangan sistem dilakukan setelah data diperoleh dan analisa terhadap data yang didapat telah dilakukan. Sistem yang akan dibuat dirancang berdasarkan metode unified process dan menggunakan diagram UML (Unified Modeling Language). Dilakukan pengujian dengan menggunakan metode black box.

Abstract

Kebutuhan daging sapi yang meningkat sering dimanfaatkan oleh penjual daging sapi untuk melakukan kecurangan. Kecurangan yang sering dimanfaatkan biasanya dalam hal kualitas daging sapi. Kualitas daging ditentukan oleh beberapa parameter, termasuk parameter ukuran, tekstur, karakteristik warna, bau daging dan lain - lain. Parameter adalah salah satu faktor penting untuk menentukan kualitas daging. Umumnya dalam menentukan kualitas daging dilakukan dengan menggunakan indra penglihatan. Sehingga cara manual masih bersifat subjektif dalam menilai kualitas daging. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang aplikasi sistem pendeteksi kualitas daging dengan sampel 20 citra daging data uji. Sistem pendeteksi kualitas daging dengan ekualisasi histogram dan thresholding berbasis android ini dibangun dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman berbasis Android yang terintegrasi dengan SDK Android, Eclipse dan library OpenCV. Metode yang digunakan menggunakan metode pra-pengolahan ekualisasi histogram dan segmentasi thresholding pengolahan citra. Deteksi kualitas daging dilakukan dengan mencari nilai statistik ekstraksi ciri citra berdasarkan data citra daging dari penelitian. Hasil penelitian ini adalah dapat menentukan nilai statistik mean dan standar deviasi dari hasil citra olahan ekualisasi histogram dan thresholding disertai analisis kualitas citra daging sapi. Pengujian black box dari aplikasi sistem pendeteksi kualitas daging ini menunjukkan bahwa semua fungsi yang terdapat pada aplikasi ini telah berhasil berjalan sesuai fungsinya. Penelitian ini harapannya bisa digunakan untuk membantu penelitian tahap selanjutnya.
