Abstract

Regional Revenue Agency Batam City has the task of carrying out regional authority in the management of regional original income, regional tax revenues, regional levies, BUMD profits and other legitimate income. In order to achieve the objectives of the Batam City Bapenda, which is to realize accountable and transparent financial and regional wealth management, the Batam City Bapenda has prepared a strategy that is to perfect tax regulations or regulations, especially to increase local tax revenues, improve local revenue management facilities, and fulfill a tax system that accountable and transparent. A structured tax system and good service help Batam City Bapenda in carrying out its duties and authorities. In the service flow, the running of a file takes a long time, because it requires confirmation from several fields in the Batam City Bapenda. The services that enter the Batam City Bapenda are approximately 20 files a day, this happens periodically, so that the tax authorities often find out about the existence of a service file and many files are lost due to not running one service flow. So, we need a PBB-P2 Service File Tracking System which is implemented with a web-based computer. The application is built using the Prototyping research method, and produces applications that can be used by the Batam City Bapenda to overcome various existing problems.

Abstract

In the process of filing incoming and outgoing letters at the Batam City Transportation Agency, it is still done manually, that is by recording them in a book. All letters are placed in archive folder, then placed in a filing cabinet. With the management of incoming and outgoing letters archives like this can result in accumulating letters archives. Not only that, if you want to find old letter data, it will be difficult to find it. Delivery of incoming letters to certain department is also done manually, that is, delivering the letter to that another department. From these problems, a system regarding letters archiving is built. With this system for filing incoming and outgoing letters, it is hoped that it can help the secretariat department in reducing the difficulty and time spent on delivery and searching for letters data. This system is able to forward incoming letters to any department and archive incoming and outgoing letters. In addition, this system can also print archive reports by the month. The system uses the waterfall method to build. This system also uses the PHP programming language and MySQL as database management system.

Abstract

Transaksi merupakan kegiatan yang umum kita lakukan, namun untuk transaksi antar bisnis memerlukan dokumen transaksi dalam kegiatannya. Banyak pebisnis masih membuat dokumen tersebut secara manual sehingga menyebabkan banyak masalah sehingga Sistem Manajemen Penagihan dapat menyelesaikan masalah yang terjadi dikarenakan telah berbasis sistem. Dalam pengembangan, dokumentasi menjadi hal yang tidak dipentingkan padahal dokumentasi menggambarkan sistem dengan baik. Hal ini terjadi karena kebanyakan pengembang menggunakan penerapan code-first dimana pengembangan lebih penting dibandingkan sehingga menyebabkan masalah antara tim front-end dengan back-end. Oleh karena itu, diterapkanlah metode design-first dalam pengembangan sistem ini. Metode pengembangan yang dipakai adalah metode agile karena metode ini fleksibel dan cocok dalam menghadapi perubahan yang terjadi dalam bentuk apapun. Pengujian sistem menggunakan metode blackbox dengan teknik equivalence partitions yang bertujuan untuk ketidaksesuaian dan kesalahan fungsionalitas pada sistem. Setelah dilakukan pengujian, hasil yang didapatkan bahwa kebutuhan telah terpenuhi dan tidak ditemukan adanya kesalahan fungsionalitas sehingga sistem berjalan dengan baik dan telah sesuai.

Abstract

Informasi ketenagakerjaan tentang pelatihan yang disediakan oleh PT. CP saat ini belum dapat dilaksanakan secara sistematis dikarenakan belum adanya sistem yang dapat merekam kegiatan pelatihan yang diperoleh karyawan selama bekerja di perusahaan ini, sehingga Bagian Sumber Daya Manusia (HRD) tetap menggunakan data-data yang ada di berupa lembar formulir untuk mencatat karyawan-karyawan yang pernah mengikuti pelatihan yang diberikan oleh perusahaan. Penggunaan form yang sedang berjalan membuat data latih kurang tertata dengan baik sehingga proses pencarian data membutuhkan waktu yang lama. Agar informasi karyawan yang telah mengikuti pelatihan dapat dikelola dengan baik, maka dibangun sistem informasi pelatihan karyawan berbasis website.

Abstract

Abstract: Project-Based Learning is a type of learning that is quite widely recommended today, especially in vocational type institutions where the learning is effective in the aim of involving students with direct learning content. The process of evaluating project-based learning on project teams in the performance assessment of each team to rank the order of best performance of all teams is still assessed based on subjective assessments. To overcome these problems, in this study the performance measurement of the project-based learning team by applying the VIKOR method and Rank Order Centroid in conducting assessments with test samples, namely in the Introduction to Database course. The test results obtained based on the calculation of VIKOR and Rank Order Centroid, namely PBL-TRPL01 Team 1 as the best alternative by obtaining based on variations of testing the VIKOR index value with values v=0.4, v=0.5, and v=0.6. Thus, it can be seen that the VIKOR and Rank Order Centroid methods can be applied to the calculation process of measuring team performance in project-based learning.            Keywords: decision Support System; project-based learning; rank order centroid; VIKOR Abstrak: Pembelajaran Berbasis Proyek merupakan jenis pembelajaran yang cukup banyak direkomendasikan di masa kini khususnya pada institusi berjenis vokasional. Pembelajaran tersebut efektif dalam tujuan melibatkan para peserta didik dengan konten pembelajaran secara langsung. Proses evaluasi pembelajaran berbasis proyek pada tim proyek dalam penilaian performa dari masing-masing tim untuk memeringkatkan urutan performa terbaik dari seluruh tim masih dinilai berdasarkan penilaian secara subyektif. Untuk mengatasi persoalan tersebut, pada penelitian ini pengukuran performa tim project-based learning dengan menerapkan metode VIKOR dan Rank Order Centroid dalam melakukan penilaian dengan sampel pengujian yaitu pada mata kuliah Pengantar Basis Data. Hasil pengujian yang diperoleh berdasarkan perhitungan VIKOR dan Rank Order Centroid yaitu bahwa alternatif PBL-TRPL01 Tim 1 sebagai alternatif terbaik dengan peroleh berdasarkan variasi pengujian nilai indeks VIKOR. Abstract

Environmental-friendly organic waste management is crucial for supporting sustainability, especially with the high volume of household waste. This community service project aims to educate the public, particularly the youth, about organic waste management through the use of eco enzyme technology. The education process involves eco enzyme practitioners and youth, facilitated by online-accessible video tutorials and social media campaigns to expand the reach of the information. Various activities, including socialization, education, and a challenge to create eco enzyme tutorial videos, were conducted to enhance participants' understanding and involvement. Evaluation through questionnaires completed by 156 respondents showed a significant increase in participants' knowledge regarding eco enzyme, its preparation methods, and benefits. The level of interest in using eco enzyme reached 94.23%, and the perceived benefits of the socialization process were 95.51%. Thus, this project successfully raised awareness and encouraged youth participation in sustainable organic waste management, which is expected to contribute positively to the environment in Batam City, Riau Island, Indonesia.

Abstract

The development of technology at this time, every agency certainly tries to improve the quality of its services. The Complaint Application is an information system that aims to provide aspirations for the performance of an agency. In this case the researchers took the case of the Batam State Polytechnic, where the campus wanted to realize Bureaucratic Reform at the Batam State Polytechnic by making a website-based Polibatam Complaint Application. Initially, the website was completed in the fourth semester during the implementation of Project Based Learning. In this case, the researcher conducted research to create a V.0 Complaints application with improvements from a website that had been built previously so that a website-based Public Complaint Application design was needed that was easy to use and could see responses to aspirations and complaints. The method that the researcher uses in designing the Polibatam V2.0 Complaint Application is the Waterfall model with MySql as the Database Management System, as well as PHP, JavaScript as the programming language to be used and Laravel as the PHP Framework. The completed application is then tested using the black box testing methodology, which allows all functionalities to be executed and implemented in accordance with the previously created functional requirements

Abstract

Nagari Sungai Batang, known as the birthplace of the religious figure Buya Hamka, is a culturally rich village with great tourism potential. However, it currently lacks an official website, and information about the village is only available on external news portals or the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy website. To enhance its visibility and accessibility, this community service project aimed to develop a dedicated website for Nagari Sungai Batang as a medium of information and promotion. This activity was part of a collaborative program between Politeknik Negeri Batam and Politeknik Negeri Padang, where the former developed the website while the latter created the information system. The website was developed using the Waterfall model, covering stages from requirements analysis to implementation and testing. Evaluation was conducted using Alpha-Beta testing, involving both developer and user environments. After completion, the team delivered the website and conducted user training on content management. The result showed that the website effectively served as an information and promotional medium, achieving a user satisfaction rate of 96%.
