Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of marketing mix mediated by consumer loyalty on competitive advantage, both direct and indirect influences. This type of research is explanatory research that explains the causal relationship between variables through hypothesis testing. This study used a sample of 100 respondents, these respondents were individuals who had used services from JNE Panai Hulu District at least 2 times use, were over or equal to 17 years old, and were decision makers. By using non-probability sampling techniques. The hypothesis test is performed with the T test and the Sobel test. Data analysis using Partial Least Square (PLS) and assisted by SmartPLS 3.0 software to facilitate research From the results of this test, it can be concluded that the marketing mix variable has a positive and significant effect on the competitive advantage of JNE Panai Hulu District.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of brand image, price and product quality on consumer buying interest on Smartfren quota cards in Rantauprapat. The research method used in this research is quantitative. In this study, the population is Smartfren Rantauprapat Quota Card consumers how much is unknown. The research sample using the incidental sampling technique is a sampling technique based on chance, that is, anyone who happens to meet the researcher can be used as a sample, if it is deemed that the person met by chance is suitable as a data source. This study uses a non-probability sampling technique because the population size is unknown, and purposive sampling is used as a sampling technique. Because the number of members of the population is not known with certainty, the sample size is calculated by the Cochran formula with a sample of 96 people. Data collection techniques used were observation, documentation studies and questionnaires. The method of analysis of this research is multiple linear regression with the SPSS program. The results of the study prove that brand image has a positive and significant effect on consumer buying interest on the Smartfren Quota Card in Rantauprapat. Price has a negative and significant effect on Consumer Purchase Interest on Smartfren Quota Cards in Rantauprapat. Product quality has a negative and significant effect on consumer buying interest on Smartfren Quota Cards in Rantauprapat. Brand Image, Price and Product Quality simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Consumer Purchase Interest on Smartfren Quota Cards in Rantauprapat. The coefficient of determination of 0.375 means that Consumer Purchase Interest can be explained by the variables Brand Image (X1), Price (X2) and Product Quality (X3) of 37.5 %, while the remaining 62.5% can be explained by other variables not examined in this study. this research.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul “Pengaruh Layanan Karyawan, Kualitas Produk dan Word of Mouth Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian di Suzuya Rantauprapat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh layanan karyawan, kualitas produk dan word of mouth terhadap kemputusan pembelian di Suzuya Rantauprapat. Masalah penelitian ini adalah apakah layanan karyawan, kualitas produk dan word of mouth berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian di Suzuya Rantauprapat. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan metode survei. Sampel penelitian adalah sebanyak 100 pelanggan, dan data yang dikumpulkan adalah primer serta sekunder. Model analisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda, korelasi, koefisien determinasi, serta pengujian hipotesis menggunakan student t-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pengaruh positif dan signifikan layanan karyawan, kualitas produk dan word of mouth terhadap keputusan pembelian di Suzuya Rantauprapat.

Abstract

Accuracy in choosing a location is one of the factors that determine the success of a business. Entrepreneurs always have a location close to customers in order to provide primary service to customers so that relationships can be maintained properly. The right business location is expected to meet consumer expectations in order to obtain profit, but if there is an error in choosing a business location automatically the maximum profit will not be obtained by the entrepreneur. The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of choosing a business location on sales. The selection of sales locations is very influential on the sales results of traders. Place/location of business is one element of the marketing mix which is very important for the continuity of a business. This type of research includes field research, namely the new market clothing store and the old market in the Rantauprapat. This research is descriptive, because this study seeks to collect existing facts. This research focuses on efforts to reveal a problem and the situation as it is, which is examined is the technique of interviewing and documentation. While the data analysis was carried out using the data obtained in the form of descriptions, then the data were analyzed using inductive thinking. The results of the research indicate that there is a very strong relationship between the place of business and the profit. The place of business has a positive effect on the profits obtained by the trader.

Abstract

Keluarga merupakan pendidik pertama dan utama. Pengaruh keluarga sangat kuat dalam pembentukan kepribadian anak. Salah satu hal yang perlu diperhatikan oleh setiap orang tua adalah mengetahui  bagaimana mengembangkan minat baca anak. Mengembangkan minat baca harus dilakukan dengan cara variatif, artinya tingkat konsentrasi anak tidak panjang dan mereka mudah teralihkan oleh sesuatu. Proses belajar membaca harus menyenangkan seperti bermain agar anak tidak merasa bosan. Kemampuan membaca berhubungan dengan minat dan kebiasaan anak dalam membaca. Mengembangkan minat baca dengan kegiatan Literasi taman bacaan yang menyenangkan dapat meningkatkan minat baca pada anak sekolah dasar di desa Rintis. Tujuan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PkM) ini adalah untuk memberikan motivasi dan pemahaman kepada anak- anak sekolah dasar di desa Rintis. Kegiatan PKM ini memberikan warna tersendiri kepada anak-anak didaerah taman bacaan karena selama ini mereka jarang sekali mereka melakukan kegitan tersebut baik di lingkungan tempat tinggal maupun di tempat mereka bermain. Kegiatan ini juga sebagai pengingat kepada anak-anak di daerah taman bacaan desa Rintis bahwa membaca sangat bermanfaat untuk masa depan. Dengan Kegiatan PKM ini anak-anak desa Rintis  dapat meningkatkan ketekunan dan  kepercayaan mereka bahwa dengan membaca mereka dapat menjelajahi dunia.

Abstract

ABSTRACTCommunity service activities in Emplasmen Aek Nabara Village, Labuhanbatu Regency, North Sumatra Province. This counseling took place in the hall of the Emplasmen Aek Nabara village head's office. Participants included the people of Emplasmen Aek Nabara village, especially housewives. This community service activity went well and smoothly according to plan, this can be seen from the enthusiasm and enthusiasm of the residents in participating in the counseling on the process of making rubber seed chips. The purpose of this community service is to provide counseling, training, and practice on the process of making rubber seed chips. This is done in order to establish partnerships and cooperation in making types of snacks (home industry) that can increase income, and introduce mothers to the use of plantation waste, namely rubber seeds, while providing knowledge and skills based on science and technology which later housewives are expected to have skills in processing have skills in processing rubber seeds as one of the snack foods. The method used in this community service is to use the counseling method. The practical method is a method that goes directly into how to make rubber seed chips. Keywords: Counseling, Chips, Rubber Seeds, Empalsmen ABSTRAKKegiatan pengabdian masyarakat di desa Emplasmen Aek Nabara Kabupaten labuhanbatu Provinsi Sumatera Utara.  Penyuluhan ini berlangsung di aula kantor kepala desa Emplasmen Aek Nabara. Peserta meliputi masyarakat desa Emplasmen Aek Nabaraterkhusus kaum ibu rumah tangga. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini berjalan dengan baik dan lancar sesuai dengan yang direncanakan, hal ini terlihat dari antusias dan semangat wargaa dalam mengikuti penyuluhan tentang proses pembuatan keripik berbahan biji karet.  Tujuan dilakukannya pengabdian kepada masyrakat ini adalah untuk memberikan penyuluhan, pelatihan, dan praktek tentang proses pembuatan keripik berbahan biji karet. Hal ini dilakukan dalam rangka  melakukan mitra dan kerjasama dalam pembuatan   jenis makanan ringan  ( home industry ) yang dapat menambah penghasilan, dan  memperkenalkan kepada ibu-ibu tentang pemanfaatan limbah perkebunan yaitu biji karet sekaligus memberi pengetahuan dan keterampilan berbasis IPTEK yang nantinya ibu-ibu  rumah tangga diharapkan dapat memiliki keterampilan dalam  pengolahan  memiliki keterampilan dalam  pengolahan biji karet sebagai salah satu  makanan cemilan. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah dengan menggunkan metode penyuluhan Metode praktik adalah suatu metode yang terjun secara langsung tentang cara pembuatan keripik berbahan biji karet.Kata Kunci: Penyuluhan, Keripik, Biji Karet, Empalsmen

Abstract

The Mucuna bracteata plant breeding training aims to improve students knowledge and skills in vegetative and generative plant propagation. Plant breeding is a combination of art, science and technology in assembling the genetic diversity of a particular plant population to be better or superior than before. Community service activities were carried out on Thursday, May 15, 2025 using socialization and training methods. This activity involved the active participation of participants in all stages of the process. This training covers the topic of vegetative and generative plant propagation. The training showed positive results where participants were able to understand how to select cuttings and prepare mucuna seeds and plant the cuttings and mucuna seeds in the planting medium. Keywords: mucuna, plant breeding, plant propagation

Abstract

This training and community service activity was carried out for students of SMP Bunga Bangsa 4 Medan which was held on January 20, 2023. This training took place in the hall room of SMP Bunga Bangsa 4 Medan. Participants who took part in this accounting training numbered around 37 students, who were also attended by students, as well as accounting lecturers at Labuhanbatu University Economics Study Program, Department of Accounting. This training and community service activity went well and smoothly as planned, this can be seen from the enthusiasm and enthusiasm of the students who took part in the training. The purpose of conducting training and research is to provide socialization about the science of accounting that is fun, where so far there has been an assumption that accounting is a science that is a little more difficult to understand. With this training it is hoped that students of SMP Bunga Bangsa 4 Medan, later when dividing majors at SMA (High School) or when graduating from school can choose the Accounting major as their choice when studying in the future. This training and community service method is carried out by conducting material presentations, discussions with students participating in the training, and also practicing simple accounting cycles so that they can attract the interest of students participating in the training. Abstrak Kegiatan pelatihan dan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan bagi siswa/i SMP Bunga Bangsa 4 Medan yang dilaksanakan pada 20 Januari 2023. Pelatihan ini berlangsung di ruangan aula SMP Bunga Bangsa 4 Medan. Peserta yang mengikuti pelatihan akuntansi ini berjumlah sekitar 37 orang siswa/i, yang diikuti juga oleh mahasiswa, serta dosen akuntansi Universitas Labuhanbatu Program Studi Ekonomi Jurusan Akuntansi. Kegiatan pelatihan dan pengabdian masyarakat ini berjalan dengan baik dan lancar sesuai dengan yang direncanakan, hal ini terlihat dari antusias dan semangat siswa/i yang mengikuti pelatihan. Tujuan dilakukannya pelatihan dan penelitian adalah memberikan sosialisasi tentang ilmu akuntansi yang menyenangkan, dimana selama ini timbul anggapan bahwa akuntansi merupakan ilmu sedikit lebih sulit dipahami. Dengan adanya pelatihan ini diharapkan agar siswa/i SMP Bunga Bangsa 4 Medan, nantinya ketika pembagian jurusan pada saat SMA (Sekolah Menegah Atas) ataupun ketika lulus dari sekolah dapat memilih jurusan Akuntansi sebagai pilihannya ketika kuliah dimasa mendatang. Metode pelatihan dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah dilakukan dengan melakukan pemaparan materi, diskusi dengan siswa/i peserta pelatihan, dan juga mempraktikkan siklus akuntansi sederhana agar dapat menarik minat siswa/i peserta pelatihan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas pelayanan, harga jual, cita rasa, dan atmosfer terhadap keputusan pembelian makanan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain survei. Data diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada responden yang merupakan konsumen pada usaha kuliner, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keempat variabel independen berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Secara parsial, kualitas pelayanan terbukti meningkatkan kepercayaan dan kenyamanan konsumen, harga jual yang wajar dan kompetitif mendorong persepsi nilai yang positif, cita rasa yang baik memberikan kepuasan langsung terhadap pengalaman konsumsi, sedangkan atmosfer yang nyaman memperkuat suasana emosional dalam proses pembelian. Secara simultan, keempat variabel tersebut memberikan kontribusi yang kuat terhadap peningkatan keputusan pembelian makanan. Temuan ini mempertegas bahwa keputusan pembelian tidak hanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor rasional seperti harga, tetapi juga oleh faktor emosional dan pengalaman konsumsi yang menyeluruh. Oleh karena itu, pelaku usaha kuliner perlu mengelola pelayanan, harga, cita rasa, dan atmosfer secara terpadu untuk menciptakan kepuasan serta loyalitas konsumen.
