Abstract

Desa Ciburial Kecamatan Cimeyan Kabupaten Bandung merupakan salah satu desa yang mendapatkan predikat desa digital serta desa wisata. Pemberian predikat desa digital tersebut tidak terlepas dari pencapaian Desa Ciburial yang mampu mengelola media digital dalam bentuk website hingga media sosial. Namun kompetensi yang dimiliki belum selaras dengan keahlian dan keterampilan digital dalam pengelolaan konten media sosial. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengeksplorasi dan membuat model penerapan kompetensi dan keterampilan literasi digital yang dimiliki aparatur pemerintah Desa Ciburial dari aspek keterampilan digital komunikasi, digital kreasi konten, dan strategi digital. Metode penelitian dengan pendekatan kualitatif studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi non partisipan, wawancara mendalam dan focus group discussion, studi literatur buku, jurnal serta pencarian internet. Analisa data yang digunakan adalah model Miles dan Huberman serta triangulasi data dilakukan dengan triangualasi data, sumber dan waktu sebagai teknik keabsahan data. Keterampilan digital komunikasi terdiri dari keterampilan menggunakan perangkat keras teknologi informasi dan komunikasi, perangkat lunak, internet, media sosial, netiket, dan menyajikan berita sebagai solusi keresahan di masyarakat. Keterampilan digital kreasi konten terdiri dari penerapan 5W+1H pada konten, meriset lapangan untuk konten, penguasaan kerja tim, menguasai teknik dasar pembuatan konten, keterlibatan followers sebagai sumber referensi informasi. Keterampilan strategi digital adalah membuka ruang komunikasi, mengembangkan konten multiplatform, promosi desa, dan konten komersial.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the study progress of students of the Master's Program in Basic Education, at Bogor Open University. The problem in this study is to review the length of the study period taken by students, especially in working on the Master's Program Final Project (TAPM) or thesis. The method in this study uses a descriptive survey method to analyze student progress and the length of time needed by students from receiving the supervisor's decree to the BTR 1 stage, from the BTR 1 stage to the BTR 2 stage, and from the BTR 2 stage to the trial exam stage. This research will find out the length of study period needed by students in working on the final project of the master program (TAPM) or thesis. The results of this study are useful as policy proposals for accelerating student studies in the form of curriculum development, academic guidance assistance, and the determination of appropriate supervisors

Abstract

Abstrak: Penerapan smart campus diharapkan mampu menciptakan pendidikan yang kekinian dan mampu mengantarkan SDM menjadi manusia yang terdidik. Untuk menciptakan smart campus tersebut, diperlukan suatu model yang akan menjadi pedoman atau patokan bagi suatu perguruan tinggi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendapatkan gambaran pengembangan Smart Campus di Indonesia yang diketahui dari strategi smart education yang diterapkan di Korea dan society 5.0 yang diterapkan di Jepang melalui komparasi keterkaitan antara society 5.0 dengan Smart Education serta SDGs sebagai data tambahan dalam menyusun peran dan strategi perguruan tinggi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan wawancara kepada narasumber yang pernah atau sedang studi di Jepang/Korea. Model smart campus di Jepang yang menerapkan Society 5.0 menekankan pada teknologi yang berujung pada kemandirian dalam belajar. Model smart campus di Korea Selatan menekankan pada teknologi yang berujung pada kemudahan dalam mengakses konten-konten pembelajaran. Sistem teknologi yang terintegrasi membuat proses perkuliahan menjadi nyaman, efektif, dan efesien. Perguruan tinggi di Indonesia mulai menerapkan sistem berbasis teknologi informasi dan komunikasi dalam lingkungan kampus karena didorong dari seluruh civitas akademik di perguruan tinggi yang mengharapkan kenyamanan sehingga pentingnya peranan teknologi.Pengembangan konsep smart campus perlu dilakukan dengan penyesuaian terhadap culture di Indonesia agar nantinya saat konsep tersebut diterapkan secara masif dapat berjalan dengan hasil yang sesuai dan dapat membantu mempermudah penyelenggaraan pendidikan di perguruan tinggi.Abstract: The implementation of the smart campus, it is hoped that it will be able to create up-to-date education and be able to deliver human resources to become educated human beings. To create a smart campus, we need a model that will become a guideline or benchmark for a university. The aim of this research is to get an overview of Smart Campus development in Indonesia which is known from the smart education strategy implemented in Korea and society 5.0 implemented in Japan through a comparison of the relationship between society 5.0 and Smart Education and SDGs as additional data in formulating the role and strategy of higher education. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach with a case study method. Data collection was carried out by conducting interviews with informants who had or are currently studying in Japan/Korea. The smart campus model in Japan that implements Society 5.0 emphasizes technology which leads to independence in learning. The smart campus model in South Korea emphasizes technology, resulting in easy access to learning content. An integrated technology system makes the lecture process comfortable, effective, and efficient. Universities in Indonesia are starting to implement information and communication technology-based systems in the campus environment because they are encouraged by the entire academic community in tertiary institutions who expect comfort, so the important role of technology is important. The development of the smart campus concept needs to be carried out with adjustments to the culture in Indonesia so that when the concept is implemented on a massive scale it can run with appropriate results and can help facilitate the implementation of education in higher education.

Abstract

During the COVID-19 outbreak, the Indonesian government implemented several policies to handle and prevent the spread of the disease. One of the policies launched is to shift face-to-face services in universities towards implementing online academic services. The Mechanical Engineering Study Program implements the Telegram group feature as a social media for academic service processes. This research aims to understand how communication patterns have changed during the pandemic and post-pandemic period in telegram group media use analyzed from the uses and gratifications theory in the Mechanical Engineering Study Program at Jember University. This research uses a qualitative descriptive research methodology. Research data was collected by observing Telegram groups, interviews, and distributing questionnaires to students using Telegram groups. The results of this research state that there has been a change in communication patterns during the COVID-19 pandemic using the telegram group media from previously being conducted face-to-face. After the pandemic passed, even though there was adaptation to changes in communication patterns, students had other choices in using media. Not every student felt that the telegram group media was effective based on their communication needs.

Abstract

Peranan lahan pekarangan secara tidak langsung mampu mempengaruhi ekonomi rumah tangga, namun dapat dimanfaatkan untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan rumah tangga bila dilakukan secara optimal. permasalahan utama di Desa Tajur Halang khususnya bagi RT 01 RW 02 Desa Tajur Halang Kec. Tajur Halang Kabupaten Bogor dalam program pegabdian kepada masyarakat di Desa Tajur Halang dapat ditinjau dari tingkat ekonomi masyarakat setempat dan dari kesadaran masyarakat terhadap  pemanfaatan lahan pekarangan yang tersedia. Kegiatan pengabdian dosen Universitas Terbuka ini berfokus pada peningkatan kreativitas masyarakat dalam memanfaatkan bahan alam atau tanaman yang terdapat di lingkungan sekitar masyarakat secara tepat guna dan arif, peningkattan kreativitas masyarakat untuk dapat mengembangkan pembuatan lilin aromaterapi dari berbagai jenis tanaman aromatik lainnya yang pada akhirnya akan menumbuhkan kesadaran dan kreativitas masyarakat untuk memanfaatkan segala sumber daya potensial yang mereka miliki secara optimal. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah metode ceramah, demonstrasi, praktek, monitoring serta evaluasi. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian semua warga belajar dapat memanfaatkan lahan pekarangan menjadi efektif dan dapat membuat lilin aromaterapi. The role of house yard can indirectly affect the household economy, also can be used to improve household welfare. The main problem in Tajur Halang Village, especially for RT 01 RW 02 Tajur Halang Village, Bogor Regency in the community service program in Tajur Halang Village can be viewed from the economic level of the local community and community awareness of the use of available yards. This Open University lecturer service activity focuses on increasing community creativity in utilizing natural materials or plants found in the environment around the community efficiently and wisely, increasing community creativity to be able to develop the manufacture of aromatherapy candles from various other types of aromatic plants which will eventually raise awareness and community creativity to optimally utilize all the potential resources they have. The methods used in this community service activity are lectures, demonstrations, practice, monitoring, and evaluation methods. The results of the community service activities for all learning residents can make effective use of the yard area and can make aromatherapy candles.

Abstract

People can take education from everywhere, such as formal education conducted in schools. Additionally, there is non-formal education, which can occur outside formal education, such as in courses, training institutions, study groups, and others. Continuous education involves activities that aim to enhance evolving knowledge in one's job or responsibilities, leadership training, and improving managerial skills to manage institutions, finances, facilities, and human resources. This community service activity took place in Cibodas Village, Rumpin District, Bogor Regency/City, with the aim of raising awareness among the community about the importance of continuous education to improve human resource quality. The low level of education (above 75% at the elementary education level) is a social problem in the village. This training include materials about continuous education, entrepreneurship, and digital promotional media as a form of continous education. The training was provided to 50 participants from the Family Welfare Empowerment (PKK) of Cibodas Village, resulting in the creation of village flagship products. Through this training, participants will become catalysts, spreading information to raise awareness in the community and improve continuous education to achieve greater well-being and quality of life.

Abstract

Digitization brings about fundamental changes in almost every aspect of life, including marketing communication strategies. PT. Redo Marketing Indonesia, a distributor of beauty clinic equipment, has shifted its marketing strategy from canvassing to digital marketing through the social media platform Instagram. This research aims to examine the effectiveness and the impact of this change on the marketing communication process in the company, and used descriptive qualitative data analysis methods. The data was collected through interviews to several marketing staf. The research results indicate that digital marketing through Instagram is more financially efficient and enables instant communication with a wider target audience, thus accelerating the spread of information. However, on the flip side, canvassing methods remain effective for very specific and local target markets. PT. Redo Marketing Indonesia's efforts to optimize Instagram have built a strong brand image and increased customers interaction. Keywords: Brand Image, Canvassing, Marketing Communication.

Abstract

Financial Literacy, Investment, and Digital Financial Information Training at SMAS Garuda Palangka Raya. Increasingly complex economic dynamics encourage people to look for additional sources of income outside their main job. Investment has emerged as a popular alternative. However, being successful in investing is highly dependent on an individual's level of financial literacy, investment experience, and risk profile. This community service aims to increase public awareness, especially among students and teachers at SMAS Garuda Palangka Raya, who often use online shopping applications and pay-later payment schemes. The digital transactions habits among students and teachers that are not balanced with basic knowledge about financial management and investment can trigger excessive consumer behavior. With 31 participants from SMAS Garuda Palangka Raya, the team successfully trained and gave information about how to budget, manage income and also invest using a fintech application. The training evaluation concluded that participants had improved their understanding of financial management and investment. The majority of participants also understand the function of an emergency fund and have a sense of how to deal with investments with irrational levels of profit and how to deal with debt. By implementing financial management, investment, and digital financial information literacy training, the training participant will be able to develop more responsible financial behavior and avoid debt traps, and also in order to prevent high-risk financial practices, such as dependence on high-interest loans to meet consumer needs.

Abstract

Pengelolaan usaha produk UMKM di Desa Wates Jaya masih menemukan berbagai permasalahan pada pemasaran. Pemasaran produk masih tradisional, mengandalkan mulut ke mulut dan mengikuti pameran bazar yang diselenggarakan oleh pemerintah kecamatan. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan pemasaran dalam meningkatkan pendapatan usaha produk UMKM di Desa Wates Jaya Kecamatan Cigombong. Metode pelaksanaan yang diterapkan dalam kegiatan ini meliputi metode pelaksanaan pendekatan partisipatif, pendekatan kelompok, pendekatan individual, metode ceramah, dan metode diskusi. Adapun tahapan pelaksanaan kegiatan ini meliputi tahap persiapan, tahap pelaksanaan, dan tahap evaluasi pelaksanaan. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian yang telah dilakukan dalam rangka pengembangan pemasaran produk UMKM dalam peningkatan pendapatan usaha di Desa Wates Jaya Kecamatan Cigombong mendapatkan hasil yang cukup baik. Hal ini terlihat pada peningkatan pengetahuan dan pemahaman pelaku UMKM terhadap desain promosi produk dengan perbandingan hasil pre-test dan post-test sebesar 38%, peningkatan keterampilan pelaku UMKM dalam penggunaa.n media digital yang dimanfaatkan untuk produk UMKM meningkat dari 48% menjadi 89%, dan peningkatan konten media social pelaku UMKM untuk mengenalkan produk UMKM secara lebih luas.

Abstract

Pemberdayaan anak berkebutuhan khusus sangat penting untuk menciptakan inklusi sosial dan ekonomi bagi kelompok ini. Inisiatif pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk melaksanakan program pelatihan kewirausahaan dan pengelolaan keuangan untuk membantu anak berkebutuhan khusus memperoleh kemandirian, memperbaiki keadaan ekonomi, dan membangun rasa percaya diri. Metode yang digunakan dalam program pengabdian adalah dengan memberikan pelatihan intensif yang mencakup keterampilan kewirausahaan, khususnya dalam mengembangkan ide bisnis baru dan memahami pengelolaan keuangan adaptif. Kegiatan akan berlangsung di HS Learning Center yang berlokasi di Ciledek Barat, Kota Bogor. Sebanyak 20 orang mahasiswa berkebutuhan khusus mendapatkan pelatihan keterampilan praktis untuk meningkatkan kemampuan mereka dalam berwirausaha dan mengelola aspek keuangan dari usaha yang akan mereka jalani. Hasil dari program ini adalah peningkatan usaha kewirausahaan dan melatih pengelolaan keuangan serta penggunaan aplikasi kasir bagi ABK, yang diharapkan dapat berdampak positif terhadap status ekonomi pribadi dan inklusi sosial anak berkebutuhan khusus. Pengabdian masyarakat ini juga menyoroti pentingnya kolaborasi berbagai pemangku kepentingan, lembaga pendidikan, dan masyarakat setempat dalam mendukung keberlanjutan program ini.
