Abstract

Program Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat dengan judul "Sosialisasi UMKM Desa Wisata Lewaja Kabupaten Enrekang" bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas dan daya saing Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di Desa Wisata Lewaja. Melalui pendekatan pelatihan dan workshop interaktif, para pengelola UMKM diberikan pengetahuan mendalam mengenai manajemen UMKM, strategi pengembangan pariwisata, dan penerapan teknologi informasi. Selain itu, program ini juga memfasilitasi terbentuknya jaringan kolaboratif antar pengelola UMKM untuk saling berbagi pengalaman dan mendukung pertumbuhan bisnis mereka. Hasil dari program ini mencakup peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan para peserta dalam mengelola UMKM pariwisata, membentuk jaringan kolaboratif yang kuat, dan meningkatkan kualitas produk dan layanan yang ditawarkan oleh UMKM. Dengan adanya peningkatan kapasitas dan daya saing, diharapkan UMKM di Desa Wisata Lewaja mampu bersaing secara efektif di pasar pariwisata. Selain memberikan manfaat ekonomi bagi pengelola UMKM, program ini juga berdampak positif pada pemberdayaan tenaga kerja lokal dan kontribusi terhadap pembangunan ekonomi di Kabupaten Enrekang. Dengan demikian, program ini merupakan langkah strategis dalam memaksimalkan potensi pariwisata dan ekonomi lokal Desa Wisata Lewaja.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of the Personal Vocabulary Note (PVN) method on the vocabulary skills (Noun and Adjective) of the second semester students of the English Education Study Program IAIN Parepare. This study uses the Class Action Research method in which each cycle contains three teaching processes. The object of this research is the second semester English Education Students of IAIN Parepare with a total of 30 students. The research procedure that has been carried out is to apply 2 research cycles consisting of four stages; they were: planning, action, observation and reflection. The first step is carried out by giving a diagnostic test to students. After that given 2 cycles consisting of 3 meetings each cycle by applying the PVN method. The research instruments used were observation sheets and vocabulary tests. After the data was collected, it was analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis method. The results of this study indicate that the use of PVN in learning has a positive effect on students. The results found that the students' vocabulary rose from the diagnostic test until 2 cycles were run. The data shows that in, the student's diagnostic test was 64, rose in the first cycle, which was 72.77, and skyrocketed in the second cycle with a mean score of 82.87. Furthermore, positive things were also found in the analyzed observation sheet data where students were always motivated, enthusiastic and did not feel bored in participating in the vocabulary learning process using the personal vocabulary note (PVN) method.

Abstract

This research aims to find out whether or to find out: Whether or not the use of Student Teams-Achievement Division (STAD) can improve the vocabulary mastery of the students. Whether or not the students have positive attitudes toward cooperative learning type Student Teams-Achievement Divisions (STAD) in learning vocabulary. This research took place at Mts. DDI Enrekang. The kind of this research was Quasi-experimental which have two groups namely experimental and control group. Population of research was the seventh grade students of Mts. DDI Enrekang in academic year 2022/2023 which consisted one class. Sample of the research was 24 in experimental and 24 in control class. The researcher using vocabulary test as instrument of the research. The result showed that there is different result of students who given treatment by STAD and students who given usual technique in teaching vocabulary mastery. The mean score of post-tests for experimental group was higher than the control group (80.83 > 71.25). on the analysis of students’ attitude in following teaching learning process, it was found that the use of STAD influenced the students’ attitudes in learning vocabulary. STAD method helped students’ attitudes turn into positive to improve vocabulary mastery. Most of the students agreed to use of STAD because it could build students’ confidence and work together. Many students also agreed that the use of STAD was interested and active in teaching learning process.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan disiplin terhadap kinerja pegawai di Kantor Pengawasan dan Pelayanan Bea dan Cukai Tipe C Parepare. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi, wawancara, kuesioner, dan dokumentasi. Sampel ditentukan menggunakan sampling jenuh dan diperoleh 53 responden. Metode analisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS Versi 23. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial, lingkungan kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai di Kantor Pengawasan dan Pelayanan Bea dan Cukai Tipe C Parepare. Secara parsial, disiplin kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai di Kantor Pengawasan dan Pelayanan Bea dan Cukai Tipe C Parepare. Secara simultan, lingkungan kerja dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai di Kantor Pengawasan dan Pelayanan Bea dan Cukai Tipe C Parepare

Abstract

This research aimed to determine Personal Selling and Digital Marketing partially influence Customer Satisfaction at PT. Bank Mandiri Taspen KCP Parepare. To find out how personal selling and digital marketing simultan eously influence customer satisfaction at PT. Bank Mandiri Taspen KCP Parepare.The analysis method used is quantitative descriptive, using primary data sourced from the results of questionnaires that have been answered by respondents. The tests used include Validity Test, Reliability Test, Descriptive Analysis, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis and t Test (partial), f Test (simultaneous), R2 Test (Coefficient of Determinated).These results indicated that both Personal Selling and Digital Marketing have a partial effect on Customer Satisfaction at PT. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the Work Environment and Work Motivation have a partial effect on the Performance of PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Parepare Branch. To find out the Work Environment and Work Motivation simultaneously affect the Performance of PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Parepare Branch. This research was conducted using Quantitative Method. The data analysis technique used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis and uses the program SPSS for windows 26. The data used in this study used primary data sourced from the results of questionnaire that had been filled out by respondents. The findings of this study show that the work environment partially has a significant effect on employee performance at the PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Parepare Branch with a calculated value of 2,265 > t table 2,032 with a significant of 0.030 < 0.05 and partial work motivation has a significant effect on the performance of PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Parepare Branch with a calculated value of 7,266 > t table 2,032 with a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05 and simultaneously influential with Fcalculate values of 45,833 > 3.28 t tables with significant values of 0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract

This research was a classroom action research (CAR). The objective of this research was to find out students’ vocabulary mastery especially its application in a correct sentence pattern by using Word Wall method to the ninth grade students of SMP Negeri 1 Mamuju. This research consisted of three cycles. There were 30 students in one class that followed this research. The result showed there was improvement of the students’ vocabulary. It could be seen on their average score in the first cycle improved by 49.25%, from the diagnostic test 34.83%. Then, it improved more in the second cycle by 60.8% and more in the third cycle that achieves 68.25%. However, despite getting the students’ average score improved, after applying the three cycles, it is still not success achieving the Minimum Completeness Criteria (MCC) of the subject that was 75.

Abstract

The Effects of Outline to Improve Students’ Writing Ability at the Second Year Students of SMAN 3 Mamuju. Outline is a useful tool to help writers get easier in developing their ideas. An outline can do two things: first, it can save a lot of rewriting and second, it allows writers to check quickly their paragraph’s unity. The aim of this research is to find out whether the use of outline can improve the students’ writing ability in a descriptive paragraph. The method used was true-experimental design. The subject of this research was class XI A students of SMAN 3 Mamuju. The data collected was from the test given to the students and was analyzed through quantitative method. To get the score, the researcher used scoring scale which includes the content, organization, vocabulary, language use and mechanics. The mean score, standard deviation, and t-test between the pre-test and post-test was calculated by using Jacob’s scoring rubric. The data analysis showed that the students’ got their mean score greater in the posttest than in the pretest, in which the mean score was 51.8 and 68.5. Moreover, the t-test value (25.064) was also higher than the t-table value (2.045), which is meant the treatment of outline strategy gave a significant improvement to the students’ writing ability of SMAN 3 Mamuju.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out whether the use of mind mapping can motivate the students in writing. The method was used is mix method (Quantitative and Qualitative). The subject of this research was the second semester students of Tomakaka University of Mamuju. The data was collected and analyzed through scoring scale which includes the content, organization, vocabulary, language use and mechanics by using Jacob’s scoring rubric. Then, to find out the students are motivated through the method applied or not, it was used questionnaire and interview. The questionnaire wasanalyzed by the Likert scale, it is divided into strongly motivated, motivated, fairly motivated, unmotivated, and strongly unmotivated.Then, interview are used to confirm the students answers in the questionnaire. The result of this research is the second semester students of TomakakaUniversity of Mamuju are motivated in writing through Mind Mapping method. It can be shown from the data of writing test, questionnaire and interview. The result of the treatment given showed a trend of increasing students’ writing score. And also, students gave positive responses to the questionnaire distributed where most students answered that Mind Mapping method was very useful in increasing their writing motivation.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the Increased Ability to Compare the Content of Various Reviews to Find the Systematics of a Review Using the Problem Based Learning Model. The population in this study were all students of class XI at SMK Negeri 1 Mamuju. The data consisted of data on student learning outcomes through learning achievement tests in each cycle and data on student activities in learning based on observations made. Student learning outcomes test data were analyzed using the mean while student learning activity data were analyzed using descriptive analysis. The results showed that the ability to compare the contents of various reviews to find the systematics of a reviewer increased in each cycle. Based on data on pre-cycle, there is 1 student who is in the complete category with a score of 75 and above with a percentage of 4%, cycle I 15 students who are in the complete category with a percentage of 60%, cycle II 18 students who are in the complete category with a percentage of 72% and cycle III 25 students in the complete category with a percentage of 100%. Based on the results of the data analysis, it was concluded that the use of the Problem Based Learning model could improve the ability to compare the contents of various reviews to find the systematics of class XI student reviews at SMK Negeri 1 Mamuju.
