Abstract

Land cover in very important in maintaining the ecological, economic, social, cultural balance as well as science and technology in aregion. Ia an effort to provide necessary data and information, that is fast, complete, valid and actual, it can be done using remote sensing technology and Geographical Information Systems using more than one source image data with different time series.the purpose of this research is to: reveal the condition and land cover changes between 2002 and 2013. The method used in this research was supervised classification with Maximum likelihood and visual, field inspections and spatial analysis with an overlay technique on both the result data interceptions of Citra Satelit Landsat 7 ETM + coverage of 2002 and 2013. The result showed that the area of Gunung Naning Protected Forest in 2002 and 2013 had four classes of land cover namely Primary Dryland Forest Mixed-shrub Agricultural dryland, Shrublands, and Settlements. The result of the analysis of changes in land cover as follows: the Primary Dryland Forest decreased in surface area of 1283.08 ha or 4.85%, Mixed-shrub Agricultural dryland had an increased area of 783.02 ha or by 22.76%, Shrubland had the addition of an 4.64 ha or by 16.78%. The land cover in 2013 was dominated by Primary Dryland Forest i.e of ± 25,150.46 ha or ± 60.88 %while the land cover in the form of settlement has the smallest area i.e, of ± 32.29 ha or ± 0.08%. Abstract

Di Daerah Pangalengan terdapat banyak mata air yang telah dimanfaatkan untuk kegiatan perkebunan dan pemenuhan kebutuhan domestik.  Dari penelitian terdahulu, diketahui ada beberapa mata air yang telah dimanfaatkan penduduk dan layak untuk digunakan sebagai air baku, diantaranya adalah mata air Cidurugdug. Di daerah studi terdapat sekitar 300 KK yang memanfaatkan air dari sumber mata air.  Namun demikian kondisi distribusi yang ada secara teknis memiliki banyak kekurangan, antara lain memiliki kehilangan energi yang cukup tinggi.  Karena debit aliran yang menuju ke pengguna sangat kecil maka pengguna cenderung membuka secara menerus sambungan mereka. Hal ini mengakibatkan kehilangan air yang relatif besar. Debit yang tersedia berdasarkan hasil pengamatan lapangan adalah 2 l/s. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk memperoleh sistem distribusi air secara gravitasi yang sesuai dengan topografi serta sebaran populasi, sehingga dapat mencukupi kebutuhan masyarakat.  Selain itu pemanfaatan air bisa lebih efektif dan tidak banyak air yang terbuang, serta sistem ini dapat dikelola secara berkelanjutan. Metodologi dalam pelaksanaan studi ini adalah dengan melakukan pengumpulan data, survei lapangan, analisis kebutuhan air domestik, evaluasi kondisi eksisting, dan pemodelan sistim distribusi dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak EPANET.  Dari data dan hasil pemodelan diperoleh sistem yang ideal, untuk kemudian akan disesuaikan dengan kondisi lapangan dalam hal penerapannya. Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa skema jaringan transmisi dan distribusi air baku yang saat ini telah diterapkan di kawasan penelitian (RW 13 dan 14, Desa Pangalengan). Dengan adanya jaringan distribusi melalui Pengelolaan Air Minum Pedesaan (PAMDES) maka nilai manfaat air di Desa Pangalengan dapat ditingkatkan secara merata dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to provide an assessment of the potential tourist attraction located in zona Mananggar waterfall. This research was conducted with descriptive method, which explains all the potential objects of reseacrh that has been observed and analyzed were based on the Standard Assessment and Development Raw Nature Objects Issued by the Commission for Assessment and Development Cooperation Nature Objects 1993. The results of the overall attractiveness of 160 elemnts. This value is multiplied by the weight value for attractiveness criteria area of 160 x 6 = 960, compared with the Object element Classification of Natural Ecotourism Development. Abstract

Bedawat Waterfall is a waterfall located in the area of Dange Aji Village, Air Besar District, Landak Regency. Bedawat Waterfall has natural potential in the form of a seven-level waterfall and has biodiversity and non-biological diversity in it. Lack of information regarding the potential objects of natural tourist attractions in Bedawat Waterfall causes this natural tourist attraction object to be less exposed and less well known to the wider community. Therefore it is necessary to identify the potential object of the natural tourist attraction of Bedawat Waterfall. The purpose of this study is to identify attractions that become natural tourist attractions in Bendawat Waterfall. The methods used are field observations, interviews, literature, and documentation. Determination of respondents using the purposive sampling technique. The results showed that the object of natural tourist attraction in Bedawat Waterfall has biological, non-biological, adventure activities and socio-cultural potential.Keywords: Bedawat Waterfall, Dange Aji Village, IdentificationAbstrak Air terjun Bedawat merupakan air terjun yang berada di wilayah Desa Dange Aji Kecamatan Air Besar Kabupaten Landak. Kurangnya informasi mengenai potensi objek daya tarik wisata alam Air Terjun Bedawat menyebabkan objek daya tarik wisata alam ini kurang terekspos dan kurang dikenal masyarakat luas. Oleh karena itu perlu mengidentifikasi potensi objek daya tarik wisata alam Air Terjun Bedawat tersebut. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi atraksi yang menjadi daya tarik wisata alam di Air Terjun Bendawat. Metode yang digunakan yaitu observasi lapangan, wawancara, kepustakaan, dan dokumentasi. Penentuan responden dengan Teknik purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukan objek daya tarik wisata alam Air Terjun Bedawat memiliki potensi hayati, non hayati, kegiatan pertualangan dan sosial budaya.Kata kunci: Air Terjun Bedawat, Desa Dange Aji, Identifikasi

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan studi kepustakaan yang mengumpulkan referensi teoritis yang relevan dengan kompetensi kerja gen Z di era Revolusi Industri 4.0 dan Society 5.0. Referensi teoritis dicari melalui jurnal dan buku bereputasi internasional yang dianggap relevan, tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mem-berikan gambaran kompetensi kerja yang diperlukan Generasi Z di Era Revolusi Industri 4.0 dan Society 5.0.  Metode analisis dokumen dianggap tepat karena sesuai dengan jenis penelitian, penelitian ini menghasilkan kesimpulan bahwa agar generasi Z kita dapat bersaing dengan generasi muda lainnya dari berbagai belahan dunia lainnya, maka mereka harus memahami tanda-tanda zaman yang hadirnya era revolusi Industri 4.0 dan society 5.0 yang telah membawa budaya baru dalam bekerja yang antara lain berciri padat teknologi digital, dan juga smart society. Dengan demikian mereka harus beradaptasi dengan era tersebut dengan membekali diri dengan kompetensi baik hard skills maupun soft skills juga kemampuan menguasai Bahasa asing dan kecerdasan budaya global.

Abstract

Soil and water conservation is one of the keys to preserving natural resources. Livestock development can optimize the use of grass for soil and water conservation. However, livestock manure waste is a problem for the environment and health. This study aimed to explore the role of biogas technology in supporting the strengthening of soil and water conservation in the Merawu Subwatershed. Through a community empowerment approach, this research included educational programs, implementation of biogas technology, and evaluation of impacts on the environment and economic welfare of the community. After implementing the education program, the results showed a significant increase in public awareness related to environmental conservation. Biogas technology has been successfully installed in households as a pilot project and can operate the biogas system independently. It found positive environmental impacts, including improved soil quality and decreased organic waste load in local water sources. Increased economic welfare is also recorded through a decrease in costs for cooking fuel by 75%; moreover, there is a potential decrease in farming costs with organic fertilizers. The successful implementation of this biogas can be an inspiring model for households and other regions, demonstrating the potential of biogas technology as a holistic solution to soil and water conservation challenges. Although successful, the study identified several challenges, including the resilience of biogas systems to weather fluctuations and the program's expansion to a broader region. Recommendations were given to expand community education, improve technical sustainability, and strengthen stakeholder cooperation. In conclusion, this research makes significant contributions to the literature and practices of community empowerment and natural resource conservation, affirming that biogas technology can be a motor of sustainable positive change at the local level.

Abstract

In the ever-evolving digital era, complex problem-solving skills are essential for Generation Z to adapt and compete in the global job market. This article discusses various practical strategies that can be used to develop these skills, focusing on innovative approaches to education and training. This study uses a literature study of Sinta-accredited journal articles and reputable international journals. The results of the study show that several things need to be done in the process of developing complex problem-solving soft skills, namely, Attention to the uniqueness of Gen Z, The use of best practices from the latest approach through learning, and the use of technology in the development of complex problem-solving. The implications of this research on science are that it enriches the educational literature by providing practical guidance on effective strategies to develop complex problem-solving skills in Generation Z, improving the quality of education, the use of technology in education and the identification of best practices from the latest approaches to developing complex problem-solving skills that Gen Z needs to adapt and compete in the era of the Industrial revolution.

Abstract

This article discusses various strategies that can be used to build solid Teamwork as a prerequisite in creating a competitive and adaptive organization in the VUCA (Volatile) era of uncertainty (Uncertain), complex (Complex), and ambiguous (Ambiguous). In that era, an organization must be solid and collaborative to be agile, adaptable, and quick to make decisions. The researcher, with the approach of reviewing literature on several internationally accredited journals such as Scopus and Sinta as well as the study of the big theory of works by HR experts, found several strategies to build solid and collaborative Teamwork in the VUCA Era, namely: 1. Proper HR recruitment, 2. Introduction of the vision and mission and socialization of organizational culture from an early age to new employees; 3. Teamwork training must be systematically and measurably planned through conflict management training.

Abstract

The development of entrepreneurial character among students is a strategic step in encouraging the younger generation to actively participate in the business and economic spheres. This study aims to identify the key characteristics that aspiring student entrepreneurs should possess, as well as to create a supportive ecosystem for them. The methodology employed in this research includes a literature review analyzing various academic sources related to entrepreneurial values such as integrity, keep collaborating, humility, tactfulness, inspiring others, agility, and respect. The findings indicate that the characteristics of integrity and collaboration are crucial in building trust and establishing long-term relationships with customers and business partners. Additionally, a humility and tactfulness approach in decision-making can enhance customer satisfaction and employee motivation. This research also emphasizes the necessity of creating an entrepreneurial ecosystem that involves collaboration among the government, educational institutions, and the private sector to provide access to knowledge and practical opportunities. By fostering outstanding character and a supportive ecosystem, it is anticipated that students can develop their entrepreneurial potential and positively impact economic development.

Abstract

Soft skills berpikir kritis ( critical thingking ) merupakan salah satu keterampilan yang sangat diperlukan oleh Gen Z dan Alpha Z agar mereka dapat menikmati kemajuan revolusi Industri dengan baik dan terhindar dari hoaks dan informasi palsu yang dapat memengaruhi dalam pengambilan Keputusan sehari-hari baik di dunia kerja maupun dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menguraikan model strategi efektif untuk membangun kemampuan berpikir kritis bagi generasi Alpha Z. Dimana generasi ini memiliki ciri khas tersendiri dalam memproses informasi dan berinteraksi dengan dunia sekitarnya, sehingga memerlukan pendekatan yang sesuai dengan budaya mereka, dalam pengajaran berpikir kritis. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi literature dengan mengumpulkan dan menelaah data pustaka dalam 5 tahun terakhir baik dari jurnal terakreditasi internasional bereputasi seperti Scopus maupun jurnal terakreditasi sinta, yang kemudian dihubungkan dengan penelitian untuk memperoleh jawaban dari permasalahan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat banyak strategi dan model yang dapat digunakan untuk membangun keterampilan berfikir kritis pada generasi alpha Z yaitu: melalui bantuan simulasi teknologi, Pemecahan masalah, Problem based learning (PBL), Pembelajaran berbasis Proyek dan kolaboratif, mind map, melalui dialog mendalam dan pertanyaan terbuka serta diskusi. Abstract (English) Critical thinking soft skills are one of the skills that Gen Z and Alpha Z need to enjoy the progress of the Industrial Revolution well and avoid hoaxes and false information that can affect daily decision-making both in the world of work and in everyday life. This article outlines a practical strategy model for building critical thinking skills for Generation Alpha Z. This generation has its own characteristics in processing information and interacting with the surrounding world, so it requires an approach that suits their culture in teaching critical thinking. The method used in this research is a literature study by collecting and reviewing literature data in the last 5 years both from reputable internationally accredited journals such as Scopus and sinta-accredited journals, which are then associated with research to get answers to problems. The results show that there are many strategies and models that can be used to build critical thinking skills in alpha Z generation, namely: through the help of technology simulation, problem solving, Problem based learning (PBL), project-based and collaborative learning, mind maps, through in-depth dialogue and open questions and discussions.
