Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of organizational citizenship behaviour, leadership style and work motivation on employee performance, both partially and simultaneously. The research approach uses quantitative approaches. The data analysis technique used is the multiple linear analysis techniques. The results showed a significant influence between organizational citizenship behaviour and Performance. There is no significant influence between leadership styles on Performance. There is a significant influence between Motivation and Performance in Employees. There is a significant influence between organizational citizenship behaviour, Leadership style and Motivation on Performance in Civil Servants (PNS).

Abstract

The industrial world has entered the industrial revolution 4.0, which is all related to the internet system, and the rotation is very dynamic, requiring every industry to keep up with this new era. To be able to get a competitive advantage, companies can focus on competitive resources. Among the advantages, the company can focus on having transformational leaders and innovative work behavior from all employees. This study examines the effect of transformational leadership and organizational climate on innovative work behavior by taking the smelter industry of PT Daiki Aluminum Industry Indonesia as a case. The sample of this study is 100 permanent employees in the production department. The analysis of this study uses SEM (structural equation model) with Smart PLS version 3.0 as a statistical tool. The result is that transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on organizational climate. Transformational leadership and organizational climate also have a positive and significant effect on innovative work behavior partially and simultaneously

Abstract

Profitabilitas merupakan kemampuan bank dalam memperoleh laba selama periode tertentu. Besarnya profitabilitas suatu perusahaan cenderung dipengaruhi oleh berbagai risiko. Risiko yang terjadi akan menimbulkan kerugian bagi bank jika tidak diantisipasi sejak awal serta tidak dikelola dengan baik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh risiko kredit, risiko likuiditas dan risiko operasional terhadap profitabilitas perbankan pada Bank Umum di Asia Tenggara periode 2012-2018. Sampel pada penelitian ini yaitu sebanyak 10 perusahaan perbankan melalui teknik purposive sampling. Metode analisis yang digunakan yaitu analisis regresi linier berganda dengan program SPSS versi 23. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial risiko kredit (NPL) tidak berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap profitabilitas (ROA), risiko likuiditas (LDR) tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap profitabilitas (ROA), risiko operasional (BOPO) berpengruh positif dan signifikan terhadap profitabilitas (ROA), serta secara simultan risiko kredit, risiko likuiditas dan risiko operasional berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap profitabilitas. Abstract

Rapid digital transformation and increasingly complex consumer behavior demand new approaches in marketing strategies. To address this issue, this study examines the effect of innovation and digital marketing on the marketing performance of MSMEs in Banten Province, Indonesia, and introduces the New CX Marketing Advantages model, which offers an innovative framework to improve marketing performance, particularly for MSMEs. This study employs a quantitative approach to small and medium enterprises operating in KBLI-10 or the food industry in Banten Province. Through multistage sampling using purposive and proportional random sampling methods, 347 MSME actors were identified as respondents in this study. Data were collected using survey methods and analysed using simple and multiple linear regression involving three stages: instrument testing (validity and reliability tests) and hypothesis testing through structural equation modelling (SEM) with data processing techniques utilising the Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) measurement model. The results show that digital marketing and innovation have a positive and significant effect on marketing performance, both partially and simultaneously. Therefore, this study implies that the more MSMEs engage in innovation and enhance digital marketing efforts, the greater is the opportunity to improve their marketing performance.

Abstract

This study aims to conduct a systematic literature review on the themes of equality and social justice for people with disabilities in Indonesia, with a specific focus on their intersection with community empowerment within the halal industry. Using empirical evidence and bibliometric analysis, the review applies the keywords "equality and social justice," "people with disabilities," and "sharia economic empowerment" to explore relevant literature. Data were collected through the Publish or Perish tool, identifying over 1,000 academic publications from 2014 to 2024, and visualized using VOSviewer. The findings highlight two key points: first, while various regulations, policies, and flagship programs have sought to promote equality and social justice for people with disabilities, their implementation remains suboptimal in ensuring the full realization of rights. Second, empowerment strategies rooted in sharia economic models emphasize the transformation of negative mindsets and the adoption of Islamic entrepreneurial approaches. Notably, there was a significant decline in research interest from 2014 to 2021, followed by a resurgence through 2023. These insights offer a valuable reference for policymakers and stakeholders to design more effective initiatives aimed at enhancing the quality of life for people with disabilities through inclusive economic empowerment.======================================================================================================== ABSTRAK - Pemberdayaan Kelompok Marjinal melalui Industri Halal di Indonesia: Sebuah Tinjauan Literatur Sistematis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan tinjauan literatur sistematis mengenai tema kesetaraan dan keadilan sosial bagi penyandang disabilitas di Indonesia, dengan fokus yang spesifik pada interaksinya dengan pemberdayaan masyarakat dalam konteks industri halal. Dengan menggunakan bukti empiris dan analisis bibliometrik, kajian ini menggunakan kata kunci "kesetaraan dan keadilan sosial," "penyandang disabilitas," dan "pemberdayaan ekonomi syariah" untuk menelusuri literatur yang relevan. Data dikumpulkan melalui perangkat “Publish or Perish”, yang mengidentifikasi lebih dari 1.000 publikasi ilmiah selama periode 2014 sampai 2024, dan divisualisasikan dengan aplikasi VOSviewer. Hasil analisis menunjukkan dua poin utama: pertama, meskipun telah ada berbagai regulasi, kebijakan, dan program unggulan untuk mendorong kesetaraan dan keadilan sosial bagi penyandang disabilitas, pelaksanaannya belum sepenuhnya mampu memenuhi hak-hak mereka secara optimal. Kedua, strategi pemberdayaan yang berbasis pada model ekonomi syariah menekankan pada transformasi pola pikir negatif dan pendekatan kewirausahaan Islami. Secara signifikan, terdapat penurunan minat penelitian dalam topik ini selama 2014–2021, namun kembali meningkat hingga tahun 2023. Temuan ini memberikan referensi penting bagi para pembuat kebijakan dan pemangku kepentingan dalam merancang inisiatif yang lebih inklusif untuk meningkatkan kualitas hidup penyandang disabilitas melalui pemberdayaan ekonomi yang berkeadilan.

Abstract

Education is an important foundation in building the future of a nation. In the Indonesian context, the government has a significant role in ensuring access, quality and relevance of education throughout the region. This article explores the government's role based on the National Education System Law in improving education, focusing on policy implementation, curriculum, teacher training, as well as responses to the demands of the times and the needs of the global job market. This analysis also highlights the challenges faced and provides suggestions for improving the effectiveness of education policies. The results of the study show that the role of government is very important in improving human resources in the field of education, because without improving the quality of educational resources, the quality of education will not be improved. In other words, the quality of education will be able to increase when the quality of teachers and education personnel is improved in terms of educational capacity, experience, informal education, and various other learning skills. Future researchers can conduct research by looking at the role of local government in improving the quality of learning processes and outcomes or the leadership aspects of school principals, school committees and school supervisors
