This research focuses on assessing the weight of political, economic, social and defense and security factors which continuously develop dynamically along with the development of the global world which continues to experience revolutionary changes starting from the industrial revolution 4.0 to the present towards the industrial revolution 5.0. The purpose of this study was to measure the weight of the importance of several objects that had been observed based on the judgment of 6 respondents who were competent in their field. Simple data calculation, namely the weighting method which is also known as the Analytical Hierarchy Process method or often referred to as the weighting method which is a combination of qualitative and quantitative meaning that this method will later use comparisons. By identifying the factors that need to be analyzed, making comparisons of the respondent's factor values, assessing each factor with the principle of the higher the value or weight, making a matrix for each respondent, then compiling the average matrix by adding up each factor's opinion of the respondents then dividing by the number responders and normalize. Weighting on each factor. Based on the results of the calculation of the weighting assessment in this study, namely Political factors obtained by 25.84%, Economic by 23.97%, Social by 24.35% and Defense and Security by 25.83%. Political factors have the highest weighting assessment, namely 25.84% so that it can be concluded that political factors have the greatest impact and are at the same time factors that must be considered in Indonesia at this time. Abstract

This study aimed to explore observation methods for evaluating early childhood learning in Kindergarten Group B at Aisyah Kindergarten Lubuklinggau. The research involved 32 students, aged five years, comprising 12 boys and 20 girls. A qualitative approach was employed, utilizing observation, interviews, and documentation. The study identified various observation methods, including anecdotal notes, running records, checklists, time sampling, and event sampling, each with distinct advantages and limitations. Anecdotal records provided detailed insights into individual student behaviors, while running records offered comprehensive observations over time. Checklists allowed for rapid assessments but lacked depth, focusing primarily on the presence or absence of specific behaviors. Time sampling concentrated on the frequency of behaviors, and event sampling added context by recording the causes and effects of behaviors, though it risked missing key behaviors due to its predetermined scope. These methods collectively serve to assess children's development and learning progress. The evaluation of early childhood education (PAUD) is critical for understanding the effectiveness of educational programs in shaping children's behavior and attitudes, as well as for guiding continuous improvement. However, challenges remain in aligning evaluation strategies with curriculum goals and selecting the most appropriate assessment tools. Despite these challenges, systematic evaluation and ongoing refinement efforts by PAUD educators are essential to optimize children's developmental outcomes and prepare them for future educational challenges.

Abstract

The importance of research on educational films is based on the reality of educational issues in Indonesia. However, previous research on educational films only examined the meaning of films based on text. While the whole context through critical semiotic and ideological study is still minimal. As a result, studies on films with educational themes only produce research that prioritizes textual analysis. Di Timur Matahari is a film set in the lives of children in Papua who are waiting for a teacher to get an education. Although themed education, East of the Sun also highlights political, economic, social and cultural issues. Through John Fiske's semiotic analysis with a qualitative approach, data has been collected and analyzed based on the level of reality, level of representation and level of ideology. The results of the study show that there is inequality in education experienced by children in the Papua region. Inequality and inequality in education due to the unavailability of teachers to teach as well as very limited infrastructure and accessibility. Despite their limitations, Papuan children have a high fighting spirit, are resilient, always happy and have a high of tolerance. Another finding is that the educational gap in Papua will encourage the creation of marginalization that strengthens the cultural system, thus forming a diverse and deep-rooted ideological pattern in Papua society Meanwhile, this research is also expected to increase insight into semiotic research and encourage government policies to pay attention to education on an ongoing basis.
