This study intends to investigate and learn about the improvement of mastery of the concept of Relations and Functions in Grade VIII students of SMP Negeri 28 Bandung. The hypothesis of this research action is that via scientific approach, the mastery of the idea of Relation and Function of Grade VIII Students of SMP Negeri 28 Bandung may be improved. With a total of 32 students, this study was conducted on grade VIII students at SMP Negeri 28 Bandung in the 2020/2021 school year. The instrument utilized is a learning outcomes test that assesses students' mathematical concept skills. Initial tests (before action), cycle I and cycle II tests (after actions), and observation sheets for teachers and students are all examples of testing. Planning, action implementation, observation and assessment, and reflection are all part of this study approach. The data processing technique in this study is to find the average value by using Microsoft Excel. Cycle I's average test score was 73.86, up 18.21 points from the average beginning test result of 55.65. The average score of cycle II test results was 82.45, up 26.8 points from the average initial test result and 8.59 points higher than cycle I test results. The mastery of the idea of Relationships and Functions in grade VIII students of SMP Negeri 28 Bandung can be improved using a scientific method, according to work indicators.

Professional teachers are one of the determining factors in the success of teaching and learning in the classroom. Designing quality learning tools is the readiness of the teacher to teach. Teacher professionalism is an absolute requirement for the realization of the objectives of national education. Efforts to develop teacher competency should be carried out comprehensively and continuously Improving the quality, capacity, pedagogical-professional competence and fostering the teaching profession (in this case teachers), especially in MTs Cahaya Harapan Cisarua can be done through Lesson study activities. Lesson study is a model of teacher professional development through teaching and learning (learning assessment) collaboratively with a continuous and cycle system based on the principles of collegiality and mutual learning to build learning communities. The basic concept of implementing Lesson Study includes three activities namely; plan-do-see, namely: (1) Planning (planning). (2) Implementation (action) or learning and observation. (3) Reflections on the planning and implementation of the learning. The response of the participants was enthusiastic about this lesson study training.

Creative thinking is one of the abilities to create ideas and the latest ideas so that they can achieve their goals in life. The method used in this study is a descriptive qualitative method that aims to be able to analyze the students' work on creative thinking questions. The research population of students in SMP Negeri 2 Serang Baru with sample subjects was students of class VIII 2, amount 36 students. As for the test being used is the ability of mathematical creative thought with 8 questions and non-motivation test instruments 35 questions for each student. The results of the analysis obtained were that the ability to think creatively in junior high schools in Bekasi regency based on written description tests was still relatively easy and students' learning activeness was still lacking

The focused research aims to study the improvement of students' mathematical understanding skills through discovery learning models on fractional numbers. The implementation is applied to smpn 2 Bojong students who focus on class VII in the 2021/2022 school year as many as 25 people. The required test instrument is a mathematical comprehension ability test of 6 descriptions. The research was conducted in a series that contains two cycles with two encounters in each cycle. The final data of completion is analyzed based on the quality that goes through the phases consisting of: 1. Accumulated data, 2. Data shrinkage, 3. Data submission, and 4. Summary. The non-test assessment used is a scale of learning independence attitudes. The impact of the first cycle of research shows that students are still passive and learning is not effective because learning is solidified. In the pretest results, the average value is 39 which is still far from the KKM value of 70. After analysis, many students of class VII A still do not understand the concept of fractional number operations. At the end of the implementation of PTK, postes were carried out which had an average value of 78.4.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of applying a scientific approach through a cooperative learning model of the Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD) type on the mathematical problem solving ability of high school students on the subject matter of a three-variable linear equation system. The research used is classroom action research (CAR), with the subjects used are students of class X-IPS SMA Leppesa 2 Cililin with a total of 43 people. The instruments applied were in the form of test instruments, namely pretest and posttest, non-test instruments in the form of student and teacher activity observation sheets, and student response questionnaires related to learning. The data processing technique in this study is to see the percentage of students' completeness in each cycle. The results showed that there was an increase from the application of the STAD model scientific approach to students' mathematical problem solving abilities in the Three Variable Linear Equation System material.

This research is a classroom action research with stages that include planning, implementing action, observing, and reflecting. This study aims to describe how to improve students' mathematical understanding skills when using a scientific approach to algebraic form material. This research was conducted on 21 students of grade VII SMP IT Budi Luhur academic year 2021/2022. The instrument used in this study was 5 questions referring to the indicators of understanding ability given at the beginning of learning and at the end of learning, which were then analyzed by calculating the average value of each question that would be done with Ms. Excel. Data processing was carried out using qualitative descriptive analysis. The results showed that the ability of mathematical understanding can be improved using a scientific approach.

This study intends to examine the improvement of the learning outcomes of middle school students in grade VIII on straight-line equation material. The sample taken by students as many as 40 students of class VIII at SMP Negeri 4 Cimahi. Classroom action research consists of 2 cycles, each cycle consists of 2 meetings. Students are given preliminary tests on straight-line equation materials to find out the initial ability before classroom action research, cycle I and cycle II (after action) tests, and observation sheets for teachers and students. The stages of this research approach include the stages: action planning, execution of actions, observation and assessment, and reflection. The data processing technique in this study is to find the average value using Microsoft Exel. In cycle I with an average value of 78.85 and cycle II with an average value of 90 experienced an increase of 11.15 from the results of cycle I. It was concluded that learning outcomes through online learning using short students in grade VIII straight line equations can be improved by assisting geogebra software.

This study aims to apply the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model on students' mathematical problem solving abilities. This research is a classroom action research (CAR). This research was conducted on 21 students Junior Highschool of class VII around Bandung district in the 2021/2022 academic year. The material used is a sets. The instruments used are test and non-test. The test instrument used is a problem-solving ability test in the form of a pretest and a posttest of 5 questions in the form of a description of the set material to determine the effect of the model used with the abilities. The non-test instrument used was a 10-scale interest in mathematics questionnaire which contained negative statements and positive statements. This research was carried out in 2 cycles, each cycle consisting of two meetings. The procedure in this research consists of 1) Plan, 2) Action, 3) Observation, and 4) Reflection. Student learning outcomes in this study obtained N-Gain data in the average category with a score of 0.79 and concluded that the application of the Problem Based Learning model had an effect on the mathematical problem solving abilities Junior Highschool of class VII.

This research is included in classroom action research or classroom action research to examine efforts to increase students' motivation and learning outcomes after being rewarded. The hypothesis is that the method of giving rewards can be one of the efforts to increase motivation, which impacts student learning outcomes in series and sequence material in distance or online learning in class XI SMK students. The research instrument for class XI RPL-A SMK Pusdikhubad Cimahi in the 2020/2021 period was 34 people. Researchers used an instrument with an ability test to measure student learning outcomes and a questionnaire to measure their learning motivation. The data analysis technique used is the initial data analysis or requirements test which consists of normality test, homogeneity test. Then the final data analysis was carried out in the form of normality, homogeneity, T-Testm, N-Gain, and Treatment tests. Researchers found an increase in learning motivation and learning outcomes for class XI SMK students in online or online learning in the subject "Barisan dan Deret." This is indicated by the percentage of students' motivation scores and learning outcomes in cycles I and II. Student learning motivation in cycles I and II, namely 2.92 and 4.22, means an average increase of 1.30. And for student learning outcomes in cycles I and II, namely 52.94% and 79.41%, which means there is an average increase of 26.49%.

This study aims to evaluate how students of class XI TKR 2 SMK Nurul Hidayah Pasundan develop their mathematical problem-solving skills using a problem-based learning technique on the topic of matrix determinants. This research is a classroom action research. The 2021–2022 school year's odd-numbered semester was employed for this study. There were 15 students of class XI TKR 2 who were used as research subjects. The following are the steps in this research: (1) Planning, (2) Action Implementation, (3) Observation and Evaluation, (4) Reflection. A learning outcome assessment used in this study measures students' ability to solve problems in relation to the determinants of the matrix., that is: (1) initial test, (2) first cycle test and second cycle test, (3) final test, and ( 4) observation sheets for researchers and students. The learning scenario had to be met by more than 80% of the activities performed in this study, and more than 80% of the individual students had to receive a score of at least 75. According to the study's findings, students in class XI TKR 2 at SMK Nurul Hidayah Pasundan can increase their capacity to solve mathematical problems by employing a problem-based learning approach when studying matrix determinants.
