Abstract

This research background by lower student social studies learning outcomes. From interviews with fourth grade teacher at SDN 3 Mataram this is due to the quality of learning is still low because teachers often use conventional teaching methods and lack of activity of students in the teaching process. This study aims to improve social studies learning outcomes through the application of the Question Student Have method in grade IV SDN 3 Mataram academic year 2015/2016. Based on the above background, the researchers conduct action research with active learning model type Question Student Have two cycles. Each cycle consists of four phases: planning, action, observation and reflection. Data results obtained through evaluation of student learning, student activities and teacher obtained through observation sheet. From these results it can be concluded that the application of the method Question Student Have IPS can improve learning outcomes in grade IV SDN 3 Mataram. In cycle 1 the amount of the average score of 34.5 students' learning activities with the percentage of 58% categorized quite active, while the average score of 14.5 with the activities of teachers percentage of 73% good category. And the evaluation of student learning outcomes with an average value of 66.7 to 44.7% classical completeness. As for the second cycle of research has increased with the amount of the average score of students' learning activities 45 active category with a percentage of 75%, while the average score of teacher activity with percentage 87.5% 17.5 very good category and the evaluation results of students with average grades -rata 74 with classical completeness 84%. II cycle data are in accordance with predetermined completeness 80%. It can be concluded that the application of active learning model student have the type of question (questions from the students) can improve learning outcomes IPS in grade IV SDN 3 Mataram in academic year 2015/2016.

Abstract

Abstrak Perbaikan mutu pendidikan membutuhkan patnership antara kepala sekolah sebagai pemimpin pendidikan yang transformatif, peran guru lebih konstruktif dan keterlibatan orang tua untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikan. Penyebab utama sekolah mempunyai kinerja yang tinggi yaitu; (1) budaya atau iklim sekolah; (2) kepemimpinan dan sistem sekolah; (3) dukungan orang tua. Untuk menciptakan mutu pendidikan, maka sekolah dituntut mengembangkan manajemen mutu yang menekankan pada pengembangan budaya mutu. Kepala sekolah, guru dan orang tua dapat mengembangkan perbaikan mutu pendidikan. Hasil observasi yang dilakukan di sekolah mitra ditemukan bahwa kerja sama antara kepala sekolah, guru dan orang tua belum terjalin dengan baik. sehingga dibutuhkan suatu pelatihan untuk memberikan pencerahan terkait pentingnya kemitraan antara kepala sekolah, guru dan orang tua. Tujuan pelatihan ini adalah untuk memberikan pemahaman yang baik terkait bagaimana membangun kemitraan antara kepala sekolah, guru, dan orang tua dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di sekolah. Pelatihan ini dilaksanakan di sekolah SDN 3 Batu Mekar selama satu hari dan dihadiri oleh kepala sekolah, guru, dan orang tua dengan jumlah seluruh peserta adalah 25 orang. Dari hasil evaluasi kegiatan pelatihan ini meningkatkan pemahaman dan mendapatkan respons positif dari seluruh peserta yang hadir. Kata kunci: pelatihan kemitraan;  kepala sekolah; guru; orang tua; mutu pendidikan. Abstract Improving the quality of education requires a partnership between the principal as a transformative educational leader, the role of teachers more constructively and the involvement of parents to improve the quality of education. The main causes of high school performance are: (1) school culture or climate; (2) leadership and school systems; (3) parental support. To create quality education, schools are required to develop quality management that emphasizes the development of a quality culture. Principals, teachers and parents can develop educational quality improvement. The results of observations made in partner schools found that the cooperation between principals, teachers and parents has not been well established. so a training is needed to provide enlightenment related to the importance of partnerships between principals, teachers and parents. The purpose of this training is to provide a good understanding of how to build partnerships between principals, teachers and parents in improving the quality of education in schools. The training was held at SDN 3 Batu Mekar for one day and was attended by principals, teachers and parents with a total of 25 participants. From the evaluation results, this training activity increased understanding and received positive responses from all participants. Keywords: partnership training; school principals; teachers; parents; quality of education.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan Kesehatan Terhadap Kepuasan Pasien di Rumah Sakit Universitas Mataram. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif asosiatif dengan pendekatan korelasi ganda. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah menggunakan purposive sampling dan dihitung menggunakan rumus Slovin. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala Likert. Uji validitas dan kelayakan dilakukan pada instrumen kuesioner pada variabel independen dan variabel terikat sebelum didistribusikan. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan program SPSS Versi 26. Uji chi-Square dilakukan pada variabel kualitas layanan dan variabel kepuasan dengan tingkat kepercayaan 95% (a = 0,05). Dikatakan bahwa ada hubungan yang terkait secara statistik jika diperoleh nilai p < 0,05.  Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan kesehatan mulai dari dimensi keandalan, tangible, responsiveness, empati dan assurance berkorelasi dengan kepuasan pasien. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lima dimensi kualitas layanan seperti nyata, keandalan, daya tanggap, jaminan, dan empati memiliki pengaruh antara lima variabel kualitas layanan terhadap kepuasan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, analisis dan pembahasan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa hasil uji Chi-Square diperoleh bahwa p-valuenya adalah 0,000 < 0,005. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa kualitas Kesehatan.
