Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian asosiatif yang bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara satu variable dengan variable lainnya. Dalam penelitian ini terdapat 5 variabel yaitu Kepemilikan Manajerial, Kepemilikan Institusional, Profitabilitas, Kebijakan Dividen, dan Nilai Perusahaan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menguji secara empiris: (1) pengaruh Kepemilikan Manajerial terhadap Nilai Perusahaan; (2) pengaruh empiris pengaruh Kepemilikan Konstitusional terhadap Nilai Perusahaan; (3) pengaruh Profitabilitas terhadap Nilai Perusahaan; serta (4) pengaruh Kebijakan Dividen terhadap Nilai Perusahaan pada seluruh perusahaan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2017-2019. Populasi yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu seluruh perusahaan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Sampel dipillih dengan teknik purposive sampling, dengan kriteria: (1) perusahaan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2017-2019; (2) menyajikan annual report pada periode 2017-2019; (3) tidak mengalami kerugian; dan (4) memiliki data lengkap terkait dengan variable yang digunakan dalam penelitian. Data dianalisis dengan melihat hubungan antara variabel dengan uji statistik t (parsial) dan uji statistik F (simultan). Berdasarkan analisis data, diperoleh hasil bahwa kepemilikan manajerial, kepemilikan institusional, serta profitabilitas berpengaruh positif terhadap nilai perusahaan.Kata Kunci: Dividend; Good corporate governance; Profitability.AbstractThis study is an associative research that aims to analyze the relationship between one variable and another variable. In this study there are 5 variables, namely Managerial Ownership, Institutional Ownership, Profitability, Dividend Policy, and Firm Value. The purpose of this study is to empirically examine: (1) the effect of managerial ownership on firm value; (2) empirical influence of the influence of Constitutional Ownership on Firm Value; (3) the effect of profitability on firm value; and (4) the effect of Dividend Policy on Firm Value for all firms listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2019. The population used in this study are all firms listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sample was selected using a purposive sampling technique, with the following criteria: (1) firms listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2019; (2) presenting the annual report for the period 2017-2019; (3) no loss; and (4) have complete data related to the variables used in the study.Data were analyzed by looking at the relationship between variables using the t statistical test (partial) and the F statistical test (simultaneous). Abstract

Permasalahan yang dihadapi siswa MTs Darul Hikmah Bandung Jombang adalah kesulitan memahami materi matematika, salah satunya materi Phytagoras. Hal tersebut disebabkan karena sifat matematika yang abstrak dan didukung dengan metode yang digunakan guru adalah ceramah (berdasarkan hasil observasi). Dengan demikian, melalui kegiatan pengabdian, tim pengabdi menciptakan suatu media pembelajaran yang diharapkan bisa membantu kesulitan siswa dalam memahami materi Phytagoras dalam pembelajaran matematika, yaitu Media Papan Tripel Phytagoras. Metode pengabdian ini melalui 3 tahap kegiatan, yaitu persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Tahap persiapan berisi analisis kebutuhan mitra (dalam hal ini adalah MTs Darul Hikmah Diwek), perizinan dan pengajuan kerja sama, serta menciptakan media Papan Tripel Phytagoras. Tahap pelaksanaan berarti menggunakan/memanfaatkan media tersebut dalam pembelajaran matematika, sedangkan tahap evaluasi berisi pemberian tes materi Phytagoras untuk mengetahui kebermanfaatan dari media Papan Tripel Phytagoras. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian adalah tim pengabdi telah memanfaatkan media Papan Triple Phytagoras dalam pembelajaran. Pertama, pendahuluan, dalam hal ini menyampaikan tujuan pembelajaran. Kemudian kegiatan inti, yaitu menjelaskan terlebih dulu materi Phytagoras secara ceramah dan dilanjutkan dengan pemanfaatan Media Papan Tripel Phytagoras untuk memperkuat pemahaman siswa terkait materi Phytagoras. Setelah itu tim pengabdi memberikan tes. Hasilnya menunjuukan jika lebih baik setelah diterapkannya media papan phytagoras

Abstract

This research investigates the phenomenon of "spoiled children" and its implications for child development with an emphasis on analyzing the stages of cognitive, emotional and social development that can be affected by over-pampering. Through an exploration of the characteristics of spoiled children, such as resistance to the word "no" and self-orientation, this study reveals that spoiling behaviors can contribute to immaturity, dependency, and difficulties in sharing. The results highlight the need for prevention and countermeasures, including setting healthy boundaries, reinforcing positive behaviors, and improving communication between parents and children. The implementation of these measures is expected to help reduce the negative impact of spoiling children on their development.

Abstract

Extracurricular activities are an integral part of school education that focuses on academics, and plays a role in character building. These activities outside of the main curriculum provide opportunities for students to develop a range of skills and positive values that can enhance their academic performance, and form a strong personality and character. Extracurricular activities provide a platform for the development of social skills, leadership, teamwork, and self-responsibility. This is a descriptive qualitative research. The study used an interactive model to analyse the research data. Thus, it can be concluded that extracurricular activities are not just additional activities outside of class hours, but they play an invaluable role in student character building. Through the various activities offered, extracurricular activities are able to open the door to self-discovery, skill development, and strengthening of positive values. Active involvement in extracurricular activities enriches students' experiences, and contributes greatly to forming a person who is resilient, has integrity, and is ready to face the challenges of life.

Abstract

Teaching activities are a mechanism of community service activities containing many positive impacts for students, one of which is increasing a sense of caring, mutual respect, and fostering critical thinking in dealing with social problems that are developing today. This student teaching service activity uses the PAR (Participatory Action Research) method which is an approach that overcomes problems that occur in students' lives, especially in their social lives. In the context of this activity, namely building students' social awareness through teaching activities using the PAR method, it can enable students to learn a lot of new knowledge about social issues and they can even participate directly in social activities that are developing in people's lives today. This PAR method is carried out through several series, namely first identifying problems that occur in the lives of students today and looking for real examples of social problems related to the environment around them. After that, collecting data which includes material that will be delivered to students, and for the last stage, namely the implementation stage by presenting the material, the implementation of actions designed in the use of the PAR method directly involves third semester students of Sunan Giri University Surabaya. The results showed that student teaching activities succeeded in increasing understanding and social awareness in students, because in lecture activities students are always directly involved in a learning activity which discusses the introduction of important concepts from the basics of social life.

Abstract

Anemia is a condition experienced by the body when red blood cells have hemoglobin levels less than the normal limit (<12 gr/dl). Adolescent groups, especially young women, are susceptible to anemia because they menstruate every month. One of the factors causing anemia in adolescent girls is poor nutritional status. Wrong eating habits, such as being lazy about eating and liking to eat fast food instead of home-cooked food, cause insufficient nutrition, thus affecting the nutritional status of young women. The aim of this research is to determine the relationship between Body Mass Index (BMI) and hemoglobin levels in adolescent girls.  This type of quantitative research uses a cross sectional method. The population is 406 young women from the Mamboro Community Health Center Area High School. The sample was 89 female students with a sampling technique, namely cluster random sampling. Data analysis uses the Chi Square test. The results of the study showed that the majority of young women with BMI were thin at 56.2% and there was a relationship between BMI and hemoglobin levels of young women with a P-Value of 0.000 <0.1. The conclusion of the study is that there is a relationship between BMI and hemoglobin levels in adolescent girls.

Abstract

Iron anemia is the biggest macro nutritional problem in Indonesia, which occurs in toddlers, pregnant women and adolescent girls. Adolescent girls with anemia are at risk of giving birth to LBW babies (<2500 grams), giving birth to premature babies, neonatal infections and death in the baby's mother during delivery. The aim of this study was to analyze the relationship between screen time and sleep quality with hemoglobin levels in adolescent girls.  This research method uses quantitative observational research with a cross-sectional design and a sample size of 76 respondents using a purposive sampling technique. The results of this study show that 55 respondents (72.4%) had normal hemoglobin levels and 21 respondents (27.6%) had poor hemoglobin levels. The bad screen time category was 40 respondents (52.6%) and the good one was 36 respondents (47.4%). And the category of poor sleep quality was 57 respondents (75.0%) and good sleep quality was 19 respondents (25%). The results of this study showed that there was no relationship between screen time and sleep quality and hemoglobin levels in young women at SMA Karya Bakti and SMKN 6 Palu.

Abstract

The Tahfidz program is an effort that is said to be very successful in shaping children into moral individuals and developing their character. By maintaining memorization in reading according to the norms of tajwid, makharijul letters, fashohah, and tartil. This research is known as correlational research with quantitative methods and data collection tools which include questionnaires, documentation and observation. Descriptive analysis and hypothesis analysis are used in data analysis techniques. This is proven from data analysis using percentage analysis, the Tahfidz program at MTs. Darussalam Taman Sidoarjo which has 91.33% entered at the interval 81%-100%. This shows that the tahfidz program at MTs. Darussalam Taman Sidoarjo has a very high value. Based on product-moment correlation analysis, the tahfidz program at MTs Darussalam does not interfere with student learning achievement. It can be seen that the calculated "r" value = 0.433, when consulted on the interval table, the score coefficient is 0.40 - 0.599, which states that it is moderate, which clearly shows that with the existence of the Tahfidz program at MTs. Darussalam Sidoarjo Park. And this tahfidz program is very necessary to increase student achievement scores.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of assistance in teaching Quran reading and writing as well as Pegon script at Taman Pendidikan Qur'an (TPQ) Al-Kautsar, Sumokembangsri Village. The assistance is designed to enhance students' skills in reading and writing the Quran, as well as in Pegon script, which is part of the local tradition. The method used in this community service program employs Participatory Rural Appraisal, involving field surveys and direct communication with the community. The results indicate that routine and structured assistance significantly improves students' abilities in reading the Quran and writing Pegon script. The program also positively impacts students' understanding and skills in effectively practicing both aspects. This community service program is expected to contribute to the development of better and more adaptive teaching methods at TPQ and strengthen the preservation of local culture through Pegon script writing.

Abstract

The Belaria activity, in the form of a coloring competition using the Participatory Action Research (PAR) empowerment method, aims to improve the creative skills and understanding of participants through a collaborative and participatory approach. The PAR method is applied to actively involve participants in every stage of the activity, from planning to evaluation, so that they can contribute and reflect on the coloring process. In this coloring competition, participants are invited to color pictures with certain relevant themes, such as plants and animals, with a focus on the application of basic coloring techniques. Evaluation is carried out through direct observation and participatory feedback, to assess the effectiveness of the method in developing participants' skills and measuring its impact on their understanding of the coloring process. The results of the activity show that this activity has succeeded in empowering participants, increasing their involvement in the creative process, and utilizing free time. This competition not only provides a forum for creative expression but also strengthens participants' ability to collaborate and reflect on learning experiences
