Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine how much location influences visitors' decisions regarding whether or not to visit the Aek Milas Rania Hot Spring Baths tourist attraction. A quantitative method, accidental sampling testing is used to describe information in the research strategy. 92 individuals comprised the quantitative sample for this study, which was conducted with SPSS version 21. By utilizing the t test to dissect the information, the t count was 17.585 and the t table with an importance level of 5% was 1.665, which shows that the t count was more prominent than the t table. This demonstrates that location influences a person's decision to visit the Aek Milas Rania Hot Spring tourist attraction in the Ulu Barumun District of the Padang Lawas Regency.

Abstract

Industri halal adalah proses pengolahan barang dengan dasar syariah sehingga produknya baik (thayib), sehat, aman, dan tidak berbahaya, sehingga halal untuk dikonsumsi, dinikmati, atau digunakan. Konsep halal tidak hanya berarti menghindari zat yang haram untuk dikonsumsi, tetapi juga mencakup kualitas dan keselamatan dalam berbagai aspek proses pengolahan, pengendalian, penyimpanan, pengemasan, transportasi, dan distribusi. Halal tidak hanya dianggap sebagai religi, tetapi juga dianggap sebagai konsep secara keseluruhan. Untuk mendapatkan data yang relevan untuk dibahas lebih lanjut, penelitian ini mengutamakan penggunaan metode yang sesuai dengan pokok penelitian. Abstract

Pernikahan dini tidak berdampak pada kesehatan dan reproduksi. Akan tetapi juga berimplikasi dan berdampak paling dominan terjadi pada keadaan ekonomi dan sosial pasangan menikah dini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak pernikahan dini terhadap keadaan sosial dan ekonomi pelakunya di Mandailing Natal. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif deskriptif yang menjelaskan dampak tersebut. metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi dengan melibatkan 35 responden. data yang terkumpul dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode reduksi data, display data dan menyimpulkan data tersebut sebagai hasil temuan. hasil penelitian menginformasikan bahwa pernikahan dini secara implikatif menyebabkan masalah ekonomi dan sosial bagi pelakunya karena ketidaksiapan mental dan finansial. Pada aspek ekonomi karena tidak didukung oleh pendidikan, kemampuan dan keterampilan serta finansial. Secara sosial pelaku pernikahan dini yang tidak siap secara mental dan pengetahuan akan menyebabkan krisis kepercayaan diri dan trauma, emosi tidak stabil dan berpotensi gagal dalam rumah tangga karena KDRT, kurang harmonis dalam keluarga, rendahnya otonomi dan tidak berani mengambil keputusan. Menindaklanjuti hasil penelitian ini sosialisasi dampak pernikahan dini serta Undang-Undang tentang pernikahan peru dioptimalkan oleh tenaga pendidik maupun lembaga sosial lainnya.

Abstract

IntroductionSince the Covid-19 outbreak, underage marriages have become increasingly widespread with all its impact to the society. There are very limited studies on its impact from social and economic aspect, especially among Muslim society in Indonesia.ObjectivesThe purpose of this study was to analyse the social and economic impacts of increasing underage marriage during the Covid-19 pandemic. By doing so, the study also aims to provide solution to solve the impacts for the affected communities.MethodThis study uses a qualitative method with a sociological approach that focuses on experiences and socio-cultural phenomena that occur in the midst of society.ResultsThere are several social impacts that occur as a result of early marriage, conflict in the family, regret and heavy pressure, loss of opportunity to continue education, not being able to socialize, domestic violence, divorce. The economic impacts that occur due to early marriage, among others, are limited opportunities to get work opportunities, unable to bear the family's economic burden, structural poverty.ImplicationsEfforts were made to reduce the number of early marriages, among others, holding meetings several times a month, formally coordinating community leaders, village officials, and KUA, through outreach programs to Majlis Taklim, marriage advice, through marriage sermons, coordinating with sub-districts, youth activities related to early marriage.Originality/NoveltyThe findings of this study contribute to efforts to overcome social and economic problems among Muslim society impacted by the Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of price on consumer purchasing decisions at Sagalas Coffee Panyabungan II, Mandailing Natal Regency. The type of research used was quantitative research and involved a sample of 96 respondents using the Lemeshow formula. Data collection techniques are observation, documentation and distributing questionnaires. Data analysis techniques use validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests, heteroscedasticity tests, simple linear regression analysis tests and hypothesis tests. All research tests were carried out using the SPSS version 25 program. Price has a partial positive effect on consumer purchasing decisions at Sagalas Coffee Panyabungan II, Mandailing Natal Regency, indicated by an R value of 0.940 which is in the correlation interval 0.80 - 1.00 and an R value The square is 0.884 times 100% = 88.4% and the remaining 11.6% is influenced by other variables. In other words, there are still other variables that influence the consumer purchasing decision variable (Y) at Sagalas Coffee Panyabungan II. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that price has a positive and significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions, with a partial test value (t) of 26.789 and a ttable value of 1.661. So the tcount value is greater than ttable, namely 26.789, greater than 1.661 (26.789 > 1.661), which indicates that the first hypothesis, namely Ha, is accepted while H0 is rejected.

Abstract

This research was carried out on the basis of describing the Role of Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) in improving community welfare according to the perspective of Islamic economics (Case study on BUMDes Sibanggor Jae mineral water. The reason for taking the case study was in Sibanggor Jae Village, Puncak Sorik Marapi District, Mandailing Natal Regency, which is one of the villages that operate BUMDes. This research was conducted from October 2023 to July 2024. This research method uses a qualitative approach where this research describes and explains and interprets the object as it is. Data validation was carried out by digging information from several informants directly related to the Mineral Water BUMDes.  In addition, the researcher also made direct observations at the research location to verify the data to compare the data obtained from the informants in line with the data or different. Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of service quality on customer satisfaction at Suru-Suru All Delivery Panyabungan, Mandailing Natal Regency. The type of research is quantitative research. Data collection techniques are by observation and distributing questionnaires. This research involved a sample of 86 respondents using the Slovin formula. All tests were carried out using the SPSS version 25 program. The results of this research were that service quality had a partial effect on customer satisfaction at Suru-Suru All Delivery Panyabungan, Mandailing Natal Regency. The partial test value (t) on the service quality variable (X) was 3.769 with a value ttable is 1.663. So the tcount value is greater than ttable (3.768 > 1.663), then the service quality variable (X) has a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction (Y). This shows that the first hypothesis (Ha) is accepted. This means that "the service quality variable has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction" which has also been proven successfully by this research with an R Square value obtained of 0.145 multiplied by 100% to 14.5%. while 85.5% is explained by other variables. Apart from that, the service quality variable has a low relationship with customer satisfaction at Suru-Suru All Delivery, Panyabungan District, Mandailing Natal Regency, amounting to 0.380.

Abstract

This study examines the business communication strategy used by Warkop Royal and the inhibiting factors of Warkop Royal's business communication strategy. To obtain the results of this study, a qualitative descriptive research method was used, then direct interviews were conducted with various sources needed in this study. The results of this study indicate that the communication strategy used by Warkop Royal is to greet consumers with polite language, promote by word of mouth, strategic location, collaboration with local businesses, and maintain the quality of food and beverages. The inhibiting factors of Warkop Royal's business communication strategy are not yet optimal in using social media, lack of training for employees, cultural and language barriers, economic conditions, and tight competition. While the SWOT theory used by Warkop Royal is that they always greet consumers with polite language, Strategy (SO) Using formal but relaxed language. Strategy (WO) Carrying out a more inclusive and adaptive approach. Strategy (ST) Providing polite and friendly language. Strategy (WT) Developing a business approach based on a deep understanding of the local market. When associated with the AIDDA Theory, Warkop Royal's business communication strategy is very promising.
