Abstract

Peran penting perencanaan dan pengembangan bisnis dalam memahami dan mengelola risiko bisnis. Dalam bisnis yang dinamis dan penuh tantangan, mengelola risiko merupakan faktor kunci untuk mencapai kesuksesan jangka panjang. Risiko bisnis dapat berasal dari berbagai sumber, seperti perubahan pasar, kompetisi, teknologi, dan kondisi ekonomi global. Dalam konteks perencanaan dan pengembangan bisnis, pemahaman mendalam tentang risiko dan strategi untuk mengelolanya sangat penting. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan pentingnya perencanaan dan pengembangan bisnis yang berfokus pada identifikasi, penilaian, dan mitigasi risiko bisnis. Risiko bisnis terjadi karena adanya ketidakpastian dan dapat mengakibatkan keuntungan atau kerugian. Manajemen risiko telah menjadi tren utama dalam praktik bisnis saat ini, menunjukkan pentingnya pengelolaan risiko dalam mencapai keberhasilan bisnis. Perencanaan dan pengembangan bisnis yang efektif memerlukan pendekatan sistematis dan proaktif terhadap risiko. Ini melibatkan analisis mendalam tentang pasar, kompetitor, dan kondisi ekonomi untuk memprediksi potensi risiko. Selain itu, pengembangan strategi inovatif dan fleksibel menjadi kunci untuk menghadapi perubahan dan tantangan yang mungkin muncul. Dalam artikel ini, berbagai aspek perencanaan dan pengembangan bisnis dibahas, termasuk identifikasi, penilaian, dan pengelolaan risiko bisnis secara efektif. Dengan pemahaman dan pengelolaan risiko yang baik, perusahaan dapat meningkatkan kinerja mereka, membangun kepercayaan pelanggan, dan mempersiapkan diri menghadapi tantangan di masa depan. Artikel ini memberikan wawasan berharga bagi pemilik bisnis, manajer, dan profesional bisnis lainnya tentang pentingnya perencanaan dan pengembangan bisnis yang berfokus pada risiko. Dengan memahami dan mengelola risiko bisnis dengan baik, perusahaan dapat menciptakan fondasi yang kuat untuk pertumbuhan dan kesuksesan jangka panjang.

Abstract

Education plays a pivotal role in shaping human lives and provides a foundation for positive change. However, the lack of parental guidance in accessing education poses a challenge that needs to be addressed. Ruang Belajar Aqil, as a local education initiative, emerges as the optimal solution to enhance self-capacity through learning assistance and community empowerment. This study employs a qualitative method with a descriptive approach, aiming to understand and analyze the process of community empowerment through programs and institutional strengthening services provided by Ruang Belajar Aqil in Kampung Cerdas Ceria (KCC) Galeri Kreatif. Empowerment indicators are delineated through stages of activities, namely the Location Selection Stage, Community Empowerment Socialization Stage, Community Empowerment Stage, and Community Self-Reliance Stage, in accordance with the theoretical concept of community empowerment. This research contributes valuable insights into community empowerment efforts through Ruang Belajar Aqil, opening possibilities for improvements in the education system and empowerment of the local community.

Abstract

Financial technology or Fintech is one of the effects of technological advances in the financial sector, and one of them is P2P Lending. P2P lending is a joint funding fintech that provides financial services to bring together lenders and borrowers online. One of the companies that is operating in this business is AwanTunai. The P2P lending business has recently grown rapidly because it is in great demand by the public to get funding needs easily and instantly. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to formulate appropriate business strategy recommendations for AwanTunai in dealing with P2P lending business competition using the SWOT analysis method. The results obtained from this research indicate that the Strength-Opportunities (SO) strategy is the dominant SWOT strategy for AwanTunai, and the recommended strategy is to maintain low administrative costs at AwanTempo to continue being the preferred choice for customers amidst the increasing interest in online lending in Indonesian society.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyse the effect of boycott conflict on evaporated carnation sales using sales data patterns, identify the relationship between boycott activities and evaporated carnation sales at PT Nestle Indonesia and cause an increase in sales during this boycott period. The research method used is descriptive quantitative analysis through purpose sampling technique. The results showed that the data pattern of evaporated carnation sales during the 4th quarter of 2023 for the horeca sector has a seasonal pattern that depends on major holidays in Indonesia.

Abstract

Honey is a sweet liquid produced by honey bees from the nectar of flowers. Honey is a herbal product that has been used for centuries for health and culinary benefits. It has been believed by Indonesian people since ancient times for its usefulness because it is made of natural ingredients and has no side effects. One of these herbal companies is UMKM Madu Yasa 22 Madiun. Honey is also considered a good sugar substitute that can be consumed for your culinary needs. The emergence of similar industries has created tight competition which has resulted in sharp turnover fluctuations. Therefore, UMKM Hadu Yasa 22 needs a new strategy to formulate the right business model as well as develop and address these challenges. This research aims to analyze the UMKM Honey Yasa 22 model using a business model canvas approach and evaluate it based on SWOT analysis to produce recommendations for improvement of the business model block element. The research uses a qualitative descriptive approach using Business Model Canvas (BMC) data analysis techniques and SWOT analysis that includes the use of IFAS and EFAS. Data collection methods are interviews with selected informants and document research. The research informants consisted of the owners, employees, and customers of UMKM Madu Yasa 22 randomly selected, a total of 11 people who have made repeated purchases. The findings indicate that SWOT analysis diagrams lead to diversification strategies (product/market) that serve as input for business improvement of canvas models. From its implementation, it recommended improvements to nine elements of Canvas Business Model, as well as strategies that enable the development of UMKM Madhu Yasa 22 business.

Abstract

This research explains the role of Business Process Excellence (BPE) in creating alignment of business processes at PT Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk to improve company performance. BPE functions as the primary driver to ensure that all processes run as planned, are well-coordinated, and comply with established guidelines. Through a systematic and structured approach, BPE helps enhance efficiency, inter-departmental coordination, and standardization of business processes. With the implementation of BPE, PT Semen Indonesia successfully reduces operational errors, improves product quality, and achieves better performance. Despite facing challenges in employee and management adaptation to changes, full support from upper management and active involvement of employees help ensure the successful implementation of BPE. This research provides practical guidance for other companies interested in implementing BPE to enhance the alignment and efficiency of their business processes.

Abstract

Dalam mengambil keputusan strategis, identifikasi dan pengukuran manfaat adalah krusial dalam segala bidang bisnis. Hal ini memberikan dasar stabil untuk menganalisis dan mengevaluasi proyek atau kegiatan bisnis. Tujuannya adalah memastikan keputusan yang efektif, mengurangi risiko, dan mencapai tujuan strategis. Studi kelayakan menilai keberlanjutan bisnis, mengidentifikasi risiko, mengevaluasi pasar, dan kebutuhan modal. Objectives and Key Results (OKR) adalah pendekatan kolaboratif untuk menetapkan tujuan yang menantang dan dapat diukur, memantau kemajuan, menciptakan keselarasan, dan meningkatkan komitmen. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis literatur untuk mengeksplorasi tujuan bisnis dan pengukuran manfaatnya melalui pendekatan Objectives and Key Results (OKR). Pemilihan jurnal dilakukan dengan cermat untuk memastikan relevansi dengan topik penelitian. Data dikumpulkan dari jurnal-jurnal yang terpilih, kemudian dianalisis secara mendalam dengan mencari pola dan tren serta membandingkan hasil penelitian. Hasil analisis digunakan untuk menjelaskan bagaimana tujuan bisnis dapat ditentukan dan diukur melalui pendekatan OKR, dengan interpretasi hasil yang mengaitkannya kembali ke kerangka konseptual yang telah disusun sebelumnya. Kesimpulannya, penelitian ini memberikan pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang pentingnya tujuan bisnis dan pengukuran manfaatnya melalui pendekatan OKR.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui bagaimana strategi perencanaan bisnis melalui media analisis SWOT dan business  model canvas. tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apa itu strategi perencanaan bisnis yang dilakukan melalui media SWOT dan BMC. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode studi literatur. Dalam pengumpulan data, peneliti menggunakan metode naratif. metode naratif dilakukan dengan mengumpulkan opini-opini dan pengertian dari penelitian terdahulu kemudian disimpulkan menjadi gagasan yang baru. hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa suatu bisnis harus memperhatikan  SWOT dalam pemroduksian produk dan pemasarannya. dengan SWOT yang baik maka segala prakiraan akan dapat dikendalikan. penerapan SWOT yang di dasari dengan business model canvas akan memberikan keuntungan sendiri bagi suatu bisnis hal ini dikarenakan business model canvas adalah acuan berjalannya sebuah usaha. sehingga dalam pengembangan bisnis akan dapat dilakukan secara lebih teratur dan terkoordinir. SWOT dan Business model canvas menjadi kunci keberhasilan sebuah bisnis, oleh karena itu hasil penelitian ini dapat dijadikan sebuah kunci membuka bisnis yang baik untuk pemula.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership and work commitment on employee performance CV. Sentral Teknik Abadi. The method used in this research is a quantitative type method. This study used a population of 47 employees of CV. Sentral Teknik Abadi and the sample of this study amounted to 47 employees of CV. Sentral Teknik Abadi. Based on the processed data, it was found that the sig value on the leadership variable (X1) is 0.000 < 0.05. The calculated t value is 4.943 > t table 2.015. Then, H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, meaning that the leadership variable partially affects the performance of CV. Sentral Teknik Abadi employees. The sig value on the work commitment variable (X2) is 0.000 < 0.05. The t value is -4.032 < t table 2.015. Then, H2 is accepted, meaning that the work commitment variable has a partially negative effect on the performance of CV. Sentral Teknik Abadi employees.

Abstract

The current developmentsof technology and digital transformation has brought significant changes, particularly in the context of shopping. Likewise, in the competitive beauty industry, The Originote, the subject of this research, has successfully utilized the Shopee Live e-commerce platform as a means of marketing its products.sThis study aimssto identify and understandsthe Influence of Marketing Mix and Electronic Word of Mouth on Consumer Satisfaction in Shopee Live E-commerce (A Study on The Originote Consumers in Surabaya). The research method is quantitative, employing a questionnaire distributed to 160 respondents. The research population consists of The Originote product consumers residing in Surabaya in 2023, selected through purposive sampling. The data analysis method used is multipleslinear regression withsSPSS 25 forsWindows. The results of this study are as follows: 1) The marketing mix variables, including product, price, promotion, place, and electronic word of mouth, collectively influence consumer satisfaction simultaneously. 2) Product has a positive but non-significant partial effect on consumer satisfaction. 3) Price has a significant positive partial effect on consumerssatisfaction. 4) Promotion has a non-significant negative partial effect on consumer satisfaction. 5) Place has a positive but non-significant partial effectson consumrssatisfaction. 6) ElectronicsWord of Mouth has a significant positive partial effect on consumerssatisfaction.
