Abstract

Abstrak Kajian ini bertujuan untuk merekonstruksi kembali landasan-landasan klasik pendidikan Islam yang bersumber dari khazanah pemikiran ulama terdahulu serta menelaah relevansinya bagi praktik pendidikan modern. Pendidikan Islam klasik tidak hanya menekankan aspek transfer pengetahuan (ta‘lim), tetapi juga transformasi kepribadian dan spiritualitas (tarbiyah dan ta’dib). Melalui pendekatan konseptual dan studi kepustakaan, penelitian ini menelusuri gagasan para tokoh seperti Al-Ghazali, Ibn Khaldun, dan Al-Farabi dalam membangun dasar filosofis, epistemologis, dan metodologis pendidikan Islam. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa prinsip-prinsip klasik seperti kesatuan ilmu, tujuan pendidikan menuju kesempurnaan moral dan spiritual, serta integrasi antara akal dan wahyu tetap relevan dengan tantangan pendidikan modern yang sering terjebak pada dikotomi ilmu dan degradasi nilai. Dengan demikian, rekonstruksi landasan klasik pendidikan Islam menjadi penting untuk mengembalikan orientasi pendidikan yang humanistik, transformatif, dan berakar pada nilai-nilai ilahiah.

Abstract

This study investigates the mechanisms for improving stakeholder satisfaction through the implementation of a Virtual Account (VA) payment system in the unique context of the Islamic Elementary School (MI) in Kebonsari, Malang. This study used a qualitative method with a case study approach. Data were collected through triangulation techniques, including in-depth interviews, observation, and document analysis, with a total of eight key informants. The results revealed several findings, including: 1) Transformation of Service Ease and Access: The VA significantly improved perceived ease of use and flexibility for parents, eliminating non-monetary costs such as time and effort in transportation. 2) Internal Efficiency and Staff Focus Reallocation: Automated reconciliation by the VA drastically reduced the risk of human error and eliminated time spent on routine administrative tasks. This triggered a Staff Focus Reallocation Mechanism toward managerial tasks and core educational functions. 3) Mediating transparency with religious trust and legitimacy: In the madrasah context, real-time VA transparency serves as a signal of integrity in the management of sensitive funds, including alms and zakat. These findings indicate that VA mediates the relationship between transparency and the institution's religious legitimacy, which is a source of ultimate satisfaction for management.

Abstract

The development of telecommunications and internet technology has transformed the world of education, particularly in improving the quality of learning in the digital era. This study aims to analyze the contribution of these technologies to improving the accessibility, personalization, and effectiveness of learning in educational institutions. The research method used a systematic literature review with subjects consisting of scientific articles and academic documents related to digital learning. Data were collected through searches of national and international journal databases, then analyzed using thematic analysis to identify patterns, trends, and research gaps and formulate strategic recommendations. The results show that the use of Learning Management Systems (LMS), video conferencing applications, Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs), and mobile learning can increase student engagement by up to 65% and learning accessibility by up to 78%. However, challenges such as the digital divide in remote areas and educator readiness in technology integration still require attention. This study recommends a holistic approach through strengthening infrastructure, improving educator competency, and developing digital pedagogy to optimize learning quality.

Abstract

Studi ini mengeksplorasi penerapan kepemimpinan transformasional oleh kepala sekolah SMA Miftahul Ulum, sebuah sekolah menengah Islam pedesaan di Kabupaten Kubu Raya, Kalimantan Barat, untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran di tengah keterbatasan sumber daya. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus kualitatif dengan metode wawancara, observasi, dan analisis dokumen. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa kepala sekolah berhasil mengadaptasi empat dimensi kepemimpinan transformasional (pengaruh yang diidealkan, motivasi inspiratif, stimulasi intelektual, dan pertimbangan individual) dengan mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai Islam dan strategi kontekstual, seperti optimalisasi anggaran dan keterlibatan masyarakat. Dampak positif terlihat pada peningkatan motivasi guru dan inovasi pedagogis, meskipun tantangan seperti penundaan gaji dan kesenjangan generasi tetap ada. Studi ini berkontribusi pada literatur dengan mengusulkan dimensi kelima kepemimpinan transformasional berbasis nilai Islam dan menawarkan rekomendasi praktis bagi pemimpin sekolah dan pembuat kebijakan. Kata Kunci: Kepemimpinan transformasional, kualitas pembelajaran, nilai-nilai Islam, motivasi guru, inovasi pedagogis.

Abstract

Educational reform increasingly emphasizes character development and collaborative learning as essential components of twenty-first-century education. Within this context, the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5) is a project-based learning initiative that integrates academic learning with character formation. This study aims to examine how teamwork is strengthened during the implementation of P5 and how collaborative practices contribute to the development of an effective and adaptive school environment. Employing a qualitative case study approach, data were collected through semi-structured interviews, field observations, and document analysis involving school leaders, teachers, and project implementation teams. The findings reveal that teamwork functioned as a central mechanism supporting successful program implementation through coordinated stages, including collaborative planning, stakeholder socialization, project execution, and reflective evaluation. Collective professional practices encouraged a shift from individual teaching routines toward shared responsibility, enabling teachers to integrate interdisciplinary learning and facilitate meaningful student participation. The study also found that project-based activities promoted students’ engagement, responsibility, creativity, and collaborative skills. However, challenges such as limited instructional time and the persistence of individual work habits remained evident. These results highlight that curriculum innovation becomes more sustainable when supported by organizational collaboration rather than relying solely on instructional change. The findings offer practical insights for strengthening collaborative school cultures to support long-term educational transformation.
