Abstract

Saat ini, persaingan berbagai perusahaan dalam menjual produk semakin meningkat, terutama dalam penjualan online. Perusahaan The 3 Angle Corp yang bergerak di bidang facial (perawatan tubuh), telah memiliki berbagai cabang, salah satunya di wilayah Tangerang Selatan. Dalam proses bisnisnya, perusahaan tersebut hanya memanfaatkan media Shopee dan Instagram sebagai media pemasaran produk. Adapun beberapa masalah yang dihadapi adalah media pemasaran produk kurang efektif, kurangnya kepercayaan pelanggan dalam melakukan transaksi, sering terjadi kesalahan dalam pencatatan yang belum terintegrasi pada satu sistem, dan informasi mengenai laporan kurang informatif. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan sebuah E-Commerce melalui website untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut. Metode Business Model Canvas (BMC) digunakan sebagai analisis kekuatan dan kekurangan bisnis dalam perancangan E-Commerce. Untuk perancangan sistemnya menggunakan metode Unified Modeling Language (UML). Adapun sistem website E-Commerce untuk The 3 Angle Corp dibuat dengan Content Management System (CMS) dan aplikasi Wordpress, serta mengoptimasi situs melalui Search Engine Optimization (SEO). Teknik SEO digunakan untuk mengoptimalkan pencarian pada mesin pencari, sesuai dengan kata kunci yang telah diteliti, sehingga sistem website dapat ditampilkan di halaman awal di mesin pencari. Hal ini membuat pemasaran menjadi lebih efektif. Dengan dibuatnya E-Commerce melalui website semakin memudahkan pelanggan dalam melakukan pemesanan secara online, pemasaran menjadi lebih efektif, pelanggan dapat lebih percaya untuk melakukan transaksi, pencatatan menjadi lebih terintegrasi pada satu sistem, dan laporan yang dihasilkan lebih bermanfaat

Abstract

Distro Betawi Boys adalah usaha bisnis dalam bidang fashion khususnya T-Shirt, Hoodie, dan Crewneck dengan desain Betawi modern. Pemilik toko menjual produknya melalui offline dan media sosial. Dimana pada saat kondisi pandemic COVID-19 ini, masyarakat dibatasi aktifitasnya, sehingga sulit melakukan pembelian langsung ke toko. Beberapa kendala yang dihadapi oleh Distro Betawi Boys, antara lain pelanggan yang tidak dapat datang langsung ke toko dimasa pandemic COVID-19, sehingga terjadi penurunan penjualan. Selain itu, media promosi penjualan dan pemasaran yang kurang maksimal melalui media sosial, masih melalui orang ke orang dan dari brosur atau spanduk. Kendala lain, proses transaksi belum menyediakan kwitansi pembayaran sehingga belum adanya bukti penjualan dan pembayaran untuk pelanggan. Kendala lainnya, pencatatan penjualan yang belum tersimpan dengan baik, sehingga memakan waktu lebih lama untuk update stock produk. Untuk mengatasi kendala-kendala tersebut, dibutuhkan media tambahan sebuah e-commerce berbasis website. Dalam pengembangan e-commerce menggunakan metode Business Model Canvas (BMC) untuk menganalisa kekuatan dan kekurangan bisnisnya. Perancangan sistem menggunakan metode Unifield Modeling Language (UML), dan websitenya menggunakan Content Management System (CMS) dengan Wordpress. Website e-commerce juga akan dioptimalisasi dengan penerapan teknik Search Engine Optimization (SEO), untuk membuat website berada di halaman awal pada mesin pencari, sehingga memudahkan pelanggan untuk menemukan situs tersebut. Website e-commerce yang dihasilkan diharapkan dapat meningkatkan penjualan produk dan mempermudah pembelian secara online terutama dimasa pandemic COVID-19, tanpa harus datang langsung ke toko. Penerapan SEO dan marketing pada website e-commerce, memudahkan ditemukan pada mesin pencari, dan memperluas pemasaran melalui internet. Website e-commerce yang dihasilkan, juga dapat menyajikan bukti penjualan dan pembayaran informasi untuk konsumen, melalui notifikasi email, serta menampilkan stok produk untuk mengetahui update produk baru kepada calon pelanggan

Abstract

Jtbbekasi adalah sebuah usaha yang bergerak di bidang penjualan jam tangan, yang telah berdiri sejak tahun 2019. Jtbbekasi saat ini hanya mengandalkan media marketplace yang ada. Pada masa pandemi Covid-19 ini, Jtbbekasi mengalami penurunan penjualan dengan banyaknya persaingan penjualanan online. Terdapat beberapa masalah pada proses berjalannya di Jtbbekasi, antara lain kurang maksimalnya media pemasaran yang hanya mengandalkan media marketplace dan Whatsapp. Kemudian masalah lain yaitu, tidak adanya website resmi dari toko, dengan mengandalkan media marketplace dan Whatsapp saja, sehingga rasa kepercayaan pelanggan kurang. Masalah lainnya adalah pencatatan data yang masih ditulis dibuku, sehingga terjadi kekeliruan dalam proses pengerjaan pemesanan ataupun perhitungannya. Untuk itu, Jtbbekasi membutuhkan media tambahan berupa website e-commerce, untuk perluasan jangkauan pemasaran produk. Dalam penerapan e-commerce ini, metode yang digunakan adalah Business Model Canvas (BMC) untuk perencanaan model bisnisnya dengan berbasis Content Management System (CMS) untuk website e-commerce. Kemudian website e-commerce akan diterapkan teknik Search Engine Optimization (SEO), untuk menjadikan situs web tersebut dapat berada di halaman awal mesin pencari yang mempermudah pencarian. Penelitian ini bertujuan membangun website e-commerce agar mampu meningkatkan penjualan produk, pemasaran akan menjadi lebih maksimal dan data tersimpan aman dalam database yang terintegritasi dalam satu sistem, serta informasi yang dihasilkan menjadi lebih informatif. Pelanggan juga dengan mudah mendapatkan informasi produk dan harganya, serta mengetahui update informasi produk terbaru.

Abstract

The introduction of numbers and arithmetic operations is basic learning in Mathematics aimed at students at the kindergarten level, where the learning method is still conventional and tedious. The solution that can be applied is to use an android educational game using the Fisher-Yates Shuffle method. useful in obtaining random permutations of a series of questions that allow the arrangement of similar questions to be impossible to appear again while avoiding students remembering the questions and their answers. The idea of making games is to create a new impression and make it easier to learn the introduction of numbers and arithmetic operations. The technique used is Game Development Life Cycle and Android-based Unity 3D software in the development of this educational game application. The application of the concept of User-Centered Design (UCD) is used in the evaluation in measuring game excellence with a Playability testing approach in the form of 4 criteria, namely gameplay, usability, mobility, and game story. The questionnaire was filled out by 10 respondents, namely kindergarten students with the assistance of their parents. Based on the assessment, it is determined that this game gets a score where gameplay is 75%, usability is 75%, mobility is 70%, and the game story is 70%. support kindergarten students in learning number introduction and arithmetic operations.

Abstract

This study focuses on the development of a decision support system (DSS) for teacher performance assessment at the Al-Islamiyah Islamic Education Foundation. In an educational institution, schools have teachers who are assets that must be owned by schools in creating a quality education process. The problem that occurs at this foundation is that there is no proper method and application of the teacher performance appraisal system, and also the large number of teachers, so it is difficult to choose the best teacher. Therefore, appropriate methods and DSS are needed to overcome the existing obstacles. The Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method is one method that can be used in determining the best teacher performance assessment in determining the selection of the best teacher. The criteria that have been set are based on presence, neatness of dress, discipline, teaching ability, and responsibility. This study aims to determine the right method and build a DSS for assessing teacher performance at the Al-Islamiyah Islamic Education Foundation school in determining the best teacher. This DSS produces an alternative priority order, which can be used as a problem-solving tool in determining teacher performance appraisals and selecting the best teacher.

Abstract

This study discusses the selection of suppliers at a Muslim clothing convection company Iyon Collection in the Jakarta area. Supplier selection is carried out regularly once a year. Some of the problems encountered include the absence of an appropriate method for supplier selection, the absence of a criterion weight value, and no application of a Decision Support System (SPK) for supplier selection that can facilitate the assessment. In addition, the owner of the convection has not yet obtained the required information in the form of a report. Therefore, it is necessary to build an SPK for the assessment of supplier selection. The criteria used include price, quality of materials, distance from supplier to convection, delivery time, discounted prices and supplier service. The method used is the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) to obtain the weight value for each criterion, and the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method to find the priority value for ranking each alternative. The purpose of this study is to determine the right assessment method with the right criteria, and determine the value of the weight of the criteria, so as to produce a supplier selection DSS application system that can facilitate the assessment. With the resulting SPK application, the owner also gets the required report information, including supplier data reports, supplier assessment reports and supplier ranking reports. Selection of the right supplier, will be able to provide raw materials for clothing at the right convection on time, to avoid losses in the clothing production process.

Abstract

This research was conducted at Madrasah Aliyah (MA) Dail Khairaat Foundation, where there was an assessment method that had been carried out previously. However, there are several problems faced, namely the absence of a weighted criterion value, the large number of assessment aspects, the calculation of the final score is still manual, and it is difficult to find teacher assessment performance data. This is because the documents used are still in the form of an assessment file archive, so that it can lead to errors in teacher performance assessments. We need an assessment of teacher performance in the form of a decision support system, which produces objective and more precise results decisions, so that the results obtained are in line with expectations and can improve the quality and quality of teachers' performance. SPK teacher performance assessment uses criteria approved by the principal using the AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) method. The AHP method is used to generate the weighted criteria, and generate teacher alternative priorities. The research carried out resulted in a DSS with the right method for assessing teacher performance, with the weight of the criteria, and the alternative priorities of the best performing teachers. The resulting SPK is a website-based application system that can provide a recommendation for the best teacher. This DSS also makes it easier to assess, calculate and search for teacher performance appraisal data to reduce errors in teacher performance appraisals. This DSS will help the principal to make decisions to determine the best performing teachers in an objective and more precise manner. This can be used as material for evaluating teacher performance so that performance can be maintained or improved

Abstract

88 is a tutoring agency that is engaged in formal education. The process of academic administration at their agency is now done manually. Starting from the candidate registration process of students who will enter, then follow the Academic Potential Test and select the learning program, untill students get a fixed schedule based on program choice, including any data selection process and its input. So that possible errors in data processing input can occur. Therefore the use of information technology will be very helpful at the Institute Tutoring GAMA’88 Ciputat, especially in academic administration.Object Oriented methodology is more flexible, ease in changing the program, and is used extensively in large-scale software engineering. Furthermore, supporters of Object Oriented Programming claim that OOP is easier to learn for beginners than the previous approach, and the OOP approach is more easily developed and maintained. The use of information technology to be built, especially the Application System Academic Administration with Object Oriented Methodology will assist in tackling the problems facing the Institute Tutoring GAMA’88 Ciputat. So that will minimize the possibility of errors in data processing input and both students and tutors. Abstract

Penilaian karyawan dimaksudkan untuk memberikan penghargaan kepada karyawan terbaik berupa pertimbangan kenaikan jabatan. Masalah yang dihadapi adalah belum tersedianya bobot kriteria yang digunakan, belum adanya proses perangkingan dari penilaian karyawan terbaik, dan belum ada aplikasi sistem penunjang keputusan dalam penilaian karyawan terbaik. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut, penulis mencoba menerapkan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) dan Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) dengan kriteria-kriteria yang telah disetujui yaitu tanggung jawab, kemampuan komunikasi, inisiatif, kehadiran, working age, dan sikap. Metode AHP digunakan untuk penentuan bobot kriteria, dan metode SAW digunakan untuk menentukan karyawan terbaik dengan menghasilkan ranking alternatif. Dengan adanya penelitian ini diharapkan mendapatkan bobot kriteria, menghasilkan ranking alternative untuk pemilihan karyawan terbaik, dan mengimplementasi aplikasi sistem penunjang keputusan dalam penilaian karyawan terbaik. Sistem ini diharapkan memberikan informasi pada hasil penilaian dalam penentuan karyawan terbaik, dan mempermudah proses penilaian karyawan. Laporan yang dihasilkan dalam sistem ini adalah surat hasil keputusan, laporan hasil keputusan penilaian karyawan, dan laporan perangkingan karyawan. Dari hasil User Acceptance Test, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengguna sangat setuju dengan aplikasi sistem pendukung keputusan dan penerapan metode ini. Ini terbukti dari nilai 87,5% Sangat Setuju dari kuesioner User Acceptance Test

Abstract

Fajar Collection is an individual business store that sells various products such as school uniforms, Muslim clothing, and casual clothes. In the existing business processes at Fajar Collection, using social media in the process of online sales transactions using Facebook and WhatsApp. However, with the online transaction business process, there are several obstacles experienced by the Fajar Collection store, namely, it is difficult for customers to find out stock availability, because there is no stock availability information on Facebook and WhatsApp, so customers have to ask the sales staff about stock inventory. Another obstacle is that the product promotion process is less than optimal, causing old products to be sold and slow to get new potential customers. Another obstacle is difficult in processing sales report data, because it is still done in bookkeeping by looking at sales notes to be included in the sales report, thus allowing different recordings of sales numbers and less than optimal in knowing sales data. Based on these constraints, an e-commerce website was designed using the Business Model Canvas (BMC) approach. Analysis of the strengths and weaknesses of the e-commerce business using the BMC methodology. The system was developed using the Unified Modeling Language (UML) approach and a Content Management System (CMS) based website with WordPress using the woocommerce plugin. Then it is optimized by applying Search Engine Optimization (SEO) so that the site is on the first page of search engines, making it easier for customers to find the site. With the E-Commerce website, it will expand product sales promotions, and help customers who want to buy directly from the website. It is hoped that by utilizing this E-Commerce website, it will be easier for customers to process the purchase transactions in Fajar Collection.
