Abstract

This journal aims to investigate the effect of raw material quality as well as the production process on product quality in the chip business in Pringsewu Regency. Product quality has a very important role in determining the competitiveness and success of a business, especially in the chip industry, which is one of the leading commodities in the region. The research method used in this journal is a case study by collecting data through direct interviews with chip producers, direct observation of the production process, and analysis of product samples produced. The collected data were then analyzed using descriptive statistical methods and regression analysis to measure the relationship between the variables of raw material quality, production process, and product quality. The results showed a significant influence between the quality of raw materials as well as the production process for product quality in the chip business in Pringsewu Regency. Good raw material quality, which includes cleanliness, purity, and consistency, as well as the implementation of good and efficient production processes, positively affect the quality of the final product.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the influence of product innovation as well as product quality for competitive advantage in One Florist MSMEs in Lampung. In the context of increasingly fierce business competition, product innovation as well as product quality are crucial factors when improving the competitiveness of MSMEs, especially in the florist industry. One Florist was chosen as the research subject due to its significant role in providing flower-based products with an innovative touch in the Lampung region. This study uses a quantitative method using owners and business actors at One Florist as respondents. Data was collected through a questionnaire covering aspects of product innovation, product quality, as well as perceptions of competitive advantage. Regression analysis was used to test the hypotheses and identify the extent to which product innovation as well as product quality contribute to competitive advantage. The result of this study is that product innovation is not significant for competitive advantage, but product quality has a significant effect on competitive advantage.

Abstract

Tofu Business in Wonomarto Village, North Lampung Regency, is one of the local business entities operating in the food industry. Raw material inventory control involves a number of key aspects, including the determination of optimal ordering quantities, safety stock management, and supply risk management. Inventory control methods and models, such as EOQ as well as JIT, can provide valuable insights in determining the optimal ordering quantity and managing inventory more efficiently. However, the implementation of these methods needs to be adapted to the specific conditions and needs of Tofu Business as well as the characteristics of the local food industry. By conducting a careful analysis of raw material inventory control, Tofu Business can identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, as well as improve customer service. This will help the company to remain competitive in a dynamic market and support long-term business growth in Wonomarto Village, North Lampung Regency.

Abstract

Micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) are productive and independent economic businesses run by individuals and groups. One of the MSMEs is a business in the fashion sector that runs its business in the Bambu Kuning Market in Bandar Lampung. People are increasingly aware of fashion and fashion lifestyles, so the demand for fashion products is increasing. This shows that MSMEs in the fashion sector are growing quite rapidly, but have not effectively marketed their products. This is due to not having the knowledge and skills in digital marketing. The purpose of this activity is to empower and provide digital marketing training to MSMEs in the fashion business sector. This activity was carried out through lectures, discussions and social media practices. The response of the participants was very good, so that after this service activity was carried out, MSMEs could increase their understanding and skills in marketing their products through digital marketing. Abstract

In the digital era, the role of technology is very important in helping MSMEs to market their products and services. The existing problems include sales results fluctuating and tending to decline, the company not being right in marketing. This research aims to evaluate the marketing strategy of Rumah BUMN Bandar Lampung MSMEs through the application of Go Digital to MSME Partners, with a case study of the Coffee Anjosia business. The method used is descriptive qualitative by obtaining data through interviews, observation and document analysis. The results of the analysis show that the implementation of Go Digital at Rumah BUMN Bandar Lampung MSME Partners has an important role in helping MSMEs market their products and services. An effective strategy can be achieved by maintaining and increasing high consumer demand, creating training plans for Anjosia employees related to adapting to current technology in managing business marketing, providing special prices to loyal customers for large purchases, and utilizing social media such as Instagram by routinely create content every week on social media. Abstract

Furniture refers to objects used to support human activities indoors, such as sitting, sleeping, eating, cooking, working and storing things. Furniture is an important part of a room because, apart from its practical function, furniture provides beauty and an atmosphere that suits the style and purpose of the room, thus making the house more lively and comfortable. This research was conducte to find out how digital market and product quality influence decisions to purchase household products at Tafsir Furniture in Bandar Lampung. The methode use in this researchs is a quantitativ descriptiv methode. Sampling was carried out using the purposiv sampling method. The data collections techniq uses a tool in the form of a questionnaired. The number of respondents used as a sample was 35 people. The data analys techniqued uses multiples linear regressions analys with SPSS 19. Based on the t test results, it is known that digital marketing variable have a significant influence on purchassing decision. The product quality variable is proven to have a significan influence on purchase decision and digital marketing and product quality simultaneous has a positive and significans influence on purchasing decision for products. Abstract

Pemanfaatan produk Ecoprint berbasis daun dan bunga di Desa Kelawi, Kabupaten Lampung Selatan merupakan sebuah inisiatif kreatif dalam menggali potensi alam lokal untuk menciptakan produk bernilai tambah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali potensi daun dan bunga yang dapat digunakan sebagai bahan Ecoprint, serta menganalisis dampaknya terhadap ekonomi dan lingkungan di Desa Kelawi.Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah observasi langsung terhadap keberagaman flora lokal yang melibatkan masyarakat setempat dalam pengumpulan bahan baku. Selanjutnya, dilakukan proses Ecoprint pada berbagai jenis tekstil dengan menggunakan daun dan bunga yang telah dikumpulkan. Analisis ekonomi dilakukan dengan mengukur potensi pendapatan tambahan bagi masyarakat setempat melalui penjualan produk Ecoprint.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Desa Kelawi memiliki keanekaragaman flora yang kaya, termasuk daun dan bunga yang memiliki potensi untuk dijadikan bahan Ecoprint. Proses produksi Ecoprint mampu menciptakan produk tekstil yang unik dan estetis. Dampak ekonomi yang dihasilkan melalui penjualan produk Ecoprint memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap pendapatan masyarakat setempat.Selain dampak ekonomi, pemanfaatan produk Ecoprint juga memberikan dampak positif terhadap lingkungan. Proses pewarnaan alami dengan menggunakan daun dan bunga mengurangi ketergantungan terhadap bahan kimia sintetis yang dapat mencemari lingkungan. Selain itu, keberlanjutan penggunaan bahan baku alam lokal dapat menjadi upaya pelestarian keanekaragaman hayati di Desa Kelawi.Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi dalam mengembangkan potensi lokal dan menciptakan produk berkelanjutan yang memperhatikan aspek ekonomi dan lingkungan. Abstract

Pengembangan inovasi kemasan dapat menjadi strategi yang efektif untuk meningkatkan merek dan keunggulan kompetitif bagi Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) Klanting Sumber Rezeki. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan inovasi kemasan bagi UMKM Klanting Sumber Rezeki guna meningkatkan merek dan keunggulan kompetitif di pasar. Dalam persaingan yang semakin ketat, kemasan tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai pelindung produk tetapi juga sebagai alat pemasaran yang efektif. Metode yang digunakan meliputi analisis kebutuhan konsumen, desain kemasan yang kreatif, dan evaluasi dampak terhadap persepsi merek serta penjualan. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa kemasan yang inovatif dan menarik dapat meningkatkan daya tarik produk, membangun citra merek yang positif, dan memberikan keunggulan kompetitif yang signifikan. Studi ini memberikan panduan praktis bagi UMKM lain dalam mengadopsi strategi kemasan yang efektif untuk memenangkan persaingan di pasar.

Abstract

Pelatihan kelistrikan bagi santri di Pondok Pesantren merupakan salah satu upaya penting untuk meningkatkan keterampilan dan pengetahuan praktis santri di bidang kelistrikan. Di era modern saat ini, pemahaman tentang kelistrikan tidak hanya dibutuhkan untuk kebutuhan sehari-hari, tetapi juga sebagai penunjang pendidikan dan keselamatan di lingkungan pondok pesantren. Pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk mengurangi ketergantungan terhadap teknisi luar dengan memberikan kemampuan kepada santri untuk melakukan perawatan dan perbaikan sederhana pada peralatan listrik. Metode pelatihan yang diberikan meliputi pengenalan dasar kelistrikan, teori dan praktik keselamatan kelistrikan, penggunaan alat-alat listrik, serta pemasangan dan perawatan sistem kelistrikan. Melalui pendekatan yang terstruktur ini, santri dapat mengembangkan keterampilan yang relevan dan meningkatkan rasa percaya diri dalam menangani permasalahan kelistrikan. Selain itu, pelatihan ini juga berkontribusi untuk mengurangi risiko kecelakaan listrik dan meningkatkan kesadaran akan efisiensi energi. Secara keseluruhan, program pelatihan kelistrikan di pondok pesantren tidak hanya memperkaya pengetahuan santri tetapi juga mempersiapkan mereka untuk menghadapi tantangan di dunia kerja yang semakin kompetitif.

Abstract

Human resource development at the Regional Secretariat of Tanggamus Regency has not been optimally implemented by each section, as evidenced by the infrequent organization of training, seminars, and employee participation policies that are conducted in a simple manner without staged and continuous planning, even though these needs are urgent. This study uses a qualitative method, with data collection techniques including observation, interviews, and documentation, while data analysis techniques involve data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The research results indicate that human resource development at the Regional Secretariat of Tanggamus Regency has been carried out through job rotations across departments to enhance experience and understanding of responsibilities, educational orientation training for employees in both formal and non-formal contexts, and leadership guidance aimed at improving employee performance, although such guidance has not been fully absorbed by some employees. Job rotation aids employees in understanding new responsibilities, while formal and non-formal training provides opportunities to enhance their competencies, yet leadership directions to employees still require improvement to be more effective. Therefore, leadership attention to human resource development through job rotation, training, and guidance needs to be enhanced and carefully re-planned to ensure that human resource development implementation significantly impacts employee performance improvement.
