Abstract

The aim of writing this article is to publish research results related to the role of household consumption, government spending, investment and net exports in influencing economic growth in Indonesia during the 2010-2023 period on a quarterly basis. Econometric analysis using the Error Correction Model (ECM) method is used to test linear regression between the independent variable and the dependent variable. The quantitative data in this research is in the form of secondary data obtained from statistical reports on the websites of the Central Statistics Agency of the Republic of Indonesia (BPS RI), Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Indonesia, Bank Indonesia, Financial Services Authority of the Republic of Indonesia and several related agencies. The results of this research show that together the independent variables consisting of household consumption, government spending, investment and net exports have an effect on economic growth, both in the long and short term. Over the long term, partially the variables household consumption, investment and net exports are positively and significantly correlated with economic growth. Meanwhile, government spending has a negative but not significant correlation with economic growth. For the short term, partially all independent variables in the form of household consumption, government spending, investment and net exports are positively and significantly correlated with economic growth.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the strategy for implementing an innovation model for developing educational tourism areas based on filter cloth to increase product sales by utilizing available resources. The innovation model is developed through developing a master plan for an edu-tourism area based on Tapis by inventorying the potentials in the village of Negeri Katon Pesawaran. This research used the Soft System Methodology (SSM) method. SSM is a systemic approach to dealing with complex and less structured situations. In developing a Tapis cloth-based edu-tourism area by the Tapis Jejama Kham Women's Group in Pesawaran Regency, SSM can be used to understand the various aspects involved and develop a comprehensive solution. The steps of this research are needs analysis, testing of the innovation model, module development, and reporting. Literature studies were carried out on related documents such as regulations, book references, and updated journals. Meanwhile, interviews were conducted with several informants, such as the Tapis Jejama Kham women's group, cultural activists, the tourism and creative economy department of Lampung Province, and local communities of Negeri Katon Village. The preliminary findings of this study show that there are a lot of potential natural resources and human resources as well as cultural heritage in Negeri Katon village, Pesawaran district, which has not been managed optimally, and there is a lack of public awareness regarding the management of existing tourism potential.  This research has attempted to contribute to the creation of a regional innovation model of the edu-tourism area based on tapis cloth for the tapis jejama women’s group in Pesawaran District, Lampung Province and the creation of Intellectual Property Rights in the form of a Master Plan for the model of edu-tourism area in the Negeri Katon subdistrict.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the role of teachers in planting student discipline in learning the 2013 curriculum for class IVC at elementary school 112/1 Perumnas. The aspect studied is the teacher's efforts to instill values discipline for students at elementary school 112/1 Perumnas. This research uses a qualitative approach. The subject of this research is the principal and class IVC teacher. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques used is data reduction, displaying data and drawing conclusions. Researcher using triangulation techniques to obtain data validity. The results of this research indicate that the teacher's role is in improving student discipline has been implemented quite well, instilled discipline carried out by teachers through making rules, teaching habits, giving punishment, giving rewards, and setting an example. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the teacher has instilling the value of discipline at elementary school 112/1 Perumnas. the planting includes; (1) elements of discipline; (2) teachers combine approaches authoritarian and democratic, (3) schools involve the school committee and parents in applying discipline, (4) steps in implementing discipline not yet implemented by all teachers.

Abstract

Seiring dengan pesatnya pertumbuhan e-commerce di Indonesia, peningkatan Logistics Performance menjadi salah satu tantangan utama yang dihadapi perusahaan logistik. Advanced Technology seperti Internet of Things (IoT), Artificial Intelligence (AI), dan blockchain telah diakui sebagai faktor penting dalam meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dan kualitas layanan logistik. Namun, penelitian yang mengkaji hubungan antara Advanced Technology, biaya layanan logistik, dan Logistics Performance masih terbatas, terutama dalam konteks sektor e-commerce Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Advanced Technology dan Logistics Service Cost terhadap Logistics Performance di Shopee Express Bandung Raya, untuk memberikan wawasan strategis bagi perusahaan e-commerce. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei eksplanatori dengan desain cross-sectional. Data dikumpulkan dari 96 responden melalui kuesioner berbasis skala semantic differential lima poin, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) dengan perangkat lunak SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Advanced Technology memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap Logistics Performance dengan meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, mengurangi biaya, dan memperbaiki kualitas layanan. Selain itu, pengelolaan Logistics Service Cost yang efektif terbukti meningkatkan kecepatan pengiriman dan kepuasan pelanggan. Temuan ini mendukung teori Logistics 4.0 dan memberikan kontribusi teoretis dengan memperluas literatur terkait integrasi Advanced Technology dan pengelolaan biaya dalam sektor logistik. Secara praktis, penelitian ini menyarankan perusahaan e-commerce untuk berinvestasi dalam Advanced Technology dan strategi pengendalian biaya guna meningkatkan daya saing di pasar yang kompetitif.

Abstract

The decision issued by the government to open community activities after the COVID-19 pandemic can encourage economic growth. The money market includes Bank Indonesia Syariah Certificates, SBIS Repurchase Agreement, Sharia Interbank Money Market Instruments, SBSN Repurchase Agreement, and other securities. This study aims to determine the role and implementation of the money market in the economic growth of the non-real sector through qualitative research methods. The data collection method uses accidental sampling, where the researcher interviews the perpetrators and managers of the Sharia money market. The quantitative approach distributes questionnaires about the role and implementation of money market transactions. The research results on money market products show that they are one of the instruments of financial products that can restore performance and economic growth. Money market product transactions have increased from month to month due to the influence of public interest and investment in money market products. The growth performance of the money market can come from increased revenues, sales, purchases, and transactions. The role and implementation of economic growth through the Islamic money market is government intervention and community contribution.

Abstract

Advances in information technology cause changes in all aspects of life, one of which is in the aspect of trading, buying and selling trades can be done online. One of the online shopping media is shopee. Abstract

This study explores raw material inventory management at Bu Supi Tofu Factory in Padang Cermin, focusing on the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method to address challenges in soybean procurement. The factory uses a traditional purchasing system, leading to overstocking, increased costs, and reduced product quality. Through a qualitative-descriptive approach, the research evaluates the factory's current practices, calculates the optimal order quantity using the EOQ model, and compares it with the existing system. The results indicate that implementing EOQ can reduce ordering costs, storage expenses, and surplus stock while maintaining product quality and enhancing operational efficiency. This study highlights the potential benefits of applying modern inventory management techniques in small-scale industries to optimize resources and improve profitability.

Abstract

As people increasingly seek spaces that offer both food and relaxation, cafes and recreational venues are gaining popularity. This study examines the marketing strategies employed by Café Djayataruna, focusing on its marketing mix. Through a qualitative case study, the research involved interviews with the owner, employees, and customers, alongside observations of the café’s operations. The findings reveal the café’s strengths, such as its diverse menu, unique experience, and strong social media presence. A SWOT analysis shows promising opportunities for growth, including food delivery services and local collaborations. However, challenges like operational inefficiencies and limited market reach need attention. The study concludes that by focusing on innovation and customer satisfaction, Café Djayataruna can strengthen its competitive position and ensure long-term success.

Abstract

Tilapia has become one of the most popular and widely consumed fish by the community. Tilapia has become one of the commodities for people in Indonesia, one of which is located in North Lampung. Chery Caramon is the only tilapia producer that focuses on tilapia cultivation as one of the commodities to drive the local economy. This study focuses on knowing the marketing strategy of Chery Caramon's tilapia farming business in Abung Tinggi District, North Lampung Regency. This study uses a descriptive method with a case study approach to find out the marketing strategies used by Chery Caramon. This study uses SWOT analysis to find out various opportunities and threats that are factors for Chery Caramon to improve its tilapia farming marketing strategy. From this research, it can be concluded that tilapia farming by Chery Caramon in North Lampung Regency uses an SO (Strength-Opportunity) strategy to market its products to the surrounding community.

Abstract

Seiring dengan perkembangan zaman, pendidikan saat ini telah memasuki era Abad 21. Salah satu ciri khas Abad 21 adalah masifnya penggunaan teknologi informasi dalam berbagai bidang, termasuk pendidikan. Kompetensi Abad 21 menuntut dunia pendidikan untuk mengintegrasikan kecakapan pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan sikap secara holistik. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan peran aktif guru untuk mendorong peserta didik agar mampu mencapai kompetensi tersebut. Salah satu solusinya adalah dengan merumuskan model pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan karakteristik peserta didik. Salah satu model pembelajaran yang dapat diterapkan oleh guru adalah model pembelajaran Cooperative Learning tipe Teams Games Tournament (TGT) berbasis media Bamboozle. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran Cooperative Learning tipe TGT berbasis media Bamboozle terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik kelas VIII F pada mata pelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial (IPS) di SMP Negeri 24 Malang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian eksperimen dengan jenis pre-experimental design, menggunakan desain penelitian One Shot Case Study. Data dikumpulkan melalui instrumen tes, kemudian dianalisis dengan uji normalitas dan uji hipotesis. Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis menggunakan desain One Shot Case Study, ditemukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh model pembelajaran Cooperative Learning tipe TGT berbasis media Bamboozle terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik dengan nilai Sig. 0,00 kurang dari 0,05.
