Abstract

 In 2016, Ubung Denpasar Terminal transitioned from Type A to Type C, as determined by the Mayor of Denpasar through Decree Number 188.45/1060/HK/2016. Located on Jalan Cokroaminoto, Ubung Village, North Denpasar District, Denpasar City, this terminal serves as a vital transportation hub. However, due to infrastructure problems and damage, all Inter- Provincial Buses ceased operations at Ubung Terminal. Consequently, the terminal now exclusively serves mini/micro buses within the province and Trans Metro Dewata in Bali Province. To address the terminal’s needs, comprehensive research was initiated to evaluate facility shortages through inventory analysis. Using a qualitative descriptive analysis methodology, the research aims to identify improvement areas, aligning with the technical guidelines in the Decree of the Directorate General of Land Transportation Number 271/ HK.105/DRJD/96 concerning technical specifications for public passenger vehicle stops. The expected outcomes are to enhance the functionality, safety, and comfort of Ubung Terminal, thereby increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of public transportation services in Denpasar

Abstract

Implementing green logistics involves using environmentally friendly practices and technologies in the management of supply chains and transportation of goods. The potential benefits gained in implementing green logistics include, a reduction in greenhouse gas emissions, energy, and resource efficiency, reduced operational costs, reputation, and regulatory compliance. This research aims to create a strategy for developing the use of green energy towards green logistics at Benoa Port. The research methodology using a systematic literature review hybrid type then present several development strategy schemes that will be implemented. The results of the research conclude that the sea side and land side strategies can be applied to Benoa Port, the initial development strategy that has the greatest potential to be implemented is wind energy and solar energy on the land side to support the implementation of green logistics in fulfilling the Port area's electrical energy, the implications of this research will have an impact on the development of green energy for other ports in Indonesia in accordance with the government's national energy policy.

Abstract

UPPKB is a place for weighing goods and transportation services to control the cargo of goods transported. This study aims to determine the level of performance and satisfaction with UPPKB Choke services. Performance measures a person's ability and expertise to understand the main tasks and functions in the work undertaken. At the same time, customer satisfaction makes consumers feel satisfied because of the services provided. This study uses two methods to analyze the customer satisfaction index for the services offered: CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) and IPA (Index Performance Analysis). The results obtained are pretty satisfactory, with the CSI value at 65.98%, and the IPA analysis says that many attributes still need improvement. Therefore, the Cekik UPPKB should improve services starting from the prioritized order so that in the future, the Cekik UPPKB service can be better, and the services provided can be improved. ABSTRAK UPPKB (Unit Pelaksana Penimbangan Kendaraan Bermotor) merupakan salah satu tempat pelayanan penimbangan angkutan barang sebagai alat pengawasan muatan angkutan barang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur tingkat kinerja pelayanan di UPPKB (Unit Pelaksana Penimbangan Kendaraan Bermotor) Cekik. Kinerja merupakan hal untuk mengukur suatu kemampuan dan keahlian seseorang untuk memahami tugas pokok dan fungsi dalam pekerjaan yang dijalani. Sedangkan kepuasan pelanggan adalah suatu hal yang membuat konsumen merasa puas dikarenakan pelayanan yang diberikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan dua metode analisis diantaranya indeks kepuasan pelanggan terhadap jasa yang diberikan menggunakan CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) dan IPA (Index Performance Analysis). Hasil perolehan dari analisis yaitu cukup puas, dimana nilai CSInya yaitu 65,98% dan perolehan analisis IPA mengatakan bahwa masih banyak atribut yang harus diperbaiki. Oleh karena itu, pihak UPPKB (Unit Pelaksana Penimbangan Kendaraan Bermotor) Cekik seharusnya memperbaiki pelayanan mulai dari urutan yang diprioritaskan agar kedepannya pelayanan UPPKB (Unit Pelaksana Penimbangan Kendaraan Bermotor) Cekik dapat lebih baik dan meningkatkan pelayanan yang diberikan.

Abstract

Agriculture is sector Which source nature for various human needs. Jatiluwih is red rice planting and production area in the Province of Bali. Distribution is the activity of distributing products from producers to consumers. The purpose this study is determine the routes and modes used transport red rice from five regions to Denpasar with more economical logistics costs using the Saving Matrix method and the QGIS Application, because the previous goods distribution channel was less effective and resulted in large logistics costs. So this research is useful for brown rice business actors in the Jatiluwih Region to distribute their processed products. After method saving matrix and the use of the QGIS application was successful in processing data, it can be concluded that this method resulted savings in terms of routes, time and logistics costs incurred in the goods distribution process carried out by business actors in the Jatiluwih Area. ABSTRAK Pertanian merupakan sektor yang digunakan sumber daya alamnya untuk berbagai keperluan manusia. Jatiluwih merupakan kawasan penanaman dan produksi beras merah yang terkenal di Provinsi Bali. Distribusi adalah aktivitas menyalurkan produk dari produsen sampai ke tangan konsumen. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu menentukan rute dan moda yang digunakan untuk mengangkut beras merah dari lima Kawasan ke Denpasar dengan biaya logistik yang lebih hemat menggunakan metode Saving Matrix dan Aplikasi QGIS, dikarenakan jalur distribusi barang sebelumnya kurang efektif dan menimbulkan biaya logistik yang besar. Sehingga penelitian ini bermanfaat bagi pelaku usaha beras merah di Kawasan Jatiluwih untuk mendistribusikan produk olahannya. Setelah metode saving matrix dan penggunaan aplikasi QGIS berhasil dijalankan dalam mengolah data, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa cara tersebut menghasilkan penghematan dari segi rute, waktu dan biaya logistik yang ditimbulkan dalam proses distribusi barang yang dilakukan oleh pelaku usaha di Kawasan Jatiluwih.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role and effectiveness of Perum Bulog in food distribution. Perum BULOG is one of the State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs) responsible for distributing strategic food such as rice, sugar, and cooking oil. Efficient and fair food distribution is an important challenge in achieving food security and community welfare. Good distribution channels and logistics strategies are needed because they are important in maintaining the smooth flow of goods from producers to consumers. This study uses quantitative and qualitative methods as research methods. The data generated from the survey will be quantitative and qualitative data presented in the form of data accumulation tables and averages of each survey question point and a description of qualitative data results. Analysis using Index Performance Analysis was conducted to provide some suggestions on the limitations of rice distribution that occurred at Perum Bulog Tabanan Regency. From the data obtained, it can be seen that the respondents, namely customers, have high expectations from all aspects that are the reference in the study. However, in reality, the facilities provided are far from customers' expectations, so there is a need for evaluation from Perum BULOG. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran dan efektivas Perum Bulog dalam pendistribusian pangan. Perum BULOG merupakan salah satu Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN) yang bertanggung jawab atas penyaluran pangan strategis seperti beras, gula dan minyak goreng. Pendistribusian pangan yang efesien dan adil merupakan satu tantangan penting dalam mencapai ketahanan pangan dan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Untuk mencapai hal tersebut diperlukan saluran distribusi yang baik dan strategi logistic karena kedua hal tersebut memainkan peran yang penting dalam menajaga kelancaran aliran barang dari produsen ke konsumen. Studi ini menggunakan metode Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan kualitatif sebagai metode penelitian. Data yang dihasilkan dari survey akan berupa data kuantitatif dan kualitatif yang tersaji berupa tabel akumulasi data dan rata rata dari setiap point pertanyaan survey dan deskripsi hasil data kualitatif. Analisis menggunakan Index Perfomance Analysis dilakukan untuk memberikan beberapa saran tentang keterbatasan pendistribusian beras yang terjadi di Perum Bulog Kabupaten Tabanan. Dari hasil data yang didapat terlihat bahwa responden yaitu pelanggan memiliki harapan yang besar dari semua aspek yang menjadi acuan dalam penelitian. Namun pada kenyataannya fasilitas yang diberikan jauh dari harapkan pelanggan sehingga perlu adanya evaluasi dari Perum BULOG.

Abstract

The use of technology to reduce carbon emissions that support green tourism is electric vehicles, one of its advantages is that it does not produce exhaust emissions that can pollute the environment. The purpose of this research is to see the readiness of the Bali Provincial Government in preparing the engineering of the use of electric vehicles, especially infrastructure and technology to support green tourism and green energy. this research method is carried out using literacy study data collection techniques and data sources with secondary data types. The discussion in this study can be described qualitatively based on the results of data processing that has been collected previously. The implementation of the regulation has produced results but does not have a significant impact, because it only focuses on tourism areas in Denpasar City and Badung Regency, the main infrastructure in supporting electric vehicles is the availability of SPKLU in tourism areas, the use of electric buses can be further expanded and the route increased, thus increasing tourist interest in using these services. Further research can be carried out on how much exhaust emissions and air pollution decrease in tourism areas.

Abstract

Lubrication can be defined as the provision of lubricating materials to a machine that aims to prevent direct contact between moving surfaces. Viscosity is a very important property in lubricating oil. Sampling of engine oil was carried out on locomotives CC 206 13 18 and CC 206 13 45 at Depo Lokomotif Sidotopo Daop 8 Surabaya. Testing of engine oil samples was carried out at the ITS Surabaya Laboratory and PT Sucofindo Surabaya based on ASTM D 445-97, ASTM D 95-13, and ASTM D 482 standards. The results of the test will be compared with the locomotive engine oil eligibility limit standard. From the tests carried out, it was found that the oil in CC 206 13 18 produced a kinematic viscosity of 15.86 cSt, water contamination of 0.07%, and dissolved solid pollutants of 0.973%. CC 206 13 45 produces a kinematic viscosity of 15.38 cSt, water contamination of 0.06%, and dissolved solid pollutants of 0.917%. From the tests on the two locomotives, it was found that the kinematic viscosity, water contamination, and dissolved solid pollutants of engine oil CC 206 13 18 and CC 206 13 45 are still within the limits of feasibility. Kinematic viscosity can affect the maximum mileage of the locomotive. The result on CC 206 13 18 is 186,962 km and on CC 206 13 45 is 194,352 km. So the oil can still be used beyond the manufacturer's specified distance limit.

Abstract

Penertiban kendaraan travel ilegal adalah tantangan utama dalam transportasi umum, karena sering mengabaikan standar keselamatan berkendaran, khususnya bagi korban apabila terjadi kecelakaan dikarenakan penggunaannya akan menjadikan asuransi kecelakaan menjadi tidak aktif sehingga akan sangat merugikan jika terjadi sesuatu yang tidak diinginkan. Penelitian ini mengembangkan model integrasi sistem QR Code sebagai solusi untuk memitigasi kendaraan travel illegal. Sistem ini dirancang untuk memfasilitasi proses perizinan yang efisien dan transparan oleh pihak berwenang. Melalui sistem ini, kendaraan travel yang telah mendapatkan izin resmi akan diberikan QR Code yang mengandung informasi izin operasional. QR Code dapat dengan mudah diverifikasi melalui perangkat seluler, sehingga memungkinkan penegakan hukum yang efektif. Hasilnya, sistem QR Code dapat meningkatkan kepatuhan terhadap regulasi, mengurangi jumlah travel ilegal, memberikan kepastian hukum bagi operator resmi, dan meningkatkan kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap keamanan layanan. Dengan demikian, model integrasi sistem QR Code perizinan ini diharapkan menjadi langkah inovatif dalam upaya mitigasi penertiban travel ilegal.

Abstract

The existence of vehicles with excess loads and dimensions or called ODOL is a problem that public transport service providers often face. The author compiled this paper to find out indicators of the readiness of the logistics industry in supporting the Zero ODOL policy which will become effective in January 2023. By definition, overload is a condition when a vehicle carries a load that exceeds the specified load limit. While overdimension is a condition when the dimensions of the vehicle carrier do not match production standards and regulatory provisions. This study is a type of qualitative research with a discussion model in the form of data descriptions in verbal form. The data collection technique used is a literacy study derived from secondary data sources. The main focus to be built in this study is to find out the readiness of the logistics industry for implementing ODOL. Broadly speaking, ODOL is not only a transportation problem, but has spread to the socio-economic sector because this problem is prone to occur from upstream to downstream of the logistics process. ODOL causes a domino effect that causes losses of up to IDR 43 trillion every year. In order to realize this policy, readiness indicators are needed.
