Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji relevansi penilaian harga wajar saham dengan metode Discounted Cash Flow Model (DCF) dengan pendekatan valuasi Free Cash Flow to Equity (FCFE) dan metode relative valuation pada saham-saham yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Obyek penelitian pada karya tulis ini adalah saham-saham yang terdaftar pada IDX30. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa harga wajar saham IDX30 dengan metode relative valuation dengan pendekatan Price to Book Value (PBV) menghasilkan 6 saham perusahaan mengalami undervalued dan 24 saham mengalami overvalued dan dengan pendekatan Price Earning Ratio (PER) menghasilkan 12 saham mengalami undervalued dan 18 saham mengalami overvalued. Sedangkan dengan menggunakan metode Discounted Cash Flow Model dengan pendekatan Free Cash Flow to Equity menghasilkan 19 saham yang mengalami undervalued dan 11 saham yang mengalami overvalued.Kata Kunci : Valuasi, DCF, FCFE, Indeks IDX30, Relative valuation, Price to Book Value dan Price Earning Ratio

Abstract

This article discusses the concept of religious moderation in Islam by referring to the tafsir of the Al-Qur'an from the Ministry of Religious Affairs, and analyzes the action of the Grand Imam of Istiqlal Mosque, Nasaruddin Umar, who kissed the forehead of Pope Francis in the context of interfaith meetings. This research aims to explore the understanding of religious moderation based on the principles found in the Al-Qur'an, which emphasizes the importance of a middle ground, justice, and wisdom in interfaith interactions. Through a descriptive-analytical approach, this article examines how Nasaruddin Umar's action can be understood as a manifestation of moderation values, as well as his significant role as a religious leader in fostering harmonious relationships amidst diversity. The analysis results indicate that this action aligns with the teachings of the Al-Qur'an that encourage dialogue and cooperation among religions, while also emphasizing the necessity of maintaining unity and cohesion in a multicultural society. Thus, religious moderation is expected to be a solution for addressing conflicts and strengthening tolerance among adherents of various faiths.

Abstract

Pesatnya perkembangan Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di Indonesia menuntut pelaku usaha untuk memiliki keunggulan bersaing agar mampu bertahan dan berkembang. Keunggulan bersaing dapat dicapai melalui penerapan inovasi dan pengelolaan usaha yang berbeda dari pesaing. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi keunggulan bersaing pada usaha Selengek Crispy di Kabupaten Bengkulu Tengah. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Desember 2023 hingga Januari 2024 dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah accidental sampling dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 96 konsumen. Data dikumpulkan melalui data primer dan data sekunder, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan SPSS versi 25 meliputi uji validitas, reliabilitas, analisis deskriptif, regresi linier berganda, dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keunggulan bersaing usaha Selengek Crispy tergolong baik yang ditunjukkan oleh dimensi keunikan produk, kualitas produk, dan daya saing harga. Dimensi yang paling dominan dalam membentuk keunggulan bersaing adalah keunikan produk. Selain itu, faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keunggulan bersaing meliputi inovasi produk, harga, dan orientasi pasar.

Abstract

Maintaining a balance between religious rights and national commitment is a challenge for every Indonesian citizen. Therefore, religious moderation is an urgent means to realize the benefits of a harmonious, peaceful and tolerant religious and national life. The similarities in context regarding the concept of religious moderation in the Qur'an and the perspectives of wahdatul wujud theology and perennialism philosophy, which have differences and similarities in concept, form the basis of this study, leading the author to conduct a comparative analysis. This study aims to describe the idea of religious moderation as a basis for logical thinking and understanding religion in a universal, profound, and systematic manner. The objectives of this article are (1) to understand the concept of religious moderation from the perspective of the Qur'an and the perspectives of wahdatul wujud theology and perennialism philosophy, and (2) to compare the concept of religious moderation in the Qur'an and the perspectives of wahdatul wujud theology and perennialism philosophy. This study uses a library research method with comparative analysis techniques. The results of the study show that, basically, there are similarities and differences in the principles of constructing the values of religious moderation in the views of the Qur'an, Wahdatul Wujud theology and perennialism philosophy, which teach humans the importance of humanism, harmony (tolerance), appreciation and respect for others, national commitment, anti-violence, and accommodating local cultures. This is the meaning of religious moderation as part of the protection of religion (hifzh ad-dîn).

Abstract

This study aims to examine in depth the implementation of Good University Governance and its contribution to improving the quality of higher education. The research employs a Systematic Literature Review method with data sourced from journal articles published in the last five years. Data collection techniques include literature selection, extraction, and synthesis, while data analysis is carried out using thematic analysis and concept mapping. The synthesis results show that the implementation of GUG has a positive impact on improving accreditation, managerial performance, the quality of academic services, and stakeholder trust when supported by Internal Quality Assurance mechanisms, periodic audits, and the use of digital governance to strengthen information transparency and data-driven decision-making. Nevertheless, many institutions still face implementation challenges such as bureaucratic organizational culture, limited human resource capacity, weak institutional independence, and dependence on government regulations that frequently change.This SLR also confirms that the most effective implementation model is a hybrid model that integrates IQA, shared governance, and digital information systems holistically.

Abstract

The post-pandemic era has brought significant challenges and opportunities for micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia, particularly in terms of financial management, digital adaptation, and strategic orientation. This study examines the influence of financial literacy, digital innovation, and entrepreneurial orientation on MSME performance in the post-pandemic context. A quantitative research approach was employed, with data collected from 135 MSME owners and managers using a structured questionnaire measured on a Likert scale. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) version 25. The results indicate that financial literacy has a positive and significant effect on MSME performance, demonstrating the importance of sound financial knowledge and management skills in supporting business recovery. Digital innovation is found to have the strongest positive influence on performance, highlighting the critical role of digital technology adoption in enhancing competitiveness and market reach. Entrepreneurial orientation also shows a significant positive effect, emphasizing the importance of innovativeness, proactiveness, and risk-taking in navigating post-pandemic uncertainty. Simultaneously, financial literacy, digital innovation, and entrepreneurial orientation significantly explain variations in MSME performance. These findings suggest that strengthening internal capabilities through integrated financial education, digital capacity building, and entrepreneurship development is essential for improving MSME resilience and sustainable growth in Indonesia’s post-pandemic economy.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis lanskap penelitian kinerja keuangan dalam literatur Akuntansi Keuangan dan Manajemen Keuangan selama periode 2000–2026 menggunakan pendekatan bibliometrik. Data diperoleh dari database Scopus dan dianalisis dengan bantuan VOSviewer untuk mengidentifikasi pola kolaborasi penulis, pengaruh literatur melalui analisis sitasi, serta perkembangan tema penelitian melalui analisis keyword co-occurrence. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kinerja keuangan merupakan pusat utama dalam jaringan penelitian dengan keterkaitan yang kuat terhadap topik akuntansi, manajemen, dan ekonomi. Selain itu, terjadi pergeseran signifikan dari pendekatan tradisional berbasis pelaporan keuangan menuju pendekatan yang lebih integratif dengan memasukkan aspek manajerial, tata kelola, dan keberlanjutan. Analisis overlay mengindikasikan bahwa topik seperti sustainability, risk management, dan decision making menjadi tren penelitian terbaru, sementara analisis density menunjukkan bahwa financial performance, accounting, dan economics merupakan area dengan intensitas penelitian tertinggi. Studi ini memberikan kontribusi dalam memahami struktur intelektual dan arah perkembangan penelitian kinerja keuangan secara global serta membuka peluang bagi penelitian lanjutan yang lebih kontekstual dan multidimensional.

Abstract

This study explores the role of transformational leadership in enhancing educational quality. As ongoing educational reforms call for improved learning outcomes, school leadership becomes a critical driver of meaningful change. The research examines how the four dimensions of transformational leadership idealized influence, inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation, and individualized consideration contribute to teacher motivation, commitment, and professional growth. Using a systematic literature review that integrates national and international studies, the findings indicate that transformational leadership positively shapes teacher engagement and overall school climate. Idealized influence and inspirational motivation are particularly effective in fostering a supportive environment, whereas intellectual stimulation and individualized consideration show stronger effects when reinforced by adequate organizational structures and resources. The study concludes that effective school leadership requires not only the practice of transformational behaviors but also the cultivation of an organizational culture that promotes innovation and continuous professional development, highlighting the importance of proper training and resources for school leaders.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze competency-based human resource (HR) planning in educational institutions through a literature review, with a focus on the synchronization between organizational needs and educators' competencies. The method used is a systematic literature review of reputable national and international journal articles published within the last five years that are relevant to the research topic. The findings indicate that competency-based HR planning is a strategic process that emphasizes the alignment between organizational needs and the quality of educators' competencies, which include pedagogical, professional, social, and personal aspects, as well as the ability to adapt to technological developments. The needs of educational organizations for educators' competencies are dynamic, particularly in responding to the demands of digitalization and the improvement of educational quality. The synchronization between organizational needs and educators' competencies is a key factor that must be implemented in an integrated manner through policies, HR management systems, and continuous professional development. However, its implementation still faces various challenges, such as limited resources, competency gaps, and the suboptimal implementation of competency-based HR management systems. Therefore, systematic strategies are required, including strengthening continuous training, leveraging technology, and adopting adaptive and data-driven leadership. In conclusion, integrated and sustainable competency-based HR planning can enhance organizational effectiveness and improve the quality of education.
