Abstract

Abstract

Green technology has emerged as a critical field of research due to growing global concerns about climate change and environmental degradation. This study conducts a bibliometric analysis to explore research trends in green technology and their impact on the global economy. The analysis covers publications from 1981 to 2024 and reveals a significant increase in research output, particularly after 2000, driven by global efforts to promote sustainability. Key themes identified include green technology innovation, investment, green growth, and technical advancements in green chemistry and solvents. China and the United States lead in research output and international collaboration, highlighting the global nature of green technology research. However, challenges such as the high costs of green technology adoption and the need for more interdisciplinary research persist. This study concludes that while green technology research has made substantial progress, future efforts must focus on making these technologies more economically viable and accessible, particularly in developing regions.

Abstract

This article discusses the optimization of sinker electrical discharge machining (sinker EDM) processes using SPHC material that has been hardened. The sinker EDM method is widely employed, for example, in the production of moulds, dies, and automotive and aeronautical components. There is neither contact nor a cutting force between the electrode and the work material in sinker EDM. The disadvantage of the sinker EDM is its low material removal rate. This work aims to optimize the material removal rate (MRR) using graphene electrodes in a rectangular configuration. The SPHC material was selected to determine the optimum MRR model of the sinker EDM input parameter. The Taguchi experimental design was chosen. The Taguchi technique used three input parameters and three experimental levels. Pulse current (I), spark on time (Ton), and gap voltage were among the input parameters (Vg). The graphite rectangle was chosen as an electrode material. The input parameter effect was evaluated by S/N ratio analysis. The result showed that pulse current has the most significant impact on material removal rate in the initial study, followed by spark on time and gap voltage. All input parameters are directly proportional to the MRR. For optimal material removal rate, the third level of pulse current, spark on time, and gap voltage must be maintained. In addition, the proposed Taguchi optimization model could be applied to an existing workshop floor as a simple and practical electronic tool for predicting wear and future research.

Abstract

The study at hand intends to measure the contribution of strategic agility, dynamic capabilities, and business model innovation, as the main factors, to the sustainable performance of the Millennials or Gen Z led Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). The research is inspired by the digital economy where small and medium enterprises play an increasingly crucial role, and the youth entrepreneurs need to make their businesses survive in the tough and ever-changing market. The study is conducted using a quantitative explanatory method on a sample of 150 Generation Z MSMEs. Purposive sampling of factors like the time in business, the use of digital technology, and participation in business innovation was the sampling technique used. The questionnaire which was the research instrument underwent validation through item and total score correlation t-test and its reliability was determined by Cronbach's Alpha. Normality, heteroscedasticity, and multicollinearity were tested prior to regression analysis. Multiple linear regression analysis showed that all three independent variables had a positive and significant influence on business performance sustainability. The results of this study provide a substantial contribution to the strategic management of the young generation MSMEs literature. One of the research results is the practical application of the findings for Generation Z MSMEs in terms of their agility strategies, capability development, and business model innovation to ensure their long-term sustainability advice.

Abstract

In the current investigation, the researchers aim to examine the impact of psychological safety, right change management, and inclusive leadership on the resilience of employees in international firms. The need for this study arises from the global business environment, which is constantly changing and unpredictable, necessitating the employees to be highly resilient mentally. A quantitative explanatory approach was adopted in the research, and the data were obtained through a questionnaire administered to 180 employees in the Indonesian subsidiaries of international companies. The sampling technique applied in the data collection was purposive sampling. In addition, the data collected were analyzed using multiple linear regression after they had met the required conditions for validity, reliability, and classical assumptions. The findings indicate that psychological safety, change management effectiveness, and inclusive leadership positively and significantly influence employee resilience. One of the contributions of the research to the organization behavior literature is that it provides empirical evidence regarding the factors affecting employee resilience from the perspective of multinational corporations. The management can deduce the strategic implications of the study results in terms of the creation of a psychologically safe workplace, effective change management, and the application of inclusive leadership for the purpose of employee resilience and organizational sustainability enhancement.

Abstract

This study discusses the phenomenon of spring-back and spring-go in the bending kinematic forming using V-bending dies process and Electrolytic zinc-coated steel sheet (SECC/JIS G 3313) material. The zinc layer on the galvanized steel surface should not be damaged during the material forming process. The zinc layer on the galvanized steel sheet will affect the metal forming process. This study uses an experimental design with four input parameters, namely v-die opening L (mm), punch angle (degree), punch speed (mm/minutes), and bending force (kN). The smallest spring-back was obtained in the 4th test sample: the v-die opening of 35 mm, the punch angle of 40o, the punch speed of 30 mm/minute, and the bending force of 7.50 kN. The minor spring-back degree was 1.67o. Meanwhile, the smallest spring-go obtained in the second sample, namely the v-die opening of 30 mm, the punch angle of 50o, the punch speed of 40 mm/minute, and the bending force of 7.00 kN, the minor spring-go degree of 0.92o was obtained. These results show that the best spring-back degree for SECC/JIS G 3313 material is obtained when the bending process is performed with the v-die bending parameter of 30 mm, punch angle of 50o, punch speed of 40 mm/minute, and bending force of 7.00 kN.

Abstract

In the contemporary business landscape, organizations face unprecedented challenges that demand agile, data-driven decision-making processes. Human Resource Analytics (HRA) has emerged as a vital tool to enhance Evidence-Based Decision Making (EBDM) by leveraging workforce data to optimize talent management, employee performance, and organizational outcomes. This study systematically reviews empirical literature (2013–2024) and analyzes case studies to identify key HRA applications, including predictive analytics for workforce planning, employee engagement metrics, and diversity and inclusion analytics. Findings indicate that effective integration of HRA improves accuracy in talent acquisition, retention, and leadership development strategies, contributing to sustained competitive advantage. Nevertheless, barriers such as data privacy concerns, lack of analytics skills, and organizational resistance may limit successful implementation. The study underscores the importance of investing in advanced analytics capabilities, fostering a data-driven culture, and implementing ethical data governance to maximize HRA benefits, providing practical insights for HR practitioners and advancing the discourse on digital transformation in human resources.
