Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of democratic leadership style and leadership regeneration on employee performance at PT Harendong Green Farm Lebak-Banten. The method used in this research is descriptive and associative research with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique in this study used saturated sampling, the samples taken in this study were 30 employees. Data analysis techniques used validity and reliability tests, classic assumption tests, multiple linear regression including correlation coefficients, determination, research model testing and research hypothesis testing. The results of the study using the coefficient of determination test (R2) show that democratic leadership and regeneration of leadership affect employee performance by 35.28% while the remaining 64.72% is influenced by other factors outside of this study. Based on the multiple correlation coefficient test, it can be seen from the R value of 0.594 which means that there is a moderate relationship between democratic leadership and leadership regeneration on employee performance. The results of the F test, namely the value of Fcount 7.371> F table 3.340 indicates that Fcount is greater than Ftable. The variables of democratic leadership and leadership regeneration have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of profitability, company size and company growth in predicting financial distress in the property and real estate sub-sectors. The data was selected using a purposive sampling method and there were 10 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2020-2022 which were the research samples. This study uses the normality test, the coefficient of determination, the multiple correlation test, the f test and the T test. To analyze the data, the results indicate that the company's profitability and growth have an influence on financial distress. Meanwhile, Company Size has no effect on Financial Distress.

Abstract

Effevtiveness within the scope of the organization or company is generally associated with the implantation of activities aimed at promoting and developing the organization or campany. This study aims to determine the effect of digital innovation implementation and the work environment having an influence that can increase the work effectiveness of employee at PT. TIKI JNE. The research method used is quantitative research method and the sample technique used is saturated sample technique. Data were obtained through questionnaires which were distributed to 58 respondents who were employees of PT. TIKI JNE with Likert scale measurements. The results of the hypothesis test stated that the influence of digital innovation implementation had a positive and significant effect on employee work effectiveness. The results of hypothesis testing stated that work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee work effectiveness. Implementation of the application used is also very helpful for employees in managing work, especially regarding personnel administraton and the work environment that exist around employees greatly influence the work carried out on the effectiveness of employee work. Abstract

The development of the company PT Doosan Jaya Sukabumi increases the decrease in work ability or increase work in work ability not all employees need skills and conversely all employees do not all have great morale. Because this research has goals to be achieved as well. In this study to process data, the researchers used quantitative methods with associative approach, and researchers tested 100 respondents for the employees of PT. Doosan Jaya Sukabumi to produce data on the company. T-test results show the ability of work in this study was 9,280 with a significant value of 0,000, then a significant value of 0,000 <compared to 0.05, it can be concluded that the variable work ability increased positively on morale. at PT. Doosan Jaya Sukabumi.

Abstract

This study aims to understand and examine entrepreneurial interests in terms of entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurship motivation by measuring the influence of Organizational Culture on Employee Job Statisfaction at PT. Minu Garment Sukses, and to see how much influence the quality of organizational culture on job satisfaction on employees so that results can be seen from the interests of entrepreneurship in terms of entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurial motivation both partially and simultaneously. This research uses quantitative methods with simple linear regression analysis. Taking the population in this study are all employees at PT. Minu Garment Success. The sample in this study amounted to 100 employees through a questionnaire which became an instrument for data integration. The results of the study prove that organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction at PT. Minu Garment Success with a significant level of 43.5% and the remaining 56.5% is determined by other factors.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the description of non-physical work environment, work productivity, and employee performance at Mr. DIY Sukabumi City, to determine the effect of non-physical work environment on employee performance at Mr. DIY Sukabumi City, and to determine the effect of work productivity on employee performance at Mr. DIY Sukabumi City. The phenomenon that occurs in the performance of employees of Mr. DIY Sukabumi City is lacking in terms of employee work quality, namely the lack of employee ability in work. This problem is caused by one of the dimensions in the nonphysical work environment, namely leader attention and support. In this case, the leader does not give appreciation to the work of employees. Another cause is the ability which is one of the factors in work productivity, namely the lack of employee skills so that it cannot improve work efficiency and effectiveness. In this case, employees do not have sufficient knowledge about the products sold at Mr. DIY so that it affects employees in making sales. The methods used in this research are descriptive research methods and associative research methods with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used by researchers is a saturated sample technique, which is a total of 30 respondents. The data analysis technique used is the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis which includes the coefficient of determination, multiple correlation coefficients and partial tests (t test). The results showed that partially the non-physical work environment affects employee performance. Work productivity affects employee performance. The contribution of the influence of non-physical work environment variables and work productivity on employee performance is 76.3%. While the remaining 23.7% is influenced by other variables outside this regression equation or variables not examined.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui besarnya pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan demokratis dan pengawasan melekat terhadap efektivitas kerja karyawan karena berdasarkan dari hasil wawancara, ditemukan bahwa adanya penurunan terhadap efektivitas kerja karyawan dalam bekerja, banyaknya karyawan yang mengeluhkan mengenai gaya kepemimpinan demokratis, dan pengawasan melekat dari pimpinan yang tidak sesuai dengan harapan para karyawan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitupenelitian deskriptif dan asosiatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh , dan sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian ini yaitu sebanyak 84 orang karyawan .teknik analisis data menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, regresi linear berganda termasuk koefisien korelasi, determinasi, pengujian model penelitian dan pengujian hipotesis penelitian. Hasil penelitian menggunakan uji koefisien determinasi (r2) menunjukan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan demokratis dan pengawasan melekat terhadap efektivitas kerja karyawan sebesar 52% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 48% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain diluar penelitian ini. Berdasarkan uji koefisien korelasi ganda dapat dilihat dari nilai R sebesar 0,721 yang berarti terjadi hubungan yang kuat antara gaya kepemimpinan demokratis dan pengawasan melekat terhadap efektivitas kerja karyawan. Hasil dari uji f menunjukan bahwa nilai Fhitung 43,859>3,11 menunjukan bahwa Fhitung lebih besar dari Ftabel dengan nilai signifikasi 0,000 < 0,05. Variabel gaya kepemimpinan demokratis dan pengawasan melekat terhadap efektivitas kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap efektivitas kerja karyawan.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui besarnya pengaruh pelatihan kerja dan rotasi jabatan terhadap semangat kerja karyawan PT. Bank Mandiri KCP Cibadak. Metode yang digunaka dalam penelitian deskriptif dan asosiatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan sampling jenuh, sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 33 orang karyawan. Teknik analisis data dimulai dari penyusunan data, tabulasi data hingga tahap penggujian yaitu menggunakan uji validitas dan reliabilitas, regresi linear berganda termasuk koefisien korelasi, determinasi, uji hipotesis secara simultan (Uji F) dan uji hipotesis secara parsial (Uji T). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menggunakan uji koefisien determinasi (R2) menunjukan bahwa pelatihan kerja dan rotasi jabatan terhadap semangat kerja karyawan sebesar 93,5% sedangkan sisanya 06,5% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain diluar penelitian ini. Dan berdasarkan uji koefisen korelasi ganda dapat dilihat dari nilai R sebesar 0,935 yang berarti terjalin hubugan yang sangat kuat antara pelatihan kerja dan rotasi jabatan terhadap semangat kerja karyawan. Berdasarkan perhitungan uji F menunjukan bahwa nilai F hitung > F tabel 104,853>3,32 menunjukan bahwa Fhitung lebih besar dari F tabel. Variabel pelatihan kerja (X1) dan rotasi jabatan (X2) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap semangat kerja karyawan (Y). Kata Kunci : Pelatihan Kerja, Rotasi Jabatan, Semangat Kerja Karyawan

Abstract

Paid video service industry during the Covid-19 pandemic as the government advised the Large-Scale Social Restrictions (PSBB) for people to stay home that made them unable to go to cinema to watch films experience d a rapid rise. However, with the presences of more and more paid video apps competing in the market, the competitiveness has been getting tighter. Hence, an application named Viu has not always been the main choice for people that has led to the declining interest in the subscription of Viu application. The research was aimed at determining Perceived Quality and Perceived Value toward Intention to Subscribe on Viu Demand service of Viu application. The method applied in the research was quantitative method with causal-descriptive approaches. The technique of analysing data questionnaires. The technique of analysing data deployed was multiple linear regression analysis with the help os SPSS 26 software. The result of coefficient of determination test showhs that the value (R Square) obtained is amounted to 0.597, indicating that there is a relationship between Perceived Quality and Perceived Value towards Intention to Subscribe on Viu the video on demand application service by 59,7%, while the rest of 40,3% is determined by other variables not ecamined in the research. Perceived Quality (X1) influences Intention to Subscribe (Y) as proven by the value Tcount namely 2.529, largee than that of Ttable namely 1.65 With significance level of 0.12>0.05. Therefore, there is a significant influence from independent variable towards dependent variable
