Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of profitability, company size and company growth in predicting financial distress in the property and real estate sub-sectors. The data was selected using a purposive sampling method and there were 10 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2020-2022 which were the research samples. This study uses the normality test, the coefficient of determination, the multiple correlation test, the f test and the T test. To analyze the data, the results indicate that the company's profitability and growth have an influence on financial distress. Meanwhile, Company Size has no effect on Financial Distress.

Abstract

Research on the effect of profitability, investment decisions, funding decisions and dividend policy on firm value includes several objectives, namely: 1) Knowing the description of variable analysis of profitability, investment decisions, funding decisions, dividend policy and firm value in the property and real estate sector. 2) Knowing the effect between profitability on the value of companies incorporated in the property and real estate sector. 3) Knowing the effect between investment decisions on the value of companies incorporated in the property and real estate sector. 4) Knowing the effect between funding decisions on the value of companies incorporated in the property and real estate sector. 5) Knowing the effect between dividend policy on the value of companies incorporated in the property and real estate sector. The method used in this research is quantitative method with descriptive and associative approaches. The result of this study is that Pofitabilitas on Firm Value does not have a significant effect. Investment Decision on Company Value does not have a significant influence. Funding Decisions on Firm Value do not have a significant effect. Dividend Policy on Firm Value has a significant influence.

Abstract

The objectives of this study are 1) To determine the job characteristics, job stress and employee performance at PT Pegadaian Sukabumi.2) To determine whether job characteristics affect employee performance at PT. Pegadaian Sukabumi. 3) The research method used by researchers is quantitative research with a descriptive approach. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant influence between job characteristics on employee performance. And there is a positive and significant influence between Job Stress on Employee Performance.

Abstract

Industri kecantikan secara umum mengalami pertumbuhan pesat, didorog oleh perkembangan inovasi teknologi yang memenuhi kebutuhan konsumen dalam merawat dan meningkatkan penampilan diri. Inovasi ini mencakup berbagai produk kecantikan, termasuk perawatan tubuh yang semakin diminati. Peningkatan jumlah merek produk perawatan tubuh menyebabkan persaingan yang signifikan dalam menarik minat konsumen. Scarlett, sebagai salah satu brand produk perawatan tubuh, tidak selalu menjadi pilihan utama dalam pembelian online. Hal ini berdampak pada menurunnya minat pembelian impulsif terhadap produk perawatan tubuh scarlett di platform marketplace. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh mediasi kepercayaan merek dalam hubungan diskon terhadap pembelian impulsif secara online. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif asosiatif. Teknik sampel yang digunakan adalah probability sampling dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 200 konsumen body care scarlett di Kota Sukabumi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan bantuan software AMOS. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa scarlett berhasil membangun diskon, kepercayaan merek dan pembelian impulsif secara online yang baik di mata konsumen body care scarlett. Diskon berpengaruh langsung dan signifikan terhadap kepercayaan merek, kepercayaan merek berpengaruh langsung dan signifikan terhadap pembelian impulsif secara online dan kepercayaan merek memediasi secara efektif dalam hubungan diskon terhadap pembelian impulsif secara online. Pengaruh hubungan langsung diskon terhadap pembelian impulsif secara online lebih kecil dibandingkan dengan pengaruh tidak langsung. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa kepercayaan merek berperan sebagai mediator hubungan antara diskon terhadap pembelian impulsif secara online. The beauty industry in general is experiencing rapid growth, driven by the devoloment of technological innovations that meet consumer needs in caring for and improving their personal appearance. This innovation includes various beauty products, including body care which is increasingly in demand. The increase in the number of personal care product brands causes significant competition in attracting consumer interest and increases. Scarlett, as a body care product brand, is not always first choice for online purchasing. This has an impact on decreasing interest in online impulse buying of scarlett body care products on the marketplace platform. This research aims to determine the mediating influence of brand trust in the relationship between price discounts and online impulse buying. the research method used is a quantitative method whit an associative descriptive approach. The sampling technique used was probability sampling by distributing questionnaires to 200 scarlett body care consumers in sukabumi city. The data analysis technique uses structural equation modelling (SEM) with the help of AMOS software. The research results show that scarlett has succeeded in building price discount, brand trust and good online impulse buying in the eyes of scarlett body care consumers. Price discount have a direct and significant effect on brand trust, brand trust has a direct and significat effect on online impulse buying and brand trust mediates effectively in the relationship between price discounts and online impulse buying. The direct influence of price discount on online impulse buying is smaller than the indirect influence. Thus, it can be concluded that brand trust acts as a mediator in the relationship between price discount and online impulse buying.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of situational leadership on employee productivity with work environment as a mediating variable at PT Len Industri (Persero), a state-owned enterprise in the defense industry sector. The research method used is quantitative method with associative approach. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to employees of PT Len Industri (Persero). The research sample was taken using the slovin formula, with a total of 220 respondents. Data analysis was carried out using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the help of PLS version 3 software. The results showed that situational leadership has a significant influence on employee work productivity by 3.037. In addition, it was found that work environment acts as a significant mediating variable in the relationship between situational leadership and employee work productivity by 5.980. This means that effective situational leadership can increase employee work productivity directly, as well as through improving the quality of the work environment. This research provides a practical contribution for PT Len Industri (Persero) in implementing an adaptive leadership style and creating a conducive work environment to increase employee work productivity.

Abstract

The manufacturing industry sector is an industrial sector in Indonesia that is developing and contributes to the industry nationally, therefore companies engaged in this field must be able to face competition which is the impact of the growing industry. So that human resources are an important part of the company, if the human resources are lacking, the company's target in achieving its goals will not be carried out PT. ASTRA INTERNATIONAL Tbk Isuzu Sukabumi - Bogor. Tbk Sukbumi -Bogor is a company engaged in the automotive manufacturing industry that has problems with employee performance. This study aims to find out whether workload and green human resource management have an influence and impact on employee performance at PT. ASTRA INTERNATIONAL Tbk Isuzu Sukabumi - Bogor. The research method used is a quantitative method using descriptive and associative methods. The data source used by conducting interviews and distributing questionnaires as a tool in obtaining data and samples was used namely saturated sampling to 31 respondents of PT. ASTRA INTERNATIONAL Tbk Isuzu Sukabumi - Bogor by using a differential semantic measurement system. Then the data that has been obtained is carried out several tests such as validity and reality tests, then a classical assumption test is carried out, which is then analyzed with the help of SPPS 23 software to answer the hypothesis in this study. The results of the study show that there is a positive and significant influence between workload and green human resource management on employee performance and by reducing workload and implementing green human resource management can improve the performance of employees of PT. ASTRA INTERNATIONAL Tbk Isuzu Sukabumi - Bogor.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini yakni untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan internal dan lingkungan eksternal terhadap kinerja UMKM. Menggunakan metode deskriptif asosiatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dengan penentuan jumlah sampel menggunakan rumus slovin yang menghasilkan sebanyak 102 pelaku UMKM dijadikan sebagai responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji validitas, reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, koefisien korelasi berganda, koefisien korelasi determinasi, regresi linier berganda, dan uji hipotesis simultan (uji F) dan uji hipotesis parsial (uji T). Hasil pada penelitian ini, Uji F menunjukan bahwa Lingkungan Internal dan Lingkungan Eksternal berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja UMKM dengan nilai Fhitung 202,504 lebih besar dari F tabel 3,09. Kemudian hasil uji T, Lingkungan Internal secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Pemasaran dengan hasil Thitung > Ttabel yakni 8,340 > 1,660. Lingkungan Eksternal berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Pemasaran dengan nilai 5,927 > 1,000, sehingga dari keduanya menunjukan bahwa Lingkungan Internal berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Pemasaran dan Lingkungan Eksternal memiliki pengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pemasaran.

Abstract

PT Pegadaian Cibadak is a State-Owned Enterprise company engaged in financial institutions that provide credit to the public with movable goods as collateral. In this company there is an influence of locus of control on employee performance which causes a decrease in targets on employee performance, besides that there are several attitudes of leaders who feel unfair in terms of promotion and leaders also pay less attention to the conditions where employees work when working which causes a decrease in employee performance. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of locus of control, and leadership on employee performance. The research method used is an associative descriptive analysis method with a quantitative approach. The data collection techniques used are observation, interview, questionnaire, documentation, and literature study. The population in this study were employees of PT Pegadaian Cibadak with a sample size of 34 people using non-probability sampling techniques. Measurement in this study uses semantic differential. Furthermore, the data obtained with various tests to answer the hypothesis in this study. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant influence on the performance of employees.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of brand awareness and halal label on brand attitude of Wardah cosmetic customers in Sukabumi City. The method used is descriptive-analytical approach with quantitative research techniques. Data were collected through observation, interviews, questionnaires, literature study, and documentation, involving 94 respondents who are consumers of Wardah products. Data analysis used multiple correlation analysis and multiple linear regression, supported by partial (t-test) and simultaneous (f-test) significance tests with the help of SPSS 26 software. The results showed that there is a strong relationship between brand awareness and halal labeling on brand attitude, with a correlation value of 0.742. The contribution of the two variables in influencing brand attitude is 88.8%, while 11.2% is influenced by other variables not studied. The t-test reveals that both brand awareness and halal labeling partially have a positive and significant influence on brand attitude. In addition, the results of the f-test show that the two variables simultaneously significantly influence brand attitude

Abstract

Penelitian ini   bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran Perencanaan Strategis dan Lingkungan Eksternal terhadap Kinerja UMKM Makanan di Kota Sukabumi, mengetahui Perencaan Strategis terhadap Kinerja UMKM, Mengetahui Lingkungan Eksternal terhadap Kinerja UMKM. Metode penelitian ini yang digunakan adalah metode Deskriptif dan Asosiatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan non probability sampling dengan metode purposive sampling, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 40 pelaku UMKM dijadikan sebagai responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah teknik korelasi berganda, koefisien determinasi, regresi linier berganda dan uji hipotesis secara simultan (uji F) dan secara parsial (uji T). Hasil pada penelitian ini dengan menggunakan uji koefisien determinasi dilihat dari nilai (R Squire) bahwa pengaruh Perencanaan Strategis dan Lingkungan Eksternal terhadap Kinerja UMKM 0,775 sedangkan Perencanaan Strategis terhdap Kinerja umkm sebesar 0,718 Besarnya pengaruh Lingkungan Eksternal terhadap Kinerja UMKM Sebesar 0,743 pengaruh Perencanaan Strategis dan Lingkungan Eksternal terhadap Kinerja UMKM 77,5% dan sisanya 2,25% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti. Dari hasil yang diperoleh dari uji hipotesis (uji F) terlihat bahwa Perencanaan Strategis berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja UMKM dan Lingkungan Eksternal berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja UMKM. Adapun hasil dari uji hipotesis secara parsial (uji T) menunjukkan Perencanaan Strategis berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja UMKM dan Lingkungan Eksternal memiliki pengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Kinerja UMKM.
