Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini yakni untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan internal dan lingkungan eksternal terhadap kinerja UMKM. Menggunakan metode deskriptif asosiatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dengan penentuan jumlah sampel menggunakan rumus slovin yang menghasilkan sebanyak 102 pelaku UMKM dijadikan sebagai responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji validitas, reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, koefisien korelasi berganda, koefisien korelasi determinasi, regresi linier berganda, dan uji hipotesis simultan (uji F) dan uji hipotesis parsial (uji T). Hasil pada penelitian ini, Uji F menunjukan bahwa Lingkungan Internal dan Lingkungan Eksternal berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja UMKM dengan nilai Fhitung 202,504 lebih besar dari F tabel 3,09. Kemudian hasil uji T, Lingkungan Internal secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Pemasaran dengan hasil Thitung > Ttabel yakni 8,340 > 1,660. Lingkungan Eksternal berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Pemasaran dengan nilai 5,927 > 1,000, sehingga dari keduanya menunjukan bahwa Lingkungan Internal berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Pemasaran dan Lingkungan Eksternal memiliki pengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pemasaran.

Abstract

PT Pegadaian Cibadak is a State-Owned Enterprise company engaged in financial institutions that provide credit to the public with movable goods as collateral. In this company there is an influence of locus of control on employee performance which causes a decrease in targets on employee performance, besides that there are several attitudes of leaders who feel unfair in terms of promotion and leaders also pay less attention to the conditions where employees work when working which causes a decrease in employee performance. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of locus of control, and leadership on employee performance. The research method used is an associative descriptive analysis method with a quantitative approach. The data collection techniques used are observation, interview, questionnaire, documentation, and literature study. The population in this study were employees of PT Pegadaian Cibadak with a sample size of 34 people using non-probability sampling techniques. Measurement in this study uses semantic differential. Furthermore, the data obtained with various tests to answer the hypothesis in this study. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant influence on the performance of employees.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of brand awareness and halal label on brand attitude of Wardah cosmetic customers in Sukabumi City. The method used is descriptive-analytical approach with quantitative research techniques. Data were collected through observation, interviews, questionnaires, literature study, and documentation, involving 94 respondents who are consumers of Wardah products. Data analysis used multiple correlation analysis and multiple linear regression, supported by partial (t-test) and simultaneous (f-test) significance tests with the help of SPSS 26 software. The results showed that there is a strong relationship between brand awareness and halal labeling on brand attitude, with a correlation value of 0.742. The contribution of the two variables in influencing brand attitude is 88.8%, while 11.2% is influenced by other variables not studied. The t-test reveals that both brand awareness and halal labeling partially have a positive and significant influence on brand attitude. In addition, the results of the f-test show that the two variables simultaneously significantly influence brand attitude

Abstract

Penelitian ini   bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran Perencanaan Strategis dan Lingkungan Eksternal terhadap Kinerja UMKM Makanan di Kota Sukabumi, mengetahui Perencaan Strategis terhadap Kinerja UMKM, Mengetahui Lingkungan Eksternal terhadap Kinerja UMKM. Metode penelitian ini yang digunakan adalah metode Deskriptif dan Asosiatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan non probability sampling dengan metode purposive sampling, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 40 pelaku UMKM dijadikan sebagai responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah teknik korelasi berganda, koefisien determinasi, regresi linier berganda dan uji hipotesis secara simultan (uji F) dan secara parsial (uji T). Hasil pada penelitian ini dengan menggunakan uji koefisien determinasi dilihat dari nilai (R Squire) bahwa pengaruh Perencanaan Strategis dan Lingkungan Eksternal terhadap Kinerja UMKM 0,775 sedangkan Perencanaan Strategis terhdap Kinerja umkm sebesar 0,718 Besarnya pengaruh Lingkungan Eksternal terhadap Kinerja UMKM Sebesar 0,743 pengaruh Perencanaan Strategis dan Lingkungan Eksternal terhadap Kinerja UMKM 77,5% dan sisanya 2,25% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti. Dari hasil yang diperoleh dari uji hipotesis (uji F) terlihat bahwa Perencanaan Strategis berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja UMKM dan Lingkungan Eksternal berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja UMKM. Adapun hasil dari uji hipotesis secara parsial (uji T) menunjukkan Perencanaan Strategis berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja UMKM dan Lingkungan Eksternal memiliki pengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Kinerja UMKM.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the effect of flexible working arrangements and direct supervision on employee work effectiveness. This research was carried out at PT. Ruang Raya Indonesia (Ruangguru) is part of the Field Education Consultant (FEC) Ruangguru region, West Jakarta - Tangerang. The method used in this research is descriptive and associative research with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique in this research used saturated sampling. The sample taken in this research was 60 employees. Data analysis techniques use validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression including correlation coefficients, coefficients of determination, research model testing and research hypothesis testing. The results of research using the coefficient of determination test (R2) show that flexible working arrangements and direct supervision on work effectiveness are 38.06% while the remaining 61.94% is influenced by other factors outside this research. Based on the multiple correlation coefficient test, the R value is 0.617, which means there is a strong relationship between flexible working arrangements and direct supervision on work effectiveness. The results of the F test are the value of Fcount 17.558 ≥ Ftable 3.15, indicating that Fcount is greater than Ftable. The flexible working arrangement variables and simultaneous direct supervision have a significant influence on the work effectiveness variable.   Keywords: Work Effectiveness, Flexible Work Arrangement, Direct Supervision

Abstract

This study was conducted to examine how the effect of sales growth, inventory turnover, net profit margin, and cash flow on financial distress. This study applies an associative quantitative method, with the targeted population consisting of all companies included in the retail subsector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) with a total of 45 companies. The sample was taken through purposive sampling method based on predetermined benchmarks, so that 39 companies were obtained as research samples. Data collection was carried out by utilizing secondary data sources through financial reports and literature studies. Data processing was carried out with IBM SPSS version 29 software, with the analysis techniques applied including classical assumption test, coefficient of determination, multiple linear regression, simultaneous significant test, and partial significant test. The results showed that simultaneously, the variables Sales Growth, Inventory Turnover, Net Profit Margin, and Cash Flow together significantly affect Financial Distress. As for partially, Sales Growth does not significantly affect Financial Distress, while Inventory Turnover, Net Profit Margin, and Cash Flow each significantly affect Financial Distress.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran iklim organisasi dan lingkungan kerja fisik dalam meningkatkan loyalitas karyawan pada PT. Agronesia Saripetojo Sukabumi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik survei, menggunakan kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 41 responden. Data dianalisis menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan iklim organisasi dan lingkungan kerja fisik berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas karyawan. Namun, secara parsial hanya variabel iklim organisasi yang berpengaruh signifikan, sedangkan lingkungan kerja fisik berpengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa loyalitas karyawan lebih dipengaruhi oleh faktor iklim organisasi yang mencakup komunikasi terbuka, dukungan atasan, dan kejelasan peran. Meskipun lingkungan kerja fisik tidak berpengaruh signifikan, tetap diperlukan untuk menciptakan suasana kerja yang nyaman dan produktif. Dengan demikian, perusahaan perlu memperkuat iklim organisasi yang positif dan tetap memperhatikan kelayakan lingkungan kerja fisik guna meningkatkan loyalitas dan retensi karyawan secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence the workload and reward provision have on the performance of employees of PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia Kxp Cianjur. Respondents in this study were 40 people aimed at employees of PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia Kcp Cianjur. This research method uses a quantitative method with a descriptive and associative approach. In this study, a normality test, simultaneous statistical test (F test) and partial statistical test (T test) were carried out. The results of this study indicate that there is a simultaneous positive influence between Workload, Reward Provision and Employee Performance, with a result of 60,556> 2.84 which means that the F Calculation value is greater than the F Table. Meanwhile, partially Workload has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, this is evidenced by the value obtained from the T Calculation result which is 5,587 greater than the T Table which is 1,687, with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. And the provision of rewards has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, this is proven by the value obtained from the results of the T count, which is 5.109, which is greater than the T table, which is 1.687, with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of Brand Ambassadors on purchasing decisions for Ultra Milk UHT milk products with Brand Awareness as a mediating variable. The focus of this study is Ultra Milk consumers in Sukabumi City using quantitative approach and descriptive-verification method. Data were obtained from 200 respondents selected through purposive sampling technique and analyzed using AMOS 29 software. The results of data processing show that brand ambassadors have a significant effect on brand awareness (C.R = 4.282 > 1.65 with p-value = 0.000 < 0.05). Furthermore, brand ambassadors have a significant effect on purchase decisions (C.R = 2.977> 1.65 with a p-value = 0.003 <0.05). Then, brand awareness has a significant effect on purchase decisions (C.R = 5.412 > 1.65 with a p-value = 0.000 < 0.05). In addition, brand awareness acts as an effective mediator in the relationship between brand ambassadors and purchase decisions (sobel test = 3.338> 1.65 with p-value= 0.000< 0.05). Thus, brand awareness is able to bridge the influence of brand ambassadors on purchase decisions among Ultra Milk consumers in Sukabumi City.
