The research was aimed at finding out whether Job Placement and Career Development would have an influence towards Employee Work Behaviour at BANK BJB branch of Palabuhan Ratu. The research method applied was quantitative method with descriptive and associative approaches. Samples in the research were amounted to 50 respondents who were the employees of Bank BJB branch of Palabuhan Ratu, obtained by means of saturated sampling technique and Likert measurement system. The data acquired were then analysed by various tests in order to answer research hypothesis. Conducted in the research were Normality Test, Simultaneous Statistical Test (F-Test), and Partial Statistical Test (T-Test). The results of the research show that the value of F-Count is namely 76.288 > F-Table which is namely 3.195. Therefore, it can be deduced that there is a significant influence from variables X1 and X2 towards Y. Partially, the significance level acquired is amounted to 0.000 < 0.05 because T-Count is amounted to 9.329 > T-Table which is amounted to 1.677; hence, H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected, indicating that there is a positive and significant influence from Job Placement (X1) towards Work Behaviour (Y). Also partially, the significance level acquired is 0.000 < 0.05 because T-Count obtained is namely 7.222 > T-Table which is amounted to 1.677; hence, H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected, indicating that there is a positive and significant influence from Career Development (X2) towards Work Behaviour (Y). The fashion industry in Indonesia has experienced very rapid growth. Fashion is something that makes someone always want to change their appearance. Public awareness in seeking information about international fashion is one of the development factors in the fashion industry. The increasing human lifestyle poses a challenge to the fashion industry to always create new innovations. Because at this time the fashion industry is experiencing a fairly rapid increase, ranging from local to international brands and various models. The purpose of this study was to determine the mediating effect of Luxury Brand Perception in the relationship between Luxury Brand Perception and Purchase Intention. The research method used in this research is quantitative research with a descriptive and causal approach. The sample technique used is probability sampling by distributing questionnaires to 250 residents of Sukabumi City. The data analysis technique used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the help of AMOS version 24 software. The results of this study indicate that H&M's fashion products have succeeded in building good luxury brand perception, social influence, and purchase intention in the eyes of the people of Sukabumi City. Luxur brand perception has a significant positive effect on social influence of 10,106, social influence has a positive and significant effect on purchase intention of 5,929 and social influence mediates the relationship between luxury brand perception and purchase intention of 6,929. So it can be concluded that social influence acts as a mediator of the relationship between luxury brand perception and purchase intention. The purpose of this study is to determine the picture of work discipline, direct supervision, and work effectiveness, to find out how much influence work discipline has on work effectiveness at PT. Bank Sinarmas Syariah Kcs. Sukabumi, and to find out how much influence direct supervision has on work effectiveness at PT. Bank Sinarmas Syariah Kcs. Sukabumi. The research method that researchers use is descriptive and associative research methods with a quantitative approach. The result of this study is the Implementation of Work Discipline in employees of PT. Bank Sinarmas Syariah Kcs. Sukabumi is already in the very high category. Direct supervision of PT. Bank Sinarmas Syariah Kcs. Sukabumi is in the very high category. Work effectiveness in employees of PT. Bank Sinarmas Syariah Kcs. Sukabumi is in the very good category. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, work discipline does not have a significant effect on the effectiveness of PT. Bank Sinarmas Syariah Kcs. Sukabumi. This is evidenced by t-count < t-table (0.295 < 2.04523). While direct supervision has a significant effect on the effectiveness of PT. Bank Sinarmas Syariah Kcs. Sukabumi. This is evidenced by t-calculate > t-table (4.606 > 2.04523).

Perkembangan pemasaran berbasis online yang saat ini terus mengalami peningkatan sehingga menyebabkan kemunculan berbaga macam marketplace. Hal ini memberikan dampak negatif terhadap marketplace Blibli yaitu penurunan terhadapa jumlah pembelian yang diakibatkan oleh kurangnya orang yang merekomendasikan marketplace Blibli kepada orang lain, menurunnya tingkat kepercayaan terhadap keamanan dalam berbelanja, fitur layanan yang masih di rasakan belum efektif dan efesien dan hal ini sehingga menimbukan juga kurangnya kenyamanan yang dirasakan oleh konsumen terhadap marketplace tersebut sehingga konsumen memberikan sikap yang kurang memuaskan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji dampak kemudahan penggunaan dan kepercayaan terhadap keputusan pembelian melalui sikap belanja online. Populasi dalam penelitian ini pada 23.147 mahasiswa di Kota Sukabumi dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 200 mahasiswa pengguna marketplace Blibli di Kota Sukabumi. Metode pengumpulan sample dengan menggunakan Cluster random sampling. Teknik analisis menggunakan teknik analisis menggunakan software AMOS. Temuan dalam penelitian ini kemudahan penggunaan terhadap keputusan pembelian yang dimediasi oleh sikap belanja online berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan. Sedangkan kepercayan terhadap keputusan pembelian melalui sikap belanja online berpengaruh positif dan signifikan. Oleh karena itu faktor yang mempengaruhi seseorang dalam melakukan keputusan pembelian yaitu kepercayaan, kemudahaan penggunaan dan sikap belanja online.

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of democratic leadership style and leadership regeneration on employee performance at PT Harendong Green Farm Lebak-Banten. The method used in this research is descriptive and associative research with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique in this study used saturated sampling, the samples taken in this study were 30 employees. Data analysis techniques used validity and reliability tests, classic assumption tests, multiple linear regression including correlation coefficients, determination, research model testing and research hypothesis testing. The results of the study using the coefficient of determination test (R2) show that democratic leadership and regeneration of leadership affect employee performance by 35.28% while the remaining 64.72% is influenced by other factors outside of this study. Based on the multiple correlation coefficient test, it can be seen from the R value of 0.594 which means that there is a moderate relationship between democratic leadership and leadership regeneration on employee performance. The results of the F test, namely the value of Fcount 7.371> F table 3.340 indicates that Fcount is greater than Ftable. The variables of democratic leadership and leadership regeneration have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This study aims to analyze the influence of profitability, company size and company growth in predicting financial distress in the property and real estate sub-sectors. The data was selected using a purposive sampling method and there were 10 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2020-2022 which were the research samples. This study uses the normality test, the coefficient of determination, the multiple correlation test, the f test and the T test. To analyze the data, the results indicate that the company's profitability and growth have an influence on financial distress. Meanwhile, Company Size has no effect on Financial Distress.

Effevtiveness within the scope of the organization or company is generally associated with the implantation of activities aimed at promoting and developing the organization or campany. This study aims to determine the effect of digital innovation implementation and the work environment having an influence that can increase the work effectiveness of employee at PT. TIKI JNE. The research method used is quantitative research method and the sample technique used is saturated sample technique. Data were obtained through questionnaires which were distributed to 58 respondents who were employees of PT. TIKI JNE with Likert scale measurements. The results of the hypothesis test stated that the influence of digital innovation implementation had a positive and significant effect on employee work effectiveness. The results of hypothesis testing stated that work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee work effectiveness. Implementation of the application used is also very helpful for employees in managing work, especially regarding personnel administraton and the work environment that exist around employees greatly influence the work carried out on the effectiveness of employee work. This study aims to understand and examine entrepreneurial interests in terms of entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurship motivation by measuring the influence of Organizational Culture on Employee Job Statisfaction at PT. Minu Garment Sukses, and to see how much influence the quality of organizational culture on job satisfaction on employees so that results can be seen from the interests of entrepreneurship in terms of entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurial motivation both partially and simultaneously. This research uses quantitative methods with simple linear regression analysis. Taking the population in this study are all employees at PT. Minu Garment Success. The sample in this study amounted to 100 employees through a questionnaire which became an instrument for data integration. The results of the study prove that organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction at PT. Minu Garment Success with a significant level of 43.5% and the remaining 56.5% is determined by other factors.

The purpose of this study was to determine the description of non-physical work environment, work productivity, and employee performance at Mr. DIY Sukabumi City, to determine the effect of non-physical work environment on employee performance at Mr. DIY Sukabumi City, and to determine the effect of work productivity on employee performance at Mr. DIY Sukabumi City. The phenomenon that occurs in the performance of employees of Mr. DIY Sukabumi City is lacking in terms of employee work quality, namely the lack of employee ability in work. This problem is caused by one of the dimensions in the nonphysical work environment, namely leader attention and support. In this case, the leader does not give appreciation to the work of employees. Another cause is the ability which is one of the factors in work productivity, namely the lack of employee skills so that it cannot improve work efficiency and effectiveness. In this case, employees do not have sufficient knowledge about the products sold at Mr. DIY so that it affects employees in making sales. The methods used in this research are descriptive research methods and associative research methods with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used by researchers is a saturated sample technique, which is a total of 30 respondents. The data analysis technique used is the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis which includes the coefficient of determination, multiple correlation coefficients and partial tests (t test). The results showed that partially the non-physical work environment affects employee performance. Work productivity affects employee performance. The contribution of the influence of non-physical work environment variables and work productivity on employee performance is 76.3%. While the remaining 23.7% is influenced by other variables outside this regression equation or variables not examined.
