Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence electronic word of mouth has on purchase intention through brand image as a mediating variable. The method used in this study is an associative method with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were Sukabumi City Residents, using the Cluster sampling method. This study was conducted by distributing online questionnaires to 125 respondents. The data analysis technique used in this study is Structural Equational Modeling (SEM) with the help of data processing using SmartPLS 3.2.9 software. The results of this study indicate that electronic word of mouth has a positive and significant effect on brand image, electronic word of mouth has a positive and significant effect on purchase intention, and brand image mediates positively and significantly the relationship is not effective between electronic word of mouth and purchase intention.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how much influence occupational health and safety (K3), work discipline has on the performance of PT employees. Bank Sinarmas Sukabumi City. The 40 respondents in this research were employees of PT. Bank Sinarmas Sukabumi City. This research method uses quantitative methods with descriptive and associative approaches. In the research, a normality test, a simultaneous statistical test (F test) and a partial statistical test (T test) were carried out. The results of the research show that there is a simultaneous positive influence between occupational health and safety (K3), work discipline and employee performance, with a result of 16,539 > 3.25, which means the calculated F value is greater than F Table. Meanwhile, partially, occupational health and safety (K3) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, this is proven by the value obtained from the T Calculation results, which is 2,021, which is greater than the T Table, which is 1,684, with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. And work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, this is proven by the value obtained from the T Calculation results, which is 5,747, which is greater than the T Table, which is 1,684, with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine organizational commitment and compensation on the work productivity of PT employees. Ideal Sukabumi Light Facility. This research uses associative descriptive research methods with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique uses a saturated sampling technique, namely the entire population is sampled, so that there are 74 PT employees. Ideal Sarana Cahaya Sukabumi was used as a respondent. The data analysis techniques used are validity, reliability, then classical assumption tests, multiple correlation coefficients, correlation coefficients of determination, multiple linear regression, and hypothesis testing consisting of simultaneous hypothesis testing (F test) and partial hypothesis testing (T test). The results of this research are, the F test shows that organizational commitment and compensation together have a significant effect on work productivity with an F value of 18,948 > F table 3,126. Then, the T test results of organizational commitment on work productivity with a calculated T value of 2,269 > T table 1,993 show that organizational commitment has an effect on work productivity, and the results of the compensation T test on work productivity with a calculated T value of 3,309 > T table 1,993 show that there is an influence from compensation to work productivity

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Compensation and managerial support on employee job satisfaction at CV. Indo Bata Beton. The method used is a quantitative approach, including several linear regression tests and classical assumption tests. The sample size consists of 36 respondents. Data collection was conducted through questionnaires distributed to respondents, using a Likert scale of 1-5. Data analysis was performed using SPSS 27 software. The results of the study show that Compensation has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction of employees at CV. Indo Bata Beton, both partially and simultaneously, while managerial support does not significantly affect job satisfaction. However, Compensation and Managerial Support can predict the level of job satisfaction.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe human relations, physical work environment, and work ethic. Then to analyze the effect of human relations, physical work environment on employee work ethic at Perumda Air Minum Tirta Jaya Mandiri Sukabumi Regency. This study uses associative research methods with a quantitative approach. The population is all employees of Perumda Air Minum Tirta Jaya Mandiri totaling 58 people using saturated sampling. The type of data used is primary and secondary data, the measurement of this study using a semantic differential scale. In this research analysis technique, namely using validity test, reliability test, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, research model testing (F test), and hypothesis testing (T test). Based on the results of the study, it is obtained that the relationship between the variables of Human Relations and the Physical Work Environment on Work Ethic is 0.874, including the criteria for a very strong relationship, the magnitude of the influence of Human Relations on Work Ethic is 0.667, and the magnitude of the influence of the Physical Work Environment on Work Ethic is 0.615 or 76.4% while the remaining 23.6% is influenced by other factors not included in this study.

Abstract

This study explores the relationship between career advancement opportunities, work-life balance (WLB) policies, and corporate financial performance, identifying how these factors drive employee motivation and engagement to enhance organizational outcomes. A systematic review was conducted, analyzing existing literature to synthesize findings on the impact of career development and WLB policies on employee well-being, retention, and organizational performance. The review integrates relevant theories, including Herzberg's Two-Factor Theory, Human Capital Theory, Conservation of Resources Theory, and Social Exchange Theory. The study reveals clear career advancement opportunities and supportive WLB policies significantly boost employee motivation and engagement. These factors enhance job satisfaction, reduce turnover, and improve organizational performance. The findings underscore the synergistic effect of combining career development with WLB policies, creating a positive work environment that attracts and retains high-quality talent. This alignment with established theories highlights the importance of intrinsic motivators and the need for a holistic approach to human resource management. The study provides practical insights for organizations to integrate career advancement and WLB policies into their strategic planning, fostering a culture that values employee development and well-being. This approach enhances employee satisfaction and retention and strengthens the organization's competitive edge. Future research should focus on exploring these dynamics across different industries and contexts, considering cultural and regional differences to optimize the effectiveness of these strategies.

Abstract

Abstrack :The purpose of this research paper is to implement a method of cost-based pricing on CV. Midi Sukabumi in determining the selling price Lidi Osyin Noodle. The analysis technique that used is  descriptive quantitative approach analysis technique used to analyze numbers using formulas and make descriptions systematically. the result of this research is determining the selling price on CV. Midi Sukabumi by using cost based pricing method are of two calculations, is cost plus pricing used to calculate the total cost of production and non-production process. And the second calculation is the calculation of mark up pricing used for reseller agents by adding a desired mark up on the purchase price of unity. Key Words : Full costing, cost based pricing, cost plus pricing, and mark up pricing

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujan untul menganalisis pengaruh financial technology terhadap impulsive buying dengan pengelolaan keuangan sebagai varaibel mediasi pada kalangan Gen Z di Kota Sukabumi. menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan teknik analisis Pasrtial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Data dikumpulkan dari 120 responden dengan metode simple random sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa financial technolohy berpengaruh signifikan terhadap impulsive buying. Financial technology juga memiliki pengaruh positif terhafap pengelolaan keuangan, namun pengelolaan keuangan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap impulsive buying dan tidak memediasi hubungan antara financial technology dan impulsive buying. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa kemudahan akses dan fitur dalam layanan fintech mendorong perilaku konsumsi spontan, sementara kontrol keuangan individu belum cukup untuk menghambat kecenderungan tersebut. Implikasi dari hasil ini menekankan perlunya edukasi literasi keuangan digital dan penguatan kontrol diri pada generasi Z.

Abstract

Fashion is an inseparable part of daily appearance and style and every country has its own fashion and fashion is able to change the country's economy. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of price perception on life style, to determine the effect of life style on purchasing decisions and to determine the effect of price perception in mediating the relationship between life style and purchasing decisions. The method used in this research is descriptive and associative method through quantitative approach. The population in this study were residents of Sukabumi City who use Uniqlo. The sample used in this study amounted to 200 people. The sample was taken based on Malhotra's theory, that a minimum communality of 0.5 must be estimated with a sample of at least 200. The research data used in this study include primary data and secondary data, namely observation, interviews, questionnaires, literature studies, and documentation. The results of this study Lifestyle has a direct and significant effect on price perception on Uniqlo users in Sukabumi City. Price perception has a direct and significant effect on purchasing decisions for Uniqlo users in Sukabumi City. Price perception mediates the relationship between lifestyle and purchasing decisions for Uniqlo users in Sukabumi City.

Abstract

Human resources are considered an important asset, therefore, companies must ensure the quality of sustainable work life and employee development so that they can contribute optimally in achieving company goals. This study aims to determine the effect of Leadership Development, and Work Commitment on employee performance and the effect of Work Commitment in mediating the relationship between Leadership Development and Employee Performance. The research method carried out is a quantitative research method with a causal descriptive approach. The object of this research is Leadership Development, Employee Performance and Work Commitment. The population in this study were employees of PT Pawnshop Sukabumi Branch. The sampling technique used was probability sampling technique of simple random sampling type so that a sample of 38 respondents was determined. The data collection technique used in this research is the distribution of questionnaires using google form. The data analysis technique used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using partial least square (PLS).
