Abstract

In the background here, the problem is that the dependent variable is employee performance and the independent variable is motivation. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of motivation on the employee performance of PT. Arta Boga Cemerlang Depo Sukabumi. This research uses quantitative methods. The population in this study was PT. Arta Boga Cemerlang Depo Sukabumi Employee and the sample used was 86 respondents. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis and the sampling technique used is the random sampling method. The results of this study indicate that motivation has a significant and positive influence on employee performance. The results of the T-test, namely the value of Tcount 3.276> 1.989 indicate that Tcount is greater than T-table and the results of the correlation in this study have a medium value of 0,692, so it can be concluded that the variable motivation influences employee performance.

Abstract

Organizational culture is something to pay attention to in a company because it can affect the quality of work of its employees. Quality employees can work well if a good culture is created and will infect other employees. This study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture on the quality of work of PT. Citra Van Titipan Kilat (TIKI) Sukabumi City. The method used in this research is the quantitative method, the population in this study were employees of PT. Citra Van Titipan Kilat (TIKI) Sukabumi City. A population of 57 respondents at PT. Citra Van Titipan Kilat (TIKI). The results of the f-test research on the organizational culture variable showed the calculated f value in this study was 7.234 with a significant value of 0.000, the significant value of 0.000 was smaller than 0.05 (0.000> 0.05). So it can be interpreted that the variable organizational culture has a positive effect on the quality of work for PT. Citra Van Titipan Kilat Sukabumi City.

Abstract

This study discusses the analysis of capital structures that measure profitability and solvability in cosmetic companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This research uses descriptive method, the data used secondary data consisting of financial statements of cosmetics companies for the period 2015 to 2017. Using horizontal analysis for capital structure, return on equity (ROE), debt to equity ratio (DER), long term debt to equity ratio (LTDtER) and uses industry standard averages. The results show that PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk can exceed the average value of the industry standard and the value generated for returns on equity, debt to equity ratio, and long-term debt to equity ratio the higher compared to other cosmetic companies. Companies with returns on equity, debt to equity ratios and long-term debt-to-equity ratios that obtain low scores are PT. Kino Indonesia Tbk and PT. Mustika Ratu Tbk because the value obtained cannot always be obtained by the industry standard average value. Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengukur kinerja keuangan perusahaan dengan rasio keuangan pada PT. Kimia Farma (persero) Tbk. Yang terdaftar di bei periode 2016-2018 dengan rasio rasio likuiditas menggunakan Current Rasio (CR) dan Quick Rasio (QR), rasio solvabilitas menggunakan Debt To Total Assets (DTAR) dan Debt To Total Equity (DTER), sedangkan rasio profitabilitas menggunakan Net Profit Margin (NPM) Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan metode pengambilan data menggunakan data sekunder yaitu studi pustaka dan dokumentasi laporan keuangan dari PT. Kimia Farma (persero) Tbk yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) dari periode 2016 – 2018. Hasil penelitian yang dihitung menggunakan likuiditas menunjukan perusahaan yang kurng baik dikarenakan penurunan di setiap tahunnya sedangkan solvabilitas menunjukan kenaikan setiap tahunnya yang dimana kurang baik bagi perusahaan karna karna berdampak pada pembayaran hutang dan profitabilitas menunjukan kenaikan dan penurunan yang tidak signifikan menandakan baik hal ini perusahaan mampu menghasilkan laba yang cukup baiksistem zonasi pada proses penerimaan peserta didik baru.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of e-service quality and consumer confidence on customer satisfaction. The use of the method in this study is to use a type of sampling included in the sample random sampling and by distributing questionnaires as many as 96 to consumers. The analysis technique used is multiple linear analysis techniques, and for hypothesis testing is a statistical test partial (t test) and simultaneous testing (f test). T test results show that e-service quality (X1) has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, consumer confidence (X2) has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Based on the F test the probability value sig 0,000 <0.10 which means that together e-service quality (X1) and consumer confidence (X2) significantly influence consumer satisfaction (Y). Conclusion, together e-service quality and consumer trust significantly influence consumer satisfaction Keywords: E-Service Quality, Consumer Trust, Consumer Satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Grover model that can predict Financial Distress in the property, real estate and construction sector companies listed on the IDX, namely PT. Alam Sutera Realty Tbk, PT. Cowell Development Tbk, PT. Intiland Development Tbk. This study uses descriptive analysis techniques with a quantitative approach to systematically describe predictions of Financial Distress of a company. The results showed that the three companies had a score of more than or equal to 0.01 (G 1 0.01) within 3 years with details, in 2015 PT. Alam Sutera Realty Tbk obtained a score of 0.430, 2016 obtained a score of 0.405, and in 2017 obtained a score of 0.473. PT. Cowell Development Tbk in 2015 obtained a score of 0.198, in 2016 obtained a score of 0.345, and in 2017 obtained a score of 0.368. while PT. Intiland Development Tbk in 2015 obtained a score of 0.661, 2016 obtained a score of 0.610, and in 2017 obtained a score of 0.554. Conclusions based on the results of the study show that the three companies did not experience Financial Distress because all company scores exceeded the score limit determined by the Grover model, in the sense that the company is in a healthy state. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh experiential marketing dan nilai pelanggan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada CV. Yukas Family Kabupaten Sukabumi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif asosiatif. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa berdasarkan garis kontinum, experiential marketing di CV. Yukas Family Kabupaten Sukabumi melalui dimensi sense, feel, think, act dan relate memiliki nilai yang tinggi dalam meningkatkan kepuasan konsumen. Nilai pelanggan berupa nilai emosional, nilai sosial, nilai kualitas dan nilai biaya sebagai dimensi memiliki garis kontinum yang berada pada kategori sedang. Kemudian kepuasan pelanggan berdasarkan dimensi kualitas produk, harga produk, kualitas layanan, emosi, biaya dan kenyamanan juga termasuk dalam kategori sedang. Simpulan, pelanggan merasa puas dengan penerapan experiential marketing, nilai pelanggan, kualitas produk, harga produk, kualitas layanan, emosi, biaya dan kenyamanan. Secara umum, experiential marketing dan nilai pelanggan memiliki pengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan di CV. Yukas Family di Kabupaten Sukabumi. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengukur pengaruh harga dan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada CV. Melati Putih Cake Cibadak. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen CV. Melati Putih Cake Cibadak. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dan asosiatif. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan jenis Simple Random Sampling yang termasuk dalam Propotional Sampling dengan melakukan penyebaran kuesioner sebanyak 100 kepada konsumen CV. Melati Putih Cake Cibadak. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa F hitung lebih besar dari F tabel (46,278 > 2,36). Simpulan, terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara harga dan keragaman produk terhadap keputusan pembelian. Kata Kunci: Harga, Keragaman Produk, Keputusan Pembelian

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to measure how much influence brand reputation and brand trust have in increasing customer loyalty of local cosmetic brand Emina Cosmetics in Sukabumi City. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative method and associative method with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique in this study used a non-probability sampling technique using purposive sampling involving 397 female respondents using Emina Cosmetics in Sukabumi City. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis which includes multiple correlation coefficient test, coefficient of determination test, simultaneous test (F test) and partial test (T test). Research result by using the F. test shows that the calculated F valueof 256.896 > F table 3.01 with sig level. 0.00 0 < 0.05 which means that Brand Reputation (X1) and Brand Trust (X2) simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty (Y). Furthermore, using the T-test shows that each t - value Brand Reputation (X1) and Brand Trust (X2) equal to 10.878, 11.330 > t table 1.97 with sig level. 0.00 0 < 0.05 which means that Brand Reputation (X1) and Brand Trust (X2) partially have a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty (Y).

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the uniqueness of the product and word of mouth towards purchasing decisions at the UMKM UMKM Sukugumi Sugema UMKM. The research method used by the authors in this study used a system of random sampling where the authors distributed questionnaires to 75 consumers. The analysis technique used by the writer is using multiple linear regression analysis techniques, multiple correlation coefficient and determination coefficient. And to test the hypothesis the author uses a partial statistical test (t test) and a simultaneous test (f test). The results of the study using the determination coefficient test shows the value (Adjuster R2) of 0.749 which means the influence of product uniqueness and word of mouth on purchasing decisions is 76% and 24% influenced by other factors not examined. In addition, testing multiple correlation coefficients shows an R value of 0.869, which means there is a strong relationship between product uniqueness and word of mouth towards purchasing decisions. Based on the results of the F test that has been done, the sig value is found. 0,000 <0,05. Conclusions, product uniqueness and word of mouth partially have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Keywords: Product Uniqueness, Word Of Mouth, Purchasing Decision.
