Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh experiential marketing dan nilai pelanggan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada CV. Yukas Family Kabupaten Sukabumi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif asosiatif. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa berdasarkan garis kontinum, experiential marketing di CV. Yukas Family Kabupaten Sukabumi melalui dimensi sense, feel, think, act dan relate memiliki nilai yang tinggi dalam meningkatkan kepuasan konsumen. Nilai pelanggan berupa nilai emosional, nilai sosial, nilai kualitas dan nilai biaya sebagai dimensi memiliki garis kontinum yang berada pada kategori sedang. Kemudian kepuasan pelanggan berdasarkan dimensi kualitas produk, harga produk, kualitas layanan, emosi, biaya dan kenyamanan juga termasuk dalam kategori sedang. Simpulan, pelanggan merasa puas dengan penerapan experiential marketing, nilai pelanggan, kualitas produk, harga produk, kualitas layanan, emosi, biaya dan kenyamanan. Secara umum, experiential marketing dan nilai pelanggan memiliki pengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan di CV. Yukas Family di Kabupaten Sukabumi. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengukur pengaruh harga dan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada CV. Melati Putih Cake Cibadak. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen CV. Melati Putih Cake Cibadak. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dan asosiatif. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan jenis Simple Random Sampling yang termasuk dalam Propotional Sampling dengan melakukan penyebaran kuesioner sebanyak 100 kepada konsumen CV. Melati Putih Cake Cibadak. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa F hitung lebih besar dari F tabel (46,278 > 2,36). Simpulan, terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara harga dan keragaman produk terhadap keputusan pembelian. Kata Kunci: Harga, Keragaman Produk, Keputusan Pembelian

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to measure how much influence brand reputation and brand trust have in increasing customer loyalty of local cosmetic brand Emina Cosmetics in Sukabumi City. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative method and associative method with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique in this study used a non-probability sampling technique using purposive sampling involving 397 female respondents using Emina Cosmetics in Sukabumi City. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis which includes multiple correlation coefficient test, coefficient of determination test, simultaneous test (F test) and partial test (T test). Research result by using the F. test shows that the calculated F valueof 256.896 > F table 3.01 with sig level. 0.00 0 < 0.05 which means that Brand Reputation (X1) and Brand Trust (X2) simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty (Y). Furthermore, using the T-test shows that each t - value Brand Reputation (X1) and Brand Trust (X2) equal to 10.878, 11.330 > t table 1.97 with sig level. 0.00 0 < 0.05 which means that Brand Reputation (X1) and Brand Trust (X2) partially have a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty (Y).

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the uniqueness of the product and word of mouth towards purchasing decisions at the UMKM UMKM Sukugumi Sugema UMKM. The research method used by the authors in this study used a system of random sampling where the authors distributed questionnaires to 75 consumers. The analysis technique used by the writer is using multiple linear regression analysis techniques, multiple correlation coefficient and determination coefficient. And to test the hypothesis the author uses a partial statistical test (t test) and a simultaneous test (f test). The results of the study using the determination coefficient test shows the value (Adjuster R2) of 0.749 which means the influence of product uniqueness and word of mouth on purchasing decisions is 76% and 24% influenced by other factors not examined. In addition, testing multiple correlation coefficients shows an R value of 0.869, which means there is a strong relationship between product uniqueness and word of mouth towards purchasing decisions. Based on the results of the F test that has been done, the sig value is found. 0,000 <0,05. Conclusions, product uniqueness and word of mouth partially have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Keywords: Product Uniqueness, Word Of Mouth, Purchasing Decision.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of fashion and lifestyle involvement on impulsive purchases of distro platt mars. The method in this study uses a type of probability sampling, including simple random sampling. The analysis technique used is the validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression analysis including the coefficient of determination test, multiple correlation coefficients, and testing the hypothesis using the test simultaneously (F test). The results of the test of the coefficient of determination seen from the value (Adjusted R2) of 0.325 can be interpreted that the influence of Fashion Involvement and Shopping Lifestyle on Impulsive Purchases is 32.5%. The remaining 67.5% is influenced by other factors outside this study. Based on the multiple correlation coefficient test seen from the R value of 0.582 shows that there is a strong relationship between fashion involvement and shopping lifestyle with impulsive purchases. Based on the F test the probability value sig. 0,000 <0.05. Conclusions, together with Fashion Involvement (X1) and Shopping Lifestyle (X2) significantly influence Impulsive Purchase (Y). Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Reward (variable X1) and Punishment (variable X2) on Employee Performance (variable Y). This research method is using descriptive method and associative method. Data collection techniques carried out by researchers in this study were through observation, questionnaire interviews, documentation and literature study. The data analysis technique starts from data compilation, data tabulation to the testing phase. The results showed that the calculation of data categorization found that the reward value of 322 was between the low and medium criteria. Meanwhile, the value of punishment of 848 is between the medium and high criteria. In conclusion, the reward given is still low, the punishment experienced by employees is not getting higher. The performance of employees at this company has been fairly good. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze raw material inventory control with the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method on CV. BJT with 47 Embroidery Sukabumi City. The research method used is descriptive quantitative to describe and describe the data. The data is processed using the EOQ method using the EOQ method to determine the total cost of inventory. The results show that there is a large difference if using the EOQ method, the savings are more efficient. The conclusion is that by applying the EOQ method, we can optimize raw material inventory by minimizing raw materials with increased inventory. Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengukur peran job insecurity dan job satisfaction terhadap komitmen organisasi karyawan pada PT. Doosan Jaya 3 Kabupaten Sukabumi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dan asosiatif. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan simple random sampling yang termasuk dalam propotional sampling dengan menyebarkan 100 kuesioner kepada karyawan bagian produksi PT. Doosan Jaya 3 di Kabupaten Sukabumi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa uji simultan job insecurity dan job satisfaction memperoleh signifikansi sebesar 0,000 (<0,05) dan nilai Fhitung sebesar 251,457 (>Ftabel = 2,36). Simpulan, job insecurity dan job satisfaction berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi. Kata Kunci: Job Insecurity, Job Satisfaction, Komitmen Organisasi

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to study the quality of service using the PLN Mobile Application in increasing customer satisfaction with quantitative methods at PT. PLN (Persero) Rayon Cikembar, Sukabumi Regency. The research method used is a quantitative method. The analysis technique used is the validity test, reliability test, simple linear regression analysis, including the coefficient of determination test and hypothesis testing using partial testing (t test). The results of the study, obtained an R number of 0.232 in the category 0.00 - 0.199, which means a low relationship between service quality and customer satisfaction. Conclusions, each Service Quality (X) variable in this study can represent each variable and can be used by future researchers. Keywords: Service Quality, Customer Satisfaction.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the role of work life balance (balance between life inside work and outside work) and non-physical work environment on employee performance in clothing industry companies. This research method is using descriptive and associative methods. The data analysis technique used is validity test, reliability test, multiple linear analysis, including coefficient of determination test, multiple correlation coefficient and hypothesis submission using simultaneous test (F test). The results showed that the coefficient of determination test (R2) Work Life Balance and Non-Physical Work Environment affected 34.9%, the remaining 65.1% was influenced by other factors outside the study. Based on the multiple correlation coefficient test, it can be seen from the R value of 0.591%. This indicates that there is a strong relationship between Work Life Balance and Non-Physical Work Environment on Employee Performance. Based on the F test, the probability value of Sig. 0.000 <0.05 which means that together the Work Life Balance and Non-Physical Work Environment. In conclusion, the variables of Work Life Balance and Non-Physical Work Environment have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT.
