Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze brand image and brand trust towards customer loyalty in PD. Ikram Nusa Persada, Sukabumi City, knows how the brand image of PD. Ikram Nusa Persada, Sukabumi City, knows how the brand believes in PD. Ikram Nusa Persada Kota Sukabumi, knowing how customer loyalty to PD. Ikram Nusa Persada, Sukabumi City, knows how much influence the brand image and brand trust have on customer loyalty in PD. Ikram Nusa Persada, Sukabumi City. The method used in this study is to use random sampling by distributing 66 questionnaires to PD customers. Ikram nusa persada. The results of the study show that the results of data analysis obtained in the brand image F test (X1) and brand confidence (X2) on customer loyalty (Y) show that the calculated Fcount value is greater than the Ftable value. Conclusions, the influence of brand image and customer loyalty on customer loyalty can positively and significantly affect customer loyalty PD dolphin stamp wax products. Ikram Nusa Persada. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out how effective and efficient the application of the Balanced Scorecard method to company performance at PTPN. The method used in this research is to use the Balanced Scorecard method. Type of quantitative descriptive research. Data collection techniques used by researchers in this research is through observation, interviews, documentation, and literature studies. The results of calculations using the customer retention formula with a percentage of the company's ability to retain old customers can be said to be less good. Conclusions, the application of the balanced scorecard method at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara VIII, Sukamaju plantation, is more comprehensive and measurable, so it is good and needs to implement company performance measurement using the balanced scorecard method. Because to make it easier for management to control and evaluate company performance so they can survive in business competition and design corporate strategies for the long term. Abstract

Village Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) is one of the business units managed by the village community as the spearhead of the welfare of the village community in the field of micro economics, the background of this research is due to almost every village, especially in Karangpapak Village, Cisolok Subdistrict, District Sukabumi, the organizational culture has not yet run both of these are seen in the management of BUMDes which when formed did not provide good performance and was not in accordance with Permendesa Number 4 of 2015 concerning Establishment, Management and Management, and Disbanding of Village-Owned Enterprises, the expected outcome of this research was the creation of the Karangpapak BUMDes Organizational Culture in accordance with what is expected by the village government and in accordance with existing regulations that serve as guidelines for regions and villages in the formation and management of BUMDes, the research method to be conducted is qualitative descriptive based on primary and secondary data consisting of 3 In forman namely Head Of Village, Director of BUMDes and Community Elements. Abstract

The aim this research is to know the influence of testimonial and brand image towards buying decision. The method of this research is using kind of samples including random samples and questionnaires to 200 consumers. The analytical technique, in here is multiple linear analysis technique, and for the hypotesis testing, we use statistic test partially (testing t) and simultaneous test (testing f). The reseacrh result for testing t indicates that both testimonial and brand image have significant influence towards buying decision. According to probability value of sig. 0,000 < 0,05 means that both testimonial and brand image have significant influence towards buying decision. According to the coefficient of determination test result of 0,354 can be interpreted that influence of testimonial and brand image towards buying decision is 35,4%. The rest of 64,6% were influenced by other factors that were not mentioned on this research. Keywords : Testimonial, Brand Image, Buying desicion

Abstract

Sumber daya manusia bagian terpenting dalam sebuah perusahaan, sehingga jika kurang sumber daya manusia maka segala sesuatu yang telah di targetkan perusahaan tidak akan terlaksana dengan baik. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui dan memahami analisis stres kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada CV. Kujang Marinas Utama Sukabumi. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriftif dan asosiatif serta menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sumber data yang digunakan dengan cara wawancara dan menyebar kuesioner sebagai alat untuk memperoleh data. Sampel yang digunakan 80 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan pada analisis stres kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata Kunci : Stres Kerja; Kinerja Karyawan

Abstract

This research was conducted to examine the effect of self-efficacy and emotional intelligence on employee performance at PT Perkebunan Nusantara VIII Kebun Cibungur Sukabumi. The method used in this research is an associative method with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were employees of PT Perkebunan Nusantara VIII Kebun Cibungur Sukabumi. The sampling technique used was the method of saturation sampling by distributing questionnaires to 47 employees of the engineering and processing division of PT Perkebunan Nusantara VIII Kebun Cibungur Sukabumi. The results prove that the f-count value is 20.683 (≥ f-table = 3.209) with a significance value of 0.000 (<0.05). So self-efficacy and emotional intelligence simultaneously have a significant positive effect on employee performance. The results also prove that the t-count value of self-efficacy is 3.200 (≥ t-table 2.014) and the t-value of emotional intelligence is 2.991 (≥ t-table 2.014). So it can be concluded that self-efficacy has a significant positive effect on employee performance and emotional intelligence has a significant positive effect on employee performance.Keywords: Self-Efficacy, Emotional Intelligence, Employee Performance

Abstract

Currently, the economy in Indonesia and even the whole world is experiencing a crisis and paralysis. This is due to the outbreak of the corona virus which is contagious and one of the industries affected is the Islamic banking industry in Indonesia, especially Islamic Commercial Banks (BUS). This study aims to determine the description of murabahah financing, musyarakah financing and non-performing financing on profitability, to determine the magnitude of the effect of murabahah financing, musyarakah financing and non-performing financing on profitability. The method used in this research is descriptive and associative method with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used using purposive sampling technique is to select samples with certain criteria based on the research objectives. Based on this technique, there are 11 samples of Islamic Commercial Banks (BUS) listed on the Indonesian stock exchange. Data analysis techniques for testing using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that murabahah financing had a positive and significant effect on profitability (ROA), musyarakah financing and non-performing financing (NPF) had a negative and significant effect on profitability (ROA) on BUS listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2020 period. Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence between soft skills and employee development variables on work quality. This study uses quantitative methods. The population in this study are employees of PT. Bakti Wira Karsa Sakti (Save on Department Stores and Wholesalers) and the sample used is 100 respondents. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis and the sample technique used is probability sampling. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously and partially the soft skills and employee development variables have a positive and significant influence. The results of the f test are known from the Fcount 59.275 > 3.08, indicating that the Fcount value is greater than Ftable and from the correlation results in this study, it has a strong and high value of 0.742. Meanwhile, from the results of the t-test value, namely Tcount 7.058 > 1.983, it shows that Tcount is greater than Ttable, so it can be concluded that the soft skills and employee development variables have an influence on work quality. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to measure how much influence product quality and brand trust have on brand loyalty. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with descriptive and associative methods. The population in this study were customers of PT. INSPIRA SNACK BARING CHIPS Sukabumi City and the sample used is 150 respondents. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression which in this method uses the partial influence method and the simultaneous effect and the sample technique used is saturated sampling. The results obtained indicate a positive and significant influence. The f test results show that the independent variables, namely product quality and brand trust, have a positive and significant influence on the dependent variable, namely brand loyalty. with a value of Fcount 104.097 > 3.06 Ftable. While the coefficient of determination (Adjusted R2) is 0.586, which means that the effect of product quality and brand trust on brand loyalty is 59% and the remaining 41% is influenced by other factors not examined. The results of the t test show that the product quality variable has a Tcount value of 6.841 > 1.976 T table and a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05, which means that there is a positive and significant effect between product quality on brand loyalty. Then the brand trust variable has a Tcount of 4.436 > 1.976 and a significant value of 0.000 <0.05, which means that there is a positive and significant influence between brand trust and brand loyalty. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to measure the effect of soft skills and work experience on the performance of cosmetics sales employees. The variables in this study are soft skills (X1) and work experience (X2), and employee performance (Y). This research uses a quantitative method with an associative approach, by distributing questionnaires to 30 respondents. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression seen from the R Square value of 0.880 which means that the influence of soft skills and work experience on the performance of cosmetics sales employees is 88% and the remaining 12% is influenced by other factors not present in this study. From the results of the correlation coefficient test, it can be seen that the R value shows a result of 0.938, which means there is a very strong relationship between soft skills and work experience on the performance of cosmetics sales employees. Soft skill variables affect the performance of cosmetics sales employees, and work experience variables affect the performance of cosmetics sales employees, and the two variables namely soft skills and work experience simultaneously affect the performance of cosmetics sales employees.
