The purpose of this study is to measure the effect of employee training and work ability on employee performance. The method used in this research is descriptive and associative methods with quantitative approaches. The sampling technique in this study uses non-probability sampling using a purposive sample or sample consideration / aims, and in this case only employees of the marketing department numbering 155 employees at PT. World Innovative Telecommunication Sukabumi Branch. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of the study, using the F test the probability value sig. 0.00 <0.05 which means that together employee training (X1) and work ability (X2) have a significant influence on employee performance (Y). While the t test shows that employee training (X1) has a significant influence on employee performance (Y) and work ability (X2) has a significant effect on employee performance (Y).

The purpose of this study is measure the influence of emotional value and quality of service on customer satisfaction in expedition service companies. The method used in this study is the use the type of sampling includes in the random sampling sample by distributing 206 questionnaires to consumers. The analysis technique using multiple linear regression analysis techniques, including test coefficient of determination, multiple correlation coefficient, simultaneous test (F test), and partial test (t test). The results of the test coefficient of determination seen from the value (adjusted R2) of 0.854 can be interpreted that the effect of Emotional Value and Service Quality on consumer satisfaction is 85.7%. The remaining 14.6% is influenced by other factors not explained in this study. Based on the multiple correlation coefficient test seen from the R value of 0.925, it shows that there is a very strong relationship between emotional value and service quality with customer satisfaction. Based on the F test the probability value sig. 0.00 <0.05, which means that together Emotional Value (X1) and Service Quality (X2) have a significant effect on customer satisfaction (Y). Based on the t test shows that Emotional Value (X1) does not have a significant effect on customer satisfaction (Y), Service Quality (X2) has a significant effect on customer satisfaction (Y).

This study aims to study the effect of green products and green brand awareness on green purchase intentions. The variables used in this study are green product (x1) and green brand awareness (x2) as the independent variable and green purchase intention (y) as the dependent variable. This research uses quantitative methods using associative methods. Using questionnaires distributed to 150 respondents. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results obtained show a significant significance between green products and green brand awareness of green purchase intentions based on the results of simultaneous and partial hypothesis testing.

This research was conducted at PT. Star Comgistic Indonesia Sukabumi Regency which aims to find out the role of promotion in the work productivity improvement. The samples used were as many as 90 people / respondents taken at random. Sources of data obtained were using interview techniques and questionnaires. The method used in this research is descriptive and associative by using a quantitative approach. The results of the t-test study on the promotion promotion variable showed the t-value in this study was 5.733 with a significant value of 0.000, a significant value of 0.000 was smaller than 0.05 (0.000 <0.05). So the results of this study indicate that the role of promotion in increasing work productivity has a positive and significant.

This study aims to understand and examine entrepreneurial interests in terms of entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurship motivation by measuring the influence of Organizational Culture on Employee Job Statisfaction at PT. Minu Garment Sukses, and to see how much influence the quality of organizational culture on job satisfaction on employees so that results can be seen from the interests of entrepreneurship in terms of entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurial motivation both partially and simultaneously. This research uses quantitative methods with simple linear regression analysis. Taking the population in this study are all employees at PT. Minu Garment Success. The sample in this study amounted to 100 employees through a questionnaire which became an instrument for data integration. The results of the study prove that organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction at PT. Minu Garment Success with a significant level of 43.5% and the remaining 56.5% is determined by other factors.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh perilaku individu terhadap semangat kerja karyawan di Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM) Tirta Bumi Wibawa Kota Sukabumi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan analisis regresi linear sederhana sebagai teknik analisis data dan menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Dengan jumlah reponden sebanyak 66 orang yaitu dengan survei pada Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM) Tirta Bumi Wibawa Kota Sukabumi. Hasil penelitian yang menunjukkan bahwa perilaku individu berpengaruh terhadap semangat kerja karyawan. Total pengaruhnya sebesar 75,7% Sedangkan sisanya sebesar 24,3% dipengaruhi oleh variabel yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Kata Kunci ; Perilaku Individu, Semangat Kerja

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengukur seberapa besar pengaruh social media marketing dan brand awareness terhadap brand commitment. Variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu social media marketing (X1), brand awareness (X2) dan brand commitment (Y). Adapun metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan non probability sampling dengan melakukan penyebaran kuesioner sebanyak 150 responden kepada konsumen banana kencana yang membeli melalui instagram. Terknik analisa data yang dugunakan yaitu regresi linear berganda dimana dalam metode ini menggunakan metode pengaruh secara parsial dan pengaruh secara simultan. Hasil yang didapatkan menunjukan adanya pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara social media marketing dan brand awareness terhadap brand commitment. Kata kunci : Social Media Marketing, Brand Awareness, Brand Commitment.

The company's stock price which always experiences a decline is the background of this research. This study aims to determine the effect of return on equity (ROE) and Weighted Average Cost of Capital (WACC) on firm value in the textile and garment sector which is listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This study using secondary data from is Financial statements of textile and garment companies from 2013 to 2018 obtained through the website Indonesia Stock Exchange. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression and data analysis using IBM Statistics 26. Based on the result of the analysis it can be concluded that return on equity and weighted average cost of capital has a significant effect on firm value with R2 equal to 0,329, which means the contribution of the independent variable to firm value by Price book value (PBV) in textile and garment companies is equal to 32,9 % and the remainder equal to 68,1 % can be explained by other variables outside this study, and based on the value of F with the values 6.606 shows that the simultaneous correlations of independent variables namely ROE and WACC with the dependant variable firm value.

In 2018 the banking sector experienced a very fast expansion resulting in a decrease in the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) at the level of 22.01% compared to 2017, namely 22.75%. Growth in risk-weighted assets (RWA) was the cause of the decline in the value of the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) which can be influenced by aspects of financial performance, one of which is the profitability aspect of Net Interest Margin (NIM) and Return On Assets (ROA). This study aims to determine the effect of Net Interest Margin (NIM), Return On Assets (ROA) on the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) in 31 private banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The method used is multiple linear regression analysis using IBM SPSS 24. Based on the results of the study showed a significant influence between Net Interest Margin (NIM), Return On Assets (ROA) on the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) together (simultaneously).
