Abstract

Islamic boarding schools, known as pesantren, play a crucial role in shaping the character and skills of their students. However, to achieve self-reliance and economic empowerment, pesantren need to develop community service programs that are oriented towards entrepreneurship. This article discusses a training program conducted at Fatahilah Islamic Boarding School with the aim of teaching students about environmentally friendly soap making using used cooking oil as a raw material. The training program aims to provide knowledge and skills to students in processing used cooking oil into economically valuable products. Additionally, the training program also aims to raise awareness about the importance of managing used cooking oil waste and its negative impact on the environment. The article will cover the training methods, the topics taught, and the outcomes achieved after the training. The results of this training program are expected to provide business opportunities for students to produce and sell soap made from used cooking oil, thus increasing their income and reducing environmental pollution caused bywaste

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of perceptions and attitudes on halal tourism literacy which is mediated by interest in visiting halal tourist destinations. This research uses a quantitative approach design with the Partial Least Square/PLS-SEM method, namely analysis used to develop or predict an existing theory. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires online and offline to visitors to tourist destinations in the Depok City Area as a satellite city of Indonesia. The population in this study were all visitors to halal tourist destinations under the guidance of the Depok City government, with samples selected using purposive sampling techniques. The number of research samples used was 101 people. The research results show that people's perceptions, attitudes and interest in halal tourism have a positive influence on halal tourism literacy. People's perceptions and attitudes towards halal tourism can each have a direct or indirect influence on halal tourism literacy and interest in halal tourism.

Abstract

Information technology has increasingly developed recently. The impact of developments in the transportation sector is also felt with the emergence of online-based transportation service businesses, one of which is Grab. This research aims to see the significant effect of price, promotion, and e-service quality on consumer repurchase interest in the Grab Application. In this research, the population that will be used is consumers who have used the Grab application and live in DKI Jakarta. The sample for this research was determined using a non-probability sampling method with a purposive sampling type with 100 respondents. Data collection is carried out via Google Forms. Data analysis was carried out using the PLS-SEM (Partial Least Square - Structural Equation Model) method by carrying out convergent validity, discriminant validity, composite reliability, R Square, and t-test. The results of the data analysis show that price, promotion, and e-service quality have a positive and significant effect on consumer repurchase interest in the Grab Application. Thus, if prices, promotions, and service quality improve according to consumers, Grab customers' interest in making repeat purchases will increase. Kata kunci: E-Service Quality, Price, Repurchase Intention, Promotion, Online Transportation Abstrak Kemajuan teknologi informasi yang semakin berkembang ikut membawa perubahan dalam bidang transportasi. Banyak bermunculan bisnis jasa trasportasi berbasis online, salah satunya ialah Grab. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat apakah terdapat pengaruh harga, promosi dan e-service quality terhadap minat beli ulang konsumen pada Aplikasi Grab. Dalam penelitian ini, populasi yang akan digunakan adalah konsumen yang pernah menggunakan aplikasi Grab yang berdomisili di DKI Jakarta. Sampel penelitian ini ditentukan melalui metode non probability sampling dengan jenis purposive sampling dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 100 responden. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui Google Form. Analisis data dilakukan dengan metode PLS-SEM (Partial Least Square – Structural Equation Model) dengan melakukukan convergent validity, discriminant validity, composite reliability, R Square serta Uji-t. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa harga, promosi dan e-servoce quality berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli ulang konsumen pada Aplikasi Grab. Dengan demikian, jika harga, promosi, dan kualitas layanan semakin baik menurut konsumen, maka minat pelanggan Grab untuk melakukan pembelian berulang akan meningkat. Abstract

Household waste has become a serious global problem. However, the environmental impact of household waste is in the form of detergent waste, where the use of detergent sometimes exceeds the dosage, causing much more foam. The Lerak fruit is a natural ingredient that can be used as raw material for environmentally friendly soap. This community service aims to analyze the potential of lerak fruit as a raw material for environmentally friendly soap for Jagakarsa MSMEs. This PKM activity was carried out by providing outreach to the community in the Jagakarsa area with 13 participants. Therefore, the main aim of this community service activity is to provide knowledge and provide training on the use of environmentally friendly lerak soap to encourage the entrepreneurial spirit and skills of Jagakarsa MSME members. This activity is a real contribution to the independence and empowerment of Jagakarsa MSMEs. This community service also has a questionnaire and provides positive feedback for Jagakarsa MSMEs.ABSTRAKLimbah rumah tangga telah menjadi permasalahan global yang serius. Namun dampak lingkungan dari limbah rumah tangga berupa limbah detergen yang dimana penggunaan detergen terkadang melebihi takaran menimbulkan buih yang jauh lebih banyak. Adapun Buah Lerak yang merupakan bahan alami yang dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai bahan baku sabun ramah lingkungan. Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis potensi buah lerak sebagai bahan baku sabun ramah lingkungan pada UMKM Jagakarsa. Dalam kegiatan PKM ini dilakukan dengan melakukan penyuluhan kepada masyarakat di daerah Jagakarsa dengan peserta sebanyak 13 Orang. Oleh karena itu, tujuan utama dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan mengadakan pelatihan pemanfaatan sabun lerak ramah lingkungan untuk mendorong jiwa berwirausaha dan keterampilan para anggota UMKM Jagakarsa. Kegiatan ini sebagai kontribusi nyata dalam memandirikan dan memberdayakan para UMKM Jagakarsa. Pengabdian masyarakat ini juga memiliki kuesioner dan memberikan feedback yang positif bagi para UMKM Jagakarsa.

Abstract

Stock prices in the financial sector are a reflection of the company's performance fundamentals. This quantitative research was conducted with the aim of analyzing financial performance, namely Profitability, Solvency, and Liquidity, as well as the Exchange Rate to Stock Price. The object used in this study is companies engaged in the health sector indexed in IDXHEALTH for the period 2019 – 2022. The sample determination method used purposive sampling and obtained 12 company samples with an observation period of 4 years. The hypothesis in this study was tested with a significance level of 5% (0.05) using Panel Data Regression Analysis and the E-views 12 program. The results found in this study are that Liquidity has no effect on Stock Price, Solvency has no effect on Stock Price, Profitability has no effect on Stock Price, and Exchange Rate has no effect on Stock Price

Abstract

Sustainable business refers to business practices that pay attention to social and environmental impacts in addition to financial returns. This research was conducted in Depok, West Java, as a satellite city of Jakarta, with a focus on halal culinary development. The factors studied include Halal Certification, Halal Practice Compliance, Green Marketing, and Performance of Halal Culinary MSMEs. Halal Culinary MSMEs ensure that all processes and ingredients comply with Islamic sharia principles, important for consumer confidence and improving the performance of the halal industry. The research objective is to measure the performance of Culinary MSMEs through halal certification, halal practice compliance, and green marketing. The research method uses a quantitative descriptive approach with a questionnaire to MSME players in Depok and data analysis using SmartPLS. The results showed that halal certification and green marketing have a positive and significant effect on the performance of culinary MSMEs in Depok, while compliance with halal practices has a positive but insignificant effect. Recommendations include improving halal certification access and processes, education on halal practice compliance, and effective green marketing strategies to support sustainable halal culinary development.

Abstract

The use of digital wallets has become increasingly prevalent in various parts of the world, including Indonesia. People’s decisions to adopt digital wallet technology are influenced by several factors. This research aims to investigate the impact of performance expectations, effort expectations, and social influence on the behavioral intention to use digital wallets in Depok City. The method used is a descriptive associative method with a quantitative approach was employed in this study, and purposive sampling was used to select 120 respondents. The results of the study reveal that effort expectation and social influence have a significant positive effect on the behavioral intention to use digital wallets. Effort expectation refers to how easy and user-friendly the technology is perceived to be, while social influence pertains to the degree to which people are influenced by their social circles to adopt the technology. However, the study found that performance expectation, which relates to the perceived usefulness and advantages of digital wallets, did not have a significant impact on behavioral intention. This research contributes to the existing literature on technology adoption by highlighting the importance of user experience factors, such as effort expectation and social influence, in shaping consumers' behavioral intentions to use digital wallets. For practitioners, the findings suggest that efforts to increase the adoption of digital wallets should focus not only on enhancing the perceived usefulness of the technology but also on improving ease of use and leveraging social influence.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan edukasi dan pendampingan kepada UMKM di Pamulang terkait sertifikasi halal sebagai upaya meningkatkan daya saing di pasar global. Sosialisasi dan pendampingan dilakukan kepada 15 UMKM yang didominasi oleh sektor kuliner, mencakup aspek penting seperti urgensi, proses, dan regulasi sertifikasi halal. Kegiatan ini melibatkan Lembaga Pemeriksa Halal (LPH) dan menggunakan pendekatan pre-test serta post-test untuk mengukur tingkat pemahaman peserta. Hasilnya menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman terkait manfaat dan proses sertifikasi halal, dengan dampak positif terhadap kesadaran dan kesiapan UMKM dalam mengurus sertifikasi. Program ini tidak hanya membantu memenuhi aspek legal, tetapi juga meningkatkan kepercayaan konsumen, membuka peluang pasar lebih luas, dan memperkuat daya saing produk di pasar global. Keberhasilan program ini menjadi langkah awal untuk pengembangan kegiatan serupa dan pembentukan komunitas berbasis halal di masa mendatang.

Abstract

Pariwisata merupakan salah satu sektor yang sangat penting bagi perekonomian suatu daerah, termasuk Desa Wisata Margaluyu di Pangalengan, Kabupaten Bandung. Salah satu aspek krusial yang mendukung pariwisata adalah kuliner, karena makanan sering kali menjadi daya tarik utama bagi wisatawan. Dalam konteks global, termasuk di Indonesia yang mayoritas penduduknya beragama Islam, kehadiran kuliner halal menjadi semakin penting. Desa Margaluyu memiliki potensi wisata yang besar, namun kesadaran masyarakat terhadap pentingnya aspek halal masih perlu ditingkatkan untuk mendukung daya saing wisata dan kepercayaan konsumen. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran halal (halal awareness) dalam konsumsi dan produksi bagi pelaku Usaha Kecil dan Menengah (UKM). Sasaran program ini adalah para pelaku usaha kecil di Desa Margaluyu, termasuk pelaku usaha pengelola wisata. Metode yang digunakan meliputi sosialisasi dan pelatihan, yang terdiri dari beberapa tahapan: 1) Pemberian kuesioner pre test dan post test yaitu sebelum dan sesudah pelaksanaan edukasi dan sosialisasi untuk mengetahui tingkat literasi terkait produk halal dan sertifikasi halal; 2) Penyuluhan tentang pentingnya halal dan manfaatnya; 3) Pelatihan teknis tentang cara memastikan kehalalan produk; 4) Pemberian pendampingan dan konsultasi bagi UKM untuk memperoleh sertifikasi halal. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan tingkat pemahaman kesadaran halal 89,5% (post test) sebelumnya pre test (66,5%), konsumsi halal 89,5% (post test) sebelumnya  pre test (54,5%) dan pemahaman produk halal 88,5% sebelumnya (67,5%). Rekomendasi  agar program dapat dijalankan secara berkelanjutan untuk memastikan penerapan standar halal yang konsisten. Selain itu, perlu adanya dukungan dari pemerintah daerah, kerjasama antara masyarakat, dunia industri dan akademisi dalam keberlanjutan UKM.
