Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between cost of goods produced and profit expectations in influencing the determination of selling prices. This research uses a mix method approach. Research samples during 5 reporting periods with purposive sampling techniques. Secondary data as the primary source with time series data characteristics. A multiple linear regression model is selected and a model feasibility test is performed. Research findings, that the relationship between cost of goods produced and profit expectations can predict the determination of selling prices. The cost of goods produced and profit expectations have proven to have a positive and significant effect on determining selling prices, both individually and simultaneously. The implication, a selling pricing strategy requires complete cost information and the practice emphasizes conformity. Determination of selling prices as a determination of a strategy is quite complicated, the cost factor is not the only one considered. External factors beyond control remain the basis for consideration, as much as possible must be recognized to support the success of decision making on selling price strategies. The right conditions to increase or decrease the selling price of a product/service still require investigation. This can serve as a future research direction.

Abstract

Main Purpose - The research objectives are to examine the relationship between organizational factors and academic fraud behaviors, to investigate the relationship between academic fraud behaviors and academic integrity, and to identify the most effective strategies for promoting academic integrity and preventing academic fraud behaviors among accounting education students in the university.Method - The research used a cross-sectional survey that collected data from 104 students of accounting education study program as population who have attended the course ‘Accounting Information System’, and using random sampling, 82 students participated. The data were collected using structured questionnaires that measured the study's constructs. Partial Least Square (PLS) was used to analyze the quantitative data.Main Findings - Organizational factors have a significant negative effect on academic fraud behaviors. Academic fraud behaviors have a significant negative effect on academic integrity. Organizational factors have a direct and an indirect effect on academic integrity through academic fraud behaviors.Theory and Practical Implications - The finding could have important implications for the university as an educational institution seeking to prevent or address academic misconduct by focusing on improving its organizational factors. The solid organizational factors of the university can mainly prevent academic fraud behaviors for students and teaching staff, leading to acceptable academic integrity for the students and teaching staff. Novelty - This study provides novel insights into the relationship between organizational factors, academic fraud behaviors, and academic integrity in the context of accounting education students in higher education.

Abstract

Sektor Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) memiliki peran penting khususnya dalam perspektif kesempatan kerja dan sumber pendapatan bagi kelompok miskin, distribusi pendapatan dan pengurangan kemiskinan. Salah satu sektor UMKM yang sedai mengalami pertumbuhan yang positif yaitu industri kedai kopi. Dibalik pertumbuhan kedai kopi saat ini diimbangi juga dengan kegagalan yang dirasakan oleh banyaknya kedai kopi yang harus gulung tikar. Beberapa pengusaha yang tergabung dalam komunitas kedai kopi Subang Menyeduh turut mengalami kegagalan dalam bisnis kedai kopi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh pengaruh inovasi produk terhadap keberhasilan usaha, pengaruh jaringan bisnis terhadap keberhasilan usaha, pengaruh inovasi produk dan jaringan bisnis terhadap keberhasilan usaha. Upaya yang dilakukan untuk meningkatkan keberhasilan usaha pengusaha kedai kopi yang tergabung dalam komunitas Subang Menyeduh adalah dengan meningkatkan inovasi produk dan jaringan bisnis. Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah pengusaha kedai kopi yang tergabung dalam anggota komunitas Subang Menyeduh. Metode penelitian adalah kuantitatif dengan menggunakan teknik path analysis dengan jumlah sampel 40 pengusaha kedai kopi. Hasil temuan dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa inovasi produk dalam kategori tinggi dengan pengaruh terhadap keberhasilan usaha sebesar 0,691. Pengaruh jaringan bisnis sebesar 0,385 terhadap keberhasilan usaha yang berarti dalam kategori rendah. Pengaruh antara inovasi produk dan jaringan bisnis terhadap keberhasilan usaha sebesar 80,9% yang berarti pengaruhnya dalam kategori sangat kuat. Sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Proses terstruktur dan terencana diperlukan untuk membentuk niat kewirausahaan. Proses tersebut dikembangkan berdasarkan sejumlah asumsi mengenai individu dalam perspektif Theory of Planned Behavior. Tujuan penelitian menganalisis pengaruh pendidikan kewirausahaan terhadap entrepreneurial self-efficacy (ESE), sikap dan niat baik langsung maupun tidak langsung. Metode penelitian studi kausal melalui survei dengan kuesioner yang berisi pernyataan tertutup terhadap 200 mahasiswa yang dipilih secara acak. Analisis data menggunakan SEM dengan metode maximum likelihood estimation. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Pendidikan kewirausahaan mempengaruhi sikap dan niat berwirausaha melalui peningkatan entrepreneurial self-efficacy. Implikasi teoritis: Konsep Pendidikan kewirausahaan mengurangi adanya inkonsistensi sikap dan niat melalui pembentukan ESE. Proses pendidikan kewirausahaan perlu memperhatikan pengembangan ESE sebagai bagian dari upaya meningkatkan sikap kewirausahaan mahasiswa berdasarkan perspektif TPB

Abstract

Results of this research analysis, measure and find out about the Entrepreneurial Readiness of Aliyah students at MA Pesantren Tei-Multazam through influencing factors using 5 independent variables (personality perception, motivation, education, family, personal desires). The data used in this research is primary data obtained from questionnaires distributed to female students at the Aliyah madrasah school at the Tei-Multzam Islamic boarding school. This study had a population of 145 female students and a sample of 106 female students. The sampling technique in this research is Probability Sampling. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire, distribution of questionnaires using a questionnaire. Data analysis in this research uses Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The instruments distributed to the sample have been tested for validity and reliability. The results of this research show that: 1) Personality Perceptions influence entrepreneurial readiness, 2) Motivation has no influence on entrepreneurial readiness, 3) Education influences entrepreneurial readiness, 4) Personal desires influence entrepreneurial readiness and 5) Personal desires influence entrepreneurial readiness. The results of the implications of this research are 1) Personality perceptions have implications for entrepreneurial readiness, 2) Motivation has no implications for entrepreneurial readiness, 3) Education has implications for entrepreneurial readiness, 4) Personal desires have implications for entrepreneurial readiness, and 5) Personal desires have implications for entrepreneurial readiness

Abstract

This study aims to find out and analyze the main information, publication growth, the growth of this journal, growth based on institutions, researcher productivity, a publication based on the state, publication based on subjects, publications based on document types, thematics maps, network visualization, overlay visualization, density visualization, relationships between writers, dendrogram maps, and trend growth of keywords. The research uses the bibliometric method. Data collection by searching through the Scopus database with the keyword Islamic Consumer Behavior with Article Title Categories, Abstract, Keywords in the period 2006-2021. Data were analyzed by year, the author, the origin of the author, and the subject use of Microsoft Excel 2010. As for the map of publication development, it is analyzed using R-STUDIO software, and VosViewer. The results of research from this article itself found that the Malaysian state became the most contributing country related to the topic of Islamic consumer behavior with 89 most productive documents and writers on the topic of Islamic consumer behavior was Hanudin Amin from the Malaysian Sabah Universiti with 18 documents. The originality of this study is the first study of reviewing and mapping Islamic Consumer Behavior studies using bibliometric analysis, data used from year to year. All articles published in the journal have been reviewed in terms of methodology, state/state groups cases, and top tops/subtopics for future research. Abstract

Education is a conscious and planned effort to create a learning atmosphere and learning process so that students actively develop their potential to have religious spiritual strength, self-control, personality, intelligence, noble morals, and the skills needed by themselves, society, nation and state. The program of vocational secondary education is industrial work practice. Industrial work practice is an integral part of education that brings students into the real world. Social awareness is a student's ability to recognize other people or awareness to foster concern which can then show the ability to empathize with other people. This research uses a qualitative approach with a retrospective case study type of research at Rina Hasanah Vocational School, Pandeglang Regency, which allows for follow-up healing or improvement of a case (treatment) after the research finds the results, so that the researcher only provides input from the research results . This research aims to describe the objective conditions of students' level of independence, learning conditions for industrial work practices in schools, implementing industrial work practices to form responsible independence as an effort to increase social awareness, and knowing the effectiveness of industrial work practices for forming independence and responsibility for vocational school students in the Regency. Pandegalang. Industrial work practices have been implemented at Rina Hasanah Vocational School. By implementing industrial work practices, it is hoped that the school can produce quality graduates who are socially sensitive and have an independent and responsible spirit. The school has provided some support for this, including holding various training and orientation programs before industrial work practices begin.

Abstract

This research aims to conduct a bibliometric analysis of "entrepreneurial learning." Using VosViewer software, we analyzed publication data related to this topic, including keywords, affiliation, country, and subject area, from a Scopus database containing 48 documents. The analysis results reveal that "entrepreneurial learning" is a topic that continues to grow in academic literature, focusing on the role of learning in the context of entrepreneurship. The United States dominates in the number of publications, but significant global contributions come from the United Kingdom, Canada, and other countries. Diverse subject areas, such as business management, social sciences, and economics, are involved in this research, reflecting a multidisciplinary approach to understanding this topic. In addition to the main keywords, such as "entrepreneurship" and "learning," several other interesting keywords, such as "cognition" and "curricula," were also identified. This analysis provides an in-depth look at the dynamics and diversity in entrepreneurship research and entrepreneurial learning, which can guide better entrepreneurship research and practice in the future.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the trend of publications related to internships in student work readiness in the last three years after the Covid-19 pandemic. The database used is Scopus. The method used is bibliometric descriptive analysis. The research stages included identification, screening, eligibility assessment, and inclusion, resulting in 152 publications as final data. The research results show that the number of publications related to work readiness has increased in the last few years after the pandemic. Australia has a significant influence on research in this area compared to other countries. In the context of the COVID-19 pandemic which is also present in the data ("covid-19" and "pandemic"), it is important to understand how work readiness can change and adapt to changes in the world of work caused by crisis situations like this. In the educational context, “curriculum” and “higher education” are also relevant because they play an important role in preparing individuals for future employment. The importance of "leadership" and "learning" cannot be ignored in increasing work readiness, because leadership skills and the ability to continue learning are important aspects in achieving high work readiness. New themes that emerged in this research include leadership, transition, higher education, baccalaureate and pandemic. Thus, the topic of “work readiness” is not only important in the research context, but also has strong significance in understanding how individuals can be successful in the world of work and how education and training can be adapted to achieve this goal.

Abstract

Economic curriculum development is a crucial aspect in the effort to improve the quality of education and prepare future generations to face various challenges in the 21st century. A good curriculum is designed to achieve the desired cognitive, affective, and psychomotor educational goals. This study aims to identify publications related to economic curriculum development and describe the characteristics of this research. The bibliometric Analysis method was used in this research. The results showed that the number of publications containing economic curriculum development in the 21st Century increased yearly from 2015 to 2022 and decreased from 2023 to 2024. The number of documents that contain this is still relatively small, with two papers by Budiwati. At the same time, the authors with the most citations with two citations are Budiwati and Dahlan. INA-Rxiv holds the top position as the publisher with the most four documents. New themes that emerged in this field were "development", "learning" and "curriculum". AbstrakPengembangan kurikulum ekonomi merupakan aspek penting dalam upaya meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan dan mempersiapkan generasi mendatang untuk menghadapi berbagai tantangan di abad ke-21. Kurikulum yang baik dirancang untuk mencapai tujuan pendidikan yang diinginkan, baik dalam aspek kognitif, afektif, maupun psikomotor. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi publikasi yang terkait dengan pengembangan kurikulum ekonomi dan mendeskripsikan karakteristik penelitian tersebut. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Analisis Bibliometrik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa jumlah publikasi yang mengandung pengembangan kurikulum ekonomi di abad ke-21 mengalami peningkatan setiap tahun dari 2015 sampai tahun 2022, dan mengalami penurunan pada tahun 2023 sampai tahun 2024. Jumlah dokumen yang membahas topik ini masih relatif sedikit, dengan 2 dokumen yang ditulis oleh Budiwati, sedangkan penulis dengan kutipan terbanyak dengan 2 kutipan adalah Budiwati dan Dahlan. INA-Rxiv menempati posisi teratas sebagai penerbit dengan jumlah dokumen terbanyak, yaitu 4 dokumen. Tema baru yang muncul di bidang ini adalah "pengembangan", "pembelajaran", dan "kurikulum".Kata Kunci: analisis bibliometrik; kurikulum ekonomi; pengembangan kurikulum
