Abstract

This study aims to determine the description of social entrepreneurs and competitiveness. The design of this study was cross sectional using a descriptive approach and verification through quantitative methods. The unit of analysis is the entrepreneur of the MSME center Knitting Binong Jati, Bandung City, with 159 respondents. Questionnaires were used as research instruments to collect data from respondents. Based on the results of the study, the description of social entrepreneurs on the competitiveness of the survey at the SME center of Knitting Binong Jati, Bandung City was in the good category. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran social entrepreneur dan daya saing. Desain penelitian ini adalah cross sectional dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif dan verifikatif melalui metode kuantitatif. Unit analisisnya pengusaha sentra UMKM Rajut Binong Jati Kota Bandung sebanyak 159 responden. Kuesioner digunakan sebagai instrumen penelitian untuk mengumpulkan data dari responden. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian bahwa gambaran social entrepreneur terhadap daya saing survei pada sentra UMKM Rajut Binong Jati Kota Bandung berada pada kategori baik.

Abstract

This research uses quantitative methods. Data collection using a questionnaire in the form of google form. The sample technique used is a saturated sample of 94 employees. The data analysis technique used is path analysis with SPSS version 25.0 computer software. The results of the research show that (1) The social work environment is at a fairly conducive level, (2) The physical work environment is at a good level, (3) Job satisfaction is at a very high level. (4) Social work environment have an effect of 0,413, (5) Physical work environment have an effect of 0,476, (6) The influence of social work environment and physical work environment on job satisfaction is 70.4%. When viewed from the Guilford table the effect of social work environment and physical work environment on job satisfaction is an very strong calassification. From the research results of hypothesis testing, it can be seen that social work environment and physical work environment have an effect on job satisfaction

Abstract

This research aims to find out the description technology based training and entrepreneurial intention. The design of this study is cross sectional using an explanatory approach to surveys. The unit of analysis was 104 students of the class XII IOP (Instrumentation and Process Automation) at SMK Negeri 1 Cimahi. This research uses quantitative methods. With the data analysis technique used is a path analysis with SPSS computer software version 25.0. The results of the study can be known that 1) the description technolog-based training is in a effective category 2) the description of entrepreneurial intention is in a very high category, 3) the description of technology-based training has an influence of 45,2% on entrepreneurial intention. From the results of hypothetical testing research, it can be known that technology-based training have a significant effect on entrepreneurial intention.
