Abstract

Many members of the volleyball extracurricular at SMAN 1 Sindang, both the men's team and the women's team, do not master the basic top passing techniques. The aim of this research is to find out whether basketball media influences top passing skills in volleyball extracurriculars at SMAN 1 Sindang. This research uses a quantitative approach with experimental research methods. The sample in this study was all members of the volleyball extracurricular at SMAN 1 Sindang, totaling 22 people with the sampling technique used, namely using a total sampling technique. The form of research design used is a pre-experimental design with a one-group pretest-posttest design. The instrument used in this research was the Upper Passing Test (AAHPER face wall-volley test). Data analysis used the SPSS version 26 application. The results of the study showed that there was a significant influence which could be seen in the average results before treatment (treatment) and after treatment (treatment) which experienced a significant increase, namely the pretest mean of 43.18 to the posttest mean of 60. 00. Meanwhile, the calculation results of the Paired Sample T Test hypothesis test with the data obtained from this research is a sig (2-tailed) value of 0.000 < 0.05, meaning that there is a significant influence between the average value before treatment and the average value before treatment. average value after treatment. It can be concluded that basketball media can influence top passing skills in volleyball extracurriculars at SMAN 1 Sindang.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of implementing wall-pass training on improving the passing skills of futsal extracurricular participants at MAN 10 Jakarta. This research method uses a quantitative method with a pre-experimental approach and uses a One Group Pre-test Post-test Design research design to determine the differences before and after being given certain treatments. The sample used in this study used a total sampling technique and the samples taken were 20 people. Using basic movement assessment instruments as instruments in the study. The results of the normality test data processing produced a pretest significance of 0.085 while the posttest was 0.069. From these data it can be interpreted that the normality test is normally distributed, because the significance is> 0.05. Then a homogeneity test was carried out which produced a significance value of 0.451. From these data it can be interpreted that the homogeneity test is homogeneous. Then a Paired Sample T-test was carried out to determine the resulting effect with a value of 0.000. So, it can be said to have an effect because <0.05. This study found that basic passing technique skills (after using the application of the wallpass training method increased from the initial test). This shows that the implementation of wall pass training can improve basic passing technique skills in futsal extracurricular participants at one of the Islamic high schools in Joglo, West Jakarta.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the drill training method on underhand passing skills in volleyball extracurricular activities at SMPN 15 Jakarta. This study applies the pre-experiment method. Pre-experiment, in the context of quantitative research, is defined as a very complete research approach, where the method meets all the criteria for testing the relationship of cause and effect. In the context of this study, a quantitative approach is used to determine the effect of the drill training method on underhand passing skills in volleyball extracurricular activities at SMPN 15 Jakarta. drill training method. The average (mean) score of students during the pretest was 66.85, increasing to 81.38 in the posttest. This indicates an increase of 14.53 points. Second, the results of the normality test show that the pretest and posttest data are normally distributed with Shapiro–Wilk significance values ​​of 0.427 for the pretest and 0.056 for the posttest, respectively. Furthermore, the results of the homogeneity test using Levene's Test also showed that the data had the same variance or Third, the results of the paired t-test (Paired Sample T-Test) showed a significant difference between the pretest and posttest results with a calculated t value of 32.757 and a significance value (Sig. 2-tailed) of 0.000 (<0.05). Thus, it can be concluded that the null hypothesis (H₀) is rejected and the alternative hypothesis (H₁) is accepted to be homogeneous, with a significance value (Sig.) of 0.282 (>0.05). Overall, the results of this study prove that the drill training method has a significant effect on improving volleyball underhand passing skills. Thus, this training method can be used as an effective learning alternative for physical education teachers and extracurricular coaches to improve students' basic technical abilities, especially in volleyball.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to assess the level of confidence of athletes such as fast current slalom. This study uses the ex-post facto methodology. Purposive sampling was used to select 12 athletes consisting of 7 males and 5 females. The questionnaire used for data collection was given to rowing athletes such as heavy current slaloms. The self-confidence instrument is a method used to collect research data. The result is, of the 5 male athletes, the "high" group experienced the greatest growth, or 71%, and of the 5 female athletes, the "medium" category experienced the largest increase, or 100%. A lower percentage of the high category can be found in the very high category. This shows that both male and female athletes have a high level of confidence when competing, according to the data collected from the questionnaire. not too high and not too low. As a result, these athletes still have a reasonable level of confidence when competing.

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of the Peer Teaching model on the development of the underhand pass technique in volleyball for students at SMAN 1 Bungursari. Employing a quantitative approach with an experimental design utilizing a one-group pretest-posttest model, the research involved the X-2 class, consisting of 45 respondents, who were selected using the Total Sampling technique. Descriptive results indicated a significant increase in the volleyball underhand passing ability, evidenced by the mean score rising from 59 in the pretest to 76 in the posttest. Hypothesis testing, performed using the Paired Samples T Test, yielded a significance level of 0.000, which is less than the standard threshold of 0.05. This result confirms a statistically significant influence between the administered treatment and the learning outcomes. Therefore, it is concluded that the Peer Teaching learning method is proven effective in enhancing the underhand passing ability in volleyball among tenth grade students at SMAN 1 Bungursari.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of traditional games on the interest of taekwondo extracurricular participants at Yadika 13 Bekasi High School. The method used is experimental with a quantitative approach. The study population consisted of 30 students who were members of taekwondo extracurricular activities, which were taken using the total sampling technique. This research design uses a Pre-Experiment with a One-Group Pretest-Posttest model. The instrument used for data collection is a questionnaire of interest in practicing, with a Mean Pretest value of 79.90 and a Mean Posttest value of 82.07. Hypothesis testing using Paired Sample t-test gives a significance value (2-tailed) of 0.001 <0.005, indicating a significant influence between the values before and after treatment. Thus, it can be concluded that traditional games have a positive influence on interest in practicing in taekwondo extracurricular activities at Yadika 13 Bekasi High School.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan profil atlet dayung pelajar di Kabupaten Karawang ditinjau dari aspek fisik, teknik, dan psikologis. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan sampel sebanyak 40 atlet pelajar yang dipilih melalui purposive sampling. Instrumen penelitian meliputi tes fisik (tinggi badan, berat badan, kekuatan otot, daya tahan, dan kelentukan), observasi teknik dayung (catch, drive, finish, dan recovery), serta kuesioner psikologis (motivasi dan kepercayaan diri). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kondisi fisik atlet berada pada kategori cukup baik dengan kekuatan otot perut dan daya tahan aerobik yang menonjol, namun kekuatan otot lengan masih perlu ditingkatkan. Dari aspek teknik, fase catch dan finish tergolong baik, sementara fase recovery menjadi kelemahan utama yang memerlukan perhatian khusus. Secara psikologis, atlet memiliki motivasi yang tinggi dan tingkat kepercayaan diri cukup baik. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa profil atlet dayung pelajar Karawang sudah memadai untuk pengembangan lebih lanjut, namun pembinaan khusus terutama pada aspek teknik recovery dan kekuatan otot lengan perlu ditingkatkan.
