Abstract

This research is based on the importance of planning in the world of business, especially in terms of production which of course will not be separated from a considerable expense. With planning, the company can figure out the amount to be produced, whether it is too large or too low. If in production there are deviations from the predetermined plan, it will be costly to the company concerned and the use of high costs in the production stage will disserve to the company. This research is qualitative research that aims to find out and explain the planning carried out in the Furniture Business in 2021. The purpose of this study is to describe how the implementation of Furniture Business planning,increase production. The result of this research is that the Furniture Business in the production of goods has planned as before, it can be proven in 2021 in the sales budget for One Package of Living Room Chairs which will be carried out in 2021, with a sales plan of 47 units and a sales budget of Rp. 94.000.000. As for the wardrobe sales budget which will be carried out in 2021, with a sales plan of 43 units and a sales budget of Rp.38.700.000, based on estimation results using three production approaches, that emphasize the stability of production, prioritizing inventory stability, and the combination of inventory and production levels fluctuating at certain limits. Furniture business for the final result is still an optimum balance between the level of production and the supply of inventory levels

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate the inventory management practices utilized in household equipment stores located in Pasar Royal, Serang City, as well as the difficulties that store owners encounter when managing their inventory. This study used qualitative research methods, including conducting in-depth interviews, observing, and analyzing documents from within the store. The findings revealed that the retailers utilized various inventory management practices, ranging from straightforward to more organized approaches. Store owners must contend with several obstacles, including inaccurate demand predictions, supply uncertainty, and a need for more efficient inventory management systems. On the other hand, certain stores have implemented improvement strategies, such as Just-in-Time (JIT) methods and the utilization of inventory management software, which have accomplished the goal of increasing both the overall store performance and the operational efficiency of the store. This study emphasizes the importance of better inventory management practices in achieving efficiency transformation in home improvement stores

Abstract

This study aims to investigate global human resource management (HRM) strategies for addressing multicultural challenges in the digital era. The primary focus is how multinational corporations manage cultural diversity by leveraging digital technologies. To gather information from multinational corporations in Southeast Asia the research utilized a qualitative methodology that included semi-structured interviews, document analysis, and focus group discussions. The findings indicate that incorporating digital technologies, including performance management systems and cross-cultural communication tools, markedly enhances the efficacy of HRM by promoting collaboration and transparency. These technologies also enable cross-cultural training tailored to employees' cultural backgrounds, closing cultural gaps and increasing inclusivity. Policies supporting technology use in HRM include fair training and evaluation guidelines. The findings of this study offer new viewpoints on how technology-based and adaptable human resource management strategies can assist multinational corporations in addressing multicultural challenges in the digital era

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of agile performance management in global companies and startups in Indonesia in the digital era. The primary objective of this investigation is to determine the effects of agile methodology implementation on operational efficiency, employee satisfaction, flexibility, responsiveness, and responsiveness. Additionally, it will evaluate the obstacles encountered during the implementation process. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of agile increases the company's responsiveness to customer needs, with startups such as ABC Tech experiencing an increase of up to 30%. In addition, global companies such as PT. XYZ recorded an increase in operational efficiency of 20%. Implementing agile methodologies enhances employee satisfaction due to a more collaborative and transparent work environment. Factors that facilitate the successful implementation of agile methods encompass an innovative organizational culture, technological support, and sufficient human resource competencies. However, significant challenges include resistance to change and resource constraints, especially among senior employees. Based on the findings of this study, the success of agile implementation is highly dependent on the implementation of adaptive leadership and the support of organizational culture. Companies interested in implementing agile performance management to improve resource performance in the digital era can benefit from the insights provided by these findings
