Abstract

Pada tanggal 26 April 2018 Tim Dosen Universitas Multi Data Palembang berbagi pengetahuan melalui pengadaan pelatihan singkat untuk memperkenalkan dasar-dasar bahasa pemrograman C kepada para siswa SMK Negeri 4 Palembang sehingga dapat menambah pengetahuan para siswa berkaitan dengan bahasa pemrograman C di luar mata pelajaran dasar pemrograman yang telah mereka terima di kelas. Peserta pada kegiatan pelatihan ini adalah 31 siswa kelas X jurusan TKJ SMK Negeri 4 Palembang. Manfaat kegiatan pelatihan ini bagi peserta adalah para peserta dapat membuat project C baru menggunakan aplikasi dev C, menampilkan teks pada layar console, para peserta dapat mendeklarasikan variabel dan memberikan tipe data yang cocok untuk variabel tersebut serta dapat membuat program input output teks, bilangan bulat dan bilangan berkoma dan membuat program dengan operasi aritmatika.

Abstract

PT Tongkang Mas merupakan sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang kontruksi dan jasa sewa alat – alat berat. Perusahaan ini terletak di Jalan Taman Kenten Lrg Sebatok No.147 RT 01 RW 01 , Kota Palembang, Sumatera Selatan. PT Tongkang Mas ini telah berdiri sejak tahun 2007 – Sekarang. PT Tongkang Mas melayani berbagai macam bidang seperti Konstruksi, Excavation, Demolition dan berbagai alat berat lainnya. Selama ini PT Tongkang Mas kesulitanuntuk mengetahui pegawai kontrak yang terbaik untuk di panggil selanjutnya serta dapat membantu perusahaan dalam meningkatkan pelayanan yang baik dengan customer. Dengan adanya sistem yang akan dibuat oleh penulis yaitu sistem pendukung keputusan, sehingga pimpinan dapat terbantu untuk menentukan pemilihan pegawai kontrak yang terbaik sesuai dengan yang diharapkan. Penulis menggunakan metodologi RUP (Rational Unifed Process) yang dapat mendukung prosesmya pengulangan dalam pengembangan sofware. Dan metodeyang digunakan untuk melakukan proses pengambilan keputusan yaitu, menggunakan metode SAW (Simple Additive Weighting). Sistem yang ingin dibuat adalah sebuah website yang mampu untuk mengelola penilaian pegawai kontrak dengan kriteria yang akan ditetapkan.

Abstract

Penentuan sales terbaik tentunya membutuhkan kriteria-kriteria tertentu. di PT Jonathan Laskar Mandiri masih menggunakan perhitungan manual untuk memilih sales terbaik, sehingga dibutuhkan rancangan sistem secara otomatis untuk mempermudah perusahaan memilih sales terbaik secara sempurna. Dimana sistem ini nantinya juga akan menghasilkan sebuah output, berupa perangkingan yang tentunya akan berguna dan lebih akurat dalam menentukan sales terbaik. Metodologi yang dipergunakan untuk menciptakan sistem ini adalah metode RUP serta metode SPK yang dipergunakan ialah Simple Additive Weight (SAW). Sistem informasi yang akan dibangun berbasis web menggunakan menggunakan bahasa pemograman PHP dan menggunakan database MySQL. hasil dari sistem pendukung keputusan pada PT Jonathan Laskar Mandiri ini bisa membantu perusahaan menentukan sales terbaik.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem pendukung keputusan dalam menentukan karyawan terbaik pada PT Tiga Saudara Nusantara dengan menggunakan metode iterasi dan metode Weight Product. Metode iterasi digunakan dalam proses pengembangan sistem secara bertahap melalui tahapan perencanaan, identifikasi kebutuhan, analisis dan desain, implementasi, pengujian, serta evaluasi. Sementara itu, metode Weight Product diterapkan dalam proses pengambilan keputusan dengan menghitung nilai preferensi berdasarkan kriteria yang telah ditentukan dan bobot yang dinormalisasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan metode Weight Product dalam sistem pendukung keputusan mampu meningkatkan transparansi dan efisiensi dalam proses pemilihan karyawan terbaik. Analisis permasalahan menggunakan PIECES (Performance, Information, Economics, Control, Efficiency, dan Service) mengidentifikasi berbagai kendala dalam sistem penilaian karyawan sebelumnya, seperti kurangnya transparansi, ketidakefisienan dalam proses evaluasi, dan kemungkinan kesalahan dalam pemberian penghargaan. Implementasi sistem ini membantu mengurangi waktu yang dibutuhkan dalam proses penilaian dan meningkatkan keakuratan hasil evaluasi. Simpulan, sistem pendukung keputusan yang dikembangkan dapat diandalkan dalam menentukan karyawan terbaik di PT Tiga Saudara Nusantara. Dengan adanya sistem ini, proses evaluasi karyawan menjadi lebih objektif dan efisien. Ke depannya, pemeliharaan dan pengembangan sistem perlu dilakukan untuk memastikan akurasi dan keandalannya dalam jangka panjang. Abstract

Currently, Indonesia is included in a country with a population of old structures because of its advanced population of more than 7% of the total population and 2% comes from southern Sumatra. The large number of elderly citizens required a special government policy to formulate policies and special programs the population can use to alleviate the community. To help local government of South Sumatera government to determine the policy and program hence needed clustering elderly population by using K-mode algorithm existing in R-Studio. This study uses population census data of South Sumatera in 2010 obtained from Bapan Pusat Statistik with 47,358 data sample. From the results of this study made 4 clusters: K1 16244 people, K2 6061 people, K3 18681 people, and K4 6372 people. K1 is an elderly group of mostly men who live in the village and still work in agriculture and plantations. K2 is a cluster of women who still work and live in the village. The third K3 cluster is an elderly unemployed group that mostly lives in the city and 25% lives alone. The last K4 is a cluster of women who do not work anymore, live in the village and 73% illiterate. With the cluster the government can determine what is most appropriate for each cluster.

Abstract

Strategic planning for information systems and information technology (IS/IT) is a vital process for organizations to achieve business goals amidst global competition and rapid technological advancements. This planning aims to align business strategies with IS/IT development to improve operational efficiency, help better decision making, and create a competitive advantage. This article examines the significance of IS/IT strategic planning using a literature review approach to identify key success factors, such as business needs analysis, evaluation of existing technological capabilities, and innovation-driven strategy execution. The findings reveal that organizations effectively implementing IS/IT strategic planning can adapt to market changes and leverage technology as a key driver of business success. This article provides practical insights for stakeholders to design integrated and sustainable IS/IT strategic plans.

Abstract

This research analyzes the implementation of information technology infrastructure in supporting business continuity of e-commerce platforms, focusing on risk management, security, and performance optimization aspects. Using a qualitative methodology with a case study approach, this research integrates COBIT and ITIL frameworks to evaluate IT infrastructure management effectiveness. The results show that the e-commerce platform has achieved 99.95% availability with an average response time of 180ms for standard transactions. The implementation of hybrid cloud-based microservices architecture provides optimal flexibility and scalability in handling demand fluctuations up to 400% from baseline load. Security analysis reveals the effectiveness of zero-trust architecture implementation with a threat detection rate of 98.5%. The integration of COBIT and ITIL frameworks resulted in a 47% increase in IT governance effectiveness, with the DSS domain achieving the highest maturity score of 4.5. This research recommends strategic development including migration to cloud-native architecture, implementation of AI/ML for resource optimization, and strengthening security capabilities through advanced threat detection.

Abstract

This research examines the strategic planning of Information Systems and Information Technology (IS/IT) at the Housing and Settlement Area Office (PERKIM) of South Sumatra Province using the Ward and Peppard methodology. Although several information systems such as SIPD and SIPPERA PERKIM have been implemented, there are still challenges, such as the lack of system integration and limited digital public services. The research uses Value Chain, PEST, SWOT, and Critical Success Factor (CSF) analysis methods to identify the organization's strategic needs. The analysis results indicate the need for system integration development based on cloud computing and API, as well as the implementation of digital public services using AI chatbots. Strategic recommendations include a 2024-2026 implementation roadmap covering system integration, digital service development, and HR competency enhancement. The implementation of these strategies is expected to improve PERKIM's operational efficiency and public service quality.

Abstract

PT CITRA ANUGERAH LESTARI is a company engaged in General Supplier and Contractor services that serves the National Electricity Company, specializing in the procurement of goods and services. Established in 2014, the company employs 26 people with a permanent employee system in each division of the company. Once a year, PT CITRA ANUGERAH LESTARI conducts a process to determine the best employee based on predefined criteria. However, PT CITRA ANUGERAH LESTARI faces challenges in determining the best employee, which affects the assessment and time efficiency in the selection process. Therefore, a decision support system was developed for PT CITRA ANUGERAH LESTARI using the SMART method. The development method used in creating this system is the Rational Unified Process (RUP) method, while the system design uses Visual Studio Code, MySQL, and Laravel as the framework with PHP programming language. The final result is the determination of the best employee at PT CITRA ANUGERAH LESTARI.

Abstract

TVRI South Sumatra is a regional television station established by Televisi Republik Indonesia for the South Sumatra Province. In addition to producing broadcast content, TVRI South Sumatra also manages various important documents related to archives. The documents are scanned into digital form, making them vulnerable to forgery and misuse if not properly protected. Currently, securing digital documents is done using Adobe Photoshop, which can take a long time due to the process of adjusting the position, size, and transparency level of the watermark, especially if the document has many pages. One solution to reduce the time required is to develop a digital watermark application. The purpose of developing a digital watermark application is to simplify the process of adding watermarks to scanned documents in PDF format. The method used in software development is the Rational Unified Process (RUP) method. It can be concluded that the results of the development of the digital watermark application show that this application can automatically add the TVRI South Sumatra logo watermark to documents. This application simplifies the process of providing authentic marks to documents without having to do it manually. Thus, this application can speed up the work process so that it becomes more practical.
