Abstract

CCTV Grosir Palembang adalah salah satu toko yang menjual berbagai macam jenis cctv dengan harga yang terjangkau serta melayani pemasangan cctv di kota Palembang. Saat pandemi Covid-19 ini, angka penjualan cctv mengalami penurunan dibandingkan sebelum terjadinya pandemi. Pembeli yang datang ke toko untuk melakukan pembelian cctv hanya sedikit. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memperkenalkan aplikasi Instagram Bisnis sebagai media pemasaran online, serta cara menggunakannya agar dapat digunakan untuk melakukan pemasaran produk – produk cctv yang dijual secara online. Kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan memberikan pelatihan penggunaan instagram kepada kepala cabang dan karyawan CCTV Grosir Palembang. Hasil dari pelatihan adalah dibuatnya akun instagram bisnis CCTV Grosir dan diposting beberapa foto dari produk cctv yang dijual. Akun instagram bisnis ini akan dikelola oleh admin yang akan selalu aktif untuk update untuk melakukan iklan promosi mengenai produk yang dijual. Manfaat dari pelatihan ini adalah dapat meningkatkan penjualan CCTV dimasa pandemi COVID-19 dengan pemasaran penjualan secara online menggunakan Instragram Bisnis

Abstract

The system for selecting the best field employees running at PT Hutama Buana Internusa has a problem, namely the calculation and ranking of the selection of the best field employees takes a long time so that the system becomes less effective and efficient. Therefore, a solution is proposed by building a web-based decision support system for selecting the best field personnel using the TOPSIS method, which to make it easier for PT Hutama Buana Internusa to make decisions regarding selecting the best field employees. The system development method used is the iteration method. The PHP programming language and MySql database are used to build this decision support system model. The results of this research are a decision support system for field employee selection that performs calculations and ranks the best field employees according to the entered assessment data.Keyword: Decision Support System; Selecting the Best Field Employees; TOPSIS AbstrakSistem pemilihan karyawan lapangan terbaik yang berjalan di PT Hutama Buana Internusa memiliki permasalahan, yakni perhitungan dan peringkat pemilihan karyawan lapangan terbaik berlangsung lama sehingga sistem menjadi kurang efektif dan efisen. Oleh karena itu, diusulkan solusi yaitu dengan dibangunnya sistem pendukung keputusan pemilihan tenaga lapangan terbaik berbasis web dengan metode TOPSIS, yang bertujuan untuk mempermudah PT Hutama Buana Internusa dalam membuat keputusan mengenai pemilihan karyawan lapangan terbaik. Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan adalah metode iterasi. Bahasa pemrograman PHP dan database MySql digunakan untuk membangun model sistem pendukung keputusan ini. Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa sistem pendukung keputusan pemilihan karyawan lapangan yang melakukan perhitungan dan peringkat karyawan lapangan terbaik sesuai dengan data penilaian yang dimasukkan.Kata kunci: Sistem Pendukung Keputusan; Pemilihan Karyawan Lapangan Terbaik; TOPSIS

Abstract

Strategic planning for information systems and information technology (IS/IT) is a vital process for organizations to achieve business goals amidst global competition and rapid technological advancements. This planning aims to align business strategies with IS/IT development to improve operational efficiency, help better decision making, and create a competitive advantage. This article examines the significance of IS/IT strategic planning using a literature review approach to identify key success factors, such as business needs analysis, evaluation of existing technological capabilities, and innovation-driven strategy execution. The findings reveal that organizations effectively implementing IS/IT strategic planning can adapt to market changes and leverage technology as a key driver of business success. This article provides practical insights for stakeholders to design integrated and sustainable IS/IT strategic plans.

Abstract

This research analyzes the implementation of information technology infrastructure in supporting business continuity of e-commerce platforms, focusing on risk management, security, and performance optimization aspects. Using a qualitative methodology with a case study approach, this research integrates COBIT and ITIL frameworks to evaluate IT infrastructure management effectiveness. The results show that the e-commerce platform has achieved 99.95% availability with an average response time of 180ms for standard transactions. The implementation of hybrid cloud-based microservices architecture provides optimal flexibility and scalability in handling demand fluctuations up to 400% from baseline load. Security analysis reveals the effectiveness of zero-trust architecture implementation with a threat detection rate of 98.5%. The integration of COBIT and ITIL frameworks resulted in a 47% increase in IT governance effectiveness, with the DSS domain achieving the highest maturity score of 4.5. This research recommends strategic development including migration to cloud-native architecture, implementation of AI/ML for resource optimization, and strengthening security capabilities through advanced threat detection.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat tingkat kondisi fisik pemain futsal SMAN 1 Kandis. Penelitian ini diangkat sebeb ada beberapa masalah yang ditemui ketika observasi dilapangan diantaranya futsal terlalu cepat merasakan kelelahan ketika pertandingan yang disebabkan daya tahan atlet yang kurang maksimal, Masih kurangnya kecepatan yang dimiliki oleh atlet yang dibuktikan dengan masih lambatnya proses penyerangan mauun rotasi dari menyerang ke bertahan, masih kurangnya faktor kekuatan otot yang terlihat dari masih belum maksimalnya kekuatan otot atlet futsal, atlet masih terlihat kaku saat bermain yang disebabkan oleh kelentukan tubuh yang masih belum maksimal, kurang lincah dalam membawa bola saat permainan, dan kurang maksimalnya power saat melakukan shooting ketika bermain. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pemain futsal SMAN 1 Kandis, sedangkan teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan total sampling, jadi sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 15 orang. Tes yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan bleep test, sprint 20 meter, sit up, sit and reach, shuttle run, dan standing long jump. Dari hasil tes yang dilakukan pada pemain futsal SMAN 1 Kandis maka diperoleh hasil pada kategori “Cukup” dan dibuktikan dengan nilai rata-rata 4,22 atau berada pada interval 4,0 – 5,9.

Abstract

Kemajuan dalam teknologi kecerdasan buatan (AI) telah menghadirkan dampak besar dalam bidang pendidikan, termasuk di dalamnya adalah peran ChatGPT sebagai alat yang mendukung kegiatan belajar siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi seberapa puas siswa saat menggunakan ChatGPT dengan pendekatan End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS), yang mencakup lima dimensi utama: isi, ketepatan, format, kemudahan penggunaan, serta kecepatan respon. Penelitian ini melibatkan 100 siswa dari Sekolah XYZ yang telah memanfaatkan ChatGPT dalam rutinitas belajar mereka. Teknik analisis yang digunakan termasuk pengujian validitas, reliabilitas, uji t individual, serta pengujian simultan. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa elemen isi, ketepatan, dan format memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengguna, di mana isi dan ketepatan memberikan dampak positif, namun format menunjukkan dampak negatif. Sementara itu, aspek kemudahan penggunaan dan kecepatan respon tidak menunjukkan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan. Secara keseluruhan, kelima elemen dalam model EUCS berperan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengguna, dengan kontribusi mencapai 86,8%. Hasil ini memberikan rekomendasi bagi lembaga pendidikan untuk mengoptimalkan pemanfaatan teknologi AI dalam proses pembelajaran, terutama dalam meningkatkan kualitas isi dan ketepatan informasi.

Abstract

Human resource management plays a very important role in organizations, both with public organizations and others, such as the General Election Supervisory Agency (Bawaslu). Therefore, the recruitment process for prospective Bawaslu members emphasizes various components, namely track records such as performance records or actual achievements of independence, integrity and leadership spirit. This research aims to 1). To find out and analyze the process of determining Bawaslu Commissioner members in the Regency-City Bawaslu recruitment for South Borneo Province. 2). To find out the ideal model for Regency-City Bawaslu recruitment. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews and documentation. This type of research is field research, while the method used is a qualitative descriptive method. Then to carry out data processing and analysis using the NVivo software program. The results of research regarding the recruitment process for prospective members of the Regency-City Bawaslu of South Borneo Province in 2023 were carried out well and in accordance with the regulations. However, the process still contains obstacles, such as at the registration stage the number of registrants is less than what is needed, especially female registrants, at the administration stage there are a lot of costs incurred to complete the requirements, the CAT system creates problems that are considered to make carrying out recruitment difficult for the affirmation policy, health tests are considered useless because at this stage a second health test is carried out, problems occur at the fit and proper test stage related to several postponements of the announcement time which do not match the timeline, the organizational hierarchy at the fit and proper test stage is not ideal, and the need for consideration and more serious efforts related to supporting women's representation as Bawaslu members.

Abstract

The rapid development of information technology in the digital era has transformed the way organizations conduct their business activities. Information systems are now viewed not merely as operational support tools but as strategic elements capable of providing added value, increasing efficiency, and strengthening a company's competitiveness. In the context of PT XYZ, a company engaged in inspection and certification services, the use of information technology has become a crucial part of daily work processes. However, the implementation of information systems at the branch level still faces several obstacles. Data and process integration is not yet fully optimized, while alignment between the systems used and business needs has also not been achieved. This condition has the potential to hinder the company from providing fast, accurate, and innovative services. Therefore, appropriate and sustainable strategic planning of information systems is necessary. This study uses the Ward and Peppard framework enriched with Value Chain analysis to identify value-added activities, SWOT to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats, and PEST to map external factors affecting the business. In addition, the McFarlan Strategic Grid is used to prioritize the application portfolio that aligns with the company's long-term goals. The results of this research are expected to be able to produce an information system strategy design that not only supports operational efficiency, but also encourages service innovation and increases the competitiveness of PT XYZ in the inspection and certification services industry.

Abstract

The use of information technology (IT) in the culinary business sector has become increasingly essential to support service efficiency, transaction accuracy, and operational data security. Nevertheless, many micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) still experience limitations in implementing structured and well-documented IT governance. This study aims to evaluate the governance of IT infrastructure at Ryudon Cafe & Resto, an MSME in the culinary sector, using the COBIT 2019 framework. The evaluation focuses on four selected domains: DSS01 (Manage Operations), DSS02 (Manage Service Requests and Incidents), DSS05 (Manage Security), and BAI09 (Manage Assets). This research adopts a qualitative case study approach, with data collected through observations and interviews. The results indicate that IT operational activities have not been formally documented, service incidents are not systematically recorded, security controls are implemented informally, and IT asset management lacks an official inventory. These conditions suggest potential risks to operational continuity and information security. Based on the findings, several recommendations are proposed, including the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs), incident logging mechanisms, formal security policies, and structured IT asset inventories. The study demonstrates that COBIT 2019 can be effectively applied within MSME environments as a practical framework to strengthen IT governance and support sustainable organizational development.

Abstract

PT Roda Prima Perkasa has implemented a fingerprint-based attendance system; however, attendance data management remains suboptimal due to limited integration and manual recapitulation processes. This study aims to design a structured and integrated fingerprint attendance system architecture using The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF). Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation studies of the existing system. The research methodology follows the stages of the TOGAF Architecture Development Method (ADM), including the Preliminary Phase, Architecture Vision, Business Architecture, Information Systems Architecture, and Technology Architecture. The results consist of a proposed fingerprint attendance system architecture covering business, application, data, and technology aspects, with centralized data management and the use of an Attendance Management System to support more effective attendance processing.
