Abstract

This study aims to see the difference in the effect of plyometric training and motivation on the explosive power of the limb muscles of volleyball extracurricular students of SMPN 2 Bantan. experimental research design, This type of research is quasi-experimental, the population of this study is all extracurricular volleyball students of SMPN 2 Bantan totaling 60 people, the sample in this study is 32 students, and The sampling technique uses the verdict formula which is 27%. This sampling technique was carried out on a population of 60 people. The instrument used is a leg muscle explosive power test using vertical jump and a Likert scale questionnaire. The data obtained were analyzed with a two-track ANOVA and continued with the Tuckey test. Based on the results of data analysis show that: 1) Overall, there is a difference in the effect between plyometric Quick Leap training and plyometric Depth jump training on the explosive power of leg muscles of volleyball extracurricular students of SMP Negeri 2 Bantan. 2) There is an interaction between the Quick Leap plyometric training approach and the Depth jump plyometric training approach with motivation for the leg muscle explosive power of SMPN 2 Bantan volleyball extracurricular students. 3) In the plyometric Quick Leap exercise, high motivation is better than the Depth jump plyometric training approach to the explosive power of the leg muscles of SMPN 2 Bantan volleyball extracurricular students. 4) In the plyometric exercise, low motivation depth jump is better than the Quick Leap plyometric training approach to the explosive power of the limb muscles of SMPN 2 Bantan volleyball extracurricular students. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that plyometric Quick Leap and Depth Jump exercises have different influences on increasing the explosive power of the limb muscles of SMPN 2 Bantan volleyball extracurricular students, especially when considering the level of student motivation.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the effect of plyometric training forms, namely Depth Jump and Jump to Box, as well as training motivation on the explosive ability of volleyball players of Club Putra Kubang Jaya. Using a quasi-experimental method with a treatment design by Level 2 x 2, the population in this study was 20 people who were still actively training volleyball players from the Putra Kubang Jaya Club. The sample is 20 people with the sampling technique is total sampling. Training motivation data was measured using questionnaires, while volleyball players' explosive power ability was measured through vertical jump tests. Data analysis was performed using two-path ANOVA at significance level α=0.05 and Shapiro-Wilk Sig. normality test 0.05, followed by the Tukey test. The results of the data analysis showed that: 1) Sig. 0.00 0.05 were obtained, There are differences in the effect of plyometric depth jump training forms and jump to box plyometric training forms on the explosive power of leg muscles of volleyball players of Putra Kubang Jaya Club Pekan Baru City. 2) The results of Sig. 0.000.05 were obtained, There was an interaction between the form of plyometric depth jump training, the form of plyometric jump to box training, and the motivation to train on the explosive ability of the leg muscles of volleyball players of the Kubang Jaya Men's Club in Pekan Baru City. 3) Sig. 0.000.05 was obtained, In the high motivation group, the plyometric depth jump training form was more effective than the jump-to-box plyometric exercise form of volleyball players of the Putra Kubang Jaya Club, Pekan Baru City. 4) Sig. 0.0120.05 was obtained, in the low training motivation group, the plyometric jump-to box exercise form was more effective than the plyometric depth jump exercise form to increase the explosive ability of the leg muscles of volleyball players of the Putra Kubang Jaya Club, Pekan Baru City. Thus, this study concluded that the plyometric form of the Depth Jump exercise was more effective for increasing the explosive power ability of leg muscles in the high-motivation group, while the Jump to Box was more effective for the low-motivation training group

Abstract

Berdasarkan observasi yang penulis lakukan, maka dapat dirumuskan permasalahan pada penelitian ini adalah sebagai berikut: 1). Bagaimana Proses Pengembangan Sistem Penilaian Berbasis Android pada Pembelajaran Pendidikan Jasmani Olaharaga, dan Kesehatan melalui Aplikasi SAKOLA di Sekolah Dasar Negeri Se Kota Padang 2) Bagaimana Validitas Pengembangan Sistem Penilaian berbasis Android pada Pembelajaran Pendidikan Jasmani Olaharaga, dan Kesehatan melalui Aplikasi SAKOLA Sekolah Dasar Se Kota Padang Negeri yang valid? 3)Bagaimana praktikalitasvaliditas Pengembangan Sistem Penilaian Pembelajaran Pendidikan Jasmani Olaharaga, dan Kesehatan melalui Aplikasi SAKOLA Sekolah Dasar Negeri Se Kota Padang ? 4)Bagaimana efektivitas Pengembangan Sistem Penilaian berbasis Android pada Pembelajaran Pendidikan Jasmani Olaharaga, dan Kesehatan melalui Aplikasi SAKOLA di Sekolah Dasar Negeri Se Kota Padang? Pengembangan perangkat pembelajaran berupa aplikasi SAKOLA (Sistem Administrasi Sekolah) berbasis Android ini menggunakan metode penelitian dan pengembangan (research and development). Sugiyono, (2019) penelitian dan pengembangan merupakan metode penelitian dengan tujuan untuk menghasilkan produk tertentu, dan menguji keefektifan produk tersebut.  Pengembangan multimedia interktif ini menggunakan Interactive Multimedia (IMM) Development model yang dikembangkan oleh Rob Philips (1997) yang terdiri dari lima langkah yaitu Analysis, Desaign, Develop, Evaluation and Implementation. Validitas diuji dari 3 aspek yaitu aspek media, materi dan bahasa. Praktikalitas diuji dari respon guru Sedangkan efeketiftas dari Respon Guru Jumlah skor yang didapatkan kemudian dijumlahkan dan dirata-ratakan sehingga memperoleh nilai validitas 82,86. merujuk pada kategori kriteria kevalidan,maka hasil validitas media termasuk dalam kategori sangat valid. Hasil praktikalitas yang diperoleh adalah sebagai berikut: (1) hasil uji perorangan memperoleh hasil sebesar 82% pada kualifikasi sangat baik: (2) hasil uji kelompok kecil memperoleh hasil sebesar 81,47% pada kualifikasi sangat baik; dan (3) hasil uji lapangan memperoleh hasil sebesar 81,37% pada kualifikasi sangat baik. Hasil penilaian tersebut menunjukkan bahwa praktikalitas termasuk kategori sangat baik dan praktis digunakan oleh Guru. Setelah dijumlah dan dirata-rata, maka didapat nilai emotional acivities 80,00% dengan kriteria efektif. Setelah semua skor dijumlah dan dirata-rata, maka didapat nilai aktivitas Guru 95,11% dengan kritería sangat efektif. Berdasarkan hasil uji efektivitas di atas dapat disimpulkan bahwa Aplikasi SAKOLA (system Admnistrasi Sekola) dengan  kategori sangat tinggi sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa Aplikasi SAKOLA (system Admnistrasi Sekola) membantu Proses Penilaian  dan membantu guru dalam Pembelajaran dengan menggunakan aplikasi SAKOLA (system Admnistrasi Sekolah)

Abstract

Technology drives the development of interactive and customizable learning media, catering to diverse learner needs. The learning media in locomotor motion educational game applications in PE learning is the result of this research. This research develops interactive learning media using Construct 2 software on locomotor motion material for third graders students. This research applies the Brog and Gall model of research and development (R&D), involving media experts, material experts, physical education (PE) teachers, and students. The practicality test engaged PE teachers from three distinct schools, yielding an impressive average score of 98.89%, indicative of excellent practicality. The development of Construct 2-based learning media has proven very feasible to be used as an interactive learning media to increase student interest and participation in locomotor motion learning, creating an attractive and relevant learning atmosphere with the demands of today's all-digital era.

Abstract

Assessing the performance of lecturers is a vital tool to ensure optimal education and learning aligned with established quality standards. However, there is currently no universally accepted tool for evaluating the performance of Faculty of Sport Science (FIK) lecturers in Indonesia. This research aims to create and standardize a performance evaluation instrument for FIK lecturers, focusing on Professional, Social, and Personal aspects. Employing a Research and Development (R&D) design with a procedural model, the standardization process involves several key steps. The study focuses on UNP FIK lecturers as test subjects. The standardization process encompasses compiling a framework, expert testing, a limited trial involving 30 samples, and a broader test with 82 samples. Practicality and effectiveness tests are also conducted. Data analysis, performed using the IBM SPSS program with a significance level of p < 0.05, supports the formation of a standardized instrument capable of nationally evaluating the performance of FIK lecturers.

Abstract

Kegiatan ini merupakan kegiatan pengabdian kepada Masyarakat dalam bidang pendidikan. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan peserta pelatihan untuk menjadi Pelatih Soft Tennis yang bersertifikat.  Hal ini disebabkan karena Softtennis merupakan olahraga yang berkembang di Indonesia pada Umumnya, dan Sumatera Barat, khusunya. Kondisi ril saat ini di Pariaman, masih belum adanya pelatih softtennis yang bersertifikat. Hal ini menjadi kendala bagi daerah ini untuk memasyarakatkan olahraga Softtennis. Pelatihan pelatih Softtenis ini dilakuk dengan menggunaka metode Kelompok. Metode kelompok merupakan metode belajar dimana para peserta disetting dalam kelompok kecil. Peserta pelatihan sebanyak 20 orang, yang dibagi menjadi 5 kelompok, dimana setiap kelompok terdiri dari 4 orang. Setiap kelompok didampingi oleh 1 orang instruktur. Data pre tes dan post tes diolah dengan menggunakan statistic deskriptif, t test, dan N_Gain score. Untuk melihat pengaruh dari pelatihan yang telah dilakukan selama dua hari, dilakukan uji perbedaan mean antara data pre test dan data post test. Berdasarkan hasil analisis di atas diperoleh nilai sig 0.0 < 0.05. Hasil itu menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan implementasi metode kelompok dalam meningkatkan ketrampilan dan pengetahuan peserta pelatihan pelatih Softtennis di Kota Pariaman tahun 2023.

Abstract

Masalah penelitian ini berawal dari kenyataan yang terjadi di Sekolah Mengah Atas dimana secara tidak langsung status gizi sangat erat kaitannya dengan faktor status ekonomi orang tua. Jika status ekonomi orang tua rendah maka akan berdampak kepada pemenuhan status gizi anak, sehingga anak memiliki status gizi yang kurang baik. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengtahui Tujuan Status Gizi Dan Status Ekonomi Orang Tua Siswa Sekolah Menengah Atas. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik sampel yang digunakan yaitu purposive random sampling, yang dijadikan sampel berjumlah 52 siswa. Pengumpulan data status gizi dilakukan dengan mengukur tinggi badan dan berat badan (TB/BB), sedangkan untuk status ekonomi menggunakan angket. Hasil penelitian untuk status gizi diketahui kategori 15 % status gizi underweigt, 73% status gizi normal, 8% status gizi overweigt, 2% status gizi obese 1, dan 2% status gizi obese 2. 40% status ekonomi rendah, 27% status ekonomi sedang, 25% status ekonomi tinggi, 8% status ekonomi sangat tinggi.
