Tujuan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan arahan mengenai pembinaan atlet pencak silat. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan di Gedung FKIP II Universitas Majalengka. Materi yang disampaikan adalah tentang pembinaan atlet pencak silat jangka panjang. Jumlah peserta seminar sebanyak 26 peserta yang terdiri dari stackholder dan mahasiswa yang ada di Kab. Majalengka. Prestasi tidak datang dengan sendirinya, melalui perencanaan program pembinaan atlet pencak silat ini diharapkan dapat membantu para stackholder agar dapat memaksimalkan sumber daya manusia yang ada. Kesimpulan dari kegiatan ini adalah, bahwa setiap peserta sudah siap dalam mengimplementasikan program pembinaan LTAD dalam meningkatkan prestasi atlet di daerah.

Permainan bola basket merupakan salah satu olahraga permainan yang lazim diajarkan di sekolah tingkat menengah, namun banyak siswa yang kurang menguasai teknik layup shoot. Penulis ingin menanggulanginya dengan menggunkakan model pembelajaran Cooperative Learning tipe Student Teams Achievement Division. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran Cooperative Learning tipe Student Teams Achievement Division terhadap kemampuan layup shoot siswa kelas VIII SMP N 1 Sumber. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan di dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan eksperimen dan menggunakan desain penelitian pretest and postest group design. Dalam penelitian ini diambil sampel sebanyak 20 orang siswa putra dari kelas VIII di SMP N 1 Sumber Kabupaten Cirebon yang di ambil dengan cara purposive. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah tes keterampilan layup shoot menurut Jackson Baumgartner yang memiliki validitas 0,78. Data hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan yang cukup signifikan pada kemampuan layup shoot yang diakibatkan oleh model pembelajaran Cooperative Learning tipe Student Teams Achievement Division. Dengan demikian diharapkan model pembelajaran Cooperative Learning tipe Student Teams Achievement Division dapat diterapkan dalam pembelajaran olahraga permainan terutama permainan bola basket teknik layup shoot.

Volleyball is a complex game that is not easy for everyone to play. The techniques in volleyball games taught by teachers in several schools are still lacking in conformity with the proper underhand passing technique rules. The purpose of this research is to analyse the suitability of physical education teachers for teaching the bottom passing technique. It aims to improve the ability of underhand passing in volleyball games for students. The method used in this research is qualitative. Qualitative research is a method that contains descriptive data and tends to use analysis. The data obtained from this study were SDN Ciborelang II (50%), SDN Ciborelang III (85%), and SDN Leweung Gede IV (60%). The suitability of the teacher's way of teaching the bottom passing technique at three public elementary schools in Jatiwangi District, Majalengka Regency, is 85%–100%, which is in accordance with the existing indicators.

Abstrak: Kurangnya pengetahuan dan kemampuan siswa dalam gerakan tangan dan kaki dasar senam ritmik adalah kekuatan pendorong di balik penelitian ini. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji bagaimana pendekatan pembelajaran berbasis proyek mempengaruhi keterampilan motorik siswa untuk gerak kaki dan gerak tangan senam ritmik. Penelitian ini menggunakan prosedur kuasi-eksperimental. Alat yang digunakan adalah tes senam ritmik yang mengevaluasi gerakan tangan dan kaki. Populasi penelitian adalah siswa kelas XI SMA PGRI 1 Majalengka berjumlah 50 siswa. Purposive sampling digunakan untuk mendapatkan 25 sampel. Berdasarkan pengolahan dan analisis data, rata-rata hasil tes awal adalah 15,93, dan rata-rata hasil tes akhir adalah 18,86. Hal ini diperkuat dengan hasil analisis data yang menunjukkan bahwa thitung 7,89 lebih tinggi dari ttabel 2,14. Kontribusi penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pendekatan pembelajaran berbasis proyek dapat membantu keterampilan motorik siswa. Abstract: Lack of knowledge and proficiency among students in rhythmic gymnastics' fundamental hand and foot movements is the driving force behind this study. The goal of this study is to examine how a project-based learning approach affects students' motor skills for rhythmic gymnastic footwork and hand movements. This study employed a quasi-experimental procedure. The tool utilized is a rhythmic gymnastics test that evaluates hand and foot motions. There are 50 students in class XI at SMA PGRI 1 Majalengka as population. Purposive sampling was used to get 25 samples. According to data processing and analysis, the average initial test result was 15.93, and the average final test result was 18.86. This is collaborated by the data analysis results, which showed that tcount 7.89 is higher than ttable 2.14. The contribution of this research concludes that a project-based learning approach can help students' motor skills.

This study aims to examine the role of physical education (PE) teachers from an economic perspective through an analysis of literature reviews. In the context of education, PE teachers have an important contribution in shaping students' physical and mental health. However, from an economic perspective, their role is often underappreciated. This study analyzes various related literatures to understand how the role of PE teachers is influenced by economic factors such as salary, education budget, government policies, and socio-economic conditions of the community. The results of the study indicate that financial support and economic rewards for PE teachers have a positive correlation with the quality of education they provide. This study also reveals the need for fairer and more sustainable policies to improve the welfare of PE teachers, so that they can be more effective in carrying out their duties.

The purpose of this study is to ascertain how football shooting performance among extracurricular students at State Senior High School 1 Lohbener, Indramayu Regency, is affected by plyometric exercise. This study employs an experimental methodology and a "One Group Pretest Posttest Design" test design. 47 extracurricular students from State Senior High School 1 Lohbener Indramayu, Indramayu Regency, who were selected using a purposive selection technique made up the population of this study. The players are extracurricular students at State Senior High School 1 Lohbener, Indramayu Regency who are still actively engaged in training, and the criteria for selecting this sample include an attendance list of at least 75% of training (actively participating in training throughout treatment). There were sixteen people who met these requirements. The vertical leap test and a shooting skill test were used to measure the leg power of the participants. The t test was utilized in data analysis with a 5% level of significance. With tcount 2.390 > ttable 2.131, a significance value of 0.030 0.05, and an increase in leg power of 2.24%, the findings indicated that plyometric training significantly increased leg power in extracurricular students at State Senior High School 1 Lohbener Indramayu Regency. With a tcount of 3.738 > ttable of 2.131, a significance value of 0.002 0.05, and a percentage rise of 5.50%, plyometric training had a significant impact on the growth in shooting for extracurricular students at State Senior High School 1 Lohbener Indramayu Regency

The motivation for this research is a lack of competency with basic passing techniques. This inquiry focuses on the El Rondo Exercise Against Passing. The approach used in this investigation was exploratory. The population of this study consisted of 15 students who participated in the futsal extracurricular program at MA Siti Khadijah Sindangwangi Majalengka. The sample size was determined using total sampling, which included all 15 participants. A passing skill test is the tool used to gather data. The paired sample test was then used to process and evaluate the data. Tcount = 13.484 > Ttable = 2.145 was the result of the data from the pretest and posttest. The significance shows that the sig (2-tailed) value is 0.000. H0 is true since the significance level is less than or equal to 0.05. H0 is rejected and approved because the significance value is less than (α = 0.05). It is clear from the data analysis results that the el rondo training approach significantly affects the outcomes of futsal passing. Also recommended by the researchers is the usage of the el rondo training method for futsal training.

The basic passing technical skills of students at MTS PUI Kancana are still below the KKM score, this is the basis for this research as an effort to improve student learning outcomes. The method used is Classroom Action Research, for the sample, namely all 21 students. This Classroom Action Research was carried out in two stages, namely Cycle I and Cycle II. The results of the research are from the first cycle at the first meeting the average value is 1.90 and at the second meeting the average value is 2.71. While the results of the second cycle at the first meeting the average value was 3.38 and at the second meeting the average value was 3.66, each meeting experienced a pretty good increase. The implementation of improving teacher learning activities went quite well with a teacher activity score of 2.42 (on a scale of 1-5) in the first cycle of the first meeting and the second meeting became 4.28. Whereas in cycle II the value of teacher activity increased learning achievement from round I was 3.57 and round II was 4.71. The results of the learning test average value obtained in the implementation of the evaluation of student learning improvement in cycle I was 72 with the number of students who had not completed 5 people while those who had completed were 16 students out of 21 students. While the average value obtained in the implementation of learning improvements in cycle II is 75 and 20 students have achieved completeness and 1 student has not completed. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the TGfU approach can improve the basic techniques of passing volleyball for MTs PUI Kancana students

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui profil kemampuan berfikir tingkat tinggi siswa dalam pembelajaran bola voli. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan penelitian deskriptif, Sesuai dengan masalah yang dihadapi, maka di dalam penelitian ini cenderung menggunakan rancangan penyebaran angket. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian yakni siswa kelas X SMK Karya Bakti Sindang dengan jumlah 107 siswa. Penentuan sampel yang digunakan adalah X SMK Karya Bakti Sindang dengan jumlah 25 orang siswa. Hasil Analisis data yang digunakan untuk menjawab hipotesis yang diajukan yaitu adanya kemampuan berfikir tingkat tinggi siswa dalam pembelajaran bola voli siswa kelas X SMK Karya Bakti Sindang. Dengan adanya kemampuan HOTS siswa akan memahami sebuah konsep dengan lebih baik dan menjadikan sebuah pelajaran lebih bermakna, serta mampu membedakan ide secara jelas, mampu berargumen secara baik, memahami hal-hal kompleks menjadi lebih jelas dan mampu memecahkan masalah. Dengan adanya HOTS siswa diajak untuk aktif berfikir khususnya dalam hal menyelesaikan masalah. Kemudian bagi guru dapat meningkatkan kemampuan dalam mengajar dengan memanfaatkan sebagai sumber belajar dan lingkungan. Menerapkan berbagai variasi metode pembelajaran yang aktif, kreatif dan inovatif. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan gambaran bagi sekolah mengenai kemampuan siswanya untuk kemudian di buat perbaikan dan langkah peningkatan mutu kependidikan sekolah.
