The aim of this research is to see the potential of optimizing the democratic policing approach in Papua in creating Papuan security stability that is inclusive, based on community involvement, and involved in fulfilling social demands. The research method used in this research is a qualitative research method using interview data collection techniques. In the implementation of conflict policing in Papua, it can be a simulacra in transforming the style/model of policing to be more democratic which produces outputs in overcoming conflict in Papua. The democratic policing that is expected to be achieved in Papua also indicates fundamental changes in policing styles that require intervention at the macro, meso and micro levels in the implementation of policing in the context of conflict management in Papua.

The global economic landscape, particularly in Indonesia, is intricately linked to the realm of information technology. Cryptocurrency, often referred to as virtual or digital currency, is a product of financial technology (fintech) advancement and represents a disruptive innovation affecting various industries. Currently, the financial sector is particularly disrupted by the widespread use of cryptocurrency. However, the question arises as to whether the phenomenon of cryptocurrency is inherently illegal, warranting a negative label and posing a threat to human security when viewed from currency, legal, and economic perspectives. This research employs a qualitative descriptive approach, emphasizing secondary data obtained from diverse sources such as journal articles, conference papers, and relevant documents on cryptocurrency. The findings indicate that, within the Indonesian legal system, cryptocurrency cannot function as a means of payment due to its failure to fully meet the criteria of a currency. The utilization of cryptocurrency in quoting prices and conducting payments for goods and services contradicts currency laws. Nevertheless, cryptocurrency has acquired a clear legal attribute as a tradable commodity on futures exchanges. The ideal regulatory framework at present involves the creation of proportionate regulations, focusing on implementing antimoney laundering programs, addressing operational risks, and ensuring consumer protection. Striking a balance is crucial, as an inadequate regulatory environment not only jeopardizes economic welfare but also poses a significant threat to the core of human security.

Industri tahu dapat meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat, tetapi juga dapat memberi dampak negatif karena limbah yang dihasilkan dapat mencemari lingkungan. Penyebab diantaranya industri tahu yang ada di Indonesia sebagian besar masih dilakukan dalam skala kecil dan masih minimnya teknologi, sehingga pengelolaan sumber daya air yang sangat rendah sehingga berpotensi mengakibatkan tingkat produksi limbah yang tinggi. Melihat beberapa potensi yang mungkin dapat dilakukan dalam meminimalisir dampak negatif dari limbah yang dihasilkan pada industri tahu, maka dalam kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini tim pelaksana berupaya untuk memberikan solusi terkait penanganan limbah tahu yang dihasilkan pada salah satu industri tahu di daerah Mangunjaya agar menghasilkan sesuatu yang dapat memberikan dampak positif bagi warga sekitar, yakni mengolah limbah cair menjadi sebuah kerajinan berbentuk dompet. Dari hasil pengolahan limbah ini dapat dikembangkan lagi menjadi peluang usaha baru bagi warga. Terdapat tahapan dalam pelaksanaan yakni observasi, pelatihan dan pendampingan dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan. Hasil dari kegiatan ini warga memperoleh peningkatan pengetahuan bahwa limbah cair yang dihasilkan dalam produksi tahu bisa menjadi suatu hal yang memberikan nilai positif, salah satunya berupa dompet yang dihasilkan dari kegiatan pelatihan ini.

Entrepreneurship is the potential for development, both in terms of quantity and quality of entrepreneurship itself. Aside from being a skill, entrepreneurship is also very important knowledge because through entrepreneurship a person can acquire, channel and develop his creativity to be used as income to be used in everyday life. Solutions to problems experienced by partners in this community service activity include a lack of knowledge about the interest in entrepreneurship to support the improvement of youth skills. From the lack of knowledge related to entrepreneurship, it can result in problems experienced 1) limited skills so there is no income to develop youth organizations 2) fostering interest in entrepreneurship as a form of self-development for adolescents. The method of this service activity is to provide assistance and training to partners. The resulting results will be the ability of human resources in small businesses in optimizing skills in local youth organizations

The importance of monitoring and checking children's health at the golden age of children in the age range of 0-5 in terms of the adequacy of nutritious food to produce a healthy, smart and productive generation of children. Through the Posyandu program, activities are carried out regularly every month to monitor height measurement, weight, immunization and vitamin administration to children. The key to the success of Posyandu is the existence of Posyandu cadres. There are approximately eight cadres at posyandu Mawar Grand Residence. As an effort to increase knowledge in posyandu cadres, the implementation team initiated training activities related to a comprehensive understanding of child growth and development which should be an important role in controlling child development at an early age. In addition, as an effort to increase understanding of technology for Posyandu cadres and as a solution to overcome problems related to unstructured data recording, a website-based Posyandu data recording application was made.

Muara Gembong district is often the attention of the surrounding community, especially the people of Jakarta and Bekasi. Its location directly facing the sea makes this sub-district often visited by various parties for travel or for other activities such as mangrove planting. There is one small problem but it is often considered as a very important thing related to the pattern of life of the community and also supporting infrastructure to lift tourism potential. One of the important is the availability of infrastructure that can be used by residents for bathing, washing and toilet purposes. Likewise for tourists, because it requires the infrastructure available. The results of discussions, interviews and field observations get there are three points that are quite ahagia ative to be able to overcome existing problems. Through the construction of MCK / Toilet infrastructure for the community and tourists are expected to have an impact related to efforts to lift the potential of tourism in muara gembong subdistrict. MCK / toilet development program also has an impact on the formation of healthy lifestyle patterns, and minimize environmental pollution whose source comes from human wastewater. The benefits of the program require continuous action from the community. Such as in the form of a cleanliness management system and its care.

The phenomenon of santri students in Indonesia encompasses various aspects that reflect the influence of pesantren education and Islamic values on their experiences and identities in the university environment. Santri students in Indonesia, like students in general, may also encounter various challenges during their university studies. However, there are some issues that are more commonly experienced by santri students, particularly related to their educational backgrounds in pesantren and their religious experiences. A total of 186 santri students were involved in filling out questionnaires measuring academic commitment, the application of coercive power, the imposition of sanctions, and compliance. Based on mediation analysis, the results indicate that the application of coercive power and the imposition of sanctions can serve as appropriate mediators in bridging the influence of academic commitment to compliance. Compliance among santri students is not solely a result of their academic commitment because the level of compliance can be shaped by the university's application of coercive power and the imposition of sanctions for students who violate rules.

In addition to describing the progress and challenges faced byThe Family HopeProgram (PKH), this paper also aims to explain the theoretical basis of social protection programs that under lie PKH. This paper was based ona series ofdirect observation combined with a desk reviewof the CCT implementation unit level and regional centers as well as afocus group discussion with partners/facilitator in the field, experts of PKH, area coordinator, regional coordinator and RTSM beneficiaries. This study showed that the CCT provide significants up port for Very Poor Households, “Rumah Tangga Sangat Miskin”(RTSM) in order not to”produce” the next generation who were malnourished and uneducated. The program alsogave an opportunity for scholars working in the area to engage in these activities. Until 2012, PKH absorbed nearly 10,000 young workforceas mentors, operators, area coordinators from higher education graduates.

The aim of this research is to find out the scope of work and what factors support the services of the Mekarsari Village Office, Tambun Selatan District. This research uses qualitative research methods. Data collection techniques in this research are observation, interviews, and also direct documentation at the Tambun Selatan village office. The location of this research is at the Mekarsari Tambun Selatan Village Office. The informants in this research were 2 people. 1 employee as Head of Services and 1 Community member as service recipient. Data analysis in this research has three components, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this research indicate that the service that has not been provided from employees to the community has not been maximized. The indicators that are not in accordance with Empathy are lack of communication in tangible services, namely lack of facilities in the service process and reliability, namely lack of friendly employees in the service process.

The Influence of Brand Image and Product Quality on the Purchase Decision of New Balance Shoes (Case Study on Students of Bhayangkara University Jakarta Raya). This research was conducted with the aim of finding out the brand image and product quality on the purchase decision of New Balance shoes in Bhayangkara University Jakarta students of as consumers. This research is a quantitative research where the object used is students who have bought New Balance shoes. The data used in this study is primary data. The sampling method for this number of studies uses the Lemeshow formula. The number of samples used in this study is 100 respondents. The data analysis method used to test the hypothesis in this study is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the SmartPLS 4.1 application. The results of this study show that brand image and product quality on purchase decisions together (simultaneously) have a positive and significant effect on purchase decisions. This research has limitations in the object of research that is only carried out on students of Bhayangkara University Jakarta Raya, Management Study Program, Class of 2020, this can be the next researcher's suggestion. The novelty in this study is that it combines brand image variables and product quality on purchase decisions in one research model.
